Abstract

Micro teaching is a compulsory course that must be taken by prospective mathematics teacher students of UIN Bukittinggi. Micro teaching courses train the basic teaching skills of prospective mathematics teachers. One of the lessons that is trained to prospective mathematics teacher students is Islamic integration mathematics learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the perspectives of prospective mathematics teacher students on Islamic integration mathematics teaching that students have practised. This research is a descriptive study with the research subjects are UIN Bukittinggi students who take micro teaching in the sixth semester totalling eleven students. Data were collected using a questionnaire that uses a 1-4 scale. The analysis was carried out using the average formula and then matched against the assessment criteria table. The results of this study are prospective mathematics teacher students have a very good perspective on Islamic integration mathematics learning that has been trained. Islamic integrated mathematics learning is very good in motivating and useful, new learning, interesting, challenging, useful, makes it easier for students to understand mathematical concepts and can add insight to students related to Islamic knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki ada atau tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan LKPD Matematika Integrasi Islam terhadap meningkatkan pemahaman yaitu hasil belajar siswa. Terbatasnya bahan ajar yang tersedia di sekolah hanya berupa buku teks dan dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu penulis tertarik meneliti apakah ada pengaruh LKPD terhadap hasil belajar matematika di SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek. metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental. Hasil penelitian LKPD Matematika Integrasi Islam mempunyai pengaruh dalam hasil belajar matematika siswa terlihat peningkatan hasil belajar dari yang rendah ke sedang. Nilai N-Gain hasil belajar post test kelas kontrol dan post test kelas eksperimen Meningkat karena didominasi oleh kategori sedang dengan rata-rata 36.35%. LKPD Matematika Integrasi Islam dalam pembelajaran memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar karena bahan ajar yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai Islami dalam Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Apabila diterapkan pada model pembelajaran, pendekatan pembelajaran, dan materi pelajaran matematika, proses pembelajaran akan praktis, efektif, dan sangat menarik.

Abstract

Menghafal Al-Qur’an merupakan proses mempelajari Al-Qur’an dengan cara menghafalkannya sehingga seseorang selalu dapat mengingat dan mengucapkannya tanpa melihat mushafnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa diMAS Asy-Syarif Sidang Koto Laweh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MAS Asy-Syarif tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, tes berupa tes tertulis prestasi belajar dan non tes berupa lembar observasi Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an dan prestasi belajar matematika siswa (r = 0,438, p < 0,05). Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa siswa yang memiliki kemampuan hafalan Al-Qur’an yang baik cenderung memiliki prestasi belajar matematika yang lebih tinggi. Faktor-faktor lain seperti motivasi belajar, disiplin, dan dukungan orang tua juga berperan dalam hubungan ini. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran disekolah MAS Asy-Syarif, dengan menggabungkan aspek keagamaan yang kuat dalam pendidikan matematika.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the ability of Islamic elementary school students in solving HOTS-based math problems based on students' mathematical abilities. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted on grade VI students of SDI Ibnu Syam. Students' mathematical ability is measured by giving tests in the form of questions related to building space material, and students' ability to solve HOTS questions. The results of this study are that students with high, medium and low mathematical abilities have difficulty and have not been able to solve HOTS problems. This is due to the lack of habituation in working on HOTS level problems which makes students not accustomed to thinking at a high level in solving HOTS problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya sumber belajar yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam dalam pembelajaran matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan modul matematika yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam pada materi barisan dan deret. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development (R&D), dengan proses pengembangan modul menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan Analysis (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (evaluasi). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui lembar validasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Modul matematika yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai Islam memiliki tingkat validitas sebesar 85%, yang dikategorikan sangat valid. 2) Berdasarkan tanggapan peserta didik, modul ini memiliki tingkat kepraktisan sebesar 82,43%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. 3) Keefektifan modul diukur melalui hasil belajar peserta didik, dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 78,57%, yang masuk dalam kategori efektif. Dengan demikian, modul ini layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar serta menanamkan karakter Islami dalam diri peserta didik, seperti kejujuran, sikap saling membantu dan lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan para pendidik mengembangkan bahan ajar yang memadukan konsep akademik dengan nilai-nilai Islam agar membangun karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Mental health condition must be developed. In this study, the library research method was used. The researcher identified literature in the form of journals, both national and international, book sources, research results related to the topic being studied, namely examining general theories as a basis for the mental health development model in Islamic Educational Counseling. In the literature study, various studies that have been conducted by previous researchers regarding the topic to be studied were also traced. From the results of the study, the form of mental health development in Islamic Educational Counseling was found. First, There are several perspectives put forward by various Counseling experts regarding mental health. Alder, Carl Gustav Jung, Abraham Maslow, and Carl Rogers focused. Second, in the view of Islamic Educational Counseling, mental health is a form of mental health or a healthy soul that is manifested in the form of the desire for al muthmainnah. Third, in developing human mental health, the tahalli aspect is the main aspect that must be developed by Islamic Educational Counseling, namely by optimizing human character through the actualization of the values of the Asma'ul Husana.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven significant changes in the Islamic financial industry, including microfinance institutions such as Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT). This article aims to analyze the competitive strategy of BMT Al Fataya Payakumbuh in facing the dynamics of Islamic digital finance using a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that BMT Al Fataya possesses strengths such as a good reputation, member loyalty, and innovative Islamic products, but still faces weaknesses such as limited capital, a lack of digital talent, and slow technology adoption. Externally, opportunities arise from the growth of Islamic fintech, increasing public digital literacy, and potential technology partnerships, while the main threat comes from competition from large-scale Islamic financial institutions, rural banks (BPRs), and commercial banks. Recommended strategies include developing digital services (mobile banking and e-wallets), increasing human resource capacity, and promoting digital initiatives based on local communities. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration, service innovation, and digital adaptation to strengthen BMT competitiveness in the modern Islamic financial era.

