Abstract

This study examines the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure quality on firm value, with foreign ownership as a moderating variable. The study focuses on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. Using purposive sampling, 25 companies were selected, resulting in 100 firm-year observations, and analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings indicate that CSR disclosure quality has a negative and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that higher CSR reporting quality may not be appreciated by the market and may even be perceived as a cost. However, foreign ownership positively moderates this relationship, suggesting that the presence of foreign investors strengthens governance and transforms CSR reporting into a long-term value creation mechanism. These results contribute to the literature by integrating CSR disclosure quality as measured by the GRI Standards with foreign ownership, a rarely examined approach in the Indonesian mining sector. Future studies are recommended to expand the cross-sector scope and complement the quantitative analysis with qualitative approaches.

Abstract

Kue satu memiliki cita rasa yang manis dan tekstur yang renyah, serta umumnya dapat disimpan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. selain itu, kue satu  adalah salah satu produk olahan sederhana berbahan dasar tepung kacang hijau, Tujuan Penelitian Mengetahui pengaruh kue satu berbahan tepung kulit buah naga berdasarkan pengujian proksimat. Mengetahui pengaruh formulasi kue satu berbahan tepung kulit buah naga berdasarkan pengujian organoleptik secara hedonik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan. Berdasarkan pengujian organoleptik secara hedonik perlakuan terbaik pada rasa panelis cenderung menyukai rasa pada P4 sebesar (2,86). pada pengujian organoleptik pada aroma panelis menyukai aroma pada P4 sebesar (2,93). dan pada pengujian  tekstur panelis cenderung menyukai tekstur pada P4 sebesar (4), dan pengujian organoleptik pada warna panelis menyukai pada P1 sebesar (3,66), pada pengujian uji kadar protein perlakuan terbaik ada pada P1 sebesar 8,26 , dan pada pengujian  kadar lemak perlakuan terbaik ada pada P1 sebesar 0,201, perlakuan terbaik pada kadar kadar air yaitu pada P4 sebesar 16,16, kadar abu menunjukkan perlakuan terbaik ada pada perlakuan P1 sebesar 4,32   dan pada pengujian  kadar karbohidrat perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan P4 sebesar 13,094.

Abstract

Guru kelas di sekolah mitra menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam proses mengajar. Sebagai pengajar di tingkat dasar, mereka bertanggung jawab atas berbagai mata pelajaran umum, kecuali beberapa mata pelajaran khusus seperti olahraga, pendidikan agama, dan seni budaya. Salah satu tantangan yang sering muncul adalah ketika guru mata pelajaran khusus berhalangan hadir, sehingga guru kelas harus menggantikan. Misalnya, jika guru seni budaya tidak hadir, guru kelas harus memberikan materi seni meskipun tidak semua guru memiliki keahlian di bidang tersebut. Akibatnya, mereka sering memberikan tugas sederhana, seperti menyanyi atau menggambar, alih-alih memberikan materi seni yang lebih mendalam. Tidak semua guru kelas memiliki kompetensi di bidang seni, sehingga dibutuhkan kreativitas tambahan. Dalam konteks ini, kegiatan workshop dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan. Pertama, penyampaian materi mengenai hiasan benda tiga dimensi menggunakan teknik aqua print serta penjelasan tentang berbagai teknik pembuatannya. Kedua, dilakukan demonstrasi atau praktek langsung di depan peserta workshop. Tahap terakhir adalah sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab terkait teknik pembuatan gerabah hias. Dengan diadakannya workshop ini, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan kompetensi di kalangan guru SDN Pao-pao, Kabupaten Gowa, khususnya dalam hal kreativitas menghias benda tiga dimensi. Workshop ini juga bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri guru, meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka, sehingga mereka dapat menjadi guru yang lebih produktif di lingkungan sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada pengembangan kemampuan menghias gerabah dengan teknik Aqua Print.

Abstract

Pelestarian seni tari tradisional di tingkat sekolah dasar menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama keterbatasan kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan materi tari yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memahami gerak dasar tari tradisional Sulawesi Selatan dan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran seni tari yang kreatif dan menyenangkan. Mitra kegiatan adalah Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) Gugus VI Kecamatan Mangarabombang yang terdiri dari guru sekolah dasar. Materi pelatihan mencakup pemahaman gerak dasar, teknik koreografi sederhana, dan model pembelajaran seni tari untuk jenjang SD. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan partisipasi aktif guru, meningkatnya pemahaman tentang teknik dasar tari tradisional, serta kemampuan menyusun pola ajar tari sederhana untuk siswa SD. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung kompetensi guru serta memperkuat upaya pelestarian budaya lokal melalui jalur pendidikan dasar. Kata kunci: Tari tradisional, Kompetensi guru, KKG, pelestarian budaya, Pendidikan Dasar

