Abstract

The number of corruption cases that occurred, one of which was in the local government, therefore the researchers conducted a study that aims to test whether there is an influence of the competence of the supervisory apparatus of the Seluma Regency Inspectorate on audit quality and whether there is an influence of the objectivity of the Seluma Regency Inspectorate's supervisory apparatus on audit quality. This type of research is quantitative, the data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires that are arranged in writing, structured and systematic, while the data analysis technique uses a research instrument test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found that there was an influence between competence and objectivity on audit quality, which can be seen from the results of the regression analysis which showed Y = -4.660 + 0.545 X_1 + 1.285X_2, the coefficient of determination was 0.581, the results of the t-test for competence were 0.004 and objectivity was 0.000, which means that it indicates that competence and objectivity are less than 0.05, meaning that competence and objectivity have a significant effect on audit quality, and supported by the results of the F test which shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the independent variables are X_1 (competence) and X_2 ( objectivity) has a significant effect simultaneously on audit quality (Y)

Abstract

Entrepreneurial motivation is an internal drive to grow and develop new businesses by accessing information about entrepreneurial opportunities. In addition to motivation, entrepreneurial creativity is also needed as the ability to generate new ideas and product innovation in capturing opportunities. So that someone who has entrepreneurial motivation and creativity is expected to be ready to enter the world of entrepreneurship to win the competition. This community service activity aims to provide socialization about entrepreneurship, as well as generate motivation and increase entrepreneurial creativity for Semester VII students of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu. The method used is group counseling method. Group counseling or group approach is an extension related to the goals of group counseling. The results of this activity indicate that most of the targets have understood entrepreneurship and have motivation and creativity as things that cannot be ignored in entrepreneurship. This community service activity is able to contribute to increasing community empowerment in the field of motivation and creativity to prepare an entrepreneurial mentality. So that in the end the students of Stikes Bhakti Husada Bengkulu can be moved to start a business more seriously and increase their income, both those who are still active students and later become alumni.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out the application of the Break Even Point in profit planning at Kerupuk Sri Rasa Factory in Bengkulu. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The data were analyzed in the form of production reports, selling prices, sales volume and costs incurred in production. The results showed that in June, the Break Even point (BEP) was on the sales volume of 2,203 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.22,025,939, and a margin of safety of 72.66%. In July, the results of the analysis calculation obtained the break-even point (BEP) on the sales volume of 2,060 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.20,602,384. In August, the break-even point (BEP) was on the sales volume of 1,990 bales of Jalin crackers or IDR 19,898,990. In September the break-even point (BEP) was at sales volume of 1,950 bales of Jalin crackers or Rp.19,489,513. In October the break even point (BEP) was on sales volume of 2,073 bales of Jalin crackers or IDR 20,723,753. If the sales level is below the BEP point then the business will experience a loss and vice versa if it is above the BEP point then the business will make a profit. In profit planning, if in November you want to increase profits by 20%, then the calculation of sales that must be achieved from the previous month, namely, 20% from June, can increase sales by 9,046 bales of crackers or Rp. 90456172. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out that the break even point (BEP) method is suitable as a tool in profit planning at Kerupuk Sri Rasa factory in Bengkulu in order to find out at sales how much the breakeven point occurs, using this method it is possible to find out and determine production costs as a whole. maximum to avoid losses.

