Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran Badan Arbitrase Syariah Nasional (BASYARNAS) dalam menyelesaikan sengketa ekonomi syariah di luar peradilan. Badan Arbitrase Syariah merupakan lembaga yang memiliki peran dalam menyelesaikan sengketa yang berprinsip syariah secara damai dengan tidak melibatkan peradilan umum. Dalam UU No. 30 tahun 1999 menyatakan bahwa Arbitrase memiliki hak dalam mengatasi masalah atau sengketa yang berkaitan dengan hukum perdata, seperti ekonomi, bisnis, keuangan, perdagangan, serta industri-industri yang menggunakan prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi Pustaka (library research) dengan menganalisis dokumen, data, informasi yang berkaitan dengan BASYARNAS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa peran BASYARNAS sangat penting dalam menyelesaikan sengketa ekonomi syariah terutama dalam dunia perbankan syariah namun masih belum optimal karena terdapat beberapa kendala, yaitu penyelesaian sengketa ekonomi syariah oleh BASYARNAS dibatasi dengan adanya klausul perjanjian para pihak yang memuat perjanjian penyelesaian sengketa oleh BASYARNAS, adanya kesulitan dalam eksekusi putusan karena adanya kewenangan yang tumpang tindih antaran Peradilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri dan adanya potensi pembatalan putusan BASYARNAS dalam memutus perkara sengketa ekonomi syariah.

Abstract

Synthesis of activated carbon from coconut shell waste with ZnCl2 activation using microwave heating have been carried out. Coconut shell consists of 36.51% lignin, 33.61% cellulose and 19.27% hemicellulose which causes it can be used as a precursor in the synthesis of activated carbon. The activated carbon was further characterized using Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FTIR) and NOVA Gas Sorption Analyzer-Quantachrome and used for the adsorption of methyl violet in aqueous solution with variation of pH, contact time and concentration of solution. The result showed that the pore of activated carbon was larger than that of the char. The optimum adsorption occurred at pH 3 and the equilibrium time was reached after 180 minutes. The Langmuir equilibrium model was more appropriate than the Freundlich equilibrium model. While the kinetics model analyzed using pseudo first order, pseudo second order, internal diffusion and external diffusion indicated that the pseudo second order was most suitable for the adsorption of methyl violet by coconut shell activated carbon.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Menurut laporan ICO, satu dari tiga orang yang menderita diabetes mellitus mengalami retinopati diabetik (RD), komplikasi kronis akibat penyakit diabetes mellitus terhadap mikrovaskular retina. Penyakit ini dapat menyebabkan pembuluh darah kecil pada mata tersumbat, yang mengakibatkan gangguan penglihatan.. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui angka kejadian retinopati diabetik di poli mata RSUD Waled Cirebon tahun 2020-2022. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan observasional yaitu deskriptif restropektif dari data rekam medis pasien retinopati diabetik tahun 2020-2022 di RSUD Waled Cirebon tahun 2020-2022. Hasil : Dari 54 sampel yang didapatkan distribusi prevalensi tertinggi terdiri dari klasifikasi NPDR yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Sedangkan distribusi terendah pada klasifikasi PDR. Jenis kelamin, mayoritas pasien adalah perempuan, sebanyak 39 pasien (72,2 %). sedangkan usia, pasien paling banyak di dominasi kelompok usia 41-60 tahun yaitu sebantak 50 pasien (92,6%) dari keseluruhan pasien terindikasi komplikasi dari DM tipe 2. Kesimpulan : Pasien RD ditemukan paling banyak pada pasien NPDR dengan jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu perempuan, dengan kategori usia terbanyak di rentan usia 41-60 tahun dan semuanya memiliki komplikasi dari DM tipe 2. Kata kunci : Angka kejadian, pasien, retinopati diabetik. ABSTRACT Background: According to an ICO report, one in three people with diabetes mellitus experiences diabetic retinopathy (DR), a chronic complication of diabetes mellitus affecting the retinal microvasculature. This disease can cause small blood vessels in the eye to become blocked, resulting in vision impairment. Objective: To determine the incidence of diabetic retinopathy in the eye clinic of Waled Cirebon Regional Hospital from 2020 to 2022. Method: The research method used is observational, specifically a descriptive retrospective study of the medical records of diabetic retinopathy patients from 2020 to 2022 at Waled Cirebon Regional Hospital. Results: Out of 54 samples obtained, the highest prevalence distribution consists of NPDR classification, with 30 individuals. Meanwhile, the lowest distribution is found in the PDR classification. In terms of gender, the majority of patients are female, totaling 39 patients (72.2%). Regarding age, the most represented group is those aged 41-60 years, comprising 50 patients (92.6%) of all patients indicated with complications from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: RD patients are most commonly found among NPDR patients, with the majority being female and the largest age category being those in the 41-60 year range, all of whom have complications from type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

