Abstract

Kemajuan pesat teknologi Game Edukasi Digital (DEG) berimbas pada meningkatnya kebutuhan evaluasi terhadap game edukasi yang lebih reliabel (dapat diandalkan). Model evaluasi MEEGA+ saat ini masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal aspek control dan feedback yang memiliki dampak pada nilai hasil evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi instrumen kuesioner MEEGA+ yang berbasis pada pendekatan statistik, termasuk Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) dan Cronbach’s Alpha, untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan validitas evaluasi DEG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Instrumen dikembangkan berdasarkan model MEEGA+ yang dimodifikasi, kemudian diuji melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada responden. Studi kasus dilakukan pada game edukasi Minecraft dan Duolingo melalui survei secara daring dengan melibatkan 1.200 siswa SMA yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk mengidentifikasi struktur faktor, dan dilanjutkan dengan pengujian reliabilitas menggunakan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha pada berbagai variasi jumlah butir pertanyaan. Analisis dilakukan melalui variasi kombinasi pertanyaan (sebanyak 1, 2, dan 3 butir). Hasil penelitian kemudian menunjukkan bahwa kuesioner dengan hanya 2 butir pertanyaan (a dan b) ternyata menghasilkan reliabilitas tertinggi dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,903 untuk game edukasi Minecraft dan 0,913 untuk game edukasi bahasa Duolingo. Hasil ini tentu saja melampaui nilai Cronbach’s Alpha model MEEGA+ saat ini yaitu hanya sebesar 0,866. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan instrument alat evaluasi MEEGA+, sekaligus juga mencerminkan kebaruan dalam pendekatan yang digunakan. Instrumen temuan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi alat evaluasi yang lebih relevan dan signifikan untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas DEG dalam pendidikan modern saat ini dan kedepannya nanti.   Abstract The rapid advancement of Digital Educational Game (DEG) technology has resulted in the increasing need for more reliable evaluation of educational games. The current MEEGA+ evaluation model still has limitations regarding control and feedback aspects that impact the evaluation result value. This study aims to develop and validate the MEEGA+ questionnaire instrument based on a statistical approach, including Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Cronbach's Alpha, to improve the reliability and validity of the DEG evaluation. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The instrument was developed based on the modified MEEGA+ model, then tested through the distribution of online questionnaires to respondents. The case study was conducted on Minecraft and Duolingo educational games through an online survey involving 1,200 high school students spread throughout Indonesia. The collected data was analyzed using the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) technique to identify the factor structure and continued with reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha values ​​on various variations in the number of questions. The analysis was done through various question combinations (as many as 1, 2, and 3 items). The study results then showed that the questionnaire with only two questions (a and b) produced the highest reliability with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.903 for the Minecraft educational game and 0.913 for the Duolingo language educational game. These results certainly exceed the Cronbach's Alpha value of the current MEEGA+ model, which is only 0.866. These findings contribute to developing the MEEGA+ evaluation tool instrument while also reflecting the novelty of the approach used. It is anticipated that the results of this instrument will be a more pertinent and important assessment tool to help raise the standard of DEG in contemporary education both now and in the future.

Abstract

The Aikmel Utara Public Health Center in Lombok Timur Regency began operating in mid-2019, but has never utilized patient data to obtain information as a basis for decision-making efforts to improve quality of health services and consequently enhance patient satisfaction. The target respondents patient satisfaction survey at the Public Health Center are visitors, the majority of whom are outpatient visitors. The purpose of this research is to group outpatient patients based on variables such as gender, age, participation status in the BPJS health insurance program and patient address, as well as diagnosis of the patient's disease using the k-means clustering algorithm method with the assistance of the RapidMiner application. Patient data totaling 1889 were grouped into 2 clusters, 3 clusters, 4 clusters, and 5 clusters, and evaluated using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The research results show that the number of clusters formed is 2, with cluster 1 consisting of 1570 data and cluster 2 consisting of 319 data. Cluster 1 is dominated by female patients (1074 or 68.4%), BPJS participants (819 or 52.2%), with the most common age group being adults (883 or 56.2%), and most of them are from Toya village (488 or 31.1%), with the most common diagnosis being acute respiratory infections (J06) (223 or 14.2%). Meanwhile, cluster 2 is dominated by female patients (205 or 64.3%), BPJS participants (202 or 63.3%), with the most common age group being adults (191 or 59.9%), and most of them are from Toya village (108 or 33.9%), with the most common diagnosis being pregnancy examinations (Z34) (29 or 9.1%). From these cluster results, it is obtained that the majority of outpatient visitors at the Aikmel Utara Public Health Center are from Toya village and are dominated by the adult age group and BPJS health insurance participants, with the most common disease being acute respiratory infections. It is hoped that this information can assist the Public Health Center in making decisions or policies related to health programs in its working area

