Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi olahraga melalui pengembangan dan penerapan model pembelajaran, latihan, serta tatakelola yang efektif di desa binaan. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya sistem pelatihan yang terstruktur dan ketidakefektifan dalam tata kelola olahraga di tingkat komunitas. Dalam rangka mencapainya, program ini mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang berbasis pada pendekatan ilmiah, pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan atlet, serta penyusunan tatakelola yang mendukung keberlanjutan program olahraga. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan pelatih, pengembangan modul pelatihan, serta evaluasi program secara berkala. Luaran yang diharapkan antara lain adalah peningkatan kualitas pelatihan, keterampilan pelatih, prestasi atlet, dan sistem tata kelola yang dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan adanya model yang efektif, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan prestasi olahraga di desa dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui olahraga

Abstract

Contact with child protection systems are a key site of the expression of social inequalities, yet research into the size and nature of this relationship remains sparse in Jakarta system context. This article reports on a study of the relationships between child protection system contact and small area-level deprivation. Using a national linked dataset including all children with system contact in 2013–14, (n =13,851 children) it found there is a marked relationship between deprivation and system contact, and significant differences between regions for all three outcomes of interest. Compared to children living in the least deprived quintile of small areas, children in the most deprived quintile had, on average, 13 times the rate of substantiation, 18 times the rate of a family group conference, and 6 times their chance of placement in foster care. There was limited evidence for the ‘inverse intervention law’ that proposes that children in similarly deprived small areas have higher rates of child protection system contact if they live in less deprived regions (larger areas). The pattern of placements showed the strongest support for this law, with children in similarly deprived small areas having, on average, almost twice the rate of placement if they lived in less deprived regions compared to more deprived regions. These findings have implications for policy, as they suggest a need to apply an inequalities perspective to child protection similarly to health inequities. Specifically, action is needed to address the causes of deprivation, provide services that respond to families living in poverty, address biases, and undertake further research to examine the interactions between demand and supply of services between similar deprivation levels.

Abstract

Achieving good employee performance and achieving organizational goals requires professionalism from every employee. It is undeniable that the professionalism of employees will greatly affect their performance. The better the performance of employees will further increase the efficiency of completing their tasks. With the better performance of its employees, the performance of the agency will be good too. This is where professionalism plays a role in organizations at various management levels to mobilize existing human resources rationally so that performance achieves the goals and objectives to be achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism on employee performance in the South Cimahi District. The method used is a quantitative method with a population and sample of all employees in the South Cimahi District. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that there was an influence South Cimahi District Cimahi City employees which was very significant, namely 0.931 or 93.1% which indicated that professionalism affected employee performance in the South Cimahi District environment and the remaining 6.9% was influenced by other variables not examined. in this research. Abstract

Background: Academic procrastination is a widespread issue affecting university students, often linked to behavioral factors such as uncontrolled internet use. Among final-year nursing students, extended time spent on non-academic online activities—exceeding four hours daily—may contribute to delays in completing academic responsibilities. Objective: This study aimed to explore the relationship between internet addiction and the tendency to procrastinate academically among undergraduate nursing students. Method: A correlational quantitative approach was utilized in this study. The target population included 90 final-year students, with 86 respondents selected using an accidental sampling method. Data were collected through two standardized questionnaires—one measuring internet addiction levels and the other assessing academic procrastination. Statistical analyses included both univariate and bivariate procedures, with Spearman's rank correlation used to examine the association between the two variables. Results: Of the 86 participants, 60 students (69.8%) demonstrated moderate internet addiction, while 56 students (65.1%) reported moderate levels of academic procrastination. Analysis showed a statistically significant positive correlation between internet addiction and procrastination behavior (p = 0.007; r = 0.288). These findings suggest that higher levels of internet dependency are associated with an increased likelihood of delaying academic tasks. Conclusion: There is a meaningful association between excessive internet use and academic procrastination. It is recommended that students develop better time management strategies by limiting recreational internet use and allocating focused periods for academic work to reduce procrastination tendencies and improve academic outcomes.

