Abstract

The use of information technology has brought negative effects for students. Nowdays, students have less interaction with people and act anti-socially. The first analysis of students’ social attitude by using 5 indicators are tolerating , cooperating, social care, sense of brotherhood, and appreciating achievement achieved the minimimun score showed that the result was 34,7%.The learning achievemectnt incognitive domain was 22%. Trough this study, it is expected that the use of Quantum Learning model will improve students’ social attitude and learning result. This classroom action research uses Hopkins model and qualitative and quantitative approach. This research was done in three cycles with 22 students as the subjects. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, questionnaire, essay test, interview, and documentation. It was found that the average percenatges of students’ social attitude were 34,7% in pre-cycle and 52,46% in cycle 1. It increased as much as 17% and became 71,32% in cycle 2. In cycle 3, the average percentage increased as much as 3,4% and became 79%. Students’ learning result was measured through tests on cognitive aspects that were done at the end of each cycle. The percentage of students’ learning achievement were 22% in pre-cycle, 45,4% in cycle 1, and 59,09% in cycle 2. In the third cycle, the percentage increased and became86,3%.These results show that through this research, students social attitude and learning results were improved with Implementation of Quantum Learning Model.Keywords: Quantum Learning, social attitude, students' learning result

Abstract

The purpose of learning history is to increase the nationalism of students. Teachers should facilitate students in order to gain the students’ nasionalism. The purpose of this research is to improve the students’ nationalism by using the method of socio-drama through the history lesson in class XII IPS 2 of MAN 2 Jember in 2017/2018 academic year. There were 30 students as the research participants. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was started from February to November 2017. The results of this research found that there was an improvement of the students’ nationalism. The improvement of students’ Nationalism were shown from the indicator of nasinalism they were; love of the nation and the country, on pre-cyle= 67,16%, on the cyle I= 75%, and on the cyle II= 83,66%; awere have a nation is one nation of Indonesia, on the pre-cyle= 68.37%, on the cyle I= 74,48%, and on the cyle II= 83,14%; aware having state of Indonesia, on the pre-cyle= 70,23%, on the cyle I= 74,64%, and on the cyle II= 84,16%.Keywords: Socio-Drama Method; Nationalism; History Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Learning material used by learners in learning have not been able to grow the ability to reveal and discover their own and construct their understanding. Different ability of understanding and limited time in implementing learning in school resulted in learners unable to learn independently and directed and learn to solve problems systematically. For that the need for the use of innovative teaching materials in the form of module-based inquiry. Through the use of this inquiry-based module, learners are expected to develop their ability to learn through their own initiative and be able to silve problems critical, logical, and analytical learning so that they can formulate their own inventions full confidence. This study indentifies the student's needs analysis of the innovative teaching materials that learners want. This type of research is development research. Expert validation inthis research is learning design expert, learning material expert and linguist. Research subjects in small group test as 10 children, big group test as 2 class in school faithful. Data collection techniques: observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. Student needs analysis of inquiry-based module was obtained by questionnaire dispersion in three school with class selection in low learning category. The needs anaysis of learners measured through qu etionnaires produced data with a presentation of needs of 78%. The results of validation of 60% design learning experts, 82% learning material experts and 82% language validation. One to one test result is 91%, small group test in SMAN 5 Jember class XI IIS 2 get t test (2,55) and SMAN Plus Sukowono class XI IIS 1 obtained t test (2,83). Large group test in SMAN 5 Jember class XI IIS 1 obtained data t test (2,83), class XI IIS 2 obtained data t test (3,16). Large group test in SMAN Plus Sukowono clas XI IIS 1 was obtained t test (3,16) and class XI IIS 2 t test (2,91).Keywords: Learning Resources, Inquiry-Based Modules

Abstract

Modules are teaching materials that have features namely self contained, independent, adaptive, and user friendly. The characteristics are relevant to the 2013 Curriculum, approaching student centered learning. The purpose of this research is developing of Adobe Flash CC (Creative Cloud) interactive multimedia module that is validated expertly and effectively as a basic material of learning history XI high school class. This research was using development method (research & development) with ASSURE model. Data collection research used documentation techniques, observation, questionnaire and test. The subject of research involves 3 teachers of subject history and 102 students XI from 3 public high schools in Jember. The results of the interactive multimedia module study showed that, the expert validation of the field of study earned 84%, validation of the linguist score of 87%, and the validation of the media expert 89,47% learning design. Beside that, user test data 1 is obtained 86,66% and user effectiveness test 2 is obtained 65,89%. And rield test is obtained 71,39%. Thus, interactive multimedia modules have been tested expertly and effectively used as learning resource teaching materials.Keywords: Interactive Multimedia Module, Adobe Flash CC (Creative Cloud), ASSURE model

