Abstract

Limbah cair peternakan sapi yang kaya urea, berpotensi menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan seperti eutrofikasi dan peningkatan amonia yang berbahaya bagi lingkungan perairan. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada Desember 2024–Februari 2025 di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi FMIPA, Universitas Lampung bertujuan mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi bakteri ureolitik dari kolam aerasi IPAL. Riset ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu pengambilan sampel, isolasi, uji aktivitas urease, serta karakterisasi morfologi, mikroskopis, dan fisiologi. Isolat yang dihasilkan yaitu 6 isolat bakteri ureolitik yang mampu menghidrolisis urea. Isolat-isolat ini menunjukkan morfologi koloni beragam seperti irregular, circular, elevasi flat dan umbonate; warna putih dan krem; tepi undulate, lobate, dan entire. Secara mikroskopis, sel berbentuk basil, coccus, dan coccobacil, semuanya Gram-positif. Tiga isolat CLR9.3, CLR9.4, CLR15.4 membentuk spora. Secara fisiologi, keenam isolat positif katalase dan mampu memfermentasikan sukrosa, maltosa, dan glukosa kecuali CLR9.3 dan CLR9.4 untuk laktosa dan CLR9.3 untuk manitol. Mayoritas isolat bersifat motil, kecuali CLR9.1 dan CLR9.3.

Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan (X1), struktur modal (X2), dan likuiditas (X3) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada subsektor jasa komersial, produk, serta perlengkapan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2024. Fokus penelitian ditujukan agar memahami seberapa jauh ketiga variabel itu memengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian secara metode kuantitatif secara memilih data sekunder berbentuk laporan keuangan tahunan diantara 12 perusahaan yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilaksanakan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Temuan studi mengindikasikan jika ketiga variabel itu berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, apakah dari parsial ataupun simultan. Hasil ini memvalidasi pengaruh signifikan pertimbangan keuangan internal terhadap sentimen investor. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan modal dan likuiditas yang baik merupakan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Maka, manajemen mesti menjaga keseimbangan struktur modal serta likuiditas guna mempertahankan daya saing di pasar modal.

Abstract

Rice is the main staple in Indonesia and the demand for rice production risees along with population growth. Providing organic fertilizer can overcome fluctuations in rice production by increasing nutrient efficiency and being nutrients availability that contribute crop yield increase. This research was carried out in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province in September – December 2023. The objective of this research was to investigate the effect of manure on growth and yield of three varieties of irrigated lowland rice. The first experiment was using a Completely Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is 3 types of rice varieties, namely Inpari 48, Inpari 32 and Inpari 38. Meanwhile, the second factor is the type of manure, namely cow manure, goat manure and chicken manure. The results of the research showed that in the first experiment it was concluded that there was no real interaction between rice varieties and manure on rice growth and yield. The best rice variety is Inpari 48 which has better growth and yield compared to Inpari 32 and Inpari 38. The application of chicken manure produces better growth and yield of rice and soil chemical properties and agronomic efficiency compared to cow and goat manure. Abstract

Infectious diseases are a significant public health issue in both developed and developing countries. Infectious diseases are caused by the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli, which cause high rates of morbidity and mortality. Treatment of infectious diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria generally uses antibiotics, but the continuous use of antibiotics can have side effects such as the occurrence of antibiotic resistance.  Diplazium esculentum is one of the medicinal plants that is often used to treat infectious diseases.  The content of secondary metabolite compounds contained in D. esculentum includes saponins, steroids, alkaloids, tannins, glycosides, triterpenoids, phenols, flavones, and flavonoids.  This study aims to determine the effect of bacteriostatic activity of ethanol extract of D. esculentum and its effective concentration in inhibiting the growth of pathogens S. aureus and E. coli.  The study was conducted using a Randomised Complete Block Design (RAKL) with four concentrations of ethanol extract of vegetable fern, namely 20%, 33%, 43%, and 50%.  As a positive control, the antibiotic chloramphenicol was used and the negative control used sterile distilled water.  Data in the form of inhibition zone diameter formed from each treatment were analysed using Kruskal Wallis non-parametric test and continued with Mann Whitney Post Hoc test.  The results of the study showed that the concentration of ethanol extract of D. esculentum showed bacteriostatic activity against S. aureus bacteria at concentrations of 43% and 50% with inhibition zones of 6.52 mm and 5.55 mm, as well as E. coli bacteria at concentrations of 43% and 50% with inhibition zones of 5.11 mm and 4.37 mm, but was not effective in inhibiting the growth of S. aureus and E. coli bacteria.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher role modeling and Islamic school culture on students’ moral behavior at SMA IT Nurul Ilmi Siak. A quantitative correlational design was applied. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 62 respondents. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to examine the research hypotheses. The results revealed that teacher role modeling significantly influenced moral behavior (p = 0.050) and Islamic school culture also significantly influenced moral behavior (p < 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affected moral behavior (F = 20.62; p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.411) indicates that 41.1% of the variation in moral behavior can be explained by teacher role modeling and Islamic school culture. This study highlights the importance of Islamic educational culture and exemplary guidance in shaping students’ moral development.

