Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of boiler machine performance at PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia through the application of the Input-Output method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The input-output method is employed to calculate the efficiency of boiler performance, based on fuel consumption data and steam production flow. Meanwhile, FMEA was employed to identify and evaluate potential failures in various boiler equipment and to ascertain the severity, recurrence, and detection values associated with operational risks. The findings revealed a notable decline in boiler machine efficiency, with some days exhibiting values below the critical threshold of 76.22%. This decline is indicated by various factors, including poor fuel quality, temperature and pressure setting errors, and potential damage to boiler components. In order to address these issues, this study recommends a thorough audit of the boiler system, the implementation of stricter monitoring procedures, and the development of a boiler machine maintenance plan. With a better understanding of the factors affecting efficiency, it is hoped that the company can improve the performance of the boiler machine and prevent further damage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan metode Six Sigma DMAIC untuk pengendalian kualitas dalam produksi Crude Palm Oil (CPO), dengan fokus pada tiga parameter utama: kadar asam lemak bebas (ALB), kadar air, dan kadar kotoran. Metode ini terdiri dari lima tahap: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control, yang diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi cacat produk dan mengukur kapabilitas proses. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata level sigma untuk kadar ALB adalah 2,806, kadar air 2,838, dan kadar kotoran 3,867, yang menunjukkan bahwa semua parameter berada di bawah target ideal 6σ. Nilai kapabilitas proses (Cpk) untuk kadar ALB, kadar air, dan kadar kotoran masing-masing adalah 0,55, 0,59, dan 0,60, yang mengindikasikan bahwa banyak proses belum memenuhi batas spesifikasi. Usulan perbaikan yang dihasilkan, termasuk penerapan metode Poka Yoke dan perbaikan SOP, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu produk dan mengurangi kerugian perusahaan.

Abstract

Prediabetes adalah periode emas untuk mencegah dan mengurangi progresivitas menjadi diabetes melitus. Terdapat banyak faktor yang berkontribusi pada peningktan risiko prediabetes remaja. Kebiasaan sehat yang dibentuk selama masa remaja, seperti pola makan seimbang dan aktivitas fisik yang teratur, dapat mengurangi risiko penyakit kronis di kemudian hari. Pola makan yang tidak sehat termasuk konsumsi sugar-sweetened beverages banyak digemari oleh remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 77 remaja di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan yang dipilih melalui teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan uji chi-square untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel Pengetahuan tentang DM (DKQ-24), Perilaku Sendetari (SBQ), dan Konsumsi Sugar-sweetened Beverages (BEVQ-15) terhadap risiko prediabetes, yang diukur dengan IMT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 48,1% responden mengonsumsi SSBs dalam jumlah tinggi, sementara 51,9% mengonsumsinya dalam jumlah rendah. Dari total responden, 15,6% teridentifikasi mengalami prediabetes. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi SSBs dan risiko prediabetes, di mana responden yang mengonsumsi SSBs dalam jumlah tinggi memiliki kemungkinan 18,8 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami prediabetes dibandingkan dengan mereka yang mengonsumsi SSBs dalam jumlah rendah (p < 0,001). Oleh karena itu, penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan remaja mengenai faktor-faktor risiko ini.

Abstract

This simulation aims to determine the effect of the percentage of potential resistance on the waves produced from a dc motor circuit using IC 555 as a wave generator. The simulation results show that the smaller the percentage of potential resistance, the faster the RPM on the motor with the greater the voltage and amperage on the motor. The resulting wave has a very strong influence on the potential resistance, the smaller the resistance, the longer the wave produced by the IC 555 will be and will have a relatively short density. Analysis shows that changes in resistance percentage affect the voltage, amperes, RPM and waves on the motor

Abstract

Based on data on the use of PPI class drugs for the last 6 months, at December 2020-May 2021 at RSUDZA, the PPI drug class is among the drugs that are widely used every year, it is also prescribed for use other than cases of gastric acid secretion disorders and hematemesis melena, it can have an impact on optimization of drug spending costs so that if the hospital cannot control the drug spending budget and it can have an impact on the hospital's cash flow. This study aims to analyze the cost minimization of PPI (proton pump inhibitor) therapy in surgical inpatients at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin uses a restriction form. This study is an analytical intervention study with a prospective method and based on inclusion criteria by looking at the medical records of inpatients Neurosurgery and Orthopedics in Raudhah 3,4, and 5 by filling out the research tool used is the request sheet for restriction drugs of the PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) class., data collection was carried out from July-October 2021 using purposive sampling. The cost analysis used in this study is CMA (Cost Minimization Analysis), Chi-Square test to see the effect between two groups of variables, Kolmogorov Smirnove normality test to analyze data normality, and Mann Whitney to see the mean difference between groups pretest-posttest. The results showed that the use of PPI therapy in this study mostly used Omeprazole 40 mg iv therapy is 98%. There was an effect of giving a PPI restriction form to decrease the frequency of using Omeprazole 40 mg iv to every 24 hours for prophylactic statistically (p<0.000). Analysis of the cost of CMA in neurosurgery patients found that there was no decrease in the cost of Omeprazole 40 mg iv therapy in the restriction form treatment group, analysis of the cost of CMA in orthopedic surgery patients found a decrease in the cost of Omeprazole 40 mg iv therapy in the treatment group using the restriction form. Factors that influence the cost analysis in this study are length of stay, types of other drug items obtained during treatment, type of surgery, and duration of use of PPI class therapy.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the feasibility of business in the Mischa cracker industry in Islamic economic review in the aspects of marketing and operational management. To find out this, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques and used observation, interview and documentation methods. From the results of research and discussion, it is found that it has met all the criteria for business feasibility in marketing and operational management aspects when viewed based on general economic concepts. When viewed from an Islamic point of view, the marketing aspect still has business information defects, but the business can be said to be Islamically feasible when viewed from operational management.

