Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze and to know the influence of AdaptivePresentation, Perception of Effectiveness, Level of Education and AccountingInformation System simultaneously and participatively to the interest of participating inSmart Manner program.Method of completion of data using questionnaire which measured by likertscale. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of individual morality andinformation asymmetry on the tendency of fraud accounting at the Organization ofthe Regional City of Malang. This type of research is quantitative research.Criteria of respondents used in this study are employees who work on thefinancial sector at the Organization of Regional Devices. The sample used was 50respondents. The number of population in this research is 19 Department which ishead of finance department and finance officer at Organization of Local Area ofMalang City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with thenumber of respondents is 50 people. The results of this study indicate that (1)individual morality has a significant negative effect on the fraud of accounting (2)information asymmetry has a significant positive effect on accounting fraudtendencies, (3) individual morality and information asymmetry have a significanteffect on trends fraud (fraud) accounting.Keywords: apparatus morality, information asymmetry and fraudulent accountingtendencies.

Abstract

BSTRACTThis study aims to determine the influence of the Board of Commissionerson the Environmental Disclosure of Manufacturing Companies Listing on theStock Exchange in 2015-2017. The data used in this study is secondary data, thepopulation of this study were 150 manufacturing companies listing on the StockExchange in 2015-2017 and the total sample of 39 companies through purposivesampling method. The results of this study indicate that partially the size of theboard of commissioners, the proportion of independent board of commissionersand the number of board of commissioners meetings have no effect onenvironmental disclosure, while the educational background of the board ofdirectors affects environmental disclosure.Keywords: Board of Commissioners Size, Proportion of Independent Board ofCommissioners, Board of Commissioners' Educational Background,Number of Board of Commissioners Meetings and EnvironmentalDisclosure

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to determine the differences in companyperformance and company value before and after the implementation of employeestock option plan (ESOP) in companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for theperiod 2015-2017. This type of research is an event study. The population in thisstudy were all companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange, the sampletechnique used was purposive sampling. Based on the specified criteria, the sampleobtained in this study amounted to 6 companies. The data analysis method used inthis study was a non-parametric test, the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The conclusionof this study shows that (1) there is no difference in company performance asmeasured by abnormal returns before and after the application of the employee stockoption plan. (2) there are differences in company values measured by PBV before andafter the application of the employee stock option plan.Keywords: employee stock option plan, company performance (abnormal return),company value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Good Corporate Governance Mechanisms, Brand Name Audit and Company Size on Accounting Conservatism in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Based on the number of calculations obtained 49 companies selected to be sampled. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis show Managerial Ownership, the Proportion of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Brand Name Audit and Company Size simultaneously have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism. Partial test results show Managerial Ownership, Proportion of Independent Commissioners and Institutional Ownership does not have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism. Partial test results show that Brand Name Audit and Company Size have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism.Keywords : Good Corporate Governance Mechanism, Brand Name Audit,  Company Size, Accounting Conservatism.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to study the Effect of Firm Size, Leverage, Profitability, and Internal Control System on Audit Delay in listed coal mining sub sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2018. To analyze data using explanatory resource techniques using a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the coal mining sub sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period of 2016 to 2018, amounting to 27 companies. The sampling method using purposive sampling techniques and obtained 11 companies. The data analyze method of this study uses a linier multiple regression model. This study shows the result that Firm Size and Internal Control System do not affect the Audit Delay, while Leverage and Profitability affect the Audit Delay. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Capital, Earnings Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio on Dividend Payment Ratios on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2018 period, using sampling techniques targeted at companies produced in 2015-2018 and using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the cash ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, return on equity, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio has no effect on the Dividend Payment Ratio. Partial Test (t test) is used to find out whether it has an effect or not. The test criteria state if the probability is <level of significance (α), while the test criteria state that the cash ratio does not affect the dividend payout ratio, the current ratio does not affect the dividend payout ratio, the total balance sheet has no effect on the payment ratio, studies that equity returns do not affect dividend payout ratios, write-off per share does not affect dividend payout ratios, debt to equity ratios do not affect dividend payout ratios. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of gender and ability on the company's interest in the processing of recruiting accountants. It is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert Scale. The population in this study is the HRD of companies operating in the City / Regency of Pasuruan. Sampling with the help of Bank employees who receive cash deposits from customers / companies every day with the result that there are as many as 30 respondents. The method of determining the sample is purposive sampling. This data analysis technique uses SPSS 18.0 for windows. The results of the research show: 1) Gender and Academic Ability variables have a simultaneous effect on the Company's interest in Accountant Recruitment, 2) According to the T-Test, Gender Variable has "no effect" partially on the Company's interest in Accountant Recruitment, 3) According to the T-Test, the Academic Ability Variable has a partial effect on the Company's interest in Accountant Recruitment.Keywords: Gender, Academic Ability, Recruitment, Accountants

Abstract

Financial statement integrity is the ability to present financial reports that show the actual condition of the company without being hidden. Its high-integrity financial statements can be utilized as a decision-making tool and can increase the trust of interested parties. This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), profitability, company performance, and audit quality on the integrity of financial statements. The research data used came from manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2016-2018, sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling method obtained by 26 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the independent variables, corporate social responsibility (CSR), profitability, company performance, and audit quality affect the integrity of financial statements, while partially only profitability variable does not affect the integrity of financial statements.  Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability, Company Performance, Audit Quality and Integrity of Financial Statements.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the differences in Stock Split Effect on StockPrices and Stock Trading Volume. The data used in this study are secondary data,the study population is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange whilethe research sample taken from a company that conducts a stock split. Thesampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling method. The resultsobtained using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for the stock price before (0.012 50.05) and after Stock Split (0.016 ≤ 005) for trading volume of shares 0.001 ≤0.05, and the test of this study using Wilcoxon Test Signed Ranks Test for stockprices 0.041 5 0.05 and stock trading volume 0.049 5 0.05. The results of thisstudy indicate that there are differences in stock prices and trading volume beforeand after the stock split.Keywords: Stock Split, Price, Volume
