The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan. The data collection method used a questionnaire and the data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS program. The results of this study are the quality of service has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable of Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (2.716> 1.66071) and a significant value < (0.05) (0.020 <0.05). For the customer trust variable, the tcount value is 2.221 and the ttable value is 1.66071 with a significance level of 5% with two directions, the tcount>ttable (2.221>1.66071) and the significant value < (0.05) (0.015<0 ,05). Simultaneously service quality and customer trust have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Bengkulu Branch Bintuhan, this can be seen from the results of the F test, namely F count > F table (14,863 > 3,090) or a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. .

Pemberlakuan Learning From Home (LFH) pada masa Pandemi membawa dampak pada semua sektor, begitu juga sektor pendidikan. Penerapan LFH tidak mudah, dikarenakan terbatasnya fasilitas dan pemahaman tentang konsep pembelajaran. Anak-anak pada Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) juga merasakan hal yang sama dalam penerapan LFH. Oleh karena itu untuk membantu pemberian pemahaman dibutuhkan pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi dan demonstrasi. Adapun manfaat pendampingan yang dilakukan tidak hanya pada pemahaman konsep LFH namun juga memberikan motivasi kepada anak-anak yang sebelumnya enggan untuk mengikuti pembelajaran menjadi lebih antusias dengan konsep Learn and Happy Fun.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh akibat dari adanya pandemi maka warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate mengalami dampak ekonomi yang sebagian besar pekerjaan mereka sebagai wirausaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk permasalahan mitra yaitu warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate, melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mensukseskan gerakan belanja di warung tetangga. Kegiatan awal yang dilakukan adalah mensosialisasikan pentingnya gerakan belanja di warung tetangga, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengajarkan pihak warung untuk mempromosikan dagangannya lewat media sosial seperti whatsApp Grup, facebook dan instagram. Berafiliasi dengan grab dan maxim yang salah satu contohnya, mereka bisa menggunakan aplikasi “GrabMart” untuk mempermudah pelayanan. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan membangkitkan perekonomian warga RT 34 Komplek Green Palm Estate. The Kumayan Island tourist attraction is very close to the community members of RT.12 RW.04 Kel.Surabaya Kec.Sungai Serut, Bengkulu City, where the existence of this tourism object has aroused the interest of some people to open a business. The community of RT.12 realizes that the tourism sector is considered capable of having a positive impact on driving people's economic activities, although the pandemic is still hitting Indonesia and has an unfavorable impact on the tourism sector, it does not dampen the desire of people who want to open businesses around the Kumayan Island Bengkulu tourist attraction. In the Kumayan Island tourist attraction, there are already several tourism supporting businesses, especially businesses in the culinary fields, souvenirs and games. But the diversity has not been seen, the average business actor sells similar goods, so there is not enough variety. While one of the attractions of tourism is the culinary diversity that is around the location of the tourist attraction. For this reason, it is necessary to identify business opportunities. With the bridge by the Faculty of Economics Service Team, a training was held on the identification of business opportunities at the Kuwayan Island tourism object, Bengkulu City, in the Community of Rt.12. From the results of this training, the people who are participants gain new enthusiasm and can understand how to empower the potential and opportunities that exist so that they have an economic impact on the community and make the Kumayan Bengkulu Island tourist attraction even better in the future.

The purpose of this research is to analyze effect of financial performance and investment decision on company value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample in this study is Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observed period from 2018 to 2021. The sample selection method in this study is purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, the research sample was 36 companies, so the observations that were used as samples for this study were 108 observational data. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a partial test. The results show that financial performance has not significant effect on company value in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Investment decision has significant effect on company value in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The development of information technology that is growing very rapidly has an effect on the community in supporting various business activities, both large and small so that they can be known globally. The most obvious impact is that apart from being known, it can also increase sales volume and profit. Digital Marketing is one of the marketing media through social media that has a very large influence. The residents of RT 10 RW 04 Padang Jati Bengkulu consist of 60 families, most of which are entrepreneurs, construction workers and housewives. Many housewives in RT 10 RW 04 Padang Jati have opened independent businesses at home, such as selling food, hijabs, clothes and drinks by promoting sales on social media. Initially, marketing activities on social media were only used as a free time filler, but now it has become the main activity as an addition to the economic cycle in the household. In the past, the sales activity of this industrial product was conventional or traditional, they made products only based on orders. However, after recognizing the existence of social media, some of the residents of RT 10 have begun to receive a lot of orders, so the sales volume is increasing rapidly compared to when selling in the old way. Digital marketing is seen as the best medium as the most effective and efficient means of promotion and is able to increase sales volume significantly.