The increasing demand for environmentally friendly materials has driven research into biodegradable composites. Straw fiber, an abundant agricultural byproduct, remains underutilized as a filler material in Wood Polymer Composites (WPC). To enhance its application potential, this study investigates the surface treatment of straw fiber/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) matrix composites using a plasma jet with argon injection. The use of cold plasma as a treatment method is expected to improve the interfacial bonding between the straw fiber and the PVA matrix, thereby enhancing composite properties. The research employs several analytical methods, including morphological analysis of straw fibers before and after plasma jet treatment using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), contact angle measurements, and emission intensity analysis via Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES). The results reveal significant morphological changes in the straw fiber surface after plasma jet treatment, characterized by increased roughness and improved adhesion with the PVA matrix. The emission intensity analysis identifies peak reactive argon species at λ = 698.223 nm to λ = 778.398 nm, N₂⁺ at λ = 386.685 nm to λ = 445.289 nm, N₂ at λ = 324.768 nm to λ = 377.983 nm, and atomic oxygen spectral triplets at λ = 780.341 nm to λ = 830.867 nm. Moreover, the decrease in the contact angle from 90° to 57° over 60 minutes demonstrates a transition in the composite's surface properties from hydrophobic to hydrophilic. These findings highlight the effectiveness of plasma jet treatment in modifying straw fiber surfaces for improved composite performance, paving the way for broader applications of biodegradable WPC materials.

Abstract

Bit merah adalah tanaman umbi-umbian yang memiliki banyak manfaat dalam bidang pangan, kesehatan dan kosmetik. Tanaman bit merah adalah tanaman subtropis, sehingga umumnya budidaya bit merah di Indonesia dilakukan didataran tinggi. Keterbatasan luasan dataran tinggi sebagai tempat budidaya bit merah menjadikan permasalahan dalam upaya memenuhi permintaan tinggi pada bit merah. Pengembangan budidaya bit merah didataran rendah menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan ini. Mengetahui informasi terkait fenologi dan penampilan tanaman bit merah didataran rendah berguna untuk menunjang produktivitas bit merah didataran rendah. Informasi fenologi tanaman adalah dasar yang digunakan pemulia tanaman dalam melakukan perbaikan varietas. Informasi penampilan tanaman berguna untuk membantu memilih varietas dengan stabilitas baik yang digunakan dalam program pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenologi dan penampilan tanaman bit merah didataran rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah kaca Agro Techno Park Universitas Brawijaya, pada bulan Januari-Maret 2020. Penelitian menggunakan varietas boro dan varietas vikima yang ditanam di rumah kaca sebanyak 225 tanaman setiap varietas. Pengamatan dilakukan pada keseluruhan individu tanaman di setiap. Pengamatan tediri dari pengamatan agroklimat, karakter kuantitatif dan karakter kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan fenologi pada setiap varietas bit merah berdasarkan pengamatan panjang tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, diameter umbi dan berat umbi. Pengamatan karakter kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan uji-t yang menunjukkan perbedaan nyata pada karakter panjang tanaman, panjang umbi, diameter umbi dan berat umbi. Hasil pengamatan karakter kualitatif hanya menunjukkan adanya perbedaaan pada karakter warna daun.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran motivasi dan produktivitas kerja wanita sebagai pemetik buah kopi. Pemilihan tempat penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (proposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Betara mempunyai lahan kopi terluas dibandingkan dengan Kecamatan lainnya. Pada kesempatan ini, yang akan diteliti yaitu peran wanita pada sektor publik yang bekerja sebagai pemetik buah kopi. Penelitian dilakukan dari tanggal 28 April 2014 sampai tanggal 28 Mei 2014, penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode Accidental sampling (sampel aksidental). Daerah sampel penelitian yaitu Desa Serdang Jaya dengan pertimbangan di desa ini terdapat banyaknya jumlah wanita yang bekerja sebagai pemetik buah kopi. Dari hasil analisis statistik diperoleh χ2 hitung (6,43) > χ2 tabel (3,84), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang nyata antara motivasi wanita pemetik buah kopi dengan produktivitas kerja wanita pemetik buah kopi di Desa Serdang Jaya. Motivasi tersebut terdiri 3 indikator yaitu kebutuhan dasar, kebutuhan sosial, dan kebutuhan akan kemajuan. Analisis statistik indikator motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja diperoleh : terdapat hubungan yang nyata pada indikator motivasi kebutuhan dasar (x2 hitung (10,72) > x2 tabel (3,84)) dan kebutuhan akan kemajuan (x2 hitung (4,37) > x2 tabel (3,84)) terhadap produktivitas kerja, sedangkan kebutuhan sosial (x2 hitung (0,741) > x2 tabel (3,84)) tidak terdapat hubungan yang nyata.Kata Kunci : Produktivitas Kerja, Tenaga Kerja Wanita, Motivasi.

