Abstract

Gerakan membaca buku merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menunjang nilai-nilai literasi dalam pendidikan sekolah yang bekarakter. Dalam artikel ini akan dijelaskan mengenai penerapan pendidikan karakter membaca buku yang dimulai dengan fase pembiasaan membaca buku sepuluh sampai lima belas menit sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar, lalu ada manfaat membaca buku untuk menstimulasi mental siswa dan mengurangi stres serta menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan, lalu ada upaya pentingnya meningkatkan kegiatan germabuk dimana upaya ini dikhususkan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca sejak dini. Didalam artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang memfokuskan studinya melalui pengumpulan data menggunakan kajian buku-buku, literatur-literatur di internet sebagai objeknya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa germabuk merupakan hal yang sangat krusial dalam upaya meningktkan nilai-nilai literasi pendidikan sehingga bisa menghasilkan siswa siswi yang lebih baik lagi dalam hal literasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan usaha kuliner cepat saji dengan studi kasus pada Burger Banda. Usaha ini merupakan bentuk wirausaha kreatif yang menawarkan produk burger dengan kombinasi cita rasa lokal dan penyajian modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang mencakup analisis segmentasi pasar, strategi pemasaran, operasional produksi, serta evaluasi aspek keuangan dan SWOT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Burger Banda memiliki peluang pasar yang menjanjikan dengan dukungan strategi pemasaran berbasis media sosial dan promosi langsung. Kekuatan usaha terletak pada keunikan produk, harga terjangkau, serta pelayanan yang cepat. Di sisi lain, keterbatasan modal dan skala usaha menjadi tantangan utama. Namun, secara keseluruhan, evaluasi aspek keuangan menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini memiliki potensi keuntungan dan prospek keberlanjutan yang baik apabila dikelola secara efektif. Dengan demikian, Burger Banda dapat menjadi model usaha mikro yang relevan dan aplikatif dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, serta berkontribusi terhadap penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pemberdayaan pelaku usaha muda.   This research aims to assess the feasibility and development strategy of a fast food culinary business with a case study on Burger Banda. This business is a form of creative entrepreneurship that offers burger products with a combination of local flavors and modern presentation. The method used in the preparation of this report is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, which includes analyzing market segmentation, marketing strategies, production operations, as well as evaluating financial and SWOT aspects. The results of the analysis show that Burger Banda has promising market opportunities with the support of social media-based marketing strategies and direct promotion. The strength of the business lies in the uniqueness of the product, affordable prices, and fast service. On the other hand, limited capital and business scale are the main challenges. However, overall, an evaluation of the financial aspects shows that the business has good profit potential and sustainability prospects if managed effectively. Thus, Burger Banda can be a relevant and applicable micro-enterprise model in creative economy development, as well as contribute to job creation and empowerment of young entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Industri kuliner di Indonesia, khususnya dalam sektor makanan tradisional, terus menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan. Salah satu kuliner khas yang memiliki potensi besar adalah Sate Padang, yang terkenal dengan cita rasa pedas dan gurih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan bisnis Sate Padang dari berbagai aspek, termasuk analisis pasar,aspek teknis, dan proyeksi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen dan tren pasar, serta pendekatan kuantitatif untuk perhitungan biaya, pendapatan, dan titik impas. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Sate Padang memiliki prospek yang sangat baik di pasar kuliner Indonesia, khususnya di kota-kota besar, dengan proyeksi pendapatan yang stabil dan pertumbuhan pasar yang signifikan. Bisnis ini juga memiliki keunggulan kompetitif melalui kualitas rasa, inovasi produk, dan pengalaman konsumen yang unik. Dengan strategi yang tepat, bisnis ini diperkirakan dapat tumbuh dengan pesat dan mencapai titik impas dalam waktu singkat. Secara keseluruhan, usaha Sate Padang ini dinilai layak untuk dijalankan dan memiliki peluang untuk berkembang secara berkelanjutan.   The culinary industry in Indonesia, particularly in the traditional food sector, continues to show significant development. One of the distinctive culinary delights with great potential is Sate Padang, known for its spicy and savory flavor. This research aims to evaluate the business feasibility of Sate Padang from various aspects, including market analysis, technical aspects,and financial projections. The methods used include a qualitative approach to analyze consumer preferences and market trends, as well as a quantitative approach for calculating costs, revenues, and break-even points. The study results indicate that Sate Padang has very good prospects in the Indonesian culinary market, especially in major cities, with stable revenue projections and significant market growth. This business also has competitive advantages through quality taste, product innovation, and a unique consumer experience. With the right strategies, this business is expected to grow rapidly and reach the break-even point in a short time. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I located at Jl. Lintas Sumatra Km. 21, Limau Manis, District. Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang Regency. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in the plantation sector with palm oil, sugar cane, rubber and tea commodities. The purpose of this study was to determine how to record fixed assets at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional I. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, namely comparing the actual conditions with theories that are relevant to the related problems. Data collection and other information were carried out by interview and documentation. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the company combines the acquisition value of goods such as lightning protection towers and concrete pipes with the acquisition price of installation costs. The combination of acquisition prices has an impact on the calculation and presentation of more substantial depreciation and operating costs, so that the profit calculated in the income statement is reduced. This results in a significant accumulation of depreciation on the balance sheet, resulting in a lower estimated book value.

