Abstract

The food product processing business in Indonesia is developing very quickly, so competition is increasing. The potential of a company called PT. Metro Machine World, which is located in Malang, shows the industrial business of various quality machines and affordable prices with various consumer needs. The aim of the research is to study and analyze the collection of products produced, the prices offered, and the marketing of industrial machines. The research method is interview studies and discussions with related parties related to the potential of machine products and qualitative analysis. The parameters measured are product collections within 2 years from 2022 to 2024, selling prices, and names of consumers who need industrial machines. The results of the research explain that the most popular marketing products are food processing industrial machines consisting of agricultural, fishery, and livestock processed products. The lowest price is an ice crusher machine worth IDR 1,500.00 and the highest marketing price is IDR 145,000,000 for a beverage machine. The consumers who need it the most are the Islamic University of Malang and PT. Buana Prima Raya and MSMEs. Machine marketing uses social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and National Online Stores.

Abstract

Children are an asset of a nation, children as a part of the younger generation play a very strategic role as the successor of a nation. Therefore, it is very important to instill Islamic religious values from an early age in children so that they can create good and quality personalities in the future. The purpose of this research and service is to find out the efforts that can be made to improve the quality and religiosity of children. The service method used by the author is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which is a community service method in the form of research and carried out with participation with activities in the community within a social and community sphere in order to make change actions for the better. From the results of this study, it was found that by instilling religious values in children through habits such as praying in congregation in mosques, providing knowledge about the Islamic religion, and also providing interesting activities, it can increase children's enthusiasm for learning and it is easier to absorb values well delivered.

Abstract

In a company, there are several areas it manages, such as sales, purchases, inventory, marketing, production, and many other fields. Inventory, which is one of those areas, becomes a crucial center in the sustainability of the company's operations. This is because inventory has a relationship with sales and purchases, or is related to incoming and outgoing goods. Therefore, special attention is needed in this area of inventory. Inventory is not only related to goods but also to raw materials, depending on the type of company being run. In the inventory of raw materials specifically, it is essential to clearly understand the raw materials available in the company so that it can meet the company's needs in producing goods. To obtain this clear information, good information systems are certainly required. However, in reality, there are still many companies that use a manual system in managing their inventory data. This can obviously lead to several problems such as the information obtained regarding the final condition of the raw materials not being updated properly due to recording errors made on the incoming and outgoing raw materials. This condition results in the preparation of inventory reports being incorrect, thus making the information provided inaccurate. If this continues, it will negatively impact the company's survival. The company may incur significant losses and be unable to compete with other companies. Therefore, such companies need the development of a system that will transform from a manual system to a computerized system. With the hope of resolving the issues faced. In the process of developing the system, it is also necessary to choose the right model, such as the Rapid Application Development model. Because in this model, the existing stages can be carried out clearly and systematically and can have a short time estimate in the development of the system. The final result of this system development can be an inventory application that can be used to assist in managing its inventory data.

