Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist objects and tourits visits on the economic income of the people of Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This research was conducted at Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik Selo Tirto Giri (Setigi) tourism. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of primary data by distributing quistionnaries to the surrounding community as respondents. The method used in this research is to use simple liniar analysis. The result of the data analysis show that the setigi tourism object variable has a significant effect while the tourist visits variable has no significant effect on the income of the setigi tourism economy community. This is because the number of tourist visits to tourist attractions in Setigi has not maximized the economic income of local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for strengthening public engagement in monitoring the development of integrity zones as an effort to improve local governance. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth interviews and documentary analysis, with research conducted in Solok City and Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra Province. The findings indicate that public participation in monitoring integrity zones remains limited and largely relies on informal mechanisms. Traditional leaders play a crucial role in disseminating information and encouraging compliance with integrity policies, although their involvement is not yet fully supported by a strong legal framework. Strengthening their role through formal regulations could enhance the effectiveness of public participation. Moreover, broader community involvement has the potential to reduce corruption, promote transparency, and reinforce accountability in local governance. This study contributes by providing empirical insights into how local social structures can be leveraged to support public oversight and by offering practical recommendations for policymakers to enhance governance through the synergy between formal and informal actors.

Abstract

Preeklampsia merupakan kondisi spesifik pada kehamilan yang ditandai dengan adanya disfungsi plasenta dan respon maternal terhadap adanya inflamasi sistemik dengan aktivasi endotel dan koagulasi. Jika tidak dilakukan pencegahan dini, akan membahayakan baik nyawa ibu maupun bayi. Hampir 75% penyebab kematian ibu adalah karena perdarahan hebat Post Partum), infeksi post partum, tekanan darah tinggi selama kehamilan (pre-eklampsia dan eklampsia), komplikasi dari persalinan, tindakan aborsi yang tidak prosedur dari hasil pencatatan dan pelaporan diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Jatibaru terdapat 557 Bumil, jumlah kunjungan ke Puskesmas hanya 216 ibu hamil dan teridentifikasi resiko preeklamsi sebanyak 12 bumil. Saat ini pelayanan yang tersedia di tingkat puskesmas dalam mendeteksi dini resiko preeklampsia masih menggunakan buku KIA yang hasil pendeteksiannya masih dirasakan belum memasyarakat penggunaan buku KIA tersebut hanya dapat dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan itu sendiri, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini dan banyaknya penelitian yang mengembangkan berbagai alat maupun metode untuk mempermudah berbagai layanan yang ada dimasyarakat maka salah satu Peneliti sebelumnya menemukan metode untuk  mendeteksi dini terjadinya preeklamsi yaitu metode“Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini(KSDS), Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan metode Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini(KSDS) dalam mendeteksi dini  terjadinya pre-eklampsia pada bumil melalui tahapan kegiatan:1)Mengidentifikasi peningkatan kemampuan Kader Kesehatan dalam mengimplementasikan metode Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini(KSDS) 2)Menganalisis efektifitas penggunaan metode KSDS dalam mendeteksi dini terjadinya pre-eklamsia Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasy Experimental dengan pendekatan Two Group,teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Porposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang kader kesehatan yang dibagi 50 orang  kelompok kontrol dan 50 orang kelompok perlakuan, Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi  dengan pengamatan pre dan post perlakuan,  menggunakan uji statistic “Chi Square, Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whiney.Hasil penelitian1}Memperlihatkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan antara karakteri umur, pekerjaan dan tingkat  pendidikan pre-post test antara kelompok control dan kelompok intervensi.2}Berdasarkan uji wilkoxon test diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 pada kelompok intervensi dan   0,808 pada kelompok control menunjukan lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 95 %.(p-value<0,05.Kesimpulan;1)Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara karakter responder dengan peningkatan kemampuan Kader Kesehatan dalam mengimplementasikan metode Kartu Skor Dhiana Setyorini (KSDS).2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan responden/Bumil dalam mendeteksi dini terjadinya preeklamsia melalui penggunaan metode KSDS

Abstract

This research was motivated by teachers who must continue to help their students to enhancestudent's critical thinking skills even in COVID-19 pandemic situation. Online Inquiry and Problem Based Learning (PBL) with Zoom Cloud Meeting platform was used because based on previous research, Inquiry learning and PBL can improve student's critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to see the differences of junior high school student's critical thinking skills after being taught by online Inquiry learning and PBL in terms of student's initial abilities and to see the interaction between Inquiry, PBL, and initial ability with student's critical thinking. This research was used quasi experimental nonequivalent control group design, conducted in 8th grade of Junior High School 7 Jambi City using 3 classes; 2 experimental classes and 1 control class selected by the simple random sampling method. The results of this study were tested with one way and two way ANOVA, showing that there were differences of student's critical thinking abilities with high, medium and low initial abilities after being taught by online Inquiry learning and PBL learning, but there was no interaction between online Inquiry learning and PBL, and student's initial ability with student's critical thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-regulated learning (SRL) and discovery learning models on students' mathematical creative thinking abilities, the influence of self-confidence on the ability to think creatively mathematically, and the interaction between the SRL learning model and discovery learning with students' confidence in creative thinking skills. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. The research sample consisted of 32 people in the experimental class I, 32 people in the experimental class II, and 32 people in the control class. Data collection is done by giving a questionnaire and written test questions. The data analysis used is a two-way ANOVA technique. The results showed the SRL model was more effective in influencing creative thinking skills than the discovery learning model and the conventional model. High and moderate self-confidence of students is more effective in influencing creative thinking skills than low self-confidence. There is an interaction between the SRL and DL models with self-confidence in influencing creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Comparison and Correlation between Attitude and Process Skills in Mathematics: The Case of Public and Islamic Middle School in Indonesia. Objectives: to find out the comparison and relationship between process skills and students' interest in learning mathematics in junior high school. Methods: using a quantitative descriptive survey design. A total of 140 students from SMPN 35 Batanghari and MTsN 5 Batanghari were purposively selected as research samples. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings: The results of the t-test of students' process skills and interest in learning at SMPN 35 Batanghari and MTsN 5 Batanghari obtained sig. (2-tailed) is less than 0.05. Analysis of the correlation between the interests and process skills of students obtained the value of sig. (2-tailed) in each school is less than 0.05. Conclusion: There are differences in students' interest and process skills between each school and students' interest is significantly correlated with process skills. Abstract