Abstract

Financial reports are an important tool for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in measuring their performance and financial health. This study aims to design a simple financial reporting system that can be implemented by Big Bites, a culinary business located in Bekasi City. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with stages of observation, interviews, and documentation during a three-month internship (October–December 2024). The results of the study indicate that before the design, Big Bites did not have a good financial recording system and still relied on manual records. Through the design of Microsoft Excel-based financial reports that include a general journal, ledger, trial balance, income statement, statement of changes in equity, and balance sheet, MSMEs can understand their financial condition more clearly and accurately. The implementation of this system is expected to assist MSMEs in business decision-making, financial planning, and increasing business credibility.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition that learning during the pandemic required the schools to conduct distance or online learning. Meanwhile, not all schools could carry out online learning because of several problems, so distance or online learning was ineffective. As a result, the principal created a policy to conduct direct learning through the Home Visit method to solve the problems, like the case at SDN Serandakan. This study aimed to describe the effectiveness of the policies established at SDN Serandakan. This research was qualitative research with a descriptive method. The descriptive method sought to reveal the current state of affairs for further analysis and interpretation. The results of this research were that the policies set by the principal were effective. It was supported by the current quality of learning due to the learning assistance in the previous semester, namely direct learning using the Home Visit method.

Abstract

This article describes the development of cartoon animation video-based learning media in elementary schools, the feasibility of cartoon animation video-based learning media in elementary schools, and the student responses to cartoon animation video-based learning media in elementary schools. The study described in this article used Research and Development (R&D) by using a 4D model with the stages, namely define, design, development, and dissemination. The data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. This learning media goes through the validation test stages of material experts as many as three experts, media expert validation tests as many as two experts, and product trials. The target of this product trial was students of class V as many as 20 students. Based on the results of the study, the media expert validation average was 47 in the very feasible category, the material expert validation was 45 in the very feasible category, and the user responses were 92.9% in the very good category. Thus, it could be concluded that animated cartoonvideos were suitable for use as learning media on the theme of objects around us in fifth-grade elementary school.

Abstract

This article is focused on the developmental and feasibility process and students’ responses to Adobe Premier Pro-based feature video learning media. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The sample involved the fifth-grade students who were selected by using the purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection were questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Determination of the feasibility level of video feature-based learning media was tested by expert validation and tried out to students through questionnaires. The results showed that the level of feasibility based on the test conducted by material experts was 91.4% with 14 assessment aspects, media experts were 95.7% with 14 assessment aspects, linguists were 93.3% with 9 assessment aspects, and the student’s response for the first question was 82.35%, the second question was 85.29%, the third question was 100%, the third question of -4 was 91.18%, the fifth question was 82.35%, and the sixth question was 100%. Based on the expert test and trial assessments, the development of feature video learning media based on Adobe Premiere Pro on the theme of animal and human movement organs class V at SD Negeri Sanding 2 was very feasible to be used as a learning medium

Abstract

Media is something that cannot be separated from a learning process. Variations in the use of media are necessary to make students motivated to learn. This research aimed to produce a product of animaker-based animation video. The type of this research was Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model which had been modified by Sugiyono. This model consisted of six stages: potential and problem analysis, data collection, product design, product design validation, product revision, and product testing. The subjects of this study were 39 grade IV students of SDN Banjarsari 2 Serang. This product was tested to 20 students in a limited trial. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that 1) the percentage of the average score from expert validation was 84.7% which was included in "very feasible" category; 2) the percentage of the average score from students’ responses was 92.72% which was included the "very good" category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Patumbak Subdistrict Office. The research applies a quantitative approach using path analysis. The sample consisted of 25 employees of the Patumbak Subdistrict Office, with data collected through a questionnaire. The results show that partially, both competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well as on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction also has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The path analysis results show that the direct effect of competence on performance (0.742) is greater than its indirect effect through job satisfaction (0.473), while work motivation also has a larger direct effect (0.866) than its indirect effect via job satisfaction (0.555). These findings indicate that job satisfaction plays a role as a partial intervening variable. Therefore, efforts to improve employee performance at the Patumbak Subdistrict Office should focus on strengthening competence and work motivation directly, accompanied by creating a work environment that supports job satisfaction.