Abstract

Background: Dalam hal ini, Perkembangan usaha mikro juga menjadi salah satu yang disoroti oleh Pemerintah Kota Malang. Sejumlah langkah strategis ditempuh guna perbaikan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan usaha mikro di Kota Malang. Etika bisnis sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup suatu bisnis, atau bahwa etika menumbuhkan moral, terutama sikap yang jujur, adil, dan tanggung jawab. Tata nilai dan etika harus berubah sesuai dengan waktu dan lingkungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memeberikan pelatihan mengenai penerapan etika bisnis dalam UMKM di era digital. Metode: Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah dengan  pendampingan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Kota Malang juga dapat menemukan peluang untuk meningkatkan praktik etika mereka melalui pelatihan karyawan, teknologi inovatif seperti blockchain dan AI, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga yang etis. Dengan mengadopsi teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan transparansi, keamanan, dan kemitraan dengan pihak lain di Malang. Kesimpulan: Dalam era digital yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis saat ini dapat memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan jangka panjang mereka dengan memprioritaskan etika bisnis dan melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study explores the challenges faced by students of STAI UISU Pematangsiantar in accessing Islamic digital literature for academic writing. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research identifies four main categories of obstacles: accessibility, digital literacy, availability of literature, and motivation and perception. Accessibility barriers include poor internet connectivity, limited devices, and high data costs. Students’ digital literacy remains low, particularly in searching for credible sources, utilizing academic databases, and applying reference management tools. Regarding availability, relevant Islamic digital literature is still limited, while the campus repository is not yet accessible online. Although students show relatively high motivation, pragmatic perceptions and the lack of institutional support often lead them to rely on open sources with questionable credibility. The findings highlight that the students’ challenges are multidimensional, encompassing technical, financial, linguistic, and structural aspects. This study is expected to provide a foundation for strengthening Islamic digital literacy policies and facilities at STAI UISU Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at H. Kastari Putra Grocery Store in Jombang Regency. The background of this research is based on the importance of building and maintaining customer loyalty in the face of increasingly intense competition in the grocery retail business. Brand Image is considered a key factor that shapes customer perceptions, which ultimately affects their satisfaction and loyalty. This research uses a quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to customers of H. Kastari Putra Grocery Store. Data analysis is conducted using statistical methods to examine the relationship between brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The results of this research are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of marketing management science, particularly regarding the role of Brand Image and customer satisfaction in building customer loyalty in the grocery retail sector. Practically, the findings of this study offer strategic recommendations for store owners and other retail business actors to enhance Brand Image and customer satisfaction in order to create sustainable customer loyalty. Keyword: Brand Image, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of e-commerce has triggered significant changes in consumer behavior, particularly among Generation Z, who are highly susceptible to various digital marketing strategies. One of the impacts of this change is an increase in impulsive purchasing tendencies influenced by digital marketing strategies such as celebrity endorsements, flash sales, and the fear of missing out (FOMO) phenomenon. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. A total of 105 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that celebrity endorsements and flash sales have a significant positive influence on impulsive purchasing behavior. Meanwhile, the influence of fear of missing out is negative and statistically insignificant. Among the three variables studied, celebrity endorsement emerged as the most dominant factor influencing impulsive purchasing decisions. This finding underscores the importance of celebrities in shaping perceptions and driving impulsive shopping behavior among Generation Z. Additionally, flash sales promotions should be further enhanced, and psychological aspects such as FOMO can be optimized in designing more effective promotional strategies. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Flash Sale, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Impulsive Buying, Generasi Z, E-commerce