Abstract

Indonesia, as an agrarian country, has a wide variety of horticultural commodities, one of which is mandarin orange (Citrus reticulata). Post-harvest handling, particularly the sorting process based on fruit ripeness and defects, plays an important role in maintaining product quality and market value. However, manual sorting is considered inefficient because it is repetitive, highly dependent on operator subjectivity, and prone to inconsistency. Several studies report those manual methods can result in classification error rates exceeding 20% and longer processing times compared to computer vision-based systems. This study develops an automatic citrus fruit quality classification system using the YOLOv5 algorithm. The dataset consists of 703 citrus fruit images captured directly using a webcam under varying lighting intensities and color conditions, and is divided into 80% training data and 20% testing data. The classification is performed into three quality categories: ripe, unripe (green), and rotten oranges, based on the visual characteristics of the fruit peel. Experimental results show that a training configuration with 300 epochs, a batch size of 40, and warm white bright lighting conditions achieves the best performance. Real-time testing on 15 citrus fruits yields an average accuracy of 78.2%, indicating the potential of the proposed system as an initial sorting aid, despite limitations related to lighting conditions and the amount of test data.

Abstract

This study examines the cultural acculturation that occurs within the Jama’ah Tabligh community of Cot Goh, Aceh Besar, particularly focusing on the blending of languages within a social group. The study covers aspects such as forms of address, naming practices, and communication patterns. At this stage, acculturation results in the emergence of a new cultural synthesis without eliminating the original cultural identity. This process generates new ideas across various aspects, including language, social life, culture, parenting patterns, and education, in which two different elements interact and become intertwined in everyday life. The purpose of this study is to reveal the process of linguistic acculturation as well as the terms used by the Jama’ah Tabligh of Cot Goh, in order to understand the outcomes of language acculturation within this community. The theoretical framework applied in this study is the Cultural Acculturation Theory proposed by John W. Berry. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, in which data are described in accordance with the ongoing processes of cultural acculturation. This study also explores attitudes, tensions, relationships, and perspectives that emerge within a particular social setting. Based on the findings of field research conducted on May 10th, 11th, and 12th, 2025, using interview and observation methods with members of the Jama’ah Tabligh of Cot Goh, it was found that several Arabic terms such as ta‘līm (تَعْلِيم), bayān (بَيَان), and mushāwarah (مُشَاوَرَة) are commonly used in the activities of the Jama’ah Tabligh of Cot Goh. These linguistic practices have a positive influence, particularly in socio-religious and cultural aspects, contributing to significant changes among the community members.   تتناول هذه الدراسة ظاهرةَ التثاقف الثقافي التي تحدث داخل جماعة الدعوة والتبليغ في كوت غوه، آتشيه الكبرى، ولا سيما ما يتعلق بامتزاج اللغات داخل الجماعة الاجتماعية، بما يشمل جوانب مثل أساليب النداء، والتسمية، وأنماط التواصل. وتُسفر هذه المرحلة من التثاقف عن نشوء مزيج ثقافي جديد دون إلغاء الهوية الثقافية الأصلية. كما ينتج عن هذا التثاقف أفكار جديدة في مجالات متعددة، مثل اللغة، والحياة الاجتماعية، والثقافة، وأنماط التربية، والتعليم، حيث تتفاعل عنصران مختلفان ويتداخلان في الحياة اليومية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التثاقف اللغوي والمصطلحات المستخدمة لدى جماعة الدعوة والتبليغ في كوت غوه، بما يسهم في فهم نتائج التثاقف اللغوي داخل هذه الجماعة. وتعتمد الدراسة على نظرية التثاقف الثقافي التي قدّمها جون و. بيري (John W. Berry). وتستخدم هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي النوعي، حيث تقوم بوصف البيانات المتوافرة والمتزامنة مع عملية التثاقف الثقافي الجارية، كما تكشف عن المواقف، والتباينات، والعلاقات، ووجهات النظر التي تظهر ضمن إطار اجتماعي معيّن. واستنادًا إلى نتائج البحث الميداني الذي أُجري في الفترة من 10 إلى 12 مايو 2025، باستخدام أسلوبي المقابلة والملاحظة مع أعضاء جماعة الدعوة والتبليغ في كوت غوه، تبيّن وجود عدد من المصطلحات العربية مثل تعليم، وبيان، ومشاورة تُستخدم في أنشطة الجماعة، إلى جانب تأثيرات إيجابية، لا سيما في الجوانب الاجتماعية والدينية والثقافية، مما أسهم في إحداث تغيّرات ملموسة لدى أفراد الجماعة..   Penelitian ini mengkaji  akulturasi budaya yang terjadi pada jama’ah tabligh cot goh aceh besar  mencakup percampuran bahasa yang terjadi dalam suatu kelompok, meliputi aspek-aspek seperti sapaan, penamaan dan komunikasi. Pada tahapan ini menghasilkan perpaduan budaya yang baru tanpa menghilangkan identitas budaya asli. Yang mana pada akulturasi ini menghasilkan gagasan baru dalam berbagai aspek seperti, bahasa, sosial, budaya, pola asuh dan pendidikan dimana dua unsur yang berbeda saling berinteraksi dan terjalin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap akulturasi bahasa serta Istilah-Istilah yang digunakan oleh Jama’ah Tabligh Cot Goh, sehingga kita dapat memahami hasil Akulturasi Bahasa yang terjadi di dalam komunitas tersebut. Adapun pendekatan teori yang di gunakan adalah Teori Akulturasi Budaya yang dikemukakan oleh John W. Berry.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif penelitian ini menguraikan data yang ada bersamaan dengan yang sedang terjadi dalam Akulturasi Budaya,penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan sikap,pertentangan,hubungan serta pandangan yang terjadi dalam sebuah lingkup. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada tanggal 10,11 hingga 12 mei 2025 dengan metode wawancara dan observasi jamaah Tabligh Cot Goh. Bahwa adanya beberapa istilah Bahasa Arab seperti تَعْلِيم, بَيَان, مُشَاوَرَة  yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Jama’ah Tabligh Cot Goh serta pengaruh positif terutama terhadap masalah sosial keagamaan dan budaya yang memberikan perubahan yang signifikan kepada para jama’ah nya.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of uswah hasanah in Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21 as a theological and pedagogical foundation for prophetic moral education in Islam. The background of this research is the global moral crisis, marked by the rise of individualism, materialism, and the reduction of education to a merely technical-cognitive process that neglects ethical and spiritual dimensions. The objective of this research is to analyze the theological and pedagogical dimensions of uswah hasanah, to explore the relevance of Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ moral values in the context of modern Islamic education, and to formulate a prophetic educational model that is responsive to the challenges of globalization and digitalization. This study employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review, using content analysis of classical Ahlussunnah wal Jama‘ah tafsir, classical Islamic educational works, and contemporary educational literature. The findings indicate that uswah hasanah embodies three main dimensions of prophetic education: the spiritual dimension (tazkiyah al-nafs), the moral dimension (ta’dib), and the social dimension (mas’uliyyah insaniyyah). The Prophet Muhammad’s ﷺ exemplary character is understood not merely as a normative principle but as a pedagogical paradigm that integrates faith (iman), knowledge (‘ilm), and action (‘amal) in the character formation process. This study emphasizes the need to reorient Islamic education from an instructional-cognitive approach toward character development grounded in the lived example of the Prophet. Practically, this research proposes a prophetic education model that positions the teacher as a living example (uswah amaliyah), integrates prophetic values into the curriculum, and fosters a cultured, ethical educational environment in response to the contemporary moral crisis.

