Abstract

Pada pembuatan bioetanol G2 proses hidrolisisbertujuan untuk mengkonversi selulosa menjadi glukosadengan bantuan asam atau enzim melalui pengadukan selama24-48 jam. Pilot plant hidrolisis bioetanol g2 kecepatanputaran pengaduk dapat mempengaruhi hasil dari proseshidrolisis tersebut. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian kali inidilakukan rancang bangun untuk pengontrolan danpemantauan kecepatan putaran motor, komsumsi dayaselama proses hidrolisis berlangsung juga dilakukanpemantauan sebagai acuan ukur viskositas. PLC MitsubishiFX-Series digunakan sebagai sistem kendali dengan membuatprogram ladder diagram menggunakan software GXDeveloper. Untuk sistem pemantauan menggunakan HMIHaiwell Cloud SCADA dengan parameter yang akan ditampilkan berupa kecepatan putaran dan pembacaan Dayamenggunakan Power Meter DWL series 3 phase. TampilanHMI juga mempunyai fungsi sebagai input on/off dan nilaiRPM untuk menentukan kecepatan putar pengaduk. Padapengujian kontrol kecepatan putar motor memiliki rata-rataerror sebesar 0,73% dengan semakin besar frekuensi yangdiinput maka semakin besar juga error yang terjadi. Selamaproses hidrolisis dilakukan pemantauan komsumsi dayasebagai acuan viskositas pada pulp, pengujian dilakukan 20menit proses dengan 2Kg pulp dan air 10L. Daya cenderungkonstan pada menit ke-8 sampai proses hidrolisis berakhirdan total daya selama proses berlangsung sebesar 38,5 Wh.Kata kunci—bioethanol G2, hidrolisis, RPM, PLC,SCADA, viskositas, daya.

Abstract

Background: Teenagers are the next generation of the nation who are able to develop better than the previous generation with an intelligent mentality and mindset, so that they can develop into good individuals. A health problem that often occurs in young women is anemia. The prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 32% at the age of 15-24 years, while the prevalence of anemia in adolescents in Cimahi City is 37.99%. Efforts to overcome anemia are by consuming blood supplement tablets. Apart from that, increase foods that contain high iron from animal or vegetable sources. One type of food that contains high iron from vegetable elements is green beans because they contain ingredients that can help the formation of red blood cells.Purpose: To determine the effect of giving green bean juice (vigna radiata) on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.Method: Quasi-experimental design research with a non-equivalent control group design. The research was carried out on 23-26 May 2023. The population in this study was teenage girls in class X of SMAN 6 Cimahi, totaling 255 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique so that the sample in this study was 24 people who were divided into two, namely the intervention and control groups. The statistical test in this study used the Independent T-test.Results: Statistical tests using the Independent T-test resulted in p value = 0.001 (p<0.05), meaning that Ha accepted there was a difference in hemoglobin levels in the intervention group and the control group. These results indicate that there is an effect of giving green bean juice (vigna radiata) on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girlsConclusion: There is an effect of giving green bean juice (vigna radiata) on hemoglobin levels in adolescent girls.Suggestion: Young women must pay attention to their lifestyle, such as consuming foods that contain iron and avoiding foods that contain iron inhibitors such as tea, coffee and chocolate. Keywords: Green Bean Juice; Hemoglobin Levels; Teenage Girl. Pendahuluan: Remaja adalah generasi penerus bangsa yang mampu berkembang lebih baik dari generasi sebelumnya dengan mental dan pola pikir yang cerdas, sehingga dapat berkembang menjadi individu yang baik. Masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada remaja putri yaitu anemia. Prevalensi anemia di Indonesia yaitu 32% pada usia 15-24 tahun sedangkan prevalensi anemia remaja di Kota Cimahi yaitu 37.99%. Upaya untuk mengatasi anemia yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Selain itu, menaikkan makanan yang mengandung zat besi tinggi dari sumber hewani ataupun sumber nabati. Salah satu jenis makanan yang mengandung zat besi tinggi dari unsur nabati yaitu kacang hijau karena mempunyai kandungan yang bisa membantu pembentukan sel darah merah.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau (vigna radiata) terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri.Metode: Penelitian desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 23-26 Mei 2023. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan remaja putri kelas X SMAN 6 Cimahi yang berjumlah 255 siswa. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24 orang yang terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Uji statistik pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji T-Independen.Hasil: Uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji T-Independen diperoleh hasil p value = 0.001 (p<0.05) artinya Ha diterima terdapat perbedaan kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil ini menyebutkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau (vigna radiata) terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putriSimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian sari kacang hijau (vigna radiata) terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri.Saran: Bagi remaja putri harus memperhatikan pola hidup, seperti mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi dan menghindari makanan yang memiliki kandungan penghambat zat besi seperti, teh, kopi, dan coklat. Kata Kunci: Kadar Hemoglobin; Remaja Putri; Sari Kacang Hijau.