Family is one of the smallest elements in society. The family itself consists of wife, husband and child, where each member of this family has their respective rights and obligations and roles. A father has a role to give a living to an ex-gan and set an example for his child and wife. Whereas as a mother also has an important role in the family. A wife has the role of organizing and managing what is needed in the household, educating children, and helping husbands maintain the household. Based on observations of the family financial recording team used by RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 The Wide Outpouring of the Great Ratu Kota Bengkulu District is still done manually so that there is often an irregular difference in financial calculations and records. Based on the results of observations made by the Dehasen University School of Economics Community Service Team, the swelling felt the need for efforts to be made in order to increase the knowledge of digital financial literacy of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Outpouring of the Great Ratu Bengkulu District. As for the efforts to be made, namely providing knowledge about counseling and training in how to practice in the operation of digital financial instruments. Devotional activities carried out by the team on RT mothers . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice The Great Ratu Bengkulu sub-district is carried out through 2 stages. The first stage: problem identification, lectures and training, introduction and practice of digital financial applications, mentoring the preparation of family financial statements. Whereas the second phase of the team evaluates the learning outcomes of RT housewives . 31 RW. 07 Wide Rice Extent of the Great Ratu Bendangulu District with a post test result of 65% of participants able to answer questions raised by the team in the questionnaire. This shows the nautical as a great mother and mother able to understand the material provided during this PKM activity.

The number of corruption cases that occurred, one of which was in the local government, therefore the researchers conducted a study that aims to test whether there is an influence of the competence of the supervisory apparatus of the Seluma Regency Inspectorate on audit quality and whether there is an influence of the objectivity of the Seluma Regency Inspectorate's supervisory apparatus on audit quality. This type of research is quantitative, the data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires that are arranged in writing, structured and systematic, while the data analysis technique uses a research instrument test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that there was an influence between competence and objectivity on audit quality, which can be seen from the results of the regression analysis which showed Y = -4.660 + 0.545 X_1 + 1.285X_2, the coefficient of determination was 0.581, the results of the t-test for competence were 0.004 and objectivity was 0.000, which means that it indicates that competence and objectivity are less than 0.05, meaning that competence and objectivity have a significant effect on audit quality, and supported by the results of the F test which shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the independent variables are X_1 (competence) and X_2 ( objectivity) has a significant effect simultaneously on audit quality (Y)

Entrepreneurial motivation is an internal drive to grow and develop new businesses by accessing information about entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition to motivation, entrepreneurial creativity is also needed as the ability to generate new ideas and product innovation in capturing opportunities. So that someone who has entrepreneurial motivation and creativity is expected to be ready to enter the world of entrepreneurship to win the competition. This community service activity aims to provide socialization about entrepreneurship, as well as generate motivation and increase entrepreneurial creativity for Semester VII students of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu. The method used is group counseling method. Group counseling or group approach is an extension related to the goals of group counseling. The results of this activity indicate that most of the targets have understood entrepreneurship and have motivation and creativity as things that cannot be ignored in entrepreneurship. This community service activity is able to contribute to increasing community empowerment in the field of motivation and creativity to prepare an entrepreneurial mentality. So that in the end the students of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu can be moved to start a business more seriously and increase their income, both those who are still active students and later become alumni.

This study aims to analyze and find out the application of the Break Even Point in profit planning at Kerupuk Sri Rasa Factory in Bengkulu. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The data were analyzed in the form of production reports, selling prices, sales volume and costs incurred in production. The results showed that in June, the Break Even point (BEP) was on the sales volume of 2,203 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.22,025,939, and a margin of safety of 72.66%. In July, the results of the analysis calculation obtained the break-even point (BEP) on the sales volume of 2,060 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.20,602,384. In August, the break-even point (BEP) was on the sales volume of 1,990 bales of Jalin crackers or IDR 19,898,990. In September the break-even point (BEP) was at sales volume of 1,950 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.19,489,513. In October the break even point (BEP) was on sales volume of 2,073 bales of Jalin crackers or IDR 20,723,753. If the sales level is below the BEP point then the business will experience a loss and vice versa if it is above the BEP point then the business will make a profit. In profit planning, if in November you want to increase profits by 20%, then the calculation of sales that must be achieved from the previous month, namely, 20% from June, can increase sales by 9,046 bales of crackers or Rp. 90456172. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out that the break even point (BEP) method is suitable as a tool in profit planning at Kerupuk Sri Rasa factory in Bengkulu in order to find out at sales how much the breakeven point occurs, using this method it is possible to find out and determine production costs as a whole. maximum to avoid losses.
