Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang suatu perancangan aplikasi administrasi simpan pinjam yang dapat mempermudah dalam mengelola data simpan pinjam yang terdapat pada Administrasi Simpan Pinjam Di Koperasi Bahtera Jaya Sejahtera Berbasis Java, sehingga pendataan menjadi efektif, efisien, tepat guna, dan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang berkenaan dengan pengelolaan Administrasi Simpan Pinjam Di Koperasi Bahtera Jaya Sejahtera Berbasis java. Metode penelitian untuk perancangan aplikasi simpan pinjam ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dengan cara pengenalan langsung (observasi) dan wawancara. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan penelitian dengan metode kepustakaan berdasarkan referensi dan berbagai media yang memuat informasi yang dibutuhkan, menganalisa kebutuhan, perancangan, pengujian, dan implementasi sistem. Perancangan dan pengembangan Aplikasi simpan pinjam ini tercipta dengan dukungan bahasa pemrograman Java dan database MySQL.

Abstract

Islamic theology is an important classical Islamic studies from the early Islam until now. With the development of science, Islamic theology demanded to always discussed for solving the problem of human life. This research aims to know the development of islamic theology, paradigm of anthropocentrism and it's implementation. This research is a kind of library research with qualitative method. The data will be collected and analyzed using theology and philosophy approach. The most of earlier research criticize the Islamic theology wich usually theocentrically, and not entrying yet the level of anthropologist. So that the research of Islamic theology using the paradigm of anthropocentrism is an important thing. This research concludes that the implementation of the paradigm of anthropocentrism in islamic theology studies can be realized with focusing Islamic theology studies on social humanity problems. Tauhid as manifest of unity and diversity as a based of shaping personality dan the source of morality dan law obedience.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Health Post (POSKESTREN) is one form of community-based health efforts in the Islamic boarding school environment. The Imam Adz-Dzahabi Islamic Boarding School, which is located in Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, already has a health post, but its management has not been implemented. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of Poskestren managers and Santri Husada about the steps for establishing Poskestren, provide training in self-reflection surveys, and also provide training in the formulation of work programs. The socialization of Poskestren management and self-reflection survey training was well carried out in the presence of 33 participants, consisting of 3 Poskestren managers and 30 Santri Husada. There was an increase in participants' knowledge about the steps for establishing Poskestren. Participants can also practice self-reflection surveys and develop a program of Poskestren activities.

Abstract

Endometrial cancer (EC) is the fourth most frequent gynecological cancers, and its incidence and mortality rates have increased over the last decade. Cytotoxic therapy with carboplatin and paclitaxel is the recommended first-line treatment for EC patients. However, the options for following therapy are limited. The latest advances in molecular studies have uncovered the nature of genetic alterations in EC, compelling methods for further research into the treatment of EC since they may disclose to tailored pharmacological therapy. The aim of this study to identify novel drug candidates in treating EC using genomics variants and biological pathway. The genomic variants of  EC were downloaded from cBioportal database. We established connection between the biological EC risk genes from cBioportal database and the DrugBank database. Finally, we used Connectivity Map (CMap) analysis to identify possible drugs whose mechanisms coincided with therapeutic targets and rank them based on the scoring system. We identified novel potential candidate drugs for EC, they are Bosutinib and Nilutamide which exhibit robust scores in the CMap analysis compare to paclitaxel. We also discovered BCR-ABL1 and AR as potential biomarker-driven therapy in EC. This study demonstrates the possibility of using genetic network analysis combined with bioinformatics to repurpose drugs for the treatment of EC. Further study will investigate the mechanisms of using BCR-ABL1 and AR targeting in the treatment of EC.

