Abstract

For horticultural commodities in general, the role of marketing for red chili commodities makes an important contribution in improving the performance of red chili commodity farming as a whole considering the unique characteristics of horticultural commodities in general such as perishability, perishability, volumenious, production is seasonal while consumption occurs throughout the year. Red chili marketing from farmers to the consumer level, the interaction between marketing agencies becomes important in forming prices. Producing farmers still seem to face price fluctuations, especially during harvest, and it is traders who have more access to obtain higher prices. The purpose of this research is to analyze the price transmission pattern of red chili at the producer level, wholesalers and consumers as well as analyzing what factors influence the formation and movement of red chili prices at the level of red chili producers, wholesalers and consumers in Aceh Province. The results of the study, during 2017-2021 the transmission of red chili prices took place indirectly, meaning that there was a short-term asymmetry at the level of producers to wholesalers and wholesalers to producers. Abstract

Traditional markets are one of the cornerstones of life for people, especially small traders. However, the existence of traditional markets is currently decreasing due to several reasons, including the location of traditional markets close to modern markets, lack of infrastructure, safety and comfort of traditional markets, and so on. So this makes people slowly leave traditional markets and switch to modern markets. The aim of this study is to formulate strategies that are relevant to traditional market conditions in Kudus, Central Java and in accordance with sharia principles. The research method used is Analytic Network Processes (ANP). This study used 7 informants from academics, practitioners and regulators. The results of this study are that traditional market development strategies in the form of revitalization, infrastructure development and traditional market quality rank first as the most relevant strategies to use. This was followed by the next strategy, namely Locations that Support the Public Interest, followed by Increasing Trader Capacity and Skills, then Sharia-Based Government Policy and Improving the quality and Diversification of Halal and Tayyib Products.

Abstract

Luka bakar menjadi masalah lokal hingga global karena kasusnya terus mengalami peningkatan sehingga perlu dilakukan penanganan luka dengan baik untuk mencegah terjadinya kematian. Banyak studi pada hewan yang melaporkan manfaat pengobatan herbal dalam penyembuhan luka bakar, salah satunya adalah aloe vera. Studi systematic review ini bertujuan untuk melakukan tinjauan efek aloe vera terhadap penyembuhan luka bakar. Database yang digunakan yaitu Pubmed, Scopus, Ebsco, Science Direct, dan Proquest untuk mencari literatur yang relevan selama tahun 2015-2025 dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang telah disusun. Hasil penelusuran didapatkan total 841 literatur, yang hingga pada fase akhir seleksi didapatkan 3 literatur yang diputuskan untuk dilakukan review karena memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil studi ini didaptkan bahwa penggunaan aloe vera efektif dalam mempercepat penyembuhan luka bakar, mempersingkat lama rawat, serta dapat mengurangi rasa nyeri dan gatal pada luka.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) menimbulkan persoalan serius bagi Indonesia, serupa dengan negara lain di tingkat global. Pemerintah telah melaksanakan berbagai insiatif pencegahan, termasuk program edukasi agar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran pemahaman masyarakat. Penelitian ini menguji efektivitas metode edukasi menggunakan video berbahasa lokal dan leaflet untuk mengoptimalkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan keluarga dalam pencegahan TB. sebanyak 78 responden dipilih secara purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelompok intervensi menerima edukasi melalui video expaliner berbahasa lokal, sementara kelompok kontrol menggunakan leaflet. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memakai angket yang valid dan reliabel (r > 0,316). Analisis statistik menggunakan uji-t berpasangan dan independen dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan dan efektifitas antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode edukasi, baik video explainer maupun leaflet, terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan responden secara signifikan (p < 0,05). Namun, video explainer berbasa lokal menunjukkan keunggulan dibandingkan leaflet dalam memengaruhi sikap dan meningkatkan keterampilan keluarga dalam pencegahan TB. dapat disimpulkan bahwa video explainer berbahasa lokal lebih superior dalam meningkatkan perilaku keluarga terkait pencegahan TB. Oleh karena itu, integrasi media ini dalam program edukasi kesehatan di Puskesmas, terutama pada fase awal pengobatan dan kunjungan rumah, sangat dianjurkan.

Abstract

Today's technology is needed by everyone, even teachers are very dependent on the use of computer applications to support their work. The teacher's job in addition to providing material and explanations, the teacher must also provide questions as an evaluation of student learning after each day after giving an explanation of the material. The purpose of implementing this Community Service is a mandatory activity for lecturers in the Tri Dharma of higher education and the results can help the community. The implementation method is in the form of training and direct practice to the participants. The results of Community Service are in the form of introducing and teaching the use of applications that can help teachers make it easier and faster to make questions in the desired format or form, where the ExamView application is the solution. Easy use and many choices of customizable question formats make this application the choice of educators in making questions faster and can be directly synchronized with the school's Learning Management System. The conclusion of this training was very good, as evidenced by the response of the school and participants, very grateful for the implementation of the training from this community service activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of understanding the teaching of lawan sastra ngesti mulya and hedonic motivation on the use of shopee paylater “buy now pay later”. The population of this study consisted of students studying in the Special Region Of Yogyakarta. A total of 104 respondents were given questionnaires as part of the quantitative method of this study, which also used snowball sampling techniques to obtain data. According to the research findings, the hedonic motivation variable has a positive effect on the use of shopee paylater, although understanding the teachings of lawan sastra ngesti mulya has no effect on the use of shopee paylater “buy now pay later”.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the intention of Muslims to donate their digital intellectual property rights as part of productive waqf assets using the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) model. The research employs Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and utilizes purposive sampling with primary data collected from a questionnaire distributed to selected respondents in 2022. The findings reveal that attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control significantly and positively influence the intention to donate digital intellectual property for productive waqf. Among these, attitude toward behavior emerges as the most dominant factor. This indicates the potential for digital intellectual property to be a viable waqf asset, offering new opportunities for waqf institutions in Indonesia. The study is limited to Muslim individuals in the Jakarta area, focusing on copyright as a transferrable digital asset under Indonesian waqf and copyright laws. This research contributes to Islamic economics and waqf management by applying TPB in a digital context and providing practical insights for developing digital-based waqf programs.