Abstract

This study explores the philosophical dimensions embedded within the Qur’an, focusing on three central domains: metaphysics, epistemology, and ethics. While the Qur’an is primarily regarded as a revealed scripture, its discourse contains profound philosophical insights that have shaped the intellectual tradition of Islamic thought. Using a qualitative and analytical approach, this research examines key Qur’anic concepts related to the nature of reality (ontology), sources of knowledge, and moral frameworks. The findings demonstrate that the Qur’an presents a coherent philosophical worldview grounded in divine unity (tawḥīd), integrating metaphysical assertions with epistemological guidance and ethical imperatives. Furthermore, the study argues that Qur’anic philosophy is not abstract speculation but a lived and practical framework that bridges reason and revelation. This research contributes to contemporary discussions by highlighting the relevance of Qur’anic philosophy in addressing modern intellectual and ethical challenges.

Abstract

Ethnomathematics research in Minangkabau is still dominated by studies of static cultural artifacts, while traditional children's games that are constructive and involve motor activities have not been widely researched. This study aims to identify mathematical concepts in the traditional game of “Pistol-pistolan”, which is made from banana leaves. The research used a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods and was conducted in Bukittinggicity, West Sumatra. Data were collected through participant observation, visual documentation, and semi-structured interviews with elementary school-aged children as players, lecturers and teachers of Minangkabau Natural Culture. The results of the study show that the structure of the pistol-pistolan contains geometric concepts in the form of right triangles and parallel lines, trigonometric concepts through the comparison of the sides of right triangles, and arithmetic concepts in the form of size patterns that form arithmetic sequences in the variations of the length of the handle, barrel, and barrel. These findings indicate that traditional games based on simple constructions can be used as a context for mathematics learning, particularly in geometry, trigonometry, and arithmetic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the activity and motivation of students learning mathematics using the Think Pair Square cooperative learning model is better than conventional learning. This type of research is an experiment with a research design namely The Static Group Comparison Design. The population in this study were all students, where there are 10 classes with a total of 318 students. Sampling was done randomly first conducted a normality test and homogeneity test on the population data. The sample in this study was class VIII. I as the experimental class and VIII. J as the control class. The instruments used were a mathematics learning motivation questionnaire and a learning activity observation sheet. The results of the activity observation sheet were analyzed using the percentage of activity, after calculating the activity score, an overall average of 82.3% was obtained with active criteria. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the data analysis of the students' mathematics learning motivation questionnaire at the real level using the t-test, obtained t count 2.033400708 and t table 1.998971517 where t count > t table. Meanwhile, using SPSS, sig = 0.034 is obtained, meaning significant <a with a real level, based on these results, accept H1 and reject H0. So, it can be concluded that students' mathematics learning activities and motivation using the Think Pair Square type of cooperative learning model are better than conventional learning.
