The implementation of a system of automatic promotion based online is one of the policies formulated by the state human resources agency in the letter to be no d-26 / 30 / v-99, explained one about the automatic promotion. This policy was made with the aim of accelerating, promotion because previously promotion often. The purpose of this study to described the made in automatic promotion system based on online and implemented in regional offices VI employment agency state in the city of Medan. This study using theory Van Meter van Horn. Descriptive methodes used is the method with a qualitative approach using theory Van Meter van Horn policy covering standards and objectives, resources, the in automatic promotion system based on online and implemented in relationship between organization (communication), characteristic of implementing agent, the social conditions, economic and political implementor and disposition. In this research data collection techniques used technique interview, observation and documentation . The result of the research indicated that the implementation of a system of automatic promotion based online at regional offices VI national civil service agency in the city of Medan was doing well, conforming to the standards and objectives set policy. Although the performance of the employee has been optimized with computerized there are still some obstacles in implementing this policy, because there are a lot of the implementing agency involved.

This research aims to describe the implementation of the 2013/Scientific curriculum learning strategy and describe the advantages and disadvantages of applying scientific implementation to learning. The implementation of learning through the teaching and learning process is basically the core of education as a whole. Teachers as educators who participate directly in the learning process are obliged to ensure that students are active in the learning process by using appropriate learning models. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative to obtain complete and in-depth descriptions in the form of written and spoken words of people and observable behavior. Information is analyzed by reducing data, describing data and drawing conclusions. This research is to identify how strategies are implemented in religious subjects at SD Kartika I- 2. This research examines teachers' teaching strategies in religious subjects using the 2013/Scientific curriculum learning strategies.

Gerakan literasi sekolah (GLS) adalah agenda yang diberikan untuk meningkatakan kemampuan literasi siswa, agenda ini diterapkan serta dilandaskan pada sembilan agenda ini mengutamakan dan menerapkan dengan melatih membaca dan menulis. Dalam undang-undang sistem pendidikan nasional no 20 tahun 2003 pasal 4 ayat 5 yang menjelaskan tentang pendidikan diadakan kemudian mengembangkan budaya membaca, menulis dan berhitung bagi peserta didik dan masyarakat. Dalam hal ini kementrian pendidkan dan kebudayaan menerangkan bahwa gerakan literasi adalah suatu kegiatan sosial yang dilakukan dengan kerja sama memberikan dan di dukung ke berbagai komponen. Situasi ini dilakukan dengan gerakan literasi tentu akan mengimplikasikan banyak pihak di sekolah seperti kepala sekolah, pendidik dan peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah memperlihatkan hasil dari mengaplikasikan gerakan literasi sekolah dapat meningkatkan minat membaca terhadap peserta didik. Berlandaskan penelitian yang telah dilakukan saran yang bisa diberikan penulis adalah dalam penerapan gerakan literasi di sekolah seyogyanya sekolah mampu untuk mengimplikasikan banyak orang termasuk melibatkan orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat membaca karena selain adanya agenda yang diaksanakan oleh pihak sekolah pastinya harus dukungan dan didapat juga dari orang tua karena orang tua adalah orang yang paling terlibat dalam berinteraksi serta berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlak siswa kelas V SD Tunas Harapan. Fokus kajian pada tiga hal yakni bentuk upaya guru PAI, membentuk akhlak siswa kelas V SD Tunas Harapan. Penelitian ini mengganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI sebagai pendidik di SD Tunas Harapan Patumbak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber yaitu buku, jurnal dan lainya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penampilan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa upaya pembentukan akhlak pada siswa yang dilakukan oleh Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDS Tunas Harapan meliputi: Penanaman 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, Salim), Pembiasaan melaksanakan shalat dhuha dan shalat dzuhur berjamaah, dan membentuk tim rohani untuk memonitoring segala kegiatan pembentukan akhlak siswa yang dilaksanakan di sekolah.

