Abstract

ABSTRAKSusu prematur adalah susu yang diproduksi dan dimiliki oleh ibu yang melahirkanbayi prematur/ berat badan lahir rendah. Susu prematur mengandung kalori yang lebihtinggi karena ada kadar lemak dan protein yang lebih tinggi dari susu bayi yang tidakprematur. Komposisi ASI yang dihasilkan ibu yang melahirkan prematur berbeda dengankomposisi ASI yang dihasilkan oleh ibu yang melahirkan cukup bulan. Menyusui bayiprematur di tidak mudah, sering terjadi kegagalan menyusui pada ibu yang melahirkanprematur. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang menyusui, produksi susukurang dan dukungan keluarga dalam menyusui. Keberhasilan dalam menyusui bayiprematur dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu yang bisa ditingkatkan dengan memberikanpendidikan kesehatan dan diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku ibu yang tidak menyusuibersedia untuk memberikan ASI pada bayinya.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental desain Pre-test-post-test.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi berat lahir rendah diNICU Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Gresik sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah ibu yang memiliki bayi berat lahir rendah di NICU Ibnu Sina Rumah Sakit Gresiksesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Datadianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank dengan tingkat signifikansi α ≥0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudahkonseling tentang ASI bayi prematur dengan tingkat signifikansi p: 0,000 (p <0,05) sertaberdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank didapatkan sebelum: 52,3989 dan setelah: 39,85219.Hasil uji pada status gizi bayi prematur sebelum: 21,54195 dan setelah: 22,24986 artinyaada pengaruh konseling terhadap perilaku ibu yang memiliki bayi prematur dan status gizibayi prematur.Petugas kesehatan harus lebih meningkatkan promosi kesehatan tentang menyusuiASI ekslusif, terutama pada wanita yang memiliki bayi berat badan lahir rendah. Konselingdapat dilakukan melalui pertemuan ibu-ibu yang dibentuk masyarakat, seperti pusatkesehatan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Perubahan perilaku ibu, status gizi bayiABSTRACTPreterm milk is milk that is produced and owned by the mother who gave birth topremature babies/ low birth weight. Preterm milk containing higher calories because thereare fat and protein levels that are higher than mature milk that her baby. The compositionof breast milk produced different mothers who gave birth prematurely to the compositionof breast milk produced by mothers who gave birth just months. Breastfeeding inpremature infant is not easy, often there is a failure of breastfeeding in mothers who givebirth prematurely. This is due to a lack of knowledge of mothers about breast feeding, milkproduction is less and the support of families in breastfeeding. To be able to achievesuccess in breastfeeding preterm infant, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of mothers by providing health education/ health education that is expected to alter thebehavior of mothers not to breastfeed to be willing to give breast milk to her baby.This study used experimental research designs Pre-test one-group pre-post testdesign. The populations in this study were all mothers who have low birth weight infant inthe NICU Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik many as 20 people. The samples in this study weremothers who had low birth weight infant in the NICU Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik accordingto inclusion criteria. This research used purposive sampling techniques. The data wereanalyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance levels α ≥ 0.05 then thehypothesis is rejected.The result showed that there were differences in outcomes before and aftercounseling on breastfeeding premature infants with a significance level of p: 0.000(p<0.05) is before: 52.3989 and after: 39.85219 based on Wilcoxon Sign Rank test, whereas in effect of breastfeeding on the nutritional status of premature infants before: 21.54195and after: 22.24986 it means there is an influence on behavior counseling mothers whohave low birth weight infants in feeding and nutritional status of premature infants.Health workers should further enhance the health promotion of breastfeeding,especially in women who have low birth weight infants, it can be done through a meetingof mothers who formed the society, such as community health centers and others.Keywords: Changes in maternal behavior, infant nutritional status

