Abstract

This paper examines the local script of Ka Ga Nga and its conservation efforts in the Rejang Tribe of Rejang Lebong Regency. The issues that will be raised are how the development of the Ka Ga Nga script and how efforts to preserve it. The purpose of the study is to describe the development of the Ka Ga Nga script and its preservation efforts. In conducting the study, historical or historical research methods with anthropological and sociological approaches were used, where the research was carried out in Rejang Lebong, Bengkulu province. The results obtained that the Ka Ga Nga script is estimated to have developed rapidly in Southern Sumatra in the 16th to 17th centuries AD as part of the development of the pallawa and kawi scripts. The Ka Ga Nga script is related to the script in the land of Bugis. Currently, the Ka Ga Nga script has decreased spread among the Rejang Lebong community so that the government and local customary bodies continue to strive to preserve the Ka Ga Nga script. The Customary Deliberation Board made prepentive efforts, through the introduction of the Ka Ga Nga script to the naming of public facilities and roads and the inclusion of the local content of the Ka Ga Nga script in the curriculum of the Rejang Lebong Regency elementary school.

Abstract

This research activity is Developing Character Education Instructional Materials Based Video Tutorials That Used In Subjects Personality In MPK Sriwijaya University. This study is the development by using analysis of 8 steps referred to the development of Borg and Gall. Research conducted at the University of Sriwijaya MPK unit sample of 110 students study, consisting of 55 students in the experimental class and 55 students in the control class. Based on the results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, based character education teaching materials video tutorials which have been tested by an expert validation of materials and media, then tested on a one to one as much as 5 student sample, based on the results of these trials are conclusions video tutorial fit for use. Therefore it is diujicobkan video tutorials on subjects experimental class for Civic Education. Based on the validation test using a statistical test using the t test concluded that there are differences in the experimental class students' learning outcomes with the control class. Secondly, based on the mean compere test also showed that the learning outcomes obtained class mean ekspremen higher than the control class. Therefore this research-based teaching materials in addition to producing video tutorials for character education, proves also gives an influence on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berjudul Peranan Partai Syarikat Islam Indonesia (PSII) dalam menghadapi Krisis Malaise di Palembang Tahun 1930-1940 (Sumbangan Materi Pelajaran Sejarah Kelas XI SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang). Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan Partai Syarikat Islam Indonesia (PSII) di Palembang, untuk menjelaskan peranan PSII dalam menghadapi Krisis Malaise dan untuk menganalisis keberhasilan PSII dalam menghadapi Krisis Malaise. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode historis. Metode historis terdapat beberapa langkah yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi data, historiografi, pendekatan ekonomi, politik dan sosiologis. Partai Syarikat Islam Indonesia (PSII) merupakan kelanjutan dari organisasi Sarekat Islam. Krisis Malaise yang melanda Hindia Belanda tahun 1930-an berdampak pada perekonomian rakyat, termasuk di Palembang. PSII berusaha menghimpun masyarakat yang terkena dampak krisis dengan membentuk serikat buruh dan koperasi. Salah satu upaya PSII yang membuahkan hasil adalah pembentukan koperasi Centraal Pembelian Karet Rakyat (CPKR). Penulisan ini dijadikan sumbangan untuk materi pelajaran sejarah khususnya materi tentang peranan Partai Syarikat Islam Indonesia (PSII) di Palembang pada masa pergerakan nasional.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kembali tokoh-tokoh besar dari Kesultanan Palembang Darussam, dan belajar karakter dari kepemimpinan mereka. Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengungkap karkater tokoh Sumatera Selatan ini dalam rangka agar karakter positif mereka dapat terekspos kembali dalam ingatan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Unsri. Melalui pengembangan bahan ajar tokoh Islam Sumatera Selatan ini telah dihasilkan dan telah diuji oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, selanjutnya diujicobakan pada kelas untuk mendapatkan bahan ajar yang praktis. Penelitian ini telah telah menghasilkan bahan ajar yang valid dan praktis, selanjutnya bahan ajar ini dapat dipakai dalam perkuliahan baik itu pada mata kuliah Sejarah Islam ataupun mata kuliah Sejarah Nasional Indonesia II dan III.

