Abstract

Penerimaan keluarga terhadap anggotanyamerupakan suatu bentuk dukungan keluarga. Salah satu tindakanyang menimbulkan kecemasan dan ketakutan serta rasa tidaknyaman bagi anak akibat nyeri yang dirasakan adalah tindakanpemasangan infus. Penyebab utama yang menimbulkan kecemasanpada anak adalah ketakutan tentang tubuh yang disakiti dan rasanyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungandukungan keluarga dengan respon cemas anak usia sekolah yangmendapatkan tindakan pemasangan infus. Metode: Penelitian inimenggunakan jenis penelitian analitik kuantitatif denganmenggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional dan teknik pengambilantotal sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner untukmengetahui dukungan keluarga dan tingkat kecemasan pasien yangsudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah keluarga anak sekolah yang dirawat di Rumah sakitbulan Mei 2016 sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian data diolah secaraunivariat dan bivariat serta dianalisis menggunakan statistik ujibedaproporsi atau uji statistic Chi – Square (X2). Hasil: Hasilprnelitian menunjukan bahwa 18 orang (60 %) dapat dikatakanbaik karena mendapatkan dukungan dari keluarga. 17 orang(56,7%) mengalami cemas ringan. Simpulan: Terdapat hubunganyang signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan respon cemasanak usia sekolah yang mengalami pemasangan intravena karenanilai ? > ? value (0,05 > 0,000) dan nilai chi square (X2) hitung >chi square (X2) tabel (47,294 > 12,592).

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberihkan pemahaman mengenai pola-pola latihan yang diperlukan bagi pemain pemula di Jampang Kulon. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini menggunakan pelatihan yang digabungkan antara teori dan praktik. Peserta kegiatan pengabdian ini berjumlah 120 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Jampang Kulon. Pengambila data dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah latihan berupa pretest dan post test terkait pemahaman mengenai pola-pola latihan dasar permainan bola voli. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi pola-pola latihan ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and physical activity with uric acid levels in the elderly in the Padasuka Health Center Working Area. Cross sectional research design. A sample of 78 respondents was taken with the Stratified Random Sampling Technique. Primary data collection was obtained through interviews and checking the community in RW 14. Based on Univariate Results most respondents with high purine consumption patterns were 40 people (51.3%). Most respondents with moderate physical activity were 28 people (35.9%). Then most of the respondents with abnormal uric acid levels were 48 people (61.5%). Bivariate results showed no relationship between diet and uric acid levels in the elderly in RW 14 Padasuka Village, Padasuka Health Center Working Area (p = 0.070). There is no relationship between physical activity and uric acid levels in the elderly in RW 14 Padasuka Village, Padasuka Health Center Working Area (p = 0.819). There is no relationship between diet and physical activity with uric acid levels in the elderly in RW 14 Padasuka Village. It is expected for the RW 14 community to better maintain their diet and lifestyle so that uric acid levels are not high.

Abstract

The role of religious figures is a person who carries out da'wah both orally and in writing or deeds either individually, in groups or in the form of certain organizations or institutions. This study aims to find out how the role of religious leaders in improving youth moral development in Pamuruyan Village, Balekambang Village, Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, to find out the Solutions of Religious Leaders in improving youth moral development in Pamuruyan Village, Balekambang Village, Jonggol District, Bogor Regency, to find out how the morals of adolescents after coaching by religious leaders. This study used qualitative methods used to examine the condition of natural objects, so researchers collected data from informants religious figures. The results of observations in Pamuruyan village, Balekambang village, Jonggol district, Bogor regency, the role of religious leaders in dealing with several factors in improving adolescent moral development, including where the first factor is due to lack of attention from the family, second, environmental factors and lack of awareness of themselves in carrying out religious activities, for example praying in congregation at the mosque and following routine recitations held by religious leaders and carrying out activities Socializing, for example, working together, among others, to improve moral development aims to call and invite teenagers to participate in carrying out worship. Religious leaders can increase more activities involving teenagers, so that adolescents will be more accustomed to positive activities, which more or less reduce the negative influence on the morals of adolescents in Pamuruyan village.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peningkatan hasil belajar IPS dengan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII.F SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Khoiriyyah sejumlah 28 siswa. Waktu Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 20 Oktober - 01 Desember 2021. Data diperoleh dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari hasil tes formatif pada setiap siklus, sedangkan data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi pada tiap siklus pembelajaran. Data kemudian konversikan dengan kriteria keberhasilan untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar siswa dapat diketahui bagaimana peningkatannya. Hasil penelitian penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa di kelas VIII.F pada pelajaran hasil belajar IPS, pada pra siklus didapatkan hanya 9 siswa atau 32,14% dari 28 siswa tuntas. Pada siklus I ada sejumlah siswa yang berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar bertambah 6 menjadi siswa 15 atau 53,57% siswa tuntas, namun belum mencapai KKM yang diharapkan sehingga perlu dilakukan siklus II. Pada siklus II siswa yang berhasil meningkat hasil belajarnya mencapai 89,29% atau 25 siswa dari 28 siswa berhasil tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 85,71. Kesimpulan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah sehingga layak untuk diterapkan di SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Khoiriyyah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors of the habituation of Al-Qulr'an tadaruls before studying in forming the akhlakull karimah of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Leulwiliang Bogor. This type of research is a qualitative field research, the data is taken using the method of interview, observation, questionnaire and documentation. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. Checking the authenticity of the data using the triangullation technique. The analysis techniques that researchers apply are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the research indicate that the Al-Qulr'an tadaruls habituation activities are carried out every Tuesday, Thursday starting at 06.45-07.00 WIB in one day completing three Julz, Al-Qulr'an tadaruls activities round students accustomed and istiqomah reading Al-Qulr'an so that reading Al-Qulr'an is getting better. The conclusion of this research is that the habituation activity of tadaruls Al-Qulr'an has a positive impact because many students come on time, improving students' morals for the better, but there are a small number of students who come late so they do not cultivate tadaruls Al-Qulr'an. The sincere intention of students, school policy, participating stakeholders, the role of the Task Force from ROHIS members, Student Council and Class Representative Assembly (MPK) to help the Al-Qulr'an tadaruls activities become a supporting factor for Al-Qulr'an tadaruls activities in building morals. The lack of good communication, the distance between rulmah and school is an inhibiting factor.

