Abstract

The mindfulness approach can be an option used by teachers to develop students' potential. This study aims to1) describe the application of the mindfulness approach in the learning of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang, 2) describe the learning readiness of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang, 3) describe the analysis of the mindfulness approach in terms of the learning readiness of class V students at SDN 15 Singkawang. The type of research used is case study research and qualitative research design. The research was conducted at SDN 15 Singkawang. The research subjects were 23 class V students. Research data was taken using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then the data is analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. From the research results it was found that: 1) The mindfulness approach taken by teachers to students is very varied and this provides a positive response from students, such as several rules and activities that students carry out every time they come to school or enter class to start learning; 2) Students' learning readiness as seen from the four indicators shows that students are ready to learn. These four indicators show that the mental readiness of students who feel happy, the situational readiness of students who understand that the classroom atmosphere is comfortable for learning, the readiness of their goals when they come to school, and the physical readiness of students who are healthy and ready to focus on learning; 3) Overall, the mindfulness approach in terms of students' learning readiness shows that children are ready to learn with feelings of joy and healthy physical condition, a comfortable learning atmosphere and high learning goals.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) memiliki potensi besar untuk berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia. Sebagai bank syariah terbesar di negara ini, BSI dapat memperluas inklusi keuangan dengan menyediakan layanan perbankan syariah kepada masyarakat yang belum terjangkau oleh bank konvensional, sehingga membantu mengurangi kesenjangan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. BSI juga dapat mendukung pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan fenomena saat ini atau sebelumnya. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah data yang bersumber dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, website (google scholar) dan juga buku-buku rujukan (buku elektronik). Bank yang tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk bersaing dalam mempertahankan kinerjanya akan secara bertahap terpinggirkan dari industri dan pada akhirnya bisa mengalami kebangkrutan, hal ini juga berlaku untuk perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Manajemen resiko merupakan tindakan pengendalian atau pengaturan resiko, adanya manajemen resiko bisa menetralisir terjadinya resiko, manajemen resiko bisa mengantipasi terjadinya resiko dalam satu tindakan dan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan bagian ini sangat penting di telusuri karena menyangkut dengan tranparansi dan tanggung jawab pada masyarakat pada objek yang dikelola melalui harta wakaf. Rumusalah masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengimplementasian manajemen resiko dalam mengelola harta wakaf dan apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi pengelola dalam mengimplementasikan manajemen resiko tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen resiko dan untuk mengetahui tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengimplementasian manajemen resiko. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif, dengan metode pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara dan metode dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui teknik analisis data dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen resiko yaitu implementasi rapat dan analisis, implementasi metode manajemen resiko, implementasi observasi resiko, implementasi metode sosialisasi, implementasi penilaian resiko, implementasi pengendalian resiko. Penelitian ini juga menemukan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengimplementasian manajemen resiko yaitu, tantangan internal dan eksternal, tantangan pengelolaan keuangan, tantangan kelompok luar atau premanisme, hasil-hasil yang didapatkan sudah terjabarkan dalam karya tulis ilmiah ini.

