Abstract

Childbirth is a task for a woman or mother that must be faced with fortitude, although they often feel anxious in facing childbirth. There are two ways in the process of normal or natural childbirth and childbirth by cesarean section or often also called cesarean section or sectio caesaria. to determine the effectiveness of providing music therapy on the level of anxiety pre-operative sectio caesarea. The design used in this study was using Quasi Experiment with a one group Pretest and Posttest approach. The number of samples was 20 with the Wilcoxon statistical test. The level of anxiety before giving music therapy in the severe category was 19 people (95%) and the moderate category was 1 person (5%), 2. While for the level of anxiety after giving music therapy in the moderate category 3 people (15%), the mild category 15 people (75%) and the category of no anxiety 2 people (10%). The results of the difference test before and after music therapy on the level of anxiety of pre-operative sectio caesarea patients with a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05). Music therapy is effective for anxiety in pre-operative caesarean section patients.

Abstract

Enhancing faculty qualifications is a crucial aspect in improving the quality of higher education. Academic portfolios serve as an essential instrument in faculty career development and qualification enhancement. However, many faculty members still face difficulties in developing effective academic portfolios. This community service project aims to improve the understanding and skills of faculty members at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Islam Indragiri, in creating academic portfolios. The method employed is an intensive one-day training with a participatory and practical approach. The training covers an introduction to academic portfolio concepts, techniques for documenting academic activities, portfolio development strategies, and hands-on practice. The results of the training show a significant improvement in faculty members' understanding and ability to develop academic portfolios. This activity is expected to contribute to enhancing faculty qualifications and advancing their academic careers.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang pesat menjadikannya sebagai elemen penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, di mana manusia semakin bergantung pada teknologi untuk mengolah data menjadi pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Teknologi informasi memungkinkan akses yang lebih cepat dan efisien terhadap informasi, sehingga membantu individu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan aktivitas lainnya dengan lebih mudah. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia yang semakin kompleks, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi juga menjadi semakin luas, termasuk dalam industri kuliner. Namun, di sektor kuliner, masih terdapat kendala berupa kurangnya informasi berbasis web mengenai menu makanan yang tersedia serta seringnya terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan konsumen. Hal ini berpotensi mengurangi efisiensi layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan informasi lengkap mengenai menu makanan serta meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), yang dipilih karena dapat mempercepat proses perancangan dan implementasi perangkat lunak dalam waktu yang relatif singkat. Dengan diterapkannya sistem ini, diharapkan pemasaran kuliner, khususnya di sentral kuliner Kabupaten Kaur, dapat semakin berkembang dan menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional bagi para pelaku usaha kuliner. Selain itu, sistem ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan dengan akses yang lebih mudah terhadap informasi menu serta pencatatan pesanan yang lebih akurat, sehingga mendukung perkembangan industri kuliner di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

AbstrakUndang-Undang Cipta Kerja (UUCK) merupakan salah satu produk hukum yang mencerminkan dinamika politik hukum di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan omnibus law, UUCK bertujuan untuk meningkatkan investasi dan efisiensi regulasi. Namun, pengesahannya memunculkan pro dan kontra di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menganalisis politik hukum di balik pengesahan UUCK, mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pembentukannya, serta dampaknya terhadap prinsip negara hukum dan demokrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis-sosiologis dengan pendekatan analisis dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UUCK mencerminkan dominasi kepentingan ekonomi dalam politik hukum, tetapi mengabaikan partisipasi publik yang memadai, sehingga memicu resistensi sosial. Kata Kunci: Politik Hukum, Omnibus Law, Resistensi Sosial. Abstract The Job Creation Law (UUCK) is one of the legal products that reflects the dynamics of legal politics in Indonesia. With an omnibus law approach, UUCK aims to increase investment and regulatory efficiency. However, its ratification has raised pros and cons in society. This article analyzes the legal politics behind the ratification of UUCK, examines the factors that influenced its formation, and its impact on the principles of the rule of law and democracy. This study uses a juridical-sociological method with a document analysis approach and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that UUCK reflects the dominance of economic interests in legal politics, but ignores adequate public participation, thus triggering social resistance. Abstract