Abstract

Literary works often serve as mirrors reflecting the socio-political dynamics within a society, making them fertile ground for analysis through the lens of the sociology of literature. Marxist theory, in particular, offers a critical framework for examining the social structures and power relations embedded in literary texts. One prominent example is Najib Kailani, whose writings especially the novel Hamamahus Salaam are deeply influenced by his socio-cultural background and educational exposure, manifesting in narratives of resistance and social critique. This study adopts a descriptive-analytic approach, gathering data in the form of linguistic expressions, including words, phrases, sentences, and dialogues, to interrogate the presence of class conflict and proletarian resistance within the novel. The analysis reveals key indicators of class struggle, primarily stemming from: (1) systemic exploitation and oppression, (2) the emergence of social consciousness among the marginalized, and (3) the complicity of ideological state apparatuses or superstructures. The manifestations of resistance identified in the text include: (1) the development of proletarian class awareness, (2) collective defiance against oppressive forces, (3) acts of repressive sabotage, (4) the strategic formation of resistance groups, and (5) direct confrontational actions, including threats of violence. Through these elements, the novel articulates a potent critique of class-based injustices and advocates for collective agency among the oppressed.

Abstract

This research discusses oppression of women and the patriarchal system in Nawal el Saadawi's novel Catatan Dari Penjara Perempauan uses a radical feminism approach. The novel shows how women experience structural repression institutionalized by the state, religion, and patriarchal culture. The female characters in the novel are depicted as subjects whose bodies and minds are controlled by the system of power, but also show various forms of active resistance to this domination. Through symbolic actions, verbal expressions, and legal awareness, they dismantle oppressive power relations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature study techniques on the text of the novel as the main data source. The analysis was conducted by identifying forms of oppression and women's resistance reflected in the novel's narrative. The radical feminism approach is used because it is able to unravel the ideological roots of oppression against women, especially through control over women's bodies and expressions in a patriarchal system and authoritarian regime. The results show that this novel is not only a record of Nawal El Saadawi's personal experience, but also an ideological field of resistance to systemic patriarchal power. Thus, this study emphasizes the role of literature as a medium of social criticism and a space for struggle for gender equality.