Abstract

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a crucial component in supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services, particularly through the implementation of electronic medical records. The transition from manual, paper-based medical records to electronic medical records has generated a positive response from users. This response has impacted nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. This satisfaction is measured through five dimensions of End-User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS). Purpose: To analyze the determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. Method: This quantitative study used a descriptive-analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire based on the five EUCS dimensions. Results: The determination test showed that all EUCS dimensions were determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that format had the most significant influence on nurse satisfaction, followed by timeliness and accuracy, while ease of use had a negative influence. Conclusion: All EUCS dimensions (format, content, ease of use, timeliness, and accuracy) were determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records at Kota Regional General Hospital. Statistics show that formatting has the most significant impact on user satisfaction. Suggestion: To support the smooth operation of electronic medical record applications, a stable internet connection, an attractive format, ease of system operation, content tailored to user needs, and accurate data are required. To improve user satisfaction, regular and planned evaluations involving various parties within the agency are necessary, and electronic medical record users must respond promptly to complaints and suggestions.   Keywords: Electronic Medical Record; Nursing Care Documentation; Nurse Satisfaction.   Pendahuluan: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya melalui penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Perubahan RM manual kertas menjadi RME menimbulkan respon terhadap penggunanya. Respon ini berdampak terhadap kepuasan perawat dalam melakukan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RME. Kepuasan ini dilihat dari lima dimensi End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS). Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di rekam medis berbasis elektronik. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner berdasarkan lima dimensi EUCS. Hasil: Uji determinasi didapatkan semua dimensi EUCS merupakan determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RME. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dimensi format memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan perawat, diikuti oleh timeliness dan accuracy, sedangkan dimensi easy of use justru menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Simpulan: Determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Kota adalah semua dimensi EUCS (format, content, easy to use, timelines, accuracy). Adapun secara statistic menunjukkan bahwa variable format yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Saran: Dalam mendukung kelancaran aplikasi RME, diperlukan kestabilan jaringan internet, tampilan format yang menarik, kemudahan dalam operasional system, conten/isi yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, serta ketepatan data yang diberikan. Sementara, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna perlu terus dilakukan evaluasi yang rutin dan terencana dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak di instansi ini dan segera merespon keluhan ataupun saran dari pengguna RME.   Kata Kunci: Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan; Kepuasan Perawat; Rekam Medis Elektronik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental knowledge, environmental concern, and social media on green purchasing intention and how the mediating role of green attitude as an intermediary of the relationship between the three independent variables on green purchasing intention of generation Z in Malang City. The research method uses quantitative descriptive with data collection from direct questionnaire distribution and google form to generation Z Malang City aged 17-27 years. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 154 respondents. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM with the help of the SmartPLS application. The findings of this study indicate that environmental concern and social media have a positive effect on green attitudes, while environmental knowledge does not show a significant effect. These three factors, together with green attitudes, significantly influence green purchasing intention. Green attitudes mediate the influence of environmental concern and social media on green purchasing intention, but not environmental knowledge. The novelty of the study shows the importance of the mediating role of green attitudes in predicting the influence of social media on green purchasing intention which has theoretical implications for including social media in the TPB model for further research. Practical implications require educational institutions to maximize the Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PLH) curriculum to foster high environmental morale, and policymakers need to integrate it with behavioral interventions. Companies should also implement green marketing by producing green products and building a positive consumer image.

Abstract

Abstrak: Hutan merupakan paru-paru dunia yang berperan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem dan keberlangsungan makhluk hidup. Namun, di beberapa wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan, terjadi alih fungsi hutan menjadi lahan jagung akibat minimnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang manfaat hutan dalam mitigasi bencana. Padahal, keberadaan hutan sangat penting untuk mencegah tanah longsor, banjir bandang, serta meningkatkan daya serap air ke dalam tanah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya nyata seperti reboisasi dan edukasi masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pelestarian hutan. Kegiatan ini mencakup penyuluhan melalui ceramah dan sesi tanya jawab mengenai ancaman bencana di Lamongan serta cara mengantisipasinya, disertai dengan aksi penanaman pohon. Sebanyak 84 peserta turut serta, terdiri dari perangkat desa (5 orang), warga Dusun Cancing (22 orang), mahasiswa (23 orang), serta tamu undangan (34 orang). Hasil post-test menunjukkan 65% peserta memiliki pemahaman sangat baik, 21% baik, 7% cukup, dan 7% kurang. Hasil ini menegaskan efektivitas edukasi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Namun, diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan bagi peserta yang masih memiliki pemahaman terbatas agar kesadaran lingkungan semakin merata dan berkelanjutan.Abstract: Forests are the lungs of the Earth, playing a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance and sustaining life. However, in several areas of Lamongan Regency, forests have been converted into cornfields due to a lack of public awareness about their benefits in disaster mitigation. In fact, forests are essential for preventing landslides, flash floods, and enhancing groundwater absorption. Therefore, concrete efforts such as reforestation and community education are necessary to raise awareness about the importance of forest conservation. This activity included educational sessions through lectures and discussions on disaster threats in Lamongan and ways to anticipate them, along with a tree-planting initiative. A total of 84 participants took part, consisting of village officials (5 people), residents of Cancing Hamlet (22 people), students (23 people), and invited guests (34 people). The post-test results showed that 65% of participants had excellent understanding, 21% good, 7% fair, and 7% poor. These results confirm the effectiveness of the educational program in increasing community awareness. However, continuous efforts are needed for participants with limited understanding to ensure environmental awareness is more widespread and sustainable.