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stroke adalah sindrom klinis yang progresif dengan defisit neurologis fokal atau global karena gangguan darah otak. ROM aktif adalah latihan untuk pasien stroke yang dapat meningkatkan kekuatan otot. Peran keluarga sebagai motivator dapat meningkatkan motivasi pasien dalam mengikuti ROM aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan peran pendampingan keluarga dengan motivasi pasien stroke melaksanakan ROM aktif.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan purposive sampling. Variabel independen adalah peran pendampingan keluarga dan variabel dependen adalah motivasi pasien dan  pelaksanakan pendampingan ROM aktif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi.Hasil uji Spearman Rho, korelasi peran keluarga dengan motivasi pasien adalah ρ = 0,000 dengan r = 0,707, dan untuk korelasi motivasi pasien dengan pelaksanaan ROM aktif adalah ρ = 0,000 dengan r = 0,807 menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi antara peran keluarga dengan motivasi pasien dalam melaksanakan ROM aktif.Peran keluarga yang baik dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pasien dalam melaksanakan ROM aktif. Keluarga memerlukan informasi lengkap dan akurat tentang terapi selama di rumah bagi pasien dengan stroke, dalam hal ini pelaksanaan ROM aktif. Kata kunci: Stroke, Peran Keluarga, Motivasi, ROM aktif ABSTRACT Stroke is early progressive clinical syndrome with focal deficit of neurologis or global because of brain blood disturbance. Associated active of ROM is exercise to train the patient with stroke which can increase muscle strength. Family role as motivator can increase patient motivation from the inside to follow the associated active of ROM. The purpose of this research was to know about correlation of family role with patient motivation in associated active of ROM.This research used cross sectional methode with purposive sampling. Independent variable was family role and the dependent variable was patient motivation in associated active of ROM. Data  was accumulated of this research used questionairre and observation.The result of spearman rho test, the correlation of family role with patient motivation was ρ=0,000 with r=0,707, and for the correlation of patient motivation with assosiated active of ROM was ρ=0,000 with r=0,807 show that there was a correlation between family role with patient motivation in associated active of ROM.Over all, good family  role to increase the patient motivation. To be a good family role need more information and respect to therapy for patient with stroke, wich one of all is active of ROM. Keywords : Stroke, Family role, patient  motivation, active of ROM

Abstract

The implementation of management information systems in managing educational institutions plays an important role in improving the efficiency and quality of management. The implementation of management information systems in madrasah in the face of educational disruption that has occurred globally. This study aims to analyze the implementation of management information systems in managing educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles & Huberman model. The results of this study show that one educational institution has succeeded in taking advantage of the great opportunities in the implementation of management information systems to face educational disruption. This success was realized through strengthening the technological infrastructure which reached 60%, as well as increasing the mastery of human resources by 30%. The implementation of this system also accelerates data-based decision-making that supports the quality of education services. However, challenges remain, albeit minimal. The findings of this study provide important implications for improving education management in madrasahs. The implementation of management information systems enables the digitalization of administration, improving efficiency, transparency and data-based decision-making.

Abstract

The solid waste problem is still a topic of discussion in various forums. One of the most densely populated villages in Sukoharjo Regency, i.e. Makamhaji Village, produces a large volume of waste, and is a problem in itself. This Community Service Program invites the people of Windan, Makamhaji to process household organic solid waste through maggot bioconversion which can also have economic value. The team carried out socialization and community empowerment activities to reduce the amount of waste through maggot cultivation which can decompose organic waste into protein as part of the life cycle of black soldier flies (BSF). This program aims to provide technological information in maggot cultivation and improve the quality of human resources. The methods applied are through training, mentoring, monitoring, evaluation, provision and lending of facilities, and increasing cooperation networks with business actors in the field of waste processing. Community service activities have succeeded in fostering residents to carry out maggot cultivation and are quite productive so that they can increase income.

