Aims: Type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly is still the highest disease in Indonesia. Caused by the elderly cannot produce insulin in sufficient quantities or more. Glucose levels above 200 gr%. Brown rice and potatoes are staple food sources with a fairly high amount of carbohydrates and have lower glucose levels than white rice. Research Objectives: To determine the effectiveness of consumption of brown rice and potatoes in reducing blood sugar in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Pondok Ranji Public Health Center, South Tangerang City. Research Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental with purposive sampling with a sample of 20 people. The data technique is included in the bivariate analysis using the SPSS program statistical calculations. Research Results: Based on the results of the study the average value of brown rice consumption in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 64.45, and the average value of potato consumption in the elderly with type 2 diabetes was 47.21, the results of the statistical test p-value 0.02 < 0.05 Conclusions and Suggestions: There is a difference between the consumption of brown rice and potatoes in reducing blood sugar levels in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus, where the results obtained on average are that brown rice is more effective in reducing blood sugar levels compared to potatoes.

Aims: Based on data from the Banten Province Health Office (Dinkes), the percentage of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2016 was around 55.75% (Profile of Banten Provincial Health Office, 2017). Exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 2014 was 27%, in 2015 it was 40%, in 2016 it was 50%, in 2017 it was 58.72% and in 2018 it was 41.59% (Tangerang District Health Profile, 2018). Objective: Examine the relationship between age, level of education and occupation, attitudes, and self-efficacy towards the practice of exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Tigaraksa Public Health Center, Tangerang Banten. Methods: This study employs quantitative techniques for associative analysis. Women who were breastfeeding their children between the ages of 6 months and 12 months comprised the study's population. One hundred people were randomly selected to participate in the study's samples. A questionnaire was employed to collect information for the study. Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Result: The results of this study show that: (1) breastfeeding mothers' age is related to their rates of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000); (2) mothers' education is related to their rates of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.043); (3) mothers' employment status is related to their rates of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000); (4) breastfeeding mothers' income is related to their rates of exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.000) Conclusions and Suggestions: Mothers' exclusive breastfeeding rates at the Tigaraksa Public Health Center, Tangerang Banten, are related to their ages, levels of education, occupations, breastfeeding attitudes, and breastfeeding self-efficacy. Aims: Pregnant women who suffer from anemia are at risk of miscarriage, premature birth, low birth weight babies, and bleeding before and after delivery. Purpose: It is known the effectiveness of giving beetroot and spinach to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in primary clinics in 2022. Methods: One-group "quasi-experiment" Designing a test with a pre- and post-test. Quasi-experimental studies are a type of experimental research that omits the use of a control group. Result: The average hemoglobin level of pregnant women before consuming beetroot is 10.8 gr / dl and after consuming beets 11.9 gr / dl 200 gr every day for 28 days the average hemoglobin level increases to 12.3 gr / dl. The average hemoglobin level of pregnant women before consuming spinach is 10.2 gr / dl and after consuming spinach every day for 28 days the average hemoglobin level increases to 11.4 gr / dl. With a maximal number of 11.9 gr / dl, the p value >0.05 Conclusion and Advice: Beetroot and spinach consumption is associated with increased hemoglobin levels in pregnant women and offers a safe and healthy alternative to fe tablets for women who may suffer from their uncomfortable side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, heartburn, and stomach cramps. Pregnant women with anemia are often advised to eat beets or spinach every day so that their hemoglobin levels can rise as quickly as possible.