Abstract

Distributed Denial of Service or better known as DDoS is an attempted attack from several computer systems that target a server so that the amount of traffic becomes too high so that the server cannot handle the request. DDoS is usually done by using several computer systems that are used as sources of attacks. So they attack one server through several computers so that the amount of traffic can also be higher. A DDoS attack is like a traffic jam that prevents a driver from reaching their desired destination on time. According to data, 33% of businesses in the world have fallen victim to DDoS attacks. DDoS is hard to trace. Some types of DDoS attacks can be very powerful and even reach speeds of 1.35 Tbps. Additionally, DDoS attacks can cause losses of $ 40,000 per hour if they occur. ZigBee is a standard from IEEE 802.15.4 for data communication on personal consumer devices as well as for business scale. ZigBee is designed with low power consumption and works for low level personal networks. ZigBee devices are commonly used to control another device or as a wireless sensor. ZigBee has a feature which is able to manage its own network, or manage data exchange on the network [1]. Another advantage of ZigBee is that it requires low power, so it can be used as a wireless control device which only needs to be installed once, because only one battery can make ZigBee last up to a year. In addition, ZigBee also has a "mesh" network topology so that it can form a wider network and more reliable data. In the previous research of Muhammad Aziz, Rusydi Umar, Faizin Ridho (2019) based on the results of the analysis carried out that the attack information that has been detected by the IDS based on signatures needs to be reviewed for accuracy using classification with statistical calculations. Based on the analysis and testing carried out with the artificial neural network method, it was found that the accuracy was 95.2381%. The neural network method can be applied in the field of network forensics in determining accurate results and helping to strengthen evidence at trial. The Naïve Bayes model performed relatively poor overall and produced the lowest accuracy score of this study (45%) when trained with the CICDDoS2019 dataset [47]. For the same model, precision was 66% and recall was 54%, meaning that almost half the time, the model misses to identify threats.

Abstract

Seleksi di Amikom masih mengalami kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan, banyaknya data menyebabkan pengambil keputusan membutuhkan tools yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa, salah satu metode yang sering digunakan adalah artificial neural network (ANN). Metode ini meniru jaringan pemodelan saraf otak manusia berupa neuron-neuron untuk menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Salah satu penerapan neural network adalah untuk melakukan prediksi atau peramalan terhadap suatu peristiwa tertentu serta dianggap mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang komplek seperti penalaran otak manusia. Untuk menyelesaiakn masalah yang komplek neural network memerlukan banyak neuron atau yang biasa disebut layer (lapis). Salah satu metode neural network multi lapis adalah backpropagation yang mampu mengoptimalisasi bobot pada neuron dan menyelesaikan masalah yang komplek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah perancangan sistem prediksi dengan menggunakan metode neural network backpropagation untuk melakukan peramalan terhadap mahasiswa yang mendaftar beasiswa. hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah nilai akurasi sebesar 90% dan nilai error terkecil sebesar 0,000101 pada epoch ke 329 dengan jumlah 3000 data dengan pembagian data training 2.250 dan 750 data testing serta konfigurasi learning rate sebesar 0,2 dan momentum 0,2. Kata kunci: Artificial Neural netwok, Backpropagarion, Prediksi, beasiswa, Pengambilan Keputusan. AbstractSelection in Amikom is still constrained in the decision-making process, the number of data causing decision makers need tools that can assist in determining scholarship recipients, one of the most commonly used method is artificial neural network (ANN). This method mimics the neural network modeling of the human brain in the form of neurons to solve a problem. One application of neural network is to make predictions or forecasting of a particular event and is considered capable of solving complex problems such as human brain reasoning. To solve the problem the complex neural network requires many neurons or so-called layers. One method of multi layer neural network is backpropagation that is able to optimize the weight of neurons and solve complex problems. The result of this research is a prediction system design using neural network backpropagation method to forecast the students who apply for scholarship. the final result of this research is the accuracy value of 90% and the smallest error value of 0.000101 on epoch to 329 with the amount of 3000 data with sharing training 2,250 and 750 data testing and learning rate configuration of 0.2 and momentum 0.2.Keywords: Artificial Neural Netwok, Backpropagarion, Prediction, Scholarship, Decision Making.

