Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja dosen STMIK Kharisma Karawang. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dimaksud adalah seluruh dosen STMIK Kharisma Karawang baik dosen tetap dan dosen tidak tetap. Sampel diambil dari seluruh jumlah dosen sebanyak 35 dosen. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh koefesien korelasi untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 0,827 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%, koefesien korelasi untuk variabel kepemimpinan (X2) sebesar 0,758 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5% sedangkan nilai koefisiensi korelasi (R) sebesar 0,779 Atau 77,9% yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, juga diperoleh koefesien detirminasi (R2) sebesar 0,607. Nilai ini dapat ditafsirkan bahwa besarnya persentase mempunyai pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja dosen adalah 3,09 Dengan kata lain kontribusi efektif motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen STMIK Kharisma Karawang adalah sebesar 60,7% sedangkan selebihnya 30,3 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan sebagai bahan masukan bagi STMIK Kharisma Karawang bahwa kinerja dosen akan membawa perubahan yang lebih baik

Abstract

Tujuan: untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap pasien stroke dalam menjalani pengobatan Di BLUD RSUD Ciamis. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain deskriptif dan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik dengan uji chi square didapatkan nilai р = 0,000 < α = 0,05 (5%) dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan pasien stroke dalam menjalani pengobatan di BLUD RSUD Ciamis. Kesimpulan: dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan pasien stroke memiliki pengaruh terhadap menjalan pengobatan di BLUD RSUD Ciamis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a social support instrument in physical education learning. This research is an R&D research and development from Borg & Gall (1983) which divides the development stages into 10 stages, namely 1) data collection for preliminary research 2) Development planning is carried out by determining the objectives and preparing a trial plan. 3) Developing initial products, which are then evaluated by 2 expert judgment and make product revisions 4) Small group trials. 5) Product revision 6) Field trial (medium group). 7) Conduct product revision 8) Field trial (large group). 9) Conducting the final stage revision 10) Making a research report. The population in this study were public high school students in Bandung City aged 15-18 years. The research sample was 241 students who were taken using random sampling technique. Data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The analysis used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique and continued with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) technique. The reliability test results show a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.926. Because the value is above 0.6, it can be concluded that the measuring instrument in this study is reliable and has good construct validity and reliability quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of extracurricular rohis on student character at SMA Negeri 1 Bojonggede. This research was conducted from February to August 2023. The number of samples was 55 which were determined using saturated samples and Sugiyono's theory. The data were analyzed using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study obtained that Rohis extracurricular activities have a positive effect on student character at SMA Negeri 1 Bojonggede. The hypothesis was answered with Ha accepted and H0 rejected using the correlation coefficient test. Through the correlation test, a significance value of 0.001>0.05 was obtained, meaning that there is a relationship between extracurricular spiritual activities and the religious character of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bojonggede. Obtained rcount 0.433>0,2656 shows a positive relationship. In creating a generation with religious character, a joint effort is needed between educators, students and parents. It takes knowledge, awareness and appreciation of religion in the school and social spheres.

Abstract

Based on the author's observations on grade IX MTs Al-Irsyadiyah students, Bogor Regency. Some students still have difficulty being active in material they do not understand and are less able to express their opinions while studying. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Innovative learning in SKI subjects and to determine the influence of Innovative learning on student creativity in SKI subjects. The method used in this study is quantitative with a field research approach to obtain or collect information about the influence of learning on the creativity of grade IX students at MTs Al-Irsyadiyah Bogor Regency. Then a simple linear regression test was carried out using SPSS 22 to determine the significant results of the effect of innovative learning on the creativity of grade IX students in MTs. Al-Irsyadiyah Bogor with the T test. If T is calculated with a significant level of 0.05% with free degrees (df) = N-2 (38-2) = 36, Tcalculate = 2.707 > Ttable 1688. Because Thitung > Ttabel, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there is an influence of innovative learning on the creativity of grade IX students at MTs Al-Irsyadiah, Bogor Regency Keywords: . Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is a potential that every human being must have. A person is said to have spiritual intelligence if that person is able to place and deal with situations wisely based on the value of faith to obtain happiness both in this world and in the afterlife. Likewise, with noble character, humans can maintain good relations between fellow humans so that humans will live in comfort, affection and hope for the blessing of Allah SWT. If students have good spiritual intelligence then this supports students to have noble character. This research aims to 1) determine the spiritual intelligence of students at SMP Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. 2) knowing the noble character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. 3) determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and the noble character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Cibungbulang from December 2023 to March 2024. The population used was class VIII students, totaling 360 students. The sampling technique used a simple random sample because the research population was more than 100 people, the researchers only took 10% of the total population of 36 students. The results of research using correlation tests using the Pearson correlation formula show that there is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and the noble character of students at SMP Negeri 1 Cibungbulang. This test shows that the correlation value for the variables.

