Abstract

Berdasarkan permasalahan di SD Negeri 7 Palembang, kurangnya penggunaan media pada pembelajaran pendidikan pancasila sehingga siswa sulit untuk memahami materi Bhinneka Tunggal Ika tentang tempat ibadah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran miniatur tempat ibadah yang valid dan praktis. Adapun jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Miniatur Tempat Ibadah Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas IV SD Negeri 7 Palembang telah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran yang telah dinyatakan valid oleh ahli media, bahasa dan materi. Hasil penelitian Media Miniatur tempat Ibadah dinuyatakan valid dengan hasil rata-rata 90,20% dengan kategori “sangat valid”. Angket respon siswa sebesar 86,5% dan angket respon guru sebesr 87,5% masing-masing uji kepraktisan tersebut mendapatkan kategori “sangat praktis”. Maka dapat diseimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian pengembangan Media Miniatur Tempat Ibadah Pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas IV SD Negeri 7 palembang ini adanya kevalidan dan kepraktisan.

Abstract

This study describes the preparation, implementation and evaluation of English learning to improve students’ understanding of English grammar at SMK Negeri 6 Palembang. This research belongs to qualitative and based on postpositivism, which consists of the planning stage, data collection, data analysis, and report preparation. The data collection techniques for this study are observation, in-depth interviews, and field documentation. The technique used in data validity is data triangulation. Data analysis is carried out interactively and continuously. The results of the study show that (1) teacher preparation in differentiated learning in the process of compiling materials that are appropriate to the needs of various students, including adjusting the level of difficulty and learning style, requires dedication and a lot of time allocation; (2) with the implementation of English learning, students look happier, students feel that their learning activities are not boring, and they are more active in asking questions; and (3) evaluation of english language learning requires support from the school because most of the initiatives come from the english teacher. So, it requires more attention from the school, both in the form of training and provision of learning facilities.

Abstract

Studi Purpose The problem in this study is that the level of anxiety of PSHT pencak silat athletes in Sumber Jaya Village has not been dictated in facing the match. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety of PSHT pencak silat athletes in Sumber Jaya Village in Facing Matches. Method in this study uses quantitative descriptive. The study population was 15 people, while the sample used the total population. Data collection was done using a likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis uses a percentage description. Result of this study is that the level of anxiety of PSHT Pencak Silat athletes in Sumber Jaya Village in facing matches is 83.47%, this is that the anxiety of facing athletes' matches in imitating their athletes to practice is high.