Abstract

Deep learning merupakan bagian dari machine learning yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengenali pola gambar, suara, teks dan data lainnya yang kompleks sehingga dapat menghasilkan prediksi yang akurat. Salah satu kemampuan deep learning adalah klasifikasi citra pada objek. CNN adalah salah satu metode dalam machine learning yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan citra objek. Algoritma Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) adalah bagian dari deep learning network yaitu jenis jaringan saraf tiruan yang saat ini banyak digunakan untuk pengenalan suatu citra. Dalam penelitian ini, algoritma yang digunakan adalah CNN karena akurasinya yang cukup baik. Citra objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kucing yang terdiri dari berbagai macam jenis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasikan citra kucing sesuai dengan jenisnya. Abstract

Tanaman kopi adalah komoditas ekpor terbesar dalam peningkatan ekonomi negara berkembang. Kopi memiliki peran penting dalam budaya Indonesia, dengan sejarah panjang dan berbagai citra rasa yang kaya. Ada dua jenis utama kopi di Indonesia: Arabika dan Robusta. Kematangan dan pengolahan biji kopi menjadi salah satu pengaruh citra rasa kopi. Untuk menghasilkan biji kopi berkualitas tinggi, proses pemanenan biji kopi yang tepat pada tingkat kematangan yang ideal sangat penting. MobileNet adalah arsitektur jaringan saraf tiruan CNN yang menggunakan konvolusi yang dipisahkan secara kedalaman (depthwise separable convolutions), untuk membuat jaringan yang ringan yang memungkinkan penggunaan sumber daya komputasi yang efektif. Penelitian ini akan memanfaatkan keunggulan arsitektur InceptionResNetV2 dan MobileNetV2 untuk mengatasi masalah yang rumit dengan klasifikasi gambar. Ini juga akan memanfaatkan kemampuan arsitektur MobileNet dan InceptionResNet untuk melakukan transfer learning dari dataset yang lebih besar, seperti ImageNet. Perbandingan dari 2 model yang digunakan hasil performa akurasi yang paling tinggi model MobileNetV2 yang sebesar ± 99%, diikuti InceptionResNetV2 = 90%.

Abstract

The employee who has bad performance in working can influence the other employee to disturb many jobs. The purpose of this research is creating prediction system which it makes easier for HRD to select prospective employees who have appropriate personality based on the position, by utilizing the C4.5 algorithm known to be the personality of employees of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Transportation Office with a level of accuracy in the implementation of the C.45 algorithm. Testing using the confusion matrix, obtained a system accuracy of 79.167%.

Abstract

The South Tangerang City Government launched a digital financial service called TangselPay. This payment instrument will function as a means of paying levies and other transactions paid by taxpayers, TangselPay is basically a service from the South Tangerang City Government which is accessed via cellular phones (cell phones/smartphones) with the main aim of providing convenience to taxpayers in making levy payments. . . , so that taxpayers do not need to pay cash to the officer. This study aims to determine what factors influence people's interest in using TangselPay services in South Tangerang. The research model used is a modified model of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). Data collection using purposive sampling method with the number of respondents in this study as many as 116 people in our market Pamulang. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.3.3 software. The results of the analysis illustrate that the variables of Performance Expectations (PE) and Facilitation Condition (FC) have a positive effect on Use behavior and interest in use have a positive effect on usage behavior. While the variables of business expectations, social influence and hedonic motivation do not have a direct effect.

Abstract

Infrastructure Section, Information and Communication Technology Development Division, South Tangerang City Communication and Information Office, one of the main tasks and functions is to provide services and management of internet network infrastructure for all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in South Tangerang City. The implementation of the Infrastructure Section is constrained by the problem of employee competence that has not reached the standard in internet network management and service, from these problems the researcher intends to evaluate governance using the COBIT 5 framework and ISO/IEC 38500 with recommendations for improvement in the Infrastructure Section. This study uses PAM (Process Assessment Model) with the Guttman scale to determine the results and level of capability. The use of COBIT 5 in this research will focus on the domain of EDM (Evaluate Direct Monitor) point 04, Ensure Resource Management and MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assessment) point 01, Performance and Conformance. The results and the level of capability obtained during the research were level 2 Managed Process with a value of 2.46 with a gap of 0.54. The level expected by the Infrastructure Section is at level 3 Established Process with a value of 3.00. Recommendations for achieving Level 3 are used ISO/IEC 38500.

Abstract

The promotion is an annual agenda for STIMIK Tunas Bangsa Banjarnegara. The aim of this promotional activity is to attract more new students every year. On the other hand, campus promotion encounters obstacles in mapping applicant data from previous years so that considerations for new promotion policies are based on data from the school of origin of alumni or students. By using the K-Means Clustering algorithm, applicant data can be grouped according to the background represented through the school origin attribute. , parents' occupation and place of origin. Then the data is processed using DSS with the TOPSIS method to obtain priority references for marketing types for each cluster. The results of calculating the silhouette coefficient value for the five clusters obtained a score of 0.426. Meanwhile, in the ranking process using the TOPSIS method, the first rank was found in cluster 0 with a score of 0.994110. Further stages use the Decision Tree method to obtain output in the form of recommendations for promotion types for each cluster. For example, cluster 0 is recommended to use promotion types with codes P1, P2, P3, P8 and P9.