Abstract

Gus Dur is one of the renewed figures of modernization of Islam in Indonesia, one of which which received deep attention from Gus Dur is the modernization of education within the Islamic Boarding School body which is considered to be able to compete and adapt to the changing times. The formulation of the problem to be studied is as follows; (1) what factors influenced Gus Dur's thinking about the modernization of Islamic Boarding School education ?, (2) how did Gus Dur's thinking about the modernization of Islamic Boarding School education ?, (3) how did Abdurrahman's struggle to realize his thinking about the modernization of Islamic Boarding School education ?. This study uses the sociology of knowledge, while the theory used is the theory of Hermeneutics. The result of this research is some conception about the division in the field of Islamic education that will provide progress for Islamic Boarding School education in the future.Keywords: Islamic Boarding School, Modernization of Education

Abstract

The important function of traditional markets is not only as a market for selling local (local) community products, but also as employment opportunities that are very beneficial for the community. One of the traditional markets located in Slemn Regency is Sambilegi Market. Sambilegi Market is one of the driving forces in driving economic growth and mobilizing the community. The conditions in the Sambilegi market are the weak organizational network of traders which results in weak unity and inter-market networks . Therefore, technology must be treated specifically if businesses are to survive and thrive. Digital technologies create new economic dynamics and social environments that need to be managed for technological changes in industry and society to provide long-term and far-reaching benefits. Opportunities and opportunities for Sepasar.id to apply institutional engineering models and support the transformation of traditional markets in the digital era. The traditional market digitization model embodies several institutional elements, such as organizational, human resources, business, and network elements. In addition, training is given to volunteers who will go directly to the market to assist traders in learning the video material that has been prepared. The expected output target of the joint community empowerment program Sepasar.id is exists enhancement knowledge, skills, HR capacity and organization, as well as digital literacy of Sambilegi market traders.

Abstract

Abstract : Value Added Tax (VAT) is one of the taxes imposed on the consumption of goods and services in Indonesia. This study aims to study the perception of accounting students at Sriwijaya University towards the increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) rates. This study uses a quantitative method with research data obtained through a survey. The research sample was active accounting students at Sriwijaya University. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics where this analysis technique only provides a general description of the phenomenon that occurs without drawing conclusions from the phenomenon. The result of the study showed that the majority of students 97,5%, were aware of the increase in VAT through the use of social media as a source of information. The majority of students also stated that the price of consumption of goods and services increased due to the increase in VAT which resulted in an increase in their personal expenses, requiring students to change their lifestyles in order to adapt to the changes that occur by reducing buying food/drinks outside. Abstrak : Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) merupakan salah satu pajak yang dikenakan atas konsumsi barang dan jasa di Indonesia. Penelitia ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari persepsi mahasiswa program studi akuntansi di Universitas Sriwijaya terhadap kenaikan tarif Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN). Penelitian ini menggunakn metode kuantitatif dengan dengan data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui survei. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif program studi akuntansi di Universitas Sriwijaya. Teknik analisis data yaitu statistic deskriptif yang dimana teknik ini hanya memberikan gambaran umum terhadap fenomena yang dibahas tanpa menarik kesimpulan atas fenomena tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa  sebesar 97,5% mengetahui adanya kenaikan PPN melalui media sosial sebagai sumber informasi, dan juga mayoritas mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa harga konsumsi barang dan jasa meningkat karena adanya kenaikan PPN yang mengakibatkan meningkatnya pengeluaran pribadi mereka sehingga mengahruskan mereka untuk menyesuaikan diri tergadap perubahan yang terjadi dengan mengurangi pembelian makanan/minuman di luar.