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in shaping the future of the nation by improving the quality of human resources both physically and spiritually. Teachers, as the main actors in the educational process, hold vital roles as instructors, mentors, motivators, facilitators, and classroom managers. Teacher professionalism is a determining factor in achieving the development of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This study aims to analyze the approaches, strategies, and methods of classroom management in enhancing students’ learning motivation at MIN 1 Denpasar. A qualitative approach was employed using field research methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model, which includes data condensation, data display, and drawing and verifying conclusions. The results of the study show that the classroom management approach at MIN 1 Denpasar is predominantly humanistic, focusing on the development of self-discipline and active student participation. Management strategies include individual attention, the formulation of shared rules, the provision of rewards, educational humor, and the creation of a conducive learning environment. The methods applied encompass group discussions, cooperative learning, positive behavior reinforcement, the use of interactive media, and the provision of creative challenges

Abstract

This study aims to describe the developmental characteristics of 12-year-old students through a case study of a student named Fanny Azizah. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Fanny's physical development is in the good category, characterized by strong physical stamina, stable motor coordination, and fine motor skills that support learning activities. In the cognitive aspect, Fanny entered the early formal operational stage according to Piaget's theory, characterized by the ability to understand cause-effect relationships, draw simple conclusions, and learn effectively using visual media. Psychomotor development also developed optimally, seen from her agility of movement, neat writing skills, and accuracy in school assignments. From a social perspective, Fanny demonstrated the ability to adapt, cooperate, build positive relationships, and have high empathy towards peers. Emotional development is in the fairly stable category, Fanny is able to express and manage emotions, although still sensitive to criticism and requires support from parents and teachers. Overall, the study concluded that Fanny's development in all aspects is at an optimal stage and requires ongoing support from both the family and school environment to support her readiness for early adolescence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the empowerment of oil palm smallholders contributes to improving the standard of living of the community through increasing income in Janja Village, Lampasio District, Tolitoli Regency. Income is used as a key indicator of success because it reflects a household's economic ability to meet basic needs and improve quality of life. This study uses a qualitative approach with survey methods and interviews with 10 oil palm smallholder respondents with different land ownership specifications. The results of the study show that there is a need for empowerment programs for farmers both in terms of cultivation, crop management and the formation of farmer groups/cooperatives. Meanwhile, in terms of farmers' income, it was found that in a total of 30 hectares of land area from farmers produced 30.5 tons of oil palm production with an income value of Rp 50,650,000. This shows that there is an increase in income followed by farmers' land area. The larger the farmer's land is eating, the tendency of the farmer's income also increases. With the increase in income, the community has experienced improvements in the aspects of education, health, and housing. This study recommends the need for sustainability and capacity building of human resources in managing agricultural land, especially oil palm farming, sustainably.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam semakin relevan dalam membentuk sikap sosial anak-anak usia dini di Indonesia. Dengan meningkatnya tantangan sosial dan etika di kalangan generasi muda, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pendidikan karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial anak-anak di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kasih Indah, Desa Boyou. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dalam meningkatkan sikap sosial anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Kasih Indah, Desa Boyou. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis tematik untuk mendapatkan wawasan dari guru, orang tua, dan anak-anak. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam secara signifikan meningkatkan sikap sosial seperti empati, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam secara signifikan meningkatkan sikap sosial anak-anak, termasuk empati, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan juga memiliki dampak positif pada interaksi sosial anak-anak dan memperkuat perilaku moral mereka. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori pendidikan karakter berbasis agama dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan pelatihan guru serta mendorong kolaborasi antara sekolah dan keluarga dalam mendukung perkembangan karakter. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk mengembangkan pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam di Indonesia dan mendorong penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pengaruh faktor eksternal terhadap pendidikan karakter pada masa kanak-kanak.

Abstract

Good communication between parents and children is the primary foundation for building family harmony. This article discusses the importance of positive communication in family relationships, factors influencing its success, and effective strategies for everyday life. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to identify family experiences in fostering communication. The findings reveal that open communication, empathy, and active involvement in children's lives contribute to creating harmonious family relationships. Therefore, effective communication strategies are the key to successful family relationships.

Abstract

This qualitative descriptive study aimed to identify errors in solving social arithmetic problems among eighth-grade students at the UPTD of SMP Negeri 4 Parepare. The subjects were eighth-grade students, specifically class VIII.2. Two students were selected for in-depth identification of errors they experienced in solving social arithmetic problems. Data collection techniques used test administration and interviews. Students were given tests consisting of social arithmetic problems. Before being used, the questions were tested for validity. After obtaining the research data, the researchers analyzed the data using triangulation. The data analysis technique consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that errors experienced by students in solving social arithmetic problems include conceptual errors and principle errors. The contributing factors include a lack of interest in learning mathematics, which leads to students being less thorough in their work on the problems, as well as internal factors and a lack of understanding of the material's concepts and prerequisites.
