Abstract

Character education at the elementary school level plays a crucial role in shaping a generation with strong moral values, which serve as the foundation for both individual and societal development. This article reviews various strategies implemented to integrate character education in Indonesian elementary schools, as well as the challenges faced during its implementation. The approach used in this research is a literature review, where the authors analyze and evaluate various academic sources, journals, and related articles discussing the implementation of character education at the elementary school level in Indonesia. One of the main strategies identified is the integration of character values into the national curriculum, such as the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. Values such as mutual cooperation, integrity, independence, and responsibility are taught through a project-based approach that allows students to practice these values in real-life situations. Furthermore, habituation and role models provided by teachers are key strategies in educating students, with various routine activities such as flag ceremonies and group prayers helping students develop discipline and cooperation. Strengthening school culture, including norms, customs, and traditions that support character education, is also a crucial pillar in creating an environment conducive to student character development. Although these strategies have shown positive results, challenges such as disparities in educational resources, a lack of teacher training, and the influence of social media remain obstacles to the equitable implementation of character education across Indonesia. This article emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the government, schools, and the community to overcome these challenges and realize effective character education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Working capital represents the total current assets used to finance the company's daily operational activities. Lack of managerial attention to working capital management can lead to various issues such as uncollectible receivables, delays in supplier payments, and excessive inventory accumulation. This study aims to analyze the effect of receivables turnover, payables turnover, and inventory turnover on working capital at CV Sumber Jaya Makmur Purbalingga. The method used is descriptive quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 23. The data analyzed consists of financial reports over a 72-month period from January 2017 to December 2022. The results indicate that only receivables turnover has a significant effect on working capital (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), while payables turnover and inventory turnover do not show a significant impact. The model demonstrates an estimation strength of 55.4%. These findings highlight the importance of receivables management in maintaining stable working capital. Future researchers are encouraged to consider additional variables such as liquidity ratios as alternative predictors of working capital.

Abstract

Emesis gravidarum, commonly occurring during the first trimester of pregnancy, is characterized by nausea and vomiting that can lead to dehydration, nutritional deficiency, and psychological distress if left unmanaged. Herbal remedies, such as ginger (Zingiber officinale) and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), are gaining attention for their effectiveness and minimal side effects in addressing this condition. In the Pangkalan Koto Baru District, out of 157 pregnant women, 149 reported experiencing nausea and vomiting, while 48 were diagnosed with Grade 1 hyperemesis gravidarum. Many of these women are generally unaware that natural remedies such as ginger and lemongrass can help alleviate these symptoms. This study aims to examine the effect of a ginger and lemongrass herbal drink in managing emesis gravidarum. The research employed a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pre-test and post-test method. It was conducted in the Pangkalan Koto Baru District with a target population of 77 first-trimester pregnant women. A sample of 30 participants was selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods, with the Wilcoxon test applied due to the abnormal distribution of the data. The findings revealed a significant effect of consuming the ginger and lemongrass brew, with a p-value of 0.000. This study shows that ginger and lemongrass infusion can be a practical, low-risk alternative to reduce emesis gravidarum in first-trimester pregnancies. Its ease of use and natural properties make it suitable for community health settings. However, the small sample size, short intervention period, and uncontrolled external factors limit the generalizability of the results, indicating the need for broader and more controlled future research.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak. Among the causal factors are that learning is still conventional, there is no Prezi learning media used, the media used is less relevant, students feel that learning is less interesting so they feel bored, fall asleep and look for other activities, students are less able to improve critical thinking in themselves. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the Akidah Akhlak learning media. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model, namely: defining, planning (design), developing (develop) and disseminating (Dissemination). However, due to limited research capabilities and time, in this study the researcher only reached the third stage (3-D), namely: defining stage (define), planning stage (design), and development stage (develop). Based on the validation results, material experts got very valid criteria with a percentage of (98.3%). Language experts got valid criteria with a percentage of 85%. And media experts got valid criteria with a percentage of 86.3%. And the practicality results of the three teachers showed a percentage of 95.55% with a very practical category. And for the practicality results of students in small-scale trials, they got a percentage of 95.32% with a very practical category and in large-scale product tests on students, 96.95% were obtained with a very practical category. The learning outcomes of students in the experimental class were tested with questions (pretest and posttest) analyzed with the N-Gain test, getting a result of 0.78 and included in the high criteria. The learning outcomes of students in the control class were tested with questions (pretest and posttest) analyzed with the N-Gain test, getting a result of 0.3

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students caused by subject matter that is too much and complex, making it difficult to understand. In addition, the motivation of students in participating in learning Islamic Cultural History (SKI) is also low, which can be seen from the summative exam scores that do not reach the Learning Objective Completeness Criteria (KKTP). The purpose of this study was to determine whether the learning outcomes of students who used the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by e-LKPD Liveworksheet were higher than the Direct Instruction (DI) model in SKI subjects in class XI MAN 1 Padangsidempuan in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research is a quantitative research with experimental method. The design used is quasi experimental design with posttest only control group design approach. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, namely class XI MIA I as the control class and XI MIA V as the experimental class. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests and questionnaires. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class was 85.23, while the control class was 81.06. The results of hypothesis testing show that the t value of 2.43 is greater than t table 1.69, so it can be concluded that the PjBL model assisted by e-LKPD Liveworksheet has a significant effect on learning outcomes and student motivation in SKI subjects.