Kecerdasan sering dipahami oleh masyarakat sebagai kemampuan seseorang dalam proses berfikir. Proses berfikir disini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih dalam. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh akan menjadi landasan mencapai kesuksesan. Banyak yang menganggap bahwa orang cerdas dalam intelektual akan sukses dalam bekerja. Tetapi, kinerja seseorang tidak hanya ditentukan dari kecerdasan intelektual saja, melainkan adanya dukungan dari kecerdasan lain, yaitu emosional dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual terhadap kinerja. Pada penelitian ini sampel populasi adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Besar & Loka POM di Aceh yang berjumlah 157 orang dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak minimal 60 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling dimana semua elemen populasi punya kesempatan untuk dijadikan sebuah sampel. Pengumpulan data sampel menggunakan sistem angket. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen kinerja pegawai.Kata kunci: kecerdasaan; intelektual; emosional; spiritual; kinerja The Influence Of Intellectual, Emotional, And Spiritual Intelligence On Performance Of Employees At Banda Aceh National Agency Of Drug & Food ControlABSTRACTSociety defines intelligence as the thinking ability of an individual. The thinking process is conducted to gain in-depth knowledge. The knowledge gained will be the foundation for success. Many people think that intelligence in intellectual will be successful at work. Working performance is not only determined by intellectual intelligence but also from other bits of intelligence, namely emotional and spiritual intelligence. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence on working performance. In this study, the population sample was all employees of Balai Besar & Loka POM in Aceh, 157 people in total with 60 samples taken using probability sampling techniques where all elements of the population had the opportunity as a sample. In addition, the sample of data collection used questionnaires. Moreover, the data analysis used multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS version 23 application. The findings show that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence affect the dependent variable on the working performance of employees.Keywords: intelligence; intellectual; emotional; spiritual; performance.

Many historic events in Indonesia, one of the event flag incident at Yamato. Various attempts have been made so that this event still remembered by the people of Indonesia. Documentation ever made using only the media book or documentary, but at this point the book and documentary films have rarely demand by the public. This happens because of technological advances making animation that is very fast and make animation more desirable. So the need to make documentation using the latest technologies. The concept of the new technologies that will be used for the documentation of historic events that machinima. Machinima used in penlitian aims to do Reanimation (remake animation) from previous studies "Reconstruction tearing Flag Hotel Yamato Using Augnmented Reality with Marker GIS (Geographic Information System)" which will provide a new attraction, because people are now many who have forgotten This historic event. So so is appropriate if documentation of previous studies may in Reanimation using machinima technology by utilizing the Unity Game Engine to record a scene or a scene and combine all scenes recorded using machinima software technology. Based on the results of tests conducted on several correspondents showed respondents who prefer animations which have direanimasi by 79%.

Latar Belakang : Pasien gagal ginjal yang berada pada stadium akhir memerlukan terapi penggantian fungsi ginjal untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidupnya seperti transplantasi ginjal, hemodialisis dan terapi Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD). Kegagalan fungsi ginjal dapat menyebabkan komplikasi overload. Untuk menghindari komplikasi dari kelebihan beban, tindakan pencegahan yang baik harus dilakukan, yaitu kepatuhan untuk membatasi cairan. Kepatuhan harus didasarkan pada tingkat pengetahuan individu itu sendiri. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan semakin terbuka dengan melakukan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada gagal ginjal kronik dengan hemodialisa. Tujuan Utama : Mengetahui Determinan Kejadian Overload Pada Gagal Ginjal Kronik dengan Hemodialisa di RS Universitas Kristen Indonesia Tahun 2019. Metode Penelitian : Metode Analisis, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang melakukan hemodialisa rutin di RS Hemodialisa UKI pada bulan Februari 2019 dan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 56 responden. Jadi metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah incidental sampling. Hasil : Dari hasil uji Chi Squere peneliti memperoleh p-value < 0,05 artinya ada hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, lama hemodialisa, pengetahuan dan kepatuhan terhadap overload. Saran : Diharapkan petugas kesehatan di ruang HD RS Universitas Kristen memberikan pengetahuan kepada klien dan keluarga melalui penyuluhan dan edukasi rutin tentang gagal ginjal overload dan resiko jika tidak mematuhi pembatasan cairan. Jika klien memiliki pengetahuan tentang kelebihan beban, kepatuhan cairan akan lebih besar.