Abstract

The background to the problem of this research is that students do not meet the criteria for Muslim women's clothing, such as covering the entire body/genitals which must be covered. This is proven by the fact that there are still students whose clothing does not comply with school regulations. Where students still wear tight clothes and wear very narrow skirts, they assume that Muslim dress is only a school rule. Therefore, to solve the problem above, one solution is to use the habit of wearing Muslim clothing. The aim of the research was to determine the habit of wearing Muslim women's clothing in class The research method uses field research with a quantitative approach and data collection uses observation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the simple linear regression test value is known to be Tcount = 4.178 > Ttable 1.686, so it can be concluded that the variable habituation to Muslim women's clothing (X) influences the variable noble morals (Y).

Abstract

Untuk mencapai kinerja pegawai yang baik dan tercapainya tujuan organisasi diperlukan profesionalisme dari setiap pegawai. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa profesionalisme pegawai akan sangat mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Semakin baik kinerja pegawai maka akan semakin efisien pula penyelesaian tugasnya. Jika kinerja pegawai semakin baik maka kinerja instansi pun akan semakin baik. Di sinilah diperlukan profesionalisme dalam berperan dalam organisasi di berbagai tingkatan manajemen untuk menggerakkan sumber daya manusia yang ada secara rasional guna mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel seluruh pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam Riset ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil Riset menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan Kota Cimahi yang sangat signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,931 atau 93,1% yang menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan dan sisanya 6.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam Riset ini. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis dalam Riset diterima karena didukung oleh nilai signifikansi.

Abstract

This paper compares two LAPAN'S propellant compositions. The A propellant has a composition of AP/AL/Binder with ratio of 70/10/20, and propellant B has ratio 75/7.5/17.5, both with HTPB base but different curing agent. As comparator of this simulation is RX-1512.01 rocket that has flight tested. The performances which compared are specific impulse and efficiency characteristic. Result shows that the propellant B gives higher specific impulse, however higher losses is, about 5.373 percent. One to be considered is that the propellant B produce combustion temperature higher than propellant A by 200 k, that may influence the rocket structures. Abstract

The accuracy of nozzle design can be improved by validation. Two methods of validation is software or hardware application. The software can be either CFD software or special software for the nozzle design, such as NOZZLE ® or Aerospike ®. The limitations of CFD software is on unsteady flow conditions. while the limitations of special software is the obscurity of assumptions used. Therefore, the flow validation experimental is important to be implemented. Lapan has three units of wind tunnels, namely subsonic, transonic and supersonic. They have the capability to measure the external flow of the body. While the nozzle design purpose is mostly to investigate the internal flow of the nozzle. Therefore, the nozzle flow testing system which is called a mini wind tunnel has been designed. This wind tunnel is designed to have speed of Mach 2.4, but the effective speed of 2 Mach. By using a calculation we obtain the run time of 46 seconds. If we assume the pressure drop is 40%, then actually the run time is 28 seconds.