This research was intended to design interactive e-module development in improving student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 1 Hulu Gurung. The research method in this study is R&D (Reaserch & Development) which refers to the ADDIE theory. Researchers concentrate on the Analyze to Design aspects of the ADDIE development model (Branch, 2009). The design designed in this study was an interactive e-module intended to improve student learning outcomes in excretion system material which was previously identified as not optimal based on the output of the learning analysis carried out by researchers at the needs analysis stage. The e-module design designed using Canva by utilizing template software that is integrated with other product content, interactive e-modules containing covers, instructions for using the e-module, preface, table of contents, core competencies, basic competencies, concept maps of the excretion system material people, materials, learning videos, evaluations, author profiles. In addition to material presentation, designers, in this case researchers, add videos to optimize student understanding which are published in the form of links which are then used as teaching materials both inside and outside the classroom at research locations and can be used by students in other schools as well as part of product dissemination or follow-up. development to be carried out thereafter.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, and liquidity on earnings quality in manufacturing companies within the industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2023 period. Earnings quality is a multidimensional concept that reflects how reported earnings are reliable and relevant for stakeholders in making economic decisions. In this context, agency theory is the foundation to explain potential conflicts of interest between managers and shareholders in financial reporting practices. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method based on specific criteria, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Classical assumption tests indicate that the data meet the requirements for normality, show no multicollinearity or autocorrelation, and satisfy the assumption of homoscedasticity. Regression results show that firm size does not significantly affect earnings quality (p > 0.05), while profitability and liquidity have a negative and significant effect on earnings quality (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 14.1% indicates that the three independent variables explain only a small portion of the variation in earnings quality. The study's implications highlight the importance of monitoring managerial practices, particularly in companies with low profitability and liquidity, to prevent earnings manipulation and enhance investor trust. The findings also encourage regulators to strengthen financial reporting transparency policies and provide valuable insights for investors to evaluate financial statements critically.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine in-depth the adaptive leadership strategies implemented by school principals in facing the challenges of education in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used in this study, with research locations in several secondary schools in Pamekasan Regency, East Java. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results indicate that successful school principals in the VUCA context tend to display strong systemic thinking skills, make flexible decisions, and build open and collaborative communication with all school stakeholders. The identified adaptive strategies include restructuring teacher roles in emergency situations, strengthening a reflective culture in schools, strategically utilizing technology, and developing external networks to address resource constraints. On the other hand, key challenges to adaptive leadership include resistance to change from within the organization, frequently changing central policies, and limited human resource capacity at the local level. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the educational leadership literature by emphasizing the importance of a context-based adaptive approach in school management. Furthermore, the findings of this study offer practical implications for the development of principal training and education policy reform at the regional level. Recommendations for further research include the development of a more comprehensive adaptive leadership model and quantitative studies to broaden the generalizability of the findings. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam strategi kepemimpinan adaptif yang diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia pendidikan di era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan lokasi penelitian di beberapa sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Pamekasan, Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah yang berhasil dalam konteks VUCA cenderung menampilkan kemampuan tinggi dalam berpikir sistemik, mengambil keputusan secara fleksibel, serta membangun komunikasi terbuka dan kolaboratif dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan sekolah. Strategi adaptif yang diidentifikasi antara lain: restrukturisasi peran guru dalam situasi darurat, penguatan budaya reflektif di sekolah, pemanfaatan teknologi secara strategis, serta pengembangan jejaring eksternal untuk menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya. Di sisi lain, tantangan utama kepemimpinan adaptif meliputi resistensi perubahan dari internal organisasi, kebijakan pusat yang sering berubah, serta keterbatasan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di tingkat lokal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis terhadap literatur kepemimpinan pendidikan dengan menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan adaptif berbasis konteks dalam manajemen sekolah. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan pelatihan kepala sekolah dan reformasi kebijakan pendidikan di tingkat daerah. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya mencakup pengembangan model kepemimpinan adaptif yang lebih komprehensif dan studi kuantitatif untuk memperluas generalisasi temuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat memonitoring kegiatan dan laporan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Universitas Andi Djemma. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui wawancara, observasi, dan pembagian kuesioner. Sistem informasi monitoring KKN ini dirancang menggunakan model UML (Unified Modeling Language) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, dan class diagram. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teknologi web dengan database MySQL, serta memanfaatkan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript. Implementasi sistem diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan KKN di Universitas Andi Djemma. Website monitoring kegiatan KKN dan laporan di Universitas Andi Djemma diuji menggunakan pengujian black box, sehingga diperoleh sistem informasi yang berjalan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, serta pengujian usability menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini sangat layak digunakan.Keywords: Sistem informasi, Monitoring KKN, Universitas Andi Djemma, Waterfall, JavaScript, Website, UML.