Abstract

Background: PMI di Kabupaten Blitar memiliki perilaku konsumtif yang tinggi, apalagi jika diberikan iming-iming hadiah atau harga yang murah. Namun perilaku konsumtif ini semakin turun seiring dengan kondisi perekonomian yang juga menurun. Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk memberdayakan purna Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) guna memberikan perilaku konsumtif dan produktif dengan membelanjakan uangnya tidak dibelikan untuk membeli barang-barang yang benar-benar diperlukan, tetapi lebih ke barang-barang yang tidak terlalu diperlukan. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, pendamping, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku konsumtif purna PMI berawal dari pola kehidupan glamor saat bekerja di luar negeri. Purna PMI tidak menyadari bahwa apa yang mereka lakukan seperti membeli produk karena harga murah bukan atas dasar manfaat, membeli produk untuk mempertahankan status sosial itu merupakan perilaku konsumtif. Perilaku produktif purna PMI masih sangat minim dan mereka cenderung tidak tahu bagaimana merubah pola hidup dari konsumtif menjadi produktif. Kesimpulan: Purna PMI menyadari bahwa mereka perlu mengikuti pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas diri sebagai modal awal membuka usaha sehingga mereka tidak perlu kembali bekerja ke luar negeri.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of case-based learning (CBL) on enhancing collaboration and communication skills among early childhood education (ECE) students. A meta-analysis was conducted using 25 effect sizes from studies published between 2022 and 2024, involving 1,056 participants and sourced from databases such as ERIC, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and Wiley. The JSAP application facilitated statistical analysis. Results indicate that CBL significantly outperforms conventional learning methods in fostering collaboration and communication, evidenced by a high summary effect size of 1.013. CBL offers an interactive, student-centered approach that places students in real-life scenarios, encouraging active participation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Through intensive group discussions and collaborative activities, students learn to articulate ideas, respect diverse perspectives, and engage constructively in group settings. These findings underscore CBL’s potential as an effective pedagogical approach for developing essential interpersonal skills in ECE, which are critical for students' professional preparedness. Future studies should consider longitudinal impacts and cross-cultural contexts to validate these outcomes further.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the flipped classroom-based SAVI learning model on children's problem-solving skills. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. The eligibility criteria in this study are: a) the research must be published in 2022-2024; b) this research was obtained through the Google Scholar database; Mendeley; ScienceDirect; and Wiley; c) the research must be relevant; d) the research must have complete data to calculate the effect size value; and the sample size > 30 participants. The data in this meta-analysis is analyzed with the help of JASP and Microsoft Excel applications. The results of the analysis of 19 effect sizes concluded that the summary effect size value ( d = 1.077 ; z = 8.172 ; p < 0.001) of the effect size category was strong. Abstract

Sentosa Happy Spring is one of the event organizers are developing in Malang City, but the problems that often arise met is management of one obstacle the main thing that often faced by the perpetrator event organizer. Activities This aiming For increase quality management in field event organizer Sumber Bahagia Sentosa so that it can reach target organization with method effective and efficient. The method used is descriptive with observation, mentoring and evaluation techniques. The results of the activities This show that mentoring and training in improving management quality has a significant positive impact on business actors. Through this assistance and training, it helps MSMEs overcome problems in business management, with an emphasis on the importance of customer service. MSMEs gain an understanding of how to improve management and communicate with customers. This training also improves the quality of human resources (HR) and MSMEs' confidence in interacting with customers, even though they still have limitations in human resource management capabilities.

Abstract

UD Sun is A business micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located in Kartasada, Kalianget, Sumenep City. UD Matahari focus on production shrimp crisp amplang, which has mark high sales and profits. Problems faced MSME actors are Not yet existence training management finance business use application in a way directly. The solution needed is counseling and mentoring for MSME actors in managefinances. Research This own objective is For do mentoring or training to be able to apply management finance and science communication with Good use repair management orderly finances in this UMKM. The method used is descriptive with technique observation, companion, and evaluation. Research results This show that training and mentoring knowledge management finance and science communication in UMKM Crackers Amplang Sumenep show that A deeper understanding Good about management finance more understand importance recording finance and start take notes transaction in a way regular and able make report finance simple, like report profit loss. This helps management understand cash flow and determine profit or losses, as well as plan expenses and income with more okay. Then increase communication effective business and capabilities more communication good, polite and friendly to customer.

Abstract

In the 4.0 era, technology was rapidly developing which caused changes in the perspective of education. The competencies needed in the world of education are also changing. This affects the competency of prospective teachers. They must prepare, improve, and continue to hone their competencies to be able to produce a quality generation that is able to answer the challenges in the current 4.0 era. This study aims to explain the perceptions of prospective PAI teachers, inform about 6C competencies which is an update in the 4.0 era curriculum which was formerly known as 4C competencies but now gets two additional new competencies by the Minister of Education and Culture so that they become 6C competencies, as well as challenges faced by prospective PAI teachers in era 4.0. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and literature study. The results and discussion of this research are found that: 1. From the perception of PAI teacher candidates many do not know about the 6C competency being promoted by the Minister of Education and Culture because it has not been a focus among educators. 2. Prospective educators try to hone their competencies to face the 4.0 era.