Introduction : Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is one of the major diseases in the world, affecting the huge medical, economic and social problems for patients and their families. The necessary intervention is renal replacement therapy that is hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is a lifetime therapy with the frequency of action every 2-3 times / week and the required duration is 4-6 hours in every one hemodialysis session. Changes are often complained in patients undergoing hemodialysis that is restless leg syndrome and decreased sleep quality. To overcome these symptoms are done intradialytic stretching exercise. Method : The design of this study used two groups of Pre post-test design with T dependent test data analysis for bivariate data, and frequency distribution for univariate data before and after intradialytic stretching exercise. Symptom score Restless leg syndrome was tested using IRLSG instrument and sleep quality score tested using PQSI Scale. Result : There were 19 patients with symptoms of restless leg syndrome and sleep quality disorder. After intervention, RLS and sleep quality decrease by 1.32 with pvalue <0.00. Conclusion : It can be concluded that Intradialytic stretching exercise is effective in reducing RLS symptoms and improving sleep quality.

Aims: To assess the relationship between the length of hemodialysis time and the level of anxiety in patients with chronic kidney failure at the Jakarta Harbor Hospital in 2021 Design: Analytical with cross sectional. Methods: The data used is primary data, namely data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi Square test. Results: The majority of respondents with mild anxiety and undergoing hemodialysis > 24 months. There is a relationship between the length of hemodialysis time and the level of anxiety in CKD patients with p value < 0.05 Conclusions: There is a relationship between the length of time on hemodialysis and the level of anxiety in CKD patients. Therefore, clinical nurse needs to provide an important intervention or pleasant activity during the patients undergoing hemodialysis to reduce level of anxiety.

Aims : To find out the relationship between nurses' knowledge of EWS and the implementation of EWS in critically ill patients. Design : Quantitative research with cross sectional design Methdos : The sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 109 nurses at Sulianti Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital for the period of December 2021. Data collection used questionnaires and observation. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using chi-square analysis. Results : The results showed that of the 109 nurses, most of the knowledge about EWS had good knowledge about the Early Warning Score (EWS), namely 61 respondents (56%). Most of the EWS implementations are Early Warning Score (EWS) implementations in the appropriate category, namely 69 respondents (63.3%). There is a relationship between knowledge and the implementation of EWS in critical patients P value = 0.000. Conclusions : The study recommends the need for policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for EWS and it is necessary to carry out socialization and training on EWS SOPs to all health workers on a regular basis accompanied by regular evaluations.

Aims: Through a ventilator, patients who have difficulty breathing independently can be helped to breathe and get air like breathing normally. The ventilator machine will regulate the process of inhaling and exhaling in the patient. The ventilator will pump air for a few seconds to deliver oxygen to the patient's lungs, then stop pumping to get the air out on its own from the lungs. Based on data obtained in the ICU room of Cileungsi Hospital in the period 2021 from January 2021 to October 2021 from 359 patients treated. Knowing the perception of anxiety levels in the families of patients who will be given Informed Consent ventilator installation in ICU Cileungsi Hospital. Design: The study used a total sampling of 21 respondents. Data collection is done with questionnaires. Methdos: The type of research that will be used is this Quantitative research method using quasi eksperimente method using the design of Nonevaquivalent Control Group Desaign with a sample of the patient's family who will be given Informed Consent ventilator installation in the ICU Room of Cileungsi Hospital. Results: The most anxiety levels of respondents were the category of mild anxiety amounting to 9 respondents (42.9%), the least anxiety levels obtained by the weight category amounted to 2 respondents (9.5%), while the respondents of the non-anxious category amounted to 7 respondents (33.3%), and moderate category respondents amounted to 3 respondents (14.3%). With the results of the statistical test obtained P Value .000 < 0.05. Which means that there is an effect of the installation of ventilators of respondents on the level of anxiety. Conclusions: Based on the results of research conducted on, perception of anxiety levels in the families of patients who are informed consent ventilator installation in the ICU room of Cileungsi Hospital, it can be concluded: of the 21 respondents based on the level of anxiety of the most respondents is the category of mild anxiety amounted to 9 respondents (42.9%), the level of anxiety at least obtained by the weight category amounted to 2 respondents (9.5%), While the respondents of the category are not anxious amounted to 7 respondents (33.3%), and moderate category respondents amounted to 3 respondents (14.3%).
