Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing on the decision to purchase course packages through purchase interest as an intervening variable at LKP Yale Communication. The main focus is to identify how these two digital marketing approaches influence purchasing decisions and the extent to which purchase interest acts as a mediator in the process. Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents. The variables studied include SEO, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Interest, and Purchase Decisions. Data analysis was performed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to measure the relationship between these variables and to see the direct and indirect effects. Results: The results of the analysis show that: SEO has a significant direct effect on Purchase Interest and Purchase Decision.  Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Interest, but does not show a direct effect on Purchase Decision. Purchase Intention serves as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between SEO and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decision. Findings: This study found that: SEO strategies are more effective in directly influencing purchase decisions than Social Media Marketing. Social Media Marketing plays an important role in generating purchase intention, which in turn influences purchase decisions. Purchase intention is a key element in linking the impact of SEO and Social Media Marketing on Purchase Decisions. Novelty: The innovation of this study lies in combining SEO and Social Media Marketing in a single analytical framework that considers the role of purchase intention as an intervening variable. This provides new insights into how both digital marketing strategies can be effectively utilized in the context of non-formal education. Originality: Although many previous studies have explored SEO and Social Media Marketing separately, this study offers a new perspective by combining these two elements and making purchase interest a mediator. This study also enriches the literature in the non-formal education sector, which is often under-researched by academics. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that integrated digital marketing strategies are very important for increasing purchasing decisions in the non-formal education sector. The results of the study emphasize the need for greater attention to SEO as an effective tool to directly influence purchasing decisions, while Social Media Marketing should be seen as a means to develop consumer purchase interest. This study is expected to contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies and serve as a reference for further research in this field. Type of Paper: research article

Abstract

The Special Region of Yogyakarta is a cultural rich city with excellent cultural resources. Yogyakarta should manage their assets with long-term planning to keep the sustainability. There is a very unique planning process due to a combination of political, technocratic, participatory, top down and bottom up approaches. This planning process is comprehensive or integrated because its involved many actor from multisectoral, multidisciplinary, multi regulatory, and multi planning documents, etc. Local wisdoms have been coloring the planning documents. This study describe and analyze the cultural development planning in Yogyakarta especially on the Management Planning in Kotagede Cultural Heritage District. We used qualitative descriptive approach methods and Miles and Huberman analysis methods. Participation of community and Non Governmental Organization (NGO) in conservation planning of cultural heritage in this area is very significant in simplify the government task because people have been more literate in planning, have database of cultural assets, and capable of making their own decisions for the future of the region. Participatory rural appraisal (PRA) dan Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) were integrated in the planning process of Kotagede Heritage District management, thus it becomes a model of cultural heritage with community empowerment-based conservation. Abstract

Masalah pengelolaan sampah telah menjadi perhatian lingkungan yang mendesak, khususnya di Dusun Larangan, Kecamatan Kalikajar, Wonosobo. Meskipun volume sampah yang dihasilkan semakin meningkat, masyarakat setempat masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola sampah secara efektif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak sosial dari sistem pembuangan sampah yang ada di daerah tersebut, termasuk praktik pembakaran sampah dan pembuangan sembarangan ke sungai. Penelitian ini mengkaji penyebab utama masalah ini, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, serta mengusulkan penerapan program bank sampah sebagai solusi yang berkelanjutan. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif yang meliputi observasi dan wawancara, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya keterlibatan masyarakat dan strategi pengelolaan sampah yang tepat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendirian bank sampah dapat mengurangi polusi lingkungan, meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, dan bahkan memberikan manfaat ekonomi melalui daur ulang bahan sampah yang bernilai.

Abstract

This study discussed the implementation of Self-sufficient seeds village program in Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan as an effort of the Government to develops seeds independency in villages and able to provide quality seeds. The study conducted using descriptive qualitative approach using the program implementation theory by David C. Korten (1980). Respondents were composed of participant and non-participants farmers of the Self-sufficient seed villages program. The results showed that in terms of three elements of program content and context of Implementation on supports the program implementation were running well.It is important to observe the sustainability of this program at the end of it farmers would then be able to produce high quality seeds continuously with or without government programs.

Abstract

The development of rural tourism is estimated can led to a new dimension of sustainable development. The government of Indonesia has made some efforts to realize the target of increasing the country's foreign exchange income with digital tourism, rural tourism homestay, and air connectivity. Regarding this target, community participation is needed to become the main subject of rural tourism. However, the development of rural tourism in Indonesia still encounters various obstacles such as lack of promotion and innovation in programs. Using qualitative method, author explore the barriers, facilitators and how to overcome challenges within the sustainable rural tourism development in Kalibiru village, Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia.

Abstract

This paper focus on the improvement on the quality of public services needs to be carried out sustainably, so that a periodic evaluation of public service delivery is needed. The government in the last decade has attempted to formulate an evaluation framework for public services delivery. This is proven from changes in regulations that dynamically follow the development needs. This research focuses on customer satisfaction in perceiving the service. The results show that there are several services that need to be improved.

Abstract

Planning for employee needs at BKD East Java Province has an important role because it is related to getting the right employees, in the right number, with the right capabilities, at the right time, and in the right place to achieve organizational goals both in the short and long term. The problem is the unequal capacity of OPD employees in aligning the direction determined by the Central Government and there are advantages and disadvantages of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the planning model for employee needs in the BKD of East Java Province in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, both in terms of the process and the reasons. The results of the study show that the BKD of East Java Province innovated changes in the needs planning process by coordinating and aligning the network (online) to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. This is done as a way to ensure that the planning carried out can provide accuracy for OPD in terms of quantity and quality. It is necessary to increase the internal capacity of the OPD in order to create a good planning for the needs of employees in the Regional Government.

Abstract

This research, which aims to analyze the process of implementing the policy of developing cultural tourism destinations in West Manggarai Regency, is reviewed through van Mater and Van Horn's approach: Basic measures and policy objectives, policy sources, interorganization communication and implementation activities, Characteristics of the implementing agencies, Social, Economy and Politics Conditions and disposition of Implementers, using qualitative research methods descriptive to identify some fundamentals related to the policy of developing cultural tourism destinations in West Manggarai. Based on the results of the research, the process of Implementing the Tourism Development Master Plan has been implemented but still leaves some fundamental problems, so that the implementation process does not work and leads to the achievement of the results that are the final goal of this policy, namely the attractiveness of cultural tourism which in terms of the quality of destinations and the quantity of tourists can become a tourist attraction and support the main tourist attraction of Komodo dragons, improving socio-economic life while introducing the culture and past history of the People of West Manggarai Regency.

Abstract

Banyuwangi has received a Village Fund budget from the Central Government which will be distributed to all villages. To manage the funds that have been received, the Banyuwangi Regency Government has made an innovation, namely the E-Village Budgeting application. In managing the budget, the Village Government must also use the principles of managing regional finances, one of which is Accountability. Accountability is meant to carry out accountability for budget management activities to the community and also related parties. This study aims to describe the accountability of village fund management in accelerating village development in Sukojati Village. This study uses a qualitative approach. The method of data collection is by observation, documentation, and interviews in Sukojati Village. The research location is in Sukojati Village. The Sukojati Village Government has carried out accountability in the form of financial reports. However, the accountability carried out is still not good or in general is still minimal. This is because the Sukojati Village Government applies Accountability only when there is a problem in budget management.