Abstract

Edukasi kesehatan memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan di kalangan remaja. Inisiatif promosi kesehatan digital masih didominasi oleh konten yang diproduksi oleh tenaga kesehatan atau profesional, potensi pemanfaatan konten edukasi kesehatan digital sangat besar, belum banyak program pengabdian masyarakat yang secara spesifik melatih siswa SMA dalam keterampilan ini. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Siswa SMA dalam membuat konten video edukasi kesehatan, khususnya tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) untuk awam. Metode pelatihan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, redemonstrasi, publikasi, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa, dengan persentase siswa yang memiliki kategori pengetahuan baik naik dari 48,9% menjadi 97,8%. Keterampilan pembuatan konten video juga meningkat, dibuktikan dengan kemampuan responden dalam membuat storyboard, hook, intro video serta narasi video. Kesimpulan pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa secara signifikan, terutama dalam pembuatan video edukasi Bantuan Hidup Dasar (BHD) untuk awam. Disarankan untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan ini ke lebih banyak sekolah di Cimahi maupun daerah lain agar semakin banyak siswa yang memiliki kemampuan membuat konten edukasi kesehatan digital.

Abstract

Oil and gas industry can have catastrophic implications for human life, the environment, and the economy. This paper investigated failure analysis using root cause analysis especially for boiler tube leakage of Heat Exchanger. Identify the issue using microscopic examination and energy dispersive x-ray analysis were conducted on the tube inside and outside surface to determine root cause of the failure. The formation of a protective film in the aluminum-brass tube during the starting stage is very important for ensuring adequate film protection throughout the service life of the heat exchanger. During this stage, exposure to unpolluted water is essential. The dezincification corrosion suggested the disruption of the formation of the protective films by the cooling water medium on the inner tube, The entrapped leaked fluid from the inner tube at the interface between the inner tube and outer tube resulted in secondary damage due to galvanic corrosion at conducive area.

Abstract

The primary objective of deploying Pressure Relief Device (PRD) equipment is to ensure the safety of pressure vessels within a pressurized system. Over time, PRD equipment may degrade and fail to perform its intended function, which must be identified as a failure mode. To mitigate potential risks associated with this, it is recommended that an approach such as risk-based inspection (RBI) be implemented. Despite the widespread adoption of RBI, the method relies on qualitative techniques, leading to significant variations in equipment risk assessments. This study proposes a novel risk analysis method that uses deep learning-based machine learning to develop a risk assessment model for PRD equipment related to the fail-on-leakage failure mode. This innovative approach will reduce assessment times, improve accuracy, and lower processing costs by providing precise calculation results. The research develops a risk prediction program that uses deep learning-based machine learning designed explicitly for failure-on-leakage failure mode in pressure relief equipment. The dataset used in the model development process adheres to API 581 standards and comprises 168 data points. Various model parameters are employed, including a test size of 20%, a random state value of 0, 150 epochs, a learning rate of 0.001, and 3 layers with dense values of 128, 64, and 32. The model's performance is evaluated using a validation confusion matrix, which indicates an accuracy of 94%.

Abstract

Apron feeder is one of stages in crushing circuit to convey material in short distance. Pan flight is the main component of apron feeder that is severely exposed to wear mechanism due to its direct contact with open cut abrasive ore. With this operating environment of apron feeder, regular maintenance and inspection must be conducted to assess wear rate of pan’s surface to maintain equipment availability and provide information and sign before the equipment undergoes severe and sudden degradation. 3D laser scanning is method used in this study as Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) based inspection. The aim of using 3D scanning is to model the actual condition of pan and give measurement of wear. Later this scanning data is analyzed for forecasting life prediction of when pan surface reaches its safe minimum thickness. Utilizing 3D scanning for wear measurement offers comprehensive analysis, precise measurements with visualization capabilities and handling geometries effectively. Life prediction derived from this analysis can be used as decision making to determine next replacement date of pan feeder using regression model and linear calculation. Results after four times conducting this inspection with four months period consistently, showing that the safe replacement time will be on the earliest second trimester of 2024. This provides an advantage on the shutdown planning side to prepare resources and timetable early and effectively.