Abstract

Abstract : Thrifting phenomenon has become a trend in Indonesia. Thrifting is an activity of buying second-hand or used goods that are sold at relatively cheap prices. This study was conducted to analyze Thrifting with the import ban policy and its impact on MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses a literature study method involving a literature review. The results of the study are seen from the low price of imported goods (Thrifting) compared to the price of local goods, this directly affects the local market which is unable to compete with the price of imported goods. The government prohibits the import of used goods which aims to protect the community in terms of health and also to protect the local industry from the onslaught of imported used goods. However, even though the government has set a ban on the import of used goods, the smuggling of these goods is still ongoing. Abstrak : Fenomena Thrifting telah menjadi tren di Indonesia. Thrifting merupakan kegiatan membeli barang second atau bekas yang di jual dengan harga relatif murah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis Thrifting dengan kebijakan larangan impor dan dampak nya terhadap UMKM di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur yang melibatkan tinjauan Pustaka. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari rendahnya harga barang impor (Thrifting) disbanding harga barang lokal, hal ini secara langsung mempengaruhi pasar lokal yang tidak mampu bersaing dengan harga barang impor. Pemerintah melarangan adanya impor barang bekas yang bertujuan untuk melindungi Masyarakat dari segi Kesehatan dan juga untuk melindungi industri lokal dari gempuran barang bekas impor. Namum meskipun pemerintah telah menetapkan larangan impor barang bekas penyelundupan barang ini masih berlangsung.

Abstract

Abstract : Product photography serves as the first visual impression and holds significant importance. This study examines the legal protection, causes, and resolution efforts regarding the unauthorized use of product photography on online shopping platforms. Using a qualitative approach through literature study (library research), the findings show that protection can be implemented through preventive measures such as copyright registration and repressive measures, including both litigation and non-litigation mechanisms. Applicable sanctions include civil compensation (Articles 95–99 of the Copyright Law), imprisonment and/or fines (Article 113 of the Copyright Law), as well as administrative penalties in accordance with Government Regulation Number 80 of 2019 concerning Trade through Electronic Systems, such as business license revocation and cessation of business operations. The increasing cases of product photo theft are driven by low copyright awareness, the absence of a dedicated Collective Management Organization for photography, and limited public outreach. It is recommended that the government enhance copyright education, strengthen inter-agency coordination, and encourage proactive efforts from business actors as an integrated approach to effectively ensure the protection of product photography works. Abstrak : Foto produk merupakan kesan pertama yang dilihat dan menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini mengkaji perlindungan hukum, penyebab, dan upaya penyelesaian atas penggunaan fotografi produk pada platform online shop tanpa izin. Melalui metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literature (library research), ditemukan bahwa perlindungan dapat melalui tindakan preventif seperti pendaftaran hak cipta dan perlindungan represif meliputi mekanisme litigasi dan non litigasi. Sanksi yang diterapkan meliputi ganti rugi atas dasar hukum perdata (Pasal 95–99 UUHC), pidana penjara dan/atau denda (Pasal 113 UUHC), serta sanksi administratif sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik seperti dilakukan pencabutan izin usaha dan penghentian kegiatan usaha. Maraknya pencurian foto produk dikarenakan rendahnya kesadaran hak cipta, belum adanya Lembaga Manajemen Kolektif khusus fotografi, dan minimnya sosialisasi. Disarankan peningkatan edukasi hak cipta oleh pemerintah, penguatan koordinasi antar-instansi, serta langkah proaktif pelaku usaha sebagai upaya terpadu menjamin perlindungan karya fotografi produk secara efektif.

Abstract

Background The results of community service activities in schools in KB IT and RA / TK IT Alam Miftahul Jannah Surakarta which were held on Friday, August 25, 2023 in 56 children, obtained 1 child experiencing developmental delays, 3 children with questionable development and 52 with development in accordance with their age. The results of this activity have been submitted to the school and used as an evaluation, that the KB IT school and RA / TK IT Miftahul Jannah Surakarta stated that teachers need to be trained in early detection and intervention of growth and development in order to monitor the growth and development of their students, with the hope of contributing to improving the quality of life of Indonesian children in the health sector. Teachers at KB IT and RA/TK IT Miftahul Jannah Surakarta conveyed that it is important to learn about the detection and intervention of growth and development of their students so that teachers' knowledge of detection and early intervention of growth and development increases so that school quality becomes good and superior in the field of child health. The purpose of training on detection and early intervention of child development is to improve the knowledge, mastery of skills of teachers of TPA IT, KB IT, and RA / TK IT Alam Miftahul Jannah Surakarta. This service method is carried out by providing training on detection and early intervention of child growth and development. The results of the Implementation of Early Growth and Development Detection and Intervention Training Activities at TPA IT, KB IT, and RA / TK IT Alam Miftahul Jannah Surakarta were carried out on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 13.00 to 16.00 WIB which was attended by a total of 8 teachers with pretest results obtained 7 (87.5%) teachers with sufficient knowledge and 1 (12.5%) teacher with less knowledge. After the presentation of basic concepts and demonstrations, an increase in knowledge of 100% of the good knowledge category was obtained.