Abstract

Hyperlipidemia is an abnormal condition of lipid metabolism which is characterized by an increase in lipid levels in the blood. Hyperlipidemia is often accompanied by other diseases. So the treatment of hyperlipidemia is often combined with other drugs and has the potential to increase the occurrence of drug interactions. Drug interaction is a condition in which a substance or drug activity can produce an increased or decreased effect or produce a new effect. This study aims to determine the presence of hyperlipidemic drug interactions in patients with diabetes mellitus Pertamina in one of the chemical pharmacies in Bandung based on the number of patients, number of cases, interaction mechanism and severity. This study uses a non-experimental research method with a descriptive approach and data collection is taken retrospectively based on prescription sheet data for the March 2021 period. The number of samples taken is 87 prescription sheets that meet the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed descriptively usingliterature Stockley's Drug Interaction Handbook. Of the hyperlipidemic patients, who had the potential to experience drug interactions as many as 28 Prescriptions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the severity of drug interaction cases which stated the severity level of major interactions was 1%, Moderate was 30% and minor was 1% while those that did not interact were 68%. Based on the results of the study above, the researchers concluded that there were 28 cases of prescription sheets containing hyperlipidemia drug interactions in March 2021 at Kimia Farma Pharmacy. The level of drug interactions consisted of major, moderate and minor categories with a severity level of 1% for the major category, 30% for the moderate category, 1% for the minor category, while 68% had no interactions.

Abstract

This study used direct electrowinning to examine the viability of producing silicon from amorphous silica in alkaline conditions. The Indonesian Dieng Geothermal Power Plant provided a sample of geothermal sludge with a high silica (SiO2) content. The samples were analyzed using various analytical techniques (XRF and XRD) before to electrolysis to ascertain their chemical composition and mineralogy. At low temperatures (30°C), the direct electrowinning method using amorphous silica suspended in sodium hydroxide (NaOH) was introduced. Current density adjustments were made to determine the direct electrowinning method's ideal operation. XRD and XRF analyses were performed on cathode deposits and residues in electrochemical cells to ascertain the chemical composition and current recovery. At a current density of 1250 A/m2, the low-temperature electrolysis current efficiency on natrium silicate solution can approach 34% recovery. Geothermal sludge was used to investigate the process, and the process's mediocre performance was caused by the problematic adsorption of amorphous silica particles on the cathode.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of acid-base ratio on the physical characteristics and antioxidant activity of the beras kencur effervescent tablet formulation. The formulation determination was based on the percentage inhibition value, where the highest value (76.2%) was found in beras kencur at 10 mg/mL, so that 1.5 g is needed to achieve the highest potential of radical scavenging activity. In this case, 1.5 g of sample was then incorporated into three effervescent tablets. The acid-to-base ratios used in this study were 1: 1.25 (F1), 1: 1.50 (F2), and 1: 2.50 (F3). The tablets were evaluated for pH, dissolution time, total phenolic content (TPC), and antioxidant activity. The results showed that a higher proportion of base (F3) improved solubility. Meanwhile, antioxidant activity evaluated using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) test, and total phenolic content determined using Folin-Ciocalteau, showed that tablets with a higher proportion of acid exhibited higher total phenolic content. However, considering that all three samples have very strong antioxidant activity, it can be concluded that F3 is the optimal formulation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the understanding and concern of environmental accounting for medical waste management at the Plawad Karawang Community Health Center. This research method uses qualitative data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the Plawad Community Health Center has an understanding and concern for protecting and maintaining the surrounding environment, by minimizing and preventing the negative impact of the waste produced, whether by managing medical waste or being an example for people who visit the Plawad Community Health Center by providing domestic trash cans. or also called household waste (non-medical waste), and medical waste, as well as B3 waste. Plawad Community Health Center has not fully implemented environmental accounting, but the Community Health Center has incurred costs incurred from operational activities related to environmental maintenance.
