Abstract

After the UUPA came into effect, all land rights throughout Indonesia were subject to the land law regulated by the UUPA. In fact, in society there are still rights to land from customary law, so a conversion was carried out from the customary law atmosphere to UUPA. For legal certainty of land rights so that the Head of the National Land Agency issues a special policy regarding customary land registration procedures, the aim of this research is to analyze the certification process for customary land rights and analyze the legal protection of customary land after the certificate is mandatory. The type of research used is normative juridical regarding Law Number 5 of 1960 and Government Regulations in implementing the Conversion of Land Registration for Former Customary Ownership Rights to Land Rights Certificates using a statutory regulatory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of this research are With the enactment of the UUPA, then All land must be subject to the UUPA as the second legal unification regarding land. For customary land rights to become subject to the UUPA, conversion is carried out. For customary land which does not have written or unwritten evidence where the conversion is carried out by the Adjudication Registration Committee acting on behalf of the Head of the National Land Office, the process is carried out by affirmation of rights, while for customary land rights which do not have evidence it is carried out by a process of recognition of rights.

Abstract

Most of the residents in the RT run the Micro, Small and Medium Business Units (UMKM). Although some business actors have used information technology tools to support their business, they are only limited to posting products via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and WhatsApp. Residents do not understand how to sell and market products using information technology tools. In addition, product sales turnover tends to decline during the Covid-19 pandemic and large-scale social restrictions (PSBB), due to the lack of buyers. E-Commerce is an information system technology device that can be an alternative solution in an electronic-based sales system. With the use of E-Commerce technology, business actors can market their products online anywhere and anytime. Based on the above conditions, we conducted training to build a business using Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) technology for residents in the RT 03 RW 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat environment in order to foster an entrepreneurial spirit based on information technology (Technopreneur). The end result of this community service activity is that residents of RT 03 RW 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat gain knowledge and experience regarding the use of E-Commerce technology, and get assistance in building E-Commerce websites.

Abstract

This study explores the factors influencing customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after cyberattacks, using the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT) as the theoretical framework. A quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) is applied, analyzing data from 225 customers affected by service disruptions, ATM use, and Mobile Banking. The findings indicate that customer loyalty is significantly affected by service quality, religiosity, and customer trust. Furthermore, customer trust after a cyberattack is significantly influenced by service quality and religiosity. The Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangibles, Empathy, and Responsiveness (CARTER) model is used to measure service quality, emphasizing both technical and ethical aspects. The results highlight the importance of successful crisis management, clear communication, improved security, and compensating customers in retaining and potentially growing the customer base post-attack. This research underscores the significance of the CARTER model in evaluating service quality and the role of religiosity in fostering customer loyalty. The study emphasizes that Islamic banks should integrate technical and ethical aspects of service to minimize negative impacts and maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Despite its inherently high aqueous solubility, caffeine demonstrates inconsistent oral bioavailability due to formulation and processing-related limitations. This study aimed to improve the solubility and dissolution rate of caffeine by formulating solid dispersions using polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 (PVP K-30) via the solvent evaporation method. Solid dispersions were prepared at drug-to-polymer ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1, and characterized using hot-stage microscopy (HSM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) analysis. Solubility and dissolution testing were conducted in phosphate buffer (pH 6.8). The results showed that the 1:2 ratio formulation yielded the most significant improvement, with solubility reaching 22.3 mg/mL and a dissolution rate of 97.6% within 30 minutes, representing a substantial enhancement compared to pure caffeine. FTIR and DSC indicated the presence of hydrogen bonding and the absence of caffeine melting peak, while PXRD confirmed amorphization. These findings suggest that solid dispersion with PVP K-30 is a viable strategy for overcoming the bioavailability challenges of caffeine and similar compounds, warranting further investigation into in vivo performance and long-term stability.

Abstract

The floods that hit Aceh Tamiang Regency, Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province in November 2025 have seriously affected people's lives. Thousands of homes were submerged, access roads were cut off, infrastructure was damaged, and it's been hard to supply people's basic needs. This emergency situation requires a quick and coordinated response from various parties, including colleges and universities. This community service project aims to provide humanitarian assistance to flood victims through the distribution of basic food supplies, medicines, and other essential items. The partners in this community service project are the flood-affected communities in four locations (Buluh Butung Village, Purwodadi, Kota Lintang Bawah, and Landu) and the Aceh Tamiang Regional General Hospital. The method used is adapted from the principles of participatory action research, which includes team coordination, fundraising, procurement of aid, and distribution through direct delivery, assembly points, and door-to-door visits. The implementation team consisted of 42 people (7 lecturers, 5 students, and 30 volunteers) who successfully raised Rp 138,500,000. The activities were carried out on 5 and 8 November 2025 at five distribution points. The results of the community service programme show that 270 households (approximately 855 people) successfully received assistance in the form of 250 food packages, hundreds of bales of clothing, thousands of medicines and medical supplies, and other essential items. The community responded very positively with great enthusiasm, and the distribution ran smoothly. Feedback from beneficiaries indicated that the food parcels and medicines were highly effective in providing basic necessities, although there were still ongoing needs such as emergency tents, sleeping equipment, and water storage containers. This community service initiative demonstrated the importance of collaboration between colleges or universities, students, and volunteers in rapid disaster response, as well as the effectiveness of multi-location distribution adjusted to actual conditions on the ground.