One of the educational challenges is the lack of a strong learning process in the classroom, students are not encouraged to develop thinking skills. As a result, a teacher must take a step forward. The learning process needs to be changed so that students become the center of learning and can be achieved in various ways, including the use of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Number Heads Together (NHT) learning model on critical thinking in Geography subject at Angkasa 1 Jakarta High School. The research method uses quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment). The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data was collected using a test instrument in the form of a description. The results showed that the t test obtained a significance of 0.180 > 0.05, so there was an influence of the Number Heads Together (NHT) learning model on critical thinking in geography subjects at SMA Angkasa 1 Jakarta. In this globalized world, juvenile delinquency and other lawlessness are common news. In addition, many teenagers commit fights and murders. This study examines how PAI teachers at SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan reduce juvenile delinquency as well as the supporting and inhibiting variables. Thus, PAI teachers can foster children to identify their problems and prevent juvenile delinquency in this day and age. Every educator can instill Islamic ideals from the Qur'an and Hadith in their students. Thus, this study examines the involvement of PAI teachers in preventing juvenile delinquency at SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan to prevent environmental and national crimes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach to collect primary data through observation and in-depth interview as well as secondary data from journals, books, and articles. The results of the research regarding the prevention of juvenile delinquency with optimal Islamic religious education. Prevention of juvenile delinquency includes including adolescents in religious activities and other good activities to build character.

This study aims to explore the extracurricular role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the development of students' social skills and independence at MAS Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. Social skills include the ability to interact with others, which is very important for social life. Through PAI extracurriculars, students not only learn religious aspects, but also social skills such as cooperation, empathy, and communication. In addition, this activity also teaches independence, where students are encouraged to take initiative, manage time, and be responsible. This study uses qualitative methods with literature studies and interviews to analyze the effectiveness of PAI extracurricular in the development of these skills. The results show that this activity has a positive impact on the development of students' social skills and independence, as well as making a significant contribution in shaping their religious character. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of similar programs in other schools.

The current condition of students' morals can be said to be concerning, and does not recognize age. There have been many incidents of students who do not have good morals. This is proven by the rampant behavior of students that reflects their low morals and ethics. This condition is reflected in inappropriate content that is widely and freely circulated on social media. This study aims to determine the implementation of punishment in shaping the morals of students at MTs Al-Washliyah, Pakam Village, Medang Deras District, Batu Bara Regency. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenology. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study explain that the implementation of punishment at MTs Al-Washliyah, Pakam Village has proven effective in shaping better student morals. The punishment applied at MTs Al-Washliyah, Pakam Village shows that punishment can be part of a positive and constructive education and learning process.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Upaya Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa di MIS SKB 3 Menteri Al-Ikhwan Desa Mekar Tanjung Kab. Asahan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya minat belajar siswa karena adanya upaya guru yang dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan kepada siswa untuk mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu, memberikan reward/hadiah kepada siswa berdasarkan perolehan ceklis dalam tabel reward, membuat kelompok dalam belajar, dan yang terakhir memberikan hukuman kepada siswa yang tidak bisa menjawab pertanyaan yang sudah di berikan oleh guru tersebut. Dari upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru terhadap siswa menunjukkan bahwa siswa mulai berubah dalam belajar sehingga siswa lebih meningkat dalam belajar nya maka upaya yang dilakukan guru berhasil dalam belajar.

This study aims to find a model of instilling morals carried out by lecturers in the fiqh learning strategy course. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method, meaning that the researcher describes the actual phenomena related to the model of inculcating morals in the lecture process. Collecting research data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data sources for this research were lecturers of the science learning strategy course (key informants) and students (supporting informants) at FITK UIN North Sumatra Medan. Test the validity of the research using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the model of inculcating morals was carried out effectively and on target by lecturers in the fiqh learning strategy course towards students. This is characterized by two aspects, namely (1) instilling morals in students is given in learning activities, including preliminary activities, core activities, and closing activities; and (2) moral values that are instilled in students include morals towards Allah SWT, morals towards Rasulullah SAW, morals to oneself, and morals to fellow human beings.