The characteristics of the independent curriculum include the implementation of project-based learning and local content, but there are still some teachers who have difficulty implementing project-based learning with local content. This study aims to determine the need for a project-based virus enrichment module with a local issue context as additional learning media for students. This study uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods with the research subjects being 35 grade X students and one biology teacher. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was filled out by a biology teacher and 35 grade X students. Interviews were conducted with a biology educator and four students. Data analysis techniques by describing research data in the form of percentages and opinion descriptions. The results of the needs analysis show that the virus material is considered difficult because it is abstract, learning still uses textbooks and has never been project-based, while students enjoy learning that makes them do activities in a fun way and produce work. They felt the need for additional learning resources besides textbooks, especially virus development material. Therefore, learning media in the form of project-based enrichment modules on viruses in plants needs to be developed to meet the demands of the independent curriculum and improve students' 4C skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in the national economy but face various challenges, such as limited innovation, market access, and less-than-optimal business strategies. This community service activity aims to increase the capacity of MSME players through education regarding business optimization with innovative and strategic approaches. The methods used include training, mentoring, and implementing simple technology to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. The main focus of education includes product development, digital marketing, financial management, and adaptation strategies to market changes. It is hoped that the results of this activity will increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing their businesses more effectively and sustainably. With this education, MSMEs can be better prepared to face business challenges, increase productivity, and expand their market reach.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of initial observations in class II of SD IT Asy-Syifa' Bayung Lencir which experienced problems in the form of low student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects which also became the main motivation in this research, so that it is necessary to use learning tools or media that can increase student involvement and understanding of the material being taught. The purpose of the study was to describe the application of the concrete object teaching aid media learning method to improve the learning outcomes of class II students at the Asy-Syifa' Bayung Lencir Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the aim of determining the increase in student learning outcomes by using concrete object learning media. The results of the study showed that the application of the concrete object teaching aid media learning method can improve the learning outcomes of class II students at the Asy-Syifa' Bayung Lencir Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The learning outcomes of class II students at the Asy-Syifa Bayung Lencir Integrated Islamic Elementary School in cycle I were 72.29 with a percentage of completion of 54.17%. These results are still below the completion standard, which is> 75% and the learning objectives have not been achieved. Furthermore, the average mathematics learning outcomes of grade II students at SD Islam Terpadu Asy-Syifa Bayung Lencir in cycle II were 79.79 with a completion percentage of 87.50%. These results are above the completion standard, which is > 75% and the learning objectives have been achieved.

Abstract

Penawaran umum dan penjualan sekuritas, bisnis yang berurusan dengan sekuritas yang diterbitkannya, dan organisasi dan pekerjaan yang berurusan dengan sekuritas yang diterbitkannya semuanya termasuk dalam pasar modal. Danantara merupakan salah satu elemen yang dapat menyebabkan fluktuasi Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) yang mewakili pasar modal. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana kebijakan peluncuran Danantara mempengaruhi pergerakan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Analisis dilakukan dengan membandingkan data sebelum dan sesudah peluncuran, mencakup perubahan indeks, volume perdagangan, dan return harian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IHSG mengalami penurunan signifikan setelah kebijakan diberlakukan, yang mencerminkan ketidakpastian pasar. Meskipun terjadi peningkatan volume perdagangan pada hari peluncuran, fluktuasi yang tinggi mengindikasikan sikap hati-hati investor. Investor domestik cenderung melakukan aksi beli, sementara investor asing lebih banyak melakukan aksi jual, yang menyebabkan tekanan pada pasar. Kelebihan dari kebijakan ini adalah meningkatnya perhatian investor domestik serta tingginya aktivitas perdagangan, sedangkan kekurangannya meliputi tekanan jual yang signifikan dan belum terlihatnya dampak positif terhadap stabilitas pasar dalam jangka pendek. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk melakukan analisis lebih mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi reaksi pasar serta mempertimbangkan dampak jangka panjang kebijakan ini terhadap ekonomi makro.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of Pinrang Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 which amends Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2011 concerning Entertainment Tax, with a focus on efforts to increase local original income. Apart from that, this research also aims to understand the factors that influence the effectiveness of implementing these Regional Regulations. This study applies a normative-empirical research approach. This study applies data analysis through a qualitative descriptive approach, which aims to describe or photograph an issue related to existing patterns and challenges. Then, the researcher presents information that has been collected from literature research and interviews, which can be used as a reference in solving problems. The findings from this research indicate that the implementation of Pinrang Regency Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2018 regarding Entertainment Tax in order to increase Regional Original Income (PAD) is still not optimal. Several factors that influence the effectiveness of implementing these regulations consist of internal, external, regulatory and legal culture factors. Internal factors include limited human resource capabilities and infrastructure, such as a lack of training for officers and a lack of technology that supports the tax system. External factors include low awareness and involvement of business actors in the entertainment sector, the economic situation at the local level, and geographical constraints that complicate the monitoring process.

Abstract

Health services are health programs aimed at individuals or the community and implemented jointly within an organization and with the aim of maintaining or improving the level of health by improving the quality of services in accordance with service standards and professional standards with existing and available potential. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between organizations and improving the quality of services at the Baranti Health Center, Sidrap Regency in 2019. This research was carried out from 16 May to 14 June 2019 at the Baranti Health Center, Sidrap District. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach carried out in the working area of ​​the Baranti Community Health Center, Sidrap Regency. The sample size in this research was 51 respondents, using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The results of the study using Chi-square analysis with a significant level (p = 0.001; p < 0.05) showed that there was a relationship between organization and improving the quality of Puskesmas services as many as (70.6%) of Puskesmas Puskesmas employees were active in organizations and had good quality improvements as many as (82.4%) at the Baranti Community Health Center, Sidrap Regency. There is a relationship between organization and improving the quality of service at the Baranti District Health Center, Sidrap Regency in 2019, as evidenced by the results of the Square P-Value test of 0.001 < 0.05.
