Abstract

Penelitian ini memverifikasi penggunaan model Blended Learning menggunakan Google Classroom terhadap hasil belajar mata Pelajaran Sejarah di SMAN 1 Muncar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi exsperimental pretest posttest nonequivalent control group design. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANCOVA berbantuan softwere SPSS 25 for windows. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Blended learning ini secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik (sig 0,000 dan 0,001). Besaran pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,078 artinya pengaruh pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Nilai rata-rata kelas control yang diterapkan model cooperative learning adalah 80,315. Sedangkan kelas eksperimen menggunakan model blended learning memiliki rata-rata 89,710. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model blended learning mrnggunakan google classroom lebih berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik mata Pelajaran Sejarah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance and the influence of leadership on job statisfaction and to determine the effect of employee performance on job statisfaction. The research is associative and the data collection technique uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to all employees who work in the company with population of 42 and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The result showed that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and leadership has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction and employee performance has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan industri manufaktur dan logistik mendorong kebutuhan sistem pengemasan yang cepat, aman, dan efisien. Salah satu proses penting dalam distribusi barang adalah wrapping pada pallet menggunakan plastik stretch film untuk menjaga stabilitas produk selama penyimpanan maupun transportasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun mesin wrapping barang pada palet berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Omron CP1E yang mampu bekerja secara otomatis. Metode penelitian meliputi perancangan mekanik, perancangan sistem kontrol berbasis PLC, pembuatan ladder diagram menggunakan CX-Programmer, perakitan hardware, serta pengujian setiap komponen dan sistem secara keseluruhan. Sistem terdiri atas PLC Omron CP1E sebagai pengendali utama, inverter sebagai pengatur kecepatan motor, motor induksi sebagai aktuator, push button, limit switch, buzzer, lampu indikator, dan power supply 24 VDC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh komponen dapat bekerja sesuai rancangan. Sistem otomatis mampu menjalankan proses wrapping sebanyak tiga siklus naik-turun secara otomatis sebelum berhenti dan memberikan indikator bunyi menggunakan buzzer. Mesin juga mampu bekerja pada mode manual maupun otomatis dengan kecepatan motor sekitar 13,7 rpm menggunakan inverter. Penggunaan PLC menghasilkan sistem kontrol yang lebih sederhana, mudah dimodifikasi, mudah dipelihara, serta meningkatkan konsistensi proses pengemasan dibandingkan proses manual. Kata kunci: PLC Omron, Wrapping Machine, Otomasi Industri, CX-Programmer, Ladder Diagram.   ABSTRACT The development of the manufacturing and logistics industry is driving the need for fast, safe, and efficient packaging systems. One of the important processes in the distribution of goods is wrapping on pallets using plastic stretch film to maintain product stability during storage and transportation. This research aims to design and build a goods wrapping machine on pallets based on the Omron CP1E Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) which is capable of working automatically. The research methods include mechanical design, PLC-based control system design, ladder diagram making using CX-Programmer, hardware assembly, and testing of each component and system as a whole. The system consists of Omron CP1E PLC as the main controller, inverter as the motor speed regulator, induction motor as actuator, push button, limit switch, buzzer, indicator light, and 24 VDC power supply. The results of the study show that all components can work according to design. The automatic system is able to carry out the wrapping process as many as three cycles up and down automatically before stopping and providing a sound indicator using a buzzer. The engine is also able to work in manual and automatic mode with a motor speed of around 13.7 rpm using an inverter. The use of PLC results in a simpler control system, is easy to modify, easy to maintain, and improves the consistency of the packaging process compared to manual processes. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the educational system at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Semarang using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) framework. Positioned as a quality control instrument, this assessment responds to demands for continuous improvement in educational services. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. Six key informants were involved: the principal, vice principal, classroom teachers, program coordinators, and school committee members. Data analysis followed the stages of condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with source triangulation ensuring validity and reliability. The findings indicate that the context component exhibits high alignment between strategic programs, student needs, community expectations, and the institutional vision. In the input dimension, the school benefits from competent teaching staff, adequate infrastructure, and the successful integration of the Merdeka Curriculum with Muhammadiyah values. Structurally, process evaluation shows that instructional activities adopt student-centered approaches, supported by periodic academic supervision and consistent management of flagship programs. Meanwhile, the product dimension confirms an increase in academic and non-academic achievements, robust student character development, and high parental satisfaction. From a macro perspective, the study affirms that educational success is determined by reciprocal relationships between contextual appropriateness, resource maturity, implementation efficiency, and outcomes. Ultimately, this research reinforces the CIPP model as a viable instrument for assessing school quality and serves as a strategic reference for policymakers aiming to enhance basic education continuously.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the financial behavior of society, particularly Generation Z, who have broad access to various digital financial services such as e-wallets, buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) facilities, and online lending. While these services offer convenience, they also increase the risk of consumptive behavior if not supported by sound personal financial management skills. Low financial literacy and a consumptive lifestyle are considered key factors influencing Generation Z's ability to manage their personal finances. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal financial management capability among Generation Z in Sindangmulya Village. The study is based on the Theory of Planned Behavior proposed by Ajzen (1991). A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. The sample consisted of 90 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 27, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The findings indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management capability (t = 6.160; p < 0.05), whereas lifestyle has a negative and significant effect (t = -2.604; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, financial literacy and lifestyle significantly influence personal financial management capability (F = 28.522; p < 0.05). These findings suggest that improving financial literacy enhances personal financial management capability, while a more consumptive lifestyle tends to reduce it. This study is expected to provide valuable insights for the community and policymakers in promoting financial literacy and encouraging more responsible financial behavior among Generation Z.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the partial and simultaneous effects of the physical and non-physical work environments on employee job satisfaction at PT BP. A quantitative method with a causal-associative approach was applied to 105 employees at a polymer masterbatch company in the Jababeka Industrial Area, Bekasi. A sample of 51 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula at a 10% error level and proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and a five-point Likert questionnaire, then analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t tests, an F test, and the coefficient of determination in SPSS 26. The physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (B = 0.602; t = 12.389; p < 0.001), as did the non-physical work environment (B = 0.586; t = 13.532; p < 0.001). Both variables simultaneously affected job satisfaction (F = 322.631; p < 0.001). The R-squared value of 0.931 indicates that the model explains 93.1% of the variation in job satisfaction. Improving physical conditions and social-psychological relations is therefore important for strengthening employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the development of research related to hybrid work environments and employee performance in the digital era, (2) identify trends, collaboration patterns, and dominant topics in the scientific literature, and (3) evaluate the impact of hybrid work environments on employee performance based on bibliometric analysis. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis, with publication data sourced from Google Scholar within the 2019–2025 period. Data collection was conducted using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application, resulting in 100 selected articles. The data were analyzed using VOSviewer software to map co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation networks. The results indicate that research on hybrid work environments has experienced significant growth since the COVID-19 pandemic, with primary focuses on productivity, work flexibility, and employee well-being. Hybrid work environments are found to have a positive impact on employee performance, particularly through increased flexibility and job satisfaction, although challenges remain in communication and team coordination. This study recommends that organizations optimize hybrid work management strategies by leveraging digital technologies, enhancing communication, and implementing adaptive work policies to sustainably improve employee performance.