Abstract

Sustainable development has been at the top of the agenda in global policies, including in Indonesia, to achieve a balance between economic growth, social welfare, and environmental sustainability. Along with the development of the digital era, public administration has a strategic role in accelerating the implementation of sustainable development policies through the use of digital technology. Digital transformation in public administration allows for increased efficiency, transparency, and community involvement in policy decision-making. However, the main challenges in its implementation include limited infrastructure, digital divides, and the readiness of human resources to face technological changes. This research aims to analyze how public administration can contribute to accelerating sustainable development in the digital era. Using a literature study method, this study examines various academic sources, including scientific journals, books, and policy reports from international institutions such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank. The results of the study show that the digitization of public administration increases transparency and accountability in governance. In addition, the use of technologies such as e-Government, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data Analytics has been proven to accelerate the implementation of sustainable development policies. However, there are still challenges in terms of regulation, data security, and public readiness to access digital services. With the right strategy, public administration can play a key role in accelerating sustainable development in the digital era.

Abstract

Sejauh ini pelaksanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah di Indonesia seringkali kurang bahkan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pada umumnya. Pola pembangunan yang dilaksanakan pemerintah kurang memeperhatikan kebutuhan masyarakat sehingga bisa menimbulkan kesejahteraan masyarakat didaerah terjadi penurunan, hal tersebut dilihat dari besar ataupun kecilnya IPM dimana hal ini menjadi langkah pemerintah untuk melaksanakan pembangunan masyarakat yang tujuannya agar memiliki lebih banyak opsi, khususnya dalam menjalankan aktivitas ekonomi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu mengumpulkan data sekunder berupa informasi time series dari tahun 2017 - 2022. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dengan perangkat lunak analisis data. Penelitiian ini bertujuan menentukan kontribusi variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kesempatan kerja dalam menentukan variabel yang berpengaruh dalam menentukan indeks pembangunan manusia. Besaran pengaruh variabel secara Bersama-sama (simultan) dari kedua variabel independen yang memiliki koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,79 (R-Square). Selain itu, hasil dari beberapa analisis menggambarkan variabel X1 (pertumbuhan ekonomi) mempunyai dampak paling negatif terhadap pembangunan manusia. Disimpulkan kesempatan kerja (variabel X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap IPM jika nilai koefisiennya 0,729 dan probabilitasnya < 0,05 yaitu 0,047.

Abstract

In a country, territory is one of the mandatory elements for the establishment of the country. The potential owned by a region will not be utilized optimally if there is no development of the region. This study aims to determine how the construction of regulations in the development of coastal areas by Pandeglang Regency, to determine the effectiveness of the construction of regulations that have been owned by Pandeglang Regency and what problems arise, as well as solutions that can be applied as a solution to these problems. The normative legal research method is carried out by means of a literature study in the form of secondary data as a basic material for research and also by carrying out a qualitative approach. Pandeglang Regency has great potential for the development of coastal tourism. However, to maintain the sustainability of the local environment and culture, regulations are needed that integrate local wisdom in every aspect of tourism development. The results of the study indicate the need for regulations based on local wisdom to ensure sustainable coastal tourism development and provide adequate legal protection for the local community and environment. Abstract

Pendidikan seni rupa memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa, khususnya dalam bidang tata rias seperti Face Painting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teori seni rupa dalam konteks meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Jurusan Kecantikan di SMK Negeri 2 Gowa. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain one-shot case study, melibatkan 11 siswa sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori seni rupa secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dengan peningkatan nilai posttest dan persentase kategori tinggi mencapai 81,19%. Selain itu, implementasi unsur-unsur seni rupa seperti warna, garis, dan bentuk secara lebih variatif dan harmonis meningkatkan estetika karya Face Painting siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teori seni rupa dalam pembelajaran Tata Rias (Face Painting) sangat efektif digunakan dan memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.