Abstract

The implementation and education of congregational fardu prayers for the formation of student leadership is a crucial aspect in character cultivation. This research emerged based on an understanding of the benefits of congregational fardu prayers and their implementation on leadership development in the school environment. This study was compiled to find out the implementation of congregational fardu prayers for students, find out the attitude of student leadership, and identify the influence of congregational fardu prayers on the formation of leadership of grade VIII students at MTs Ibnu Taymiyah Bogor. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey causal associative research method. The population consisted of 103 students and the sample consisted of 82 students with simple random sampling. The data collection technique of this study uses questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive data testing and inferential data with the Pearson product moment correlation formula, to determine the correlation between congregational obligatory prayers and leadership formation. Based on the analysis, the implementation of congregational fardu prayers was categorized as medium with a percentage of 52.4% of students, the low category with a percentage of 24.4% of students, and the high category with a percentage of 23.2% of students. The formation of leadership shows that it is categorized as medium with a percentage of 59.8% of students, a low category with a percentage of 24.0%, and a high category with a percentage of 18.3%. Based on the analysis of the product correlation test, the moment shows a calculation of 0.895 > a table of 0.220 or a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 with the interpretation of the data classified as 0.81-0.99, which means that there is a very strong relationship between variable X and variable Y. The results achieved indicate that there is a significant influence on the higher the implementation of congregational fardu prayers, the higher the formation of student leadership. Abstrak Pelaksanaan dan pendidikan salat fardu berjamaah terhadap pembentukan kepemimpinan siswa merupakan aspek krusial dalam penanaman karakter. Penelitian ini muncul berdasarkan pemahaman kemanfaatan salat fardu berjamaah dan implementasinya terhadap pengembangan kepemimpinan di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini disusun untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan salat fardu berjamaah siswa, mengetahui sikap kepemimpinan siswa, dan mengidentifikasi adanya pengaruh salat fardu berjamaah terhadap pembentukan kepemimpinan siswa kelas VIII Di MTs Ibnu Taimiyah Bogor. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei asosiatif kausal. Adapun populasi terdiri dari 103 siswa dan sampel terdiri dari 82 siswa dengan pengambilan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian data deskriptif dan data inferensial dengan rumus korelasi pearson product moment, untuk mengetahui korelasi antara salat fardu berjamaah dan pembentukan kepemimpinan. Berdasarkan analisis bahwa pelaksanaan salat fardu berjamaah terkategori sedang dengan persentase 52,4% siswa, kategori rendah dengan persentase 24,4% siswa, dan kategori tinggi dengan persentase 23,2% siswa. Adapun pembentukan kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa terkategori sedang yaitu dengan persentase 59,8% siswa, kategori rendah dengan persentase 24,0%, dan kategori tinggi dengan persentase 18,3%. Berdasarkan analisis uji korelasi product momen menunjukkan rhitung 0,895 > rtabel 0,220 atau nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dengan interpretasi data tergolong pada angka 0,81-0,99 berarti adanya hubungan sangat kuat antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pada angka sebesar 80,10%. Hasil yang dicapai tersebut mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh signifikan semakin tinggi pelaksanaan salat fardu berjamaah maka semakin tinggi pembentukan kepemimpinan siswa.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of internalizing moral values ​​in the Malay literary work entitled Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik. As an old literary work, the text written in the Jawi script using the Betawi Malay language and became a guide for the development of character in the past, became the uniqueness and novelty of this literary work. The aim of this research is to portray the internalization of cultural values ​​and moral values in Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik. This study employed a perspective-based philological discourse analysis approach to obtaining a complete description of the texts written in Jawi script using Betawi Malay. The findings show that Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik contains moral values ​which are categorized into three parts, namely characters towards God who is the creator of the universe; second, manners to human beings; and third, manners to the environment. Hence, the duty of human being as a khalīfah fī al-ard (leader on earth) becomes harmonious and mercy to the universe. === Artikel ini membahas masalah internalisasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti dalam karya sastra melayu Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik. Sebagai karya sastra lama, teks manuskrip ini yang ditulis dengan aksara jawi dengan pemakaian bahasa Melayu Betawi ini menjadi pedoman pengembangan budi pekerti di masa lampau, ini kemudian yang menjadi keunikan tersendiri terhadap karya sastra ini. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai budaya dalam Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik dan mendeskripsikan internalisasi nilai-nilai budi pekerti dalam teks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis teks menggunakan perspektif filologi untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara utuh terhadap isi teks yang ditulis dengan aksara jawi dengan pemakaian bahasa Melayu Betawi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwasanya Hikayat Nakhoda Asyik mengandung nilai-nilai budi pekerti yang dikelompokkan menjadi tiga bagian yaitu budi pekerti kepada Tuhan yang maha pencipta sekalian alam; kedua, budi pekerti kepada sesama manusia; dan ketiga, budi pekerti kepada alam sekitar. Dengan demikian trias panca kehidupan manusia sebagai khalīfah fī al-ard (pemipin di muka bumi) menjadi harmonis dan menjadi rahmat bagi semesta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the habit of dhuha prayer on the formation of disciplined character of class X students at MAN 1 Bogor. This study uses a quantitative correlational research method. The population used in this study were all class X students at MAN 1 Bogor and took a sample of 65 students using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the habit of dhuha prayer contributed 33.1% to the formation of students' disciplined character. Meanwhile, the remaining 66.9% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of teachers' professional competence and principals' leadership on the performance of physical education teachers at State Junior High School, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency. The research method uses an explanatory survey approach with a population of 12 physical education teachers. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, and simple linear regressions with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that teachers' professional competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, the leadership of the principal also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, where the principal who effectively provides guidance, motivation, and creates a conducive work climate can increase the professionalism and work spirit of teachers. Simultaneously, the professional competence and leadership of the principal together made a significant contribution to improving the performance of physical education teachers.