Abstract

Kemampuan menulis anak adalah kemampuan mengungkapkan ide atau gagasannya melalui tulisan. Kemampuan menulis sendiri penting bagi anak didik karena dapat membantu mengembangkan berbagai aspek seperti kecerdasan, kreativitas, dan daya ingat. Masalah dalam penenelitian ini untuk mengertahui peningktan kemampuan menulis huruf melalui media kotak kartu pada kelompok B. Penelitian PTK yang paling dikenal dan bisa digunakan dalam model Kemmis and Taggart. Jumlah sampel 24 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun peningkatan rata-rata tingkat capaian perkembangan kemampuan menyimak anak kelompok A dari pra siklus ke siklus I dan ke siklus II yaitu bahwa pada pra siklus skor sebesar 21,84 pada kategori belum berkembang, lalu pada siklus I dengan skor sebesar 33,96 dengan kategori mulai berkembang sedangkan pada siklus II dengan skor sebesar 50,34 dengan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil prasiklus meningkat pada siklus I sebesar 12,12 lalu meningkat kembali pada siklus II dimana mengalami peningkatannya sebesar 16,38. Sehingga disimpulkan pada akhir siklus II, penelitian dikatakan berhasil karena kriteria keberhasilan sudah tercapai sesuai kesepakatan peneliti bersama kolabolator.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic supervision and supervision on the performance of teacher working groups (KKG) in Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. KKG performance is very important in improving professionalism and the quality of learning in elementary schools. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to KKG members, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision and supervision have a positive and significant effect on KKG performance. Structured supervision and effective academic supervision can encourage teachers to be more active, collaborative, and innovative in working group activities. These findings provide important implications for education managers in designing more optimal coaching strategies for teachers by improving the quality of academic supervision and supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SD Negeri 43 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV.A dan guru IPA di SD Negeri 43 Palembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi faktor internal seperti motivasi, minat belajar, dan pemahaman konsep dasar yang lemah. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru, kurangnya alat peraga atau media pembelajaran, serta lingkungan belajar yang kurang kondusif juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesulitan belajar siswa. Dari hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang dominan ceramah dan kurang melibatkan siswa secara aktif menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kesulitan belajar. Guru diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan metode pembelajaran yang lebih variatif dan interaktif serta memanfaatkan alat peraga untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep abstrak dalam IPA. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar guru meningkatkan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih mendukung agar siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share model on students' critical thinking skills in the Science subject (IPAS) for Grade V at SD Negeri 53 Palembang. The research method used is quantitative with a type of Quasi-Experimental Design, employing a Nonequivalent Control Group Design involving two groups: an experimental group (treated with the Think Pair Share model) and a control group (without the treatment). The research subjects were students from classes VA and VB. The instrument was validated by subject matter experts. Data collection techniques included tests and documentation, while data analysis was conducted using the Independent Sample t-test. The analysis results showed that the t-count = 23.111 was greater than the t-table = 1.998 at a 0.05 significance level (df = 62), with Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.005. This indicates that the Think Pair Share model has a significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on student learning outcomes in the Civics Education subject for fourth grade. The method used in this research is the experimental method of True Experimental design in the form of Posttest-Only Design. The population in this study uses total sampling, namely Class IV A and Class IV B. The techniques for data collection in this research include tests, observations, and documentation. The results of the study at SD Negeri 231 Palembang indicate that the use of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model significantly affects student learning outcomes. This is evident from the average score of the experimental class which reached 80, higher than the control class which only obtained an average of 67.5 without the application of the model. Based on the hypothesis testing results, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 was obtained, which is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). In addition, the calculated t value of 3.657 is higher than the table t value of 2.011, with degrees of freedom (df) = N - 2 and a total N of 48. Since the calculated t > table t (3.657 > 2.011), the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of visionary leadership and academic supervision on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Sako District, Palembang City. Teacher professionalism is strongly influenced by various internal and external factors, including school leadership and supervisory strategies. This research employed a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to public elementary school teachers.The results indicate that visionary leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher professionalism, as evidenced by increased commitment, creativity, and professional responsibility. Academic supervision also significantly influences the improvement of teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Simultaneously, the two variables contribute 67.2% to teacher professionalism. Keywords: Visionary Leadership, Academic Supervision, Teacher Professionalism. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dan supervisi akademik terhadap profesionalisme guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Sako Kota Palembang. Profesionalisme guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan strategi supervisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket kepada guru SD Negeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, ditandai dengan meningkatnya komitmen, kreativitas, dan tanggung jawab profesional. Supervisi akademik juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67,2% terhadap profesionalisme guru. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Visioner, Supervisi Akademik, Profesionalisme Guru.

Abstract

Responsibility is an important character value that must be instilled in students from an early age. This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in implementing student responsibility values ​​through audio-visual media in Citizenship Education (PKn) learning in grade V of SD 92 Palembang. The method used is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to students. The results of the analysis show an Asymp. Sig value of 0.000, indicating a significant influence of the role of teachers in implementing student responsibility values, because the sig value is less than 0.05. These findings indicate that the use of audio-visual media not only improves students' understanding of citizenship material, but also contributes to the development of character and values ​​of responsibility. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more innovative and effective learning strategies, as well as being a reference for teachers in increasing student involvement in the learning process.