Abstract

Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease and is one of the main causes of premature death throughout the world. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of eHealth Self-Management (eHSM) intervention on reducing blood pressure in adult clients with hypertension. Method on The implementation of Evidence Base Nursing (EBNP) Practice was carried out in the Linggasari sub-district, Ciamis Regency. The number of respondents was 30 people, four times a month they were given education in the Linggasari area, carried out with a pretest at the beginning and a posttest at the end of the intervention, monthly telephone counseling was carried out for 4 weeks, education took place in 4 meetings every week with a duration of approximately 60 minutes in each session. to remind you to take your medication every night. Each counseling session lasts approximately 20 minutes via telephone via WhatsApp. Based on the Wilcoxon test results in the table using spss.16, the blood pressure results before and after implementing e-health gave significant results because the p value is 0.000, which is smaller than the Alpha value (<0.05), so Ho is rejected, which means there is a difference in blood pressure. before and after implementing e-health. Conclusion There is a significant effect of the eHealth Self Management (eHSM) intervention with the What App Group application on hypertensive clients in the Linggasari sub-district of the Ciamis Health Center Work Area.

Abstract

This study focuses on the intersubjective relationships contained in the Mujarobat text. This study comes from the still developing local beliefs and traditions of the coastal communities of North Java which are influenced by pre-Islamic beliefs and Islamic beliefs. Among the beliefs that still exist, it is the belief in predictions and calculations to get good luck and avoid bad luck. This study specifically aims to discuss how to grow plants on pages 40, 41, 42, 49, and 50 in the Mujarobat text. This study shows that the Mujarobat text contains local knowledge and intersubjective relationships between humans and humans as well as humans and non-humans—God and nature. Thus, using the paradigm of ancestral religions, this study argues that there is an intersubjective relationship between humans and non-humans that is responsible, ethical, and reciprocal when planting plants in the Mujarobat text which aim to get lucky.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' experiences with comprehensive reading strategies using Wattpad. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data are collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The analysis of this research uses a triangulation technique which consists of steps; data reduction, data display, and ultimately conclusion to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that extensive reading through Wattpad can be used for pleasure, extensive reading through the Wattpad platform can reduce stress, extensive reading through Wattpad can increase motivation, and extensive reading through Wattpad can increase vocabulary. All of these activities can have a positive impact on students. Plus, Wattpad's platform is great for in-depth reading. Therefore, one of the best ways to learn English is to read extensively on the Wattpad platform. Teachers should realize that because Wattpad is a practical reading tool that can be accessed anywhere and at any time, all the stories students read must be age-appropriate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teachers' professional competence and principals' leadership on the performance of physical education teachers at State Junior High School, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency. The research method uses an explanatory survey approach with a population of 12 physical education teachers. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, and simple linear regressions with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that teachers' professional competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, the leadership of the principal also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, where the principal who effectively provides guidance, motivation, and creates a conducive work climate can increase the professionalism and work spirit of teachers. Simultaneously, the professional competence and leadership of the principal together made a significant contribution to improving the performance of physical education teachers. These findings affirm the importance of the continuous development of teacher competencies and the active role of the principal's leadership in creating a learning environment that supports the improvement of the quality of physical education.
