This study aims to look at the effect of income and burden on taxes with pre-tax profit as an intervening variable. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements for the period 2010-2017. Data testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test, and test coefficient of determination. The results showed that income directly had a negative and not significant effect on taxes, with a total effect of -1.400 and a significance level of 5.7%. Whereas indirectly, income has a positive and significant effect on taxes through pre-tax profit as an intervening variable, with a total influence of 1,401 and a level of significance of 0.07%. Direct expenses have a positive and significant effect on taxes, with a total influence of 1,064 with a significance level of 3.6%. Whereas indirectly the burden also has a positive and significant effect on tax with pre-tax profit as an intervening variable, with a total influence of 1,401 with a significance level of 0.07%. The results of the analysis can be concluded that profit before tax is rightly used as an intervening variable to see the effect of income, expense on pre-tax profit because it can contribute influence by 94%. That is, the tax that must be paid by PT. Bank Bengkulu is influenced by three important factors, namely income, expenses and pre-tax profits.

Nurzam, Rani Sari Fauziah, dan Karona Cahya Susena; This research aims to determine the influence of price and quality of seedlings against farmers ' decision to buy palm seed in PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive with a quantiative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires and observations. Respondents in the research were farmers who bought oil palm seedlings at PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu amounting to 50 people. Sample of the research is taken with acidental sampling technique. Data analysis methods used multiple regression analyses. From the results of the research acquired that: (1) The price has a positive effect and significant to the decision of farmers to buy oil palm seedlings in PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu. This result means that if the seedling Affordable, then farmers ' decision to buy seedlings will be increasingly tingi; (2) The seed quality is positive and significant to the decision of farmers buying oil palm seedlings in PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu. This result means that if the seed quality is being perceived to be more high, then the decision of farmers to buy seedlings will be more high; and (3) prices and quality of seedlings influence POSITF and significant to the decision of farmers buy oil palm seedlings in PT. Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu. This result means that if the seeds are perceived to be affordable and seed quality is getting better, then the decision of farmers buying seeds will be higher. This study aims to develop a behavioral accounting syllabus development strategy for students in the accounting study program. The syllabus on behavioral accounting at universities during the COVID-19 pandemic has been compiled with the latest behavioral accounting syllabus. This research was conducted by conducting in - depth interviews with participants who have expertise in behavioral accounting . This study describes behavioral accounting consisting of behavioral accounting understanding, behavioral characteristics, behavioral actions. During the COVID-19 PADEMI period, excellent health is needed, maintaining health protocols and has been vaccinated against covid 19 with two vaccinations registered in protected care, online learning such as using zoom media, Google class room or a hybrid where there is online and face-to-face learning by keeping a distance in class with no more than 50% of students in class so that they can study and maintain health.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of employees at PT. General Insurance for Young Bumiputera 1967 Bengkulu Branch. This research is a type of survey research that takes a sample from a participant and uses questionnaires as a data collection and participation tool for analysis, explaining and explaining certain phenomena through field research activities. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. 1967 Bengkulu branch of General Insurance Bumiputera Muda who took 18 people with the sampling method used is total sampling or census. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method that uses the average distribution.The results of this study indicate that, the performance of PT. General Insurance for Young Bumiputera 1967 Bengkulu Branch has been very good with an average value of employee performance is 4.24. The average value of work quality is 4.49. The average value of the amount of work is 4.10. The average value of timeliness is 4.14. The average value of cooperation is 4.39. The average value of the cost resolution is 4.20. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non Performance Loans (NPL) and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The sample in this study is the financial statements at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2010 to 2019 The data collection method uses the documentation method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the results of the regression test: Y = 14.944– 1.072 X1 - 0.099X2. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.846. This means that X1 (Non Performance Loan (NPL)) and X2 (Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR)) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) by 84.6% while the rest (100% - 84.6% = 15.4%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk partially or separately The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk simultaneously or collectively.of determination and hypothesis testing.