Abstract

Sebagai bentuk responsibility terhadap tranformasi dalam dunia pendidikan sekolah harus memiliki kekuatan mewujudkan dan mengembangkan karakter dengan menguatkan peran agama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang pada giliranya mendorong siswa untuk memiliki pengetahuan yang menyeluruh pada lulusannya. Kegiatan keagamaan tidak hanya memegang peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa namun juga melatih pembiasaan untuk hidup disiplin, bertanggungjawab serta membangun pribadi baik. Dengan disiplin menjadikan belajar akan tertip sehigga menjadi motivasi pencapaian prestasi akademik siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan study kasus, teknik pengumpulan data dengan interview, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Mailes dan Huberman penyajian data, display data, reduksi data dan ferivikasi data (penarikan simpulan). Peran kegiatan keagamaan di SDN 1 Durenan Trenggalek melalui peran kepala sekolah dalam hal ini berperan sebagai leader of change, pemimpin dan pemberian kebijakan serta koordinator dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.  Sebagai agent of change keberedaran implementasi serta evaluator berkegiatan keagamaan dilingkup sekolah diperankan oleh pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Siswa, siswa dalam hal ini sebagai objek peningkatan prestasi akademik yang mendapatkan perhatian penuh dari kepala sekolah dan pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Scientific literacy is essential skills that students must master in the 21st century. This study aims to examine the effect of the Group Investigation (GI) learning model on improving science literacy in Middle School students on thermal expansion. The research uses a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of one class selected through purposive sampling, namely class VII I at SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta. The data collection method involved using a test with a science literacy test in the form of multiple-choice questions. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests to determine the differences before and after implementing the GI learning model. The study results indicate that the Group Investigation (GI) learning model can improve students' science literacy on thermal expansion. The enhancement in science literacy scores for indicators such as explaining phenomena scientifically, evaluating and designing scientific investigations, and interpreting data and evidence scientifically showed increases of 35.1%, 40.02%, 22.08%, and 39.98%, respectively. The paired sample T-test results indicated that the GI learning model significantly affected science literacy and its indicators. The N-gain test results showed that the GI learning model positively affected science literacy, with the indicators achieving scores of 0.42, 0.64, 0.39, and 0.29, categorized as moderate, moderate, moderate, and low, respectively. The calculated Cohen's d value of 1.457024 falls within the huge category based on Sawilowsky's (2009) criteria. Abstract

This study discusses the Problems of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMK Negeri 3 Palu, the main problem in this thesis contains the formulation of the problem of How the Problems of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMK Negeri 3 Palu, and how the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in solving the Problems of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMK Negeri 3 Palu, the purpose of the research is to find out the Problems of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMK Negeri 3 Palu,  and to find out the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in solving Islamic Religious Education Learning Problems at SMK Negeri 3 Palu. To answer these problems, the author uses a qualitative method in this study, which is sourced from field research and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. To test the validity of the data using Extension of participation, Presistent observation, and Triangulation. The results of the research in the discussion of this thesis are about the Problems of Learning Islamic Religious Education at SMK Negeri 3 Palu various problems found in teaching and learning activities, be it related to the application of methods, mastery of materials, problems with facilities and infrastructure to the media used. The suggestions from this article are, Islamic Religious Education needs to receive attention from various parties. There needs to be cooperation between one party and another.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan instrument evaluasi PPDB sistem zonasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4D dari Thiagarajan (1974). Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purpossive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) Instrumen  dikembangkan berdasarkan studi pendahuluan belum ada dan perlu dikembangkan untuk melakukan evaluasi. Abstract

This research aims to determine environmental literacy and the influence of interdisciplinary environmental dynamic fluid physics learning using the Discovery Learning model on students' environmental literacy. This research is quantitative research using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design method. The technique used in this research is the saturated sample technique, which is a data analysis technique using paired samples t-test. Learning environmentally integrated dynamic fluid physics using the Discovery Learning model can increase students' environmental literacy and have a significant effect on students' knowledge, attitudes and behaviour towards the river environment. Increasing students' ecological literacy is influenced by the implementation of learning, which is quite good, and the students are active. Environmental integration physics learning must continue to be developed so that it becomes an example for teachers to manage classes with environmental literacy outcomes and as an activity to conserve freshwater resources so that the environment is sustainable.

Abstract

This study used an experimental method by directly observing the object under study. The independent variables in this study include the geometry of the flame holder on the meso-scale combustor, airflow, and fuel discharge. The research data were analyzed and displayed in graphical form as well as flame visualization. This research concludes that combustion using a flame holder circle has a more stable and even flame compared to a flame holder concentric ring and backward facing step. The shape of the Flame holder circle also produces a higher flame temperature. The results of this study contribute to the development of MPG based on micro combustion with a better understanding of the interaction between flame holders, reactant velocities and equivalent ratios in achieving stable and efficient combustion in meso-scale combustors. This research can provide important input for the development of high-efficiency micro-combustion-based power generation technology in the future.