Abstract

Visual and speech impairment is a condition in which an individual is unable to communicate with family or society due to the inability to see and speak. The objective of this study is to develop a Braille-Mobile device that assists individuals with visual and speech disabilities in communicating remotely with family members or society using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. In this study, the method used to generate messages from the Braille-Mobile device is based on the combination of six buttons pressed on the device, which are translated into letters using the Braille code concept. The messages are then transmitted via the Blynk IoT platform from the Braille-Mobile device to the mobile devices of family members or society through the Internet network. The results of this study show that the developed Braille-Mobile device can be used to send messages in the form of the words HELP, EAT, DRINK, and DRUG to family smartphones using IoT technology with a success rate of up to 76.25% and a message transmission time ranging from 4 to 8 seconds. Furthermore, the Braille-Mobile device is also capable of receiving confirmation from family smartphones in the form of voice responses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) in ensuring compliance with sharia principles and to assess the effectiveness of its implementation at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The research employs a qualitative method using a library research approach, with BSI as the primary object of study. Data were collected through Google Scholar to obtain various relevant journals and scientific literature that contribute to building a conceptual foundation regarding the functions and effectiveness of the DPS. In addition, this study also utilizes secondary data in the form of BSI’s 2024 Annual Report, which was published on the official BSI website. The findings indicate that the DPS plays a highly strategic role in maintaining and ensuring sharia compliance within BSI. This role is not limited to supervisory functions but also includes providing guidance, advice, evaluations, and considerations in decision-making processes and the development of sharia-compliant banking products. Another significant finding is the existence of multiple positions held by DPS members; however, the number of positions does not exceed the maximum limit of four Islamic financial institutions, thus remaining in accordance with applicable regulations. This indicates that DPS members have performed their duties professionally while adhering to established rules. Nevertheless, this study recommends that DPS members who also serve in other Islamic financial institutions continue to enhance the quality of their supervision and the effectiveness of their performance in order to further strengthen the overall implementation of sharia principles.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the mudharabah contract in savings products at BPRS HIK Parahyangan for the 2021–2023 period, focusing on the suitability of contract practices with sharia principles, compliance with OJK regulations, and identification of opportunities and challenges in its implementation. The research data consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with management and customers, while secondary data were sourced from the bank's annual report and financial statements, internal documents, DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 02/2000, and POJK No. 19/2014. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis, comparative descriptive analysis, and data triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that mudharabah savings are run in accordance with sharia principles and OJK regulations, although still facing obstacles in ratio transparency, income fluctuations, and customer financial literacy. Overall, the mudharabah contract has the potential to be a strategic instrument for BPRS in supporting the development of MSMEs through sharia finance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of the ijarah contract at PT. Adira Finance Tbk and assess its compliance with the provisions of DSN–MUI fatwas. The research employs a qualitative approach using the content analysis method to interpret information obtained from official corporate documents. The data used in this study are secondary data, with the main data source being the 2023 Financial Report of PT. Adira Finance Tbk. The initial assumPT.ion suggested that the Sharia unit of Adira Finance implemented a standard ijarah contract; however, the analysis reveals that the contract actually applied is Ijarah Muntahiyah Bi Tamlik (IMBT), a derivative of ijarah that concludes with the transfer of asset ownership. The application of IMBT is reflected through asset recognition, amortization mechanisms, and ujrah revenue recognition in accordance with DSN–MUI Fatwa No. 27/2002 and PSAK 107 on Ijarah Accounting. These findings indicate that Adira Finance Syariah has consistently implemented the developed form of the ijarah principle in compliance with both sharia regulations and modern accounting standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam bagaimana implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi literasi dan numerasi peserta didik. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus pada beberapa sekolah pelaksana Kurikulum Merdeka di Kalimantan Timur. Data diperoleh melalui observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, serta analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan ruang lebih luas bagi guru untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, mengoptimalkan projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, dan merancang alur pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan siswa. Implementasi tersebut terbukti mendorong peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman, berpikir kritis, serta pemecahan masalah matematis. Meski demikian, penelitian juga menemukan beberapa tantangan, khususnya terkait kesiapan guru dalam mengadaptasi paradigma baru, keterbatasan sarana penunjang, dan kebutuhan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki potensi signifikan untuk memperkuat literasi dan numerasi apabila ditopang pelatihan yang memadai dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of understanding the concept of puberty and psychological readiness on readiness to face puberty in students. The research method used is mixed methods using the embedded design model where in this model quantitative research methods are used as primary methods and qualitative research methods are used as secondary methods. Primary data collection with a quantitative approach using the Survey research method, while secondary data collection with a qualitative approach using interview techniques. The population in this study were all students of MTs Negeri 2 Tolitoli, and samples were taken as many as 90 respondents using the quota sampling technique. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that understanding the concept of akil balig (X1) and psychological readiness (X2) have a significant effect on readiness to face puberty (Y). The Adjusted R Square value of 0.509 shows that both independent variables are simultaneously able to explain 50.9% of the variation in students’ readiness to face puberty. Partially, understanding the concept of Akil balig has a greater influence (β = 0.596, sig. = 0.000) than psychological readiness (β = 0.250, sig. = 0.007). Qualitative findings from interviews support these results, showing that readiness to face puberty is a combination of religious understanding and emotional stability.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the contribution of Maqasid al-Shariah to sustainable economic development from the perspective of contemporary Islamic economics. Maqasid al-Shariah, which encompasses the protection of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property, serves as a fundamental normative framework in designing an economic system that is not only materially just but also fulfills the spiritual and social needs of society. Using a qualitative approach based on library research, this article examines classical and contemporary literature to explain how the principles of Maqasid al-Shariah are implemented in Islamic financial sectors, wealth distribution, halal financial product innovation, and economic policies grounded in social justice. The analysis reveals that the application of Maqasid al-Shariah can provide strategic direction in establishing an inclusive, just, and sustainable Islamic economic system. This article also highlights implementation challenges, including the need for Shariah-compliant regulations that are adaptable to technological advancements and the complexities of global markets. Therefore, Maqasid al-Shariah is not only theoretically relevant but also carries significant practical implications for promoting public welfare and prosperity within the context of the modern economy.