The purpose of the study is to determine the employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu. This research is a qualitative study, the informants used in this study were 5 employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu, the data collection techniques used were interviews and the analytical method used was descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that leadership factors can improve the employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu, because the leader always maintains good relations with his subordinates and always cooperates, besides that the leader also provides direction and support in working therefore employees can improve their performance. Motivation factor that can be done by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu by providing supervision to its employees and also providing job guarantees by way of promotion. A safe and comfortable work environment will improve employee performance, as well as in the the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (HAM) in Bengkulu. The work environment provided is a physical and non-physical work environment.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 5 orang pegawai pada kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor motivasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur dengan cara memberikan supervisi kepada para pegawainya dan juga memberikan jaminan kerja dengan cara promosi jabatan. Hal ini dapat memotivasi seseorang dalam bekerja karena dengan adanya promosi jabatan dan supervisi pegawai akan berusaha meningkatkan prestasi kerja.Faktor kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur, karena sikap seorang pemimpin yang selalu menjaga hubungan baik dengan para pegawainya akan meningkatkan kinerja seorang pegawai dalam bekerja, selain itu adanya arahan dan dukungan dari pimpinan terhadap bawahannya akan memudahkan pegawai dalam bekerja.Lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, begitu juga pada Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur lingkungan kerja yang diberikan adalah lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik. Lingkungan kerja fisik dapat dilihat dari peralatan dan perlengkapan serta suasana yang ada ditempat kerja sedangkan lingkungan kerja non fisik dapat dilihat dari hubungan antara sesama pegawai, saling bekerjasama dan saling menghargai dalam bekerja.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and Damkar Bengkulu Selatan. The sample in this study were 66 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit and Damkar Bengkulu Selatan. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, test of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 9.719 + 0.326X1 + 0.450 X2, this illustrates a positive direction of regression, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (K3 (Occupational Health and Safety)) and X2 (organizational culture) on performance (Y). This means that if the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) variable and organizational culture increase, it will increase performance. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.403. This means that X1 (K3 (Occupational Health and Safety)) and X2 (organizational culture) have an effect on performance (Y) by 40.3% while the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test at the 0.05 significance level explained that partially the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) variables and organizational culture had a significant influence on the employee performance variables at the Civil Service Police Unit and South Bengkulu Damkar. The results of the F test at the 0.05 significance level explain that the K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) variables and organizational culture have a significant simultaneous influence on the performance of employees at the Civil Service Police Unit and South Bengkulu Damkar.

Effort done/conducted to conduct`product marketing or service by using media of internet can be referred as also marketing internet. Marketing Internet [is] marketing side of commerce elektornic, what consist of job/activity of company to communicate something, promoting, and selling service and goods [pass/through] internet. Target of this research To know influence of social media of instagram to enthusiasm buy consumer in Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu South south. this Research type is research of field that is measuring value one or more variable in sampel. All data represent reflection an measured variable according to its classification. Data personate input to be processed is clear, [is] later;then analysed and yield output for the determination of furthermore plan. Sampel in this research is cutomer/ client of Lady shop of Fashion Bengkulu south amounting to 95 people. Result of Analysis linear regression of bergaanda the is Y = 7,486 + 0,825 X1, this matter depict direction of regresi which are positive, its meaning of Social Media variable of Instagram ( X) there are positive influence to Enthusiasm buy consumer ( Y) in Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu south. Level of coefficient value of determinasi from result of enumeration by using SPSS can know by coefficient value of determinasi of R square equal to 0,721. Matter this means that Social Media value of Instagram ( X) have an effect on to Enthusiasm buy consumer ( Y) equal to 72,1% while the rest 27,9 % influenced by other variable which do not check in research. Result of test of t [at] level of signifikansi 0,05 explaining that by partial Social Media of Instagram have influence which is signifikan to Enthusiasm buy consumer [in] Shop Lady of Fashion Bengkulu south.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand trust on the purchasing decision of fried chicken at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City. The sample in this study were 50 customers who had purchased fried chicken at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing t and hypothesis testing f. The regression results show that there is a positive influence between brand awareness and brand trust on purchasing decisions at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City because the regression direction has a positive direction, namely Y = 10.256 + 0.580X1 + 0.396X2. Brand awareness has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City, because the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. This means that increasing attention to brand awareness will increase purchasing decisions for Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City. Brand trust has a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City because the significant value of 0.007 is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the more precise the employee's brand trust, the purchasing decisions will also increase. Brand awareness and brand trust jointly have a significant effect on employee purchasing decisions at Allbaik Sawah Lebar Branch, Bengkulu City, thus the initial hypothesis proposed is proven (Ha accepted). That is, there is a significant influence between brand awareness and brand trust on joint purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.562. This means that brand awareness and brand trust affect purchasing decisions by 56.2% while the rest (100-56.2% = 43.3%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.