Abstract

The data used is to use an estimate of initial capital investment analysis. The analysis tool used is the Payback period (PP) method. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze strategies for utilizing the Arabic language skills of students from the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program (BSA) in supporting the development of tourism in Central Aceh. The background of this research is rooted in the need to strengthen the competitiveness of the regional tourism sector based on Islamic values and local culture, while at the same time optimizing the linguistic potential of BSA students as a strategic human resource asset. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and content analysis of digital publications produced by students and shared on the social media platforms of the BSA Department at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The findings indicate that Arabic language skills can be utilized in two main areas: digital marketing to attract tourists from Middle Eastern countries, and the development of educational tourism through the “Language Village” concept. Institutional collaboration between the BSA Study Program and the Central Aceh Tourism Office has also proven to create opportunities for sustainable synergy in training programs, cultural promotion, and applied research. This study concludes that Arabic is not only an academic tool, but also holds significant economic and cultural value for the development of local tourism. Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis model strategis pemanfaatan kompetensi bahasa Arab mahasiswa Program Studi Bahasa dan Sastra Arab (BSA) untuk mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di Aceh Tengah. Dengan menggunakan desain kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, serta analisis konten terhadap publikasi digital mahasiswa yang disebarluaskan melalui platform media sosial resmi Jurusan BSA UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dua domain strategis utama, yaitu: (1) pemasaran digital yang menyasar wisatawan dari negara-negara Timur Tengah dan (2) pengembangan wisata edukasi melalui model “Kampung Bahasa”. Selain itu, kolaborasi kelembagaan antara Program Studi BSA dan Dinas Pariwisata Aceh Tengah terbukti mendorong terciptanya sinergi berkelanjutan dalam program pelatihan, promosi budaya, dan penelitian terapan. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memperluas kajian pendidikan bahasa Arab ke dalam kerangka pengembangan sosial-ekonomi dan budaya, serta secara praktis menawarkan model strategis yang aplikatif bagi perumusan kebijakan pariwisata daerah. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pengajuan model integratif yang secara sistematis mengaitkan kompetensi bahasa Arab mahasiswa dengan strategi pengembangan pariwisata dalam konteks budaya Islam lokal.