Abstract

Indonesia has great potential to carry out a recovery based on maritime sector after the Covid-19 pandemic (Blue Recovery) and encourage the transition from extractive efforts to the creation of added value and productivity. The blue economy is also a space to create new innovations and creativity, both in existing and developing sectors, so that the blue economy can be a driver of inclusive welfare improvement. Several issues were raised as an alternative solution to the economic downturn during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The blue economy is expected to bring sustainable prosperity to coastal communities in Indonesia as well as people who depend on the marine sector for their livelihoods. The blue economy is the main issue of environmentally sound marine resources to support economic growth, sustainable prosperity and livelihood stability as well as the preservation of marine ecosystems with clean, no waste, sustainable use of ocean resources for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and jobs while preserving the health of ocean ecosystem.

Abstract

The process of learning English in Indonesia is structured in such a way as to enable students to master the ability to listen, speak, read and write the language. Unfortunately, this language learning method is not compatible with religious learning methods. The following discussion will further explain the objectives of this research which examines Islamic Education in English Teaching. The keywords used to find articles in the database are “Islamic Education in English Teaching”. The search results found 50 publications, then 12 manuscripts were selected that met the criteria for analysis. The reporting items selected for systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses are inclusion and exclusion models. In the last three years, the number of publications was dominated by 2020 with a total of 5 articles published. The research subjects used by the researchers consisted of 3rd grade elementary school students, 7th grade elementary school students, 8th grade junior high school students, a combination of middle school and high school students, 11th grade high school students, and university students. There are 12 research contributions that can be reflected in the English language learning process which is integrated with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' experiences with comprehensive reading strategies using Wattpad. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data are collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis of this research uses a triangulation technique which consists of steps; data reduction, data display, and ultimately conclusion to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that extensive reading through Wattpad can be used for pleasure, extensive reading through the Wattpad platform can reduce stress, extensive reading through Wattpad can increase motivation, and extensive reading through Wattpad can increase vocabulary. All of these activities can have a positive impact on students. Plus, Wattpad's platform is great for in-depth reading. Therefore, one of the best ways to learn English is to read extensively on the Wattpad platform. Teachers should realize that because Wattpad is a practical reading tool that can be accessed anywhere and at any time, all the stories students read must be age-appropriate.

Abstract

DHF cases in Indonesia continue to increase, in 2021 there were 73,518 cases with a death rate of 705 people. In 2022, there were 131,265 cases with 1,183 deaths. In the period January - July 2023, 42,690 people were infected with DHF and 317 people died. One of the symptoms of Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a sudden high fever (more than 38.0 C) that lasts continuously for 2 to 7 days. Fever if not handled properly can cause other effects, if the temperature is above 38 then it can increase sweating, pale, clammy, and cold skin, general weakness, tachycardia with a weak pulse, nausea or vomiting, dizziness, mild headache, or fainting. Temperatures above 40 degrees can cause hot, red, dry skin, tachycardia with a strong pulse, delirium, seizures, or coma. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the application of warm compresses in overcoming hyperthermia problems in Dengue Haemorragic Fever patients. The method used in the preparation of this scientific work is descriptive with a Case report approach to nursing care by applying Evidence based practice nursing Warm compresses on 1 patient with a body temperature of 38.0ºC. Data collection methods used in this case study are interviews, observation and physical examination. The results of the case study obtained the application of warm compresses was able to reduce body temperature in Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever patients with hyperthermia nursing problems. It is recommended that nurses can combine pharmacological therapy with nonpharmacology, namely warm compresses to help reduce body temperature in patients.
