Abstract

This study describes the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based learning at SD Negeri 41 Plus Banyuasin III. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Key informants included the principal and five teachers who were selected purposively. Data validity was maintained through triangulation of sources and techniques. At the same time, analysis followed the interactive model of Miles & Huberman: data reduction, data presentation, and repeated drawing and verification of conclusions. The results showed that the planning was carried out systematically through needs analysis, ICT integration in teaching tools/RPP, scheduling, and strengthening teacher competencies through training and mentoring. During implementation, ICT was utilised for material reinforcement, task differentiation, and learning collaboration through LMS, video conferencing, and game-based learning platforms, which resulted in increased student interaction, motivation, and independence. Evaluation was conducted periodically through structured reflection, peer assessment, and digital portfolios, accompanied by external collaboration to improve infrastructure and content. Overall, ICT-based learning management was deemed effective in supporting the achievement of learning objectives and strengthening 21st-century skills. Recommendations include strengthening educators' ICT competencies, gradual procurement/maintenance of devices, optimizing connectivity, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership management strategy in improving the quality of educator performance at SDN 15 Banyuasin III. The study focuses on the principal's actions in managing school resources, distributing teacher workloads fairly, and empowering teachers to improve professionalism and learning quality. This study uses a qualitative method with a naturalistic descriptive approach. The research subjects comprised one principal and 12 teachers who served as key informants. The data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation for 1 month (December 20, 2024–January 20, 2025), and analysis of school documents. Data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of leadership strategies applied. The results show that the principal applies a transformational and participatory leadership style by conducting routine training at least twice a semester, conducting academic supervision every month, providing constructive feedback after the learning process, and empowering teachers through personal mentoring. The main obstacles faced include limited technology-based learning facilities, high teacher administrative workloads, and resistance from some teachers to change. However, principals can overcome these challenges through adaptive strategies, such as collaborating with the school committee, flexibly dividing tasks, and optimizing the school budget. These findings confirm that effective principal leadership is crucial in creating a productive work environment and driving sustainable improvements in educator performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve children's conceptual understanding of science learning on the human digestive system material using the Montessori method and assisted by props during the implementation of learning. This study was conducted at SD Negeri 55 Prabumulih in class V. The research method used was quantitative with the type of experimental research, quasi-experimental design form of non-equivalent control group design, pre-test and post-test. This study used a total sampling technique, meaning that the sampling technique is the same as the population, which is 50 students from classes V.A and V.B. Data analysis techniques in this study, namely normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis test. From the results of the hypothesis test calculation using the dependent sample t-test, the Sig. (2-tailed) value was obtained 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value> t table, which means that based on the hypothesis test H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Montessori method on students' conceptual understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to better understand the value of creativity and creative work practices in boosting competitive advantage, starting with psychological empowerment via the mediating impact of digital leadership. In this study's quantitative methodology, 300 SMEs in Palembang City, South Sumatra, Indonesia, were given questionnaires to complete. Path analysis using SEM-PLS is the analysis method employed. The study's findings indicate that psychological empowerment directly influences creativity and innovative work behavior but has no impact on competitive advantage. While creativity promotes new work practices, competitive advantage is unaffected. Competitive advantage is impacted by innovative work practices. Innovative work practices and competitive advantage are mediated by creativity, although competitive advantage is not one of them. Digital leadership does not mediate psychological empowerment and creativity into a competitive advantage, but it does mediate creativity into innovative work behavior and innovative work behavior into a competitive advantage. As a result, it will be simple to mold employees' innovative behavior. Creativity is required to compete in the modern world, and it must be based on the desires of the employees themselves. This creative conduct will encourage the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. Leaders must keep up with trends and technical advancements and be able to help staff members advance their IT literacy. As a result, it will quicken behavioral adjustments necessary to be creative and successful in the contemporary technological era.