Abstract

This Study entitled “The Influence Of Vct (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection Of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang”. Problem in this research is there anything influence of VCT (Value Clarification Technique) Learning Model Application For Students Affection of History Lesson In X Class Senior High School 16 Palembang. This research has been carried out on Maret 03 until April 30, 2017. The sample in this research is class X IPA 1 and X IPA 3. Determination of classes taken by simple random sampling. Data collection technics using by data normality test, homogeneity test and Anava One Way. This questionnaire has more results for agreement alternative. By doing analysis data we got. 1) Fhitung = 3,95 > Ftabel = 2,49 so Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. 2) Fhitung = 2,70 > Ftabel = 4,10 so Ha was rejected and Ho was accepted. 3) Fhitung= 2,34 > Ftabel 2,31 so Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Because the level relation between those variable is strong, so the concluion is there are influence from VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model application for students affection of history lesson in X class Senior High School 16 Palembang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan berjudul ” Historical Thinking, Keterampilan Berpikir Utama Bagi Mahasiswa Sejarah” ini adalah kajian pustaka atas sumber-sumber yang relevan. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kekhasan keterampilan berpikir yang harus dikuasai oleh mahasiswa sejarah. Pembelajaran sejarah dilihat dari materi yang dikaji sangat unik dan berbeda dengan ilmu sosial lainnya, sehingga ilmu ini membutuhkan keterampilan berpikir yang berbeda pula. Keterampilan berpikir utama yang harus dikuasai ketika mengkaji peristiwa sejarah sebagai sebuah ilmu adalah keterampilan berpikir kesejarahan (Historical Thinking), tanpa keterampilan berpikir ini maka pembelajaran sejarah menjadi kehilangan rohnya. Oleh kerana itu, mahasiswa program studi pendidikan sejarah harus memahami lebih mendalam keterampilan berpikir ini, yang tidak sama dengan keterampilan berpikir umumnya. Abstract

Entitle of this study is “The Influence of Brainstorming Teaching Approaches to The Students’ Critical Thinking Skills in The History Subject of Tenth Graders of Senior High School Number 10 Palembang”. Kind of this study is Experimental Design. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Brainstorming Teaching Approaches to The Students’ Critical Thinking Skills. The study had been conducted on February 28th until March 27th, 2017 on four times. This study used one class and the sample of this study were X MIA 1 class as an experimental class. Population of this study is all of students of tenth graders of senior high school number 10 Palembang. Purposive Sampling technique was used to select experimental class as samples of this study. The data of this study were collected by usig test. The statistics which was used to analyze he data in proving the hypothesis was Regresion Test with the real level 0,05.Based on the data analysis of hypothesis testing on the hypothesis Fcount> Ftable, or 12,78 > 4,13. If Fcount> Ftable so reffuse H0. Because Fcount bigger than Ftable, so reffuse H0 and accept Ha. It can be concluded that there was an influence of Brainstorming teaching approaches to the students’ critical thinking skills in the history subject of tenth graders of senior high school number 10 Palembang.

Abstract

Education is one of the manifestations of the implementation of the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia contained in the 4th paragraph of the 1945 Constitution which reads "... to educate the life of the nation ...". National Education is regulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System (Wahyudi, 2012: 2), Renewal of education continues to be carried out to produce people who are of high quality, good personality and have extensive knowledge. In education known as learning activities, there are terms of educators (teachers) and students. Educators are people who are responsible for the ongoing process of education, while students are educated people. The use of modules is considered suitable to help teachers play an important role in the learning process. Modules are rated as effective and efficient teaching materials considering the increasing number of things students must learn, while school hours do not increase. Modules are a set of subject matter arranged systematically with easy-to-understand sentences, so that students can learn independently. In addition, the module is also equipped with student worksheets, so students can evaluate their learning outcomes themselves through the modules provided. In connection with the 2013 curriculum provisions which prioritize attitude assessment, the authors would like to develop historical teaching materials in the form of religious value-based modules in Palembang 1 State Islamic Senior High School that relate the verses of the Koran and hadith to the material taught. The development of teaching materials is expected to be able to encourage students to get closer to the Koran, increase their interest in learning, and have a high curiosity about science, and be able to find lessons learned from a historical event.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Nurul Islamic Boarding School in Seribandung Village, Tanjung Batu District, Ogan Ilir District. The formulation of the problem is (1) how the development of Nurul Islam Islamic boarding schools (2) how the role of Islamic boarding schools in the development of education in Ogan Ilir, (3) how the pattern of education applied by pesantren in the development of education in Ogan Ilir and (4) how the pesantren impacts on development education at Ogan Ilir. This study uses historical methods. The research steps are heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the study were the role of the Nurul Islam Seribandung Islamic boarding school in the education sector in Ogan Ilir and South Sumatra districts. This pesantren provides Islamic-based education to children without having to go out of town. The santri are equipped with social sciences such as jannies, lectures, marhaban, which are methods of developing da'wah in the Ogan Ilir community. The Islamic Boarding School Nurul Islam experienced a peak in 1970 to 1980 with a number of 2,678 santri to 1,236 santri. Nurul Islam boarding school has succeeded in completing santri with sufficient religious knowledge. The alumni succeeded in establishing Islamic boarding schools in their area and became great scholars. Changes in people's lives follow the pattern applied by Nurul Islamic boarding schools, ranging from changes in morals, life, and awareness to charity.

Abstract

South Sumatra has a unique local wisdom, one of which is the Cultural Guritan the hereditary inherited or preserved by Besemah Tribe. Guritan an ancient literary form of poetry that characterized the old or classic literature that are anonymous ie without the author's name or authors. The contents of this Guritan contains many moral values, advice, custom rules, the voices of conscience and portraits of human nature, heroism, and the rest of the kingdom in the past, which can be learned by humans as the demands of life. One Besemah community effort to preserve this culture which is a way to introduce this culture to the children of both formal and non-formal as heir to the young generation of the nation of Indonesia. The focal point of this paper is tracing the local wisdom of besemah through the culture of guritan