Abstract

This research aims to create a new theoretical framework that focuses on the impact of entrepreneurial orientation and relational capital stock value on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to gain a competitive advantage. This study involved 220 SMEs owners and used structural equation modeling to identify two effective strategies to improve SMEs marketing performance. Both strategies are the application of entrepreneurial orientation and utilization of share value relational capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and customer satisfaction on the intention to use the services of the Grand Seven One Manna hotel. The sample in this study were 90 respondents. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if the customer experience increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer satisfaction increases, the interest in using hotel services will also increase. Customer experience and customer satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using hotel services at Grand Seven One Manna, meaning that if customer experience and customer satisfaction increase, the interest in using hotel services will also increase.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine community satisfaction with public services based on the community satisfaction index (IKM) at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The data analysis technique used was to measure the value of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017. The sample in this study was 191 patients who received services from the Pagar Jati Treatment Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Regency Central Bangalore.The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for the quality of service at the Pagar Jati Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency obtained an average value of 3.18 which is in a good assessment. Furthermore, the IKM for service units is multiplied by 25 so that the IKM at the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency is 79.38 with service quality B with good criteria because it is in the value interval of 76.61 – 88.3. The element of cost/tariff gets the highest rating with an average score of 3.53 with very good assessment criteria. This illustrates that patients assess the Pagar Jati Care Health Center, Pagar Jati District, Central Bengkulu Regency to provide services free of charge. The lowest satisfaction score is 2.64, namely the completion time with poor assessment criteria. This illustrates that the lack of speed in service is caused by a lack of medical personnel or existing health workers, while there are quite a lot of people asking for health services, causing delays in providing health services to the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. The sample in this study was 79 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of the regression analysis show Y = 2.888 + 0.206X1 + 0.882 X2, this illustrates a positive regression direction, meaning that there is a positive influence between X1 (leadership style) and X2 (work discipline) on performance (Y). Means that if the variables of leadership style and work discipline increase, performance will increase. Intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value is 0.021, less than 0.05. Work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because the significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. Leadership style and work discipline have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Lebong Regency because a significant value of 0.000 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide assistance in analysing the calculation of cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village, Sindang Kelingi District, Rejang lebong Regency. The mentoring method includes socialisation, training and direct mentoring to ant sugar entrepreneurs. The objective of this mentoring programme is to assist the palm sugar entrepreneurs in determining the cost of production and identifying factors that affect the cost of production.The results of the mentoring programme show that the cost of goods produced by palm sugar entrepreneurs in Belitar Seberang Village can be influenced by several factors such as raw material costs, labour costs, production costs, and so on. To reduce the cost of production, ant sugar entrepreneurs can carry out several strategies such as optimising the use of raw materials, improving the production system, and negotiating with suppliers.The conclusion of this research is that the assistance programme for calculating the cost of goods produced in the ant sugar processing business in Belitar Seberang Village has provided benefits for ant sugar entrepreneurs in the area. By knowing the cost of goods produced and the factors that affect the cost of goods produced, ant sugar entrepreneurs can make more effective decisions in managing their business. In addition, the results of this study are also expected to contribute to the development of the ant sugar industry in Indonesia as a whole.

Abstract

Service or service issues also determine development business in business. Good service and as expected will give satisfaction to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik, Bengkulu City. At the present time marketing using product quality improvement, affordable prices and quality service. This study uses quantitative research methods, the population in this study is consumers, through a given questionnaire.The technique in taking the research sample using the accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining a sample based on chance, the sample in this study was 120 customers at Lesehan Jamik 123 Kota Bengkulu. Data collection used instruments in the form of questionnaires and the analytical method used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. Research Results There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik Bengkulu City, which means that the better the product quality, the more Customer Satisfaction will be increased. There is a positive and significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction at Lesehan Jamik, Bengkulu City, which means that the affordable price of a product will increase customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, which means that the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction that the better the product quality, price and service quality, the more people or consumers talk about the superiority of a product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of perceptions of tax corruption, service quality, and knowledge of taxation on the tax compliance of individual taxpayers registered at the Bengkulu Tax Service Office. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The research method used is quantitative.data collection used a questionnaire and the method of analysis used was multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of tax corruption have no effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, service quality and knowledge of taxation have a significant positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance.The results of the multi linear regression equation Y = 0,089 + 0,082 X1 + 0,204 X2 + 0,710 X3 + 0,980 e, from the regression equation above can be explained as follows, a constans of 0,089 indicates that if the independent variabels (perceptions of tax corruption, service quality, and knowledge taxation) is assumed not to change (constans) then the value of Y (personal taxpayer compliance) is 0,089 units. The coefficient on the variable perception of tax corruption (X1) is 0,082, meaning that for every increase in the variable perception of tax corruption by 1 unit. The coefficient of the service quality variable (X2) is 0,204, meaning that for every increase oin the service quality variable, it is 1 unit. The coefficient on the variable knowledge of taxation (X3) is 0,710, meaning that for every increase in the variable knowledge of taxation by 1 unit.