Abstract

Effective management, thinking about the importance of human resources. Employee performance is an essential factor influencing success. In an organization, this is one of the most critical functions of a company. This study aims to determine the variables that affect employee performance and develop a theoretical basis and research model. This study used an associative descriptive quantitative method with a population of 56 respondents drawn into a sample using non-probability sampling, using the saturated sampling / total sampling method. Data analysis techniques using linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study show that the first hypothesis states that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. The second hypothesis states that work discipline significantly affects employee performance. The third hypothesis is that employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline, which can simultaneously improve employee performance. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the literature in this context, certainly in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada saat ini, kesadaran tentang pentingnya penggunaan deterjen cair pakaian semakin meningkat. Kandungan surfaktan yang terkandung dalam detergen dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi makhluk hidup dan lingkungan karena limbah yang tidak terurai dengan baik oleh mikroorganisme akan menjadi suatu permasalahan bagi lingkungan. Workshop ini bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan keterampilan kepada warga dalam memproduksi deterjen cair yang ramah lingkungan dan hemat biaya. Materi penyuluhan disampaikan dalam bentuk ceramah dan tanya jawab, dengan diharapkan peserta dapat memahami manfaat deterjen untuk kebersihan pakaian keluarga, mengenai deterjen pakaian yang ramah lingkungan, dan mampu melakukan sosialisasi serta mempraktekkan pembuatan deterjen pakaian sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan statistik, terdapat peningkatan rata-rata nilai skor kuesioner peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan dalam pembuatan deterjen cair pakaian. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji T berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata skor kuesioner peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. kegiatan workshop ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang baik bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar desa, seperti mengurangi biaya pengeluaran keluarga dan memberikan peluang berwirausaha penjualan deterjen cair pakaian. Kata Kunci: Deterjen, Ekonomis, Workshop, Ramah Lingkungan, Parigi  ABSTRACT At this time, awareness about the importance of using liquid laundry detergent is increasing. Because waste that does not properly decompose by microorganisms will become a problem for the environment, the surfactant content in detergents may have a negative effect on living things and the environment. This workshop aims to provide education and skills to residents in producing environmentally friendly and cost-effective liquid detergent. The education material is delivered in the form of lectures and questions and answers, with the hope that participants will be able to understand the benefits of detergent for cleaning family clothes, learn about environmentally friendly laundry detergent, and be able to socialize and practice making their own laundry detergent. Based on the results of statistical processing, there was an increase in the average score of participants' questionnaires after taking part in training in making liquid laundry detergent. The results of statistical tests using the paired T test showed that there was a significant average difference between the average scores of participant questionnaires before and after training. This workshop activity can provide good benefits for the community and environment around the village, such as reducing family expenses and providing entrepreneurial opportunities for selling liquid laundry detergent. Keywords: Detergent, Economical, Workshop, Environmentally Friendly, Parigi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masyarakat daerah Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya mata pencaharian utamanya adalah sebagai petani, sehingga tanaman tumbuh baik disana, pemanfaatan tanaman ini dapat dibuat untuk bahan baku jamu sehingga dapat memberdayakan dan mendorong masyarakat dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan tradisional. Memberdayakan masyarakat dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengolah tanaman obat menjadi produk jamu yang bermanfaat bagi Kesehatan selain itu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya memilih jamu yang aman dan memiliki izin edar dari BPOM serta mengembangkan potensi ekonomi lokal melalui usaha home industry berbasis produk jamu. Total peserta yang termasuk dalam kriteria inkulusi dalam kegiatan ini adalah 110 orang, penyuluhan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode presentasi dengan media spanduk, stiker, dan power point, selain itu dilakukan pretest dan post-test. Rata-rata pretest sebesar 58,41 dan post-test sebesar 92,95, berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik nilai pretest dengan post-test memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0,05). Program penyuluhan pemanfaatan Bahan Baku Obat Tradisional dalam pembuatan sediaan jamu dan cerdas memilih obat tradisional di Kampung Parunggolong desa Lengkong Barang kecamatan Cikatomas Kabupaten Tasikmalaya mendapatkan respon yang positif dari masyarakat setempat. Kata Kunci: Obat Tradisional, Jamu, Cikatomas  ABSTRACT The people of the Cikatomas area in Tasikmalaya Regency primarily earn their livelihood as farmers. The plants grown there are well-suited for use as raw materials in herbal medicines. Utilizing these plants can empower and encourage the community in their efforts to develop traditional health practices. Empowering the community with knowledge and skills to process medicinal plants into beneficial herbal products not only increases public awareness about the importance of selecting herbal medicines that are safe and approved by BPOM but also helps develop local economic potential through home-based businesses centered around herbal medicine products. A total of 110 participants met the inclusion criteria for this activity. The counseling was conducted using presentations with banners, stickers, and PowerPoint. Additionally, a pretest and post-test were administered. The pretest average score was 58.41, while the post-test average was 92.95. Based on statistical testing, there is a significant difference between the pretest and post-test scores (p < 0.05). The outreach program focused on the use of traditional medicinal raw materials for making herbal medicine preparations and smart selection of traditional medicines in Parunggolong Village, Lengkong Barang Village, Cikatomas District, Tasikmalaya Regency, was well-received by the local community. Keywords: Traditional Medicine, Jammu, Cikatomas
