Abstract

Sebagai salah satu organisasi yang berperan dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan kapasitas pemuda, Karang Taruna menjadi sebuah organisasi penting yang memiliki peranan krusial dalam proses pembangunan desa. Karang taruna menjadi fasilitator yang turut berperan aktif dalam pengembangan kompetensi pemuda desa. Peningkatan kapasitas anggota Karang Taruna dalam mengelola pengorganisasian menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. Tim pengabdian mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen organisasi kepemudaan di Desa Banding Anyar Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir dengan tujuan untuk mendorong produktivitas organisasi karang taruna melalui peningkatan keterampilan manajerial organisasi. Metode yang interaktif dengan pemberian materi, forum diskusi dan pelatihan telah menunjukan keberhasilan program. Penilaian melalui metode pre-test dan post-test telah menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta kegiatan mengenai manajemen organisasi dalam rangka meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja Karang Taruna Desa Banding Anyar. Melalui kegiatan ini nantinya diharapkan para pengurus Karang Taruna dapat mengelola organisasinya dan mampu memaksimalkan peran Karang Taruna dalam Pembangunan Desa Banding Anyar. Oleh karena itu, dukungan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat setempat juga diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah kolaborasi dalam mendukung pembangunan Desa Banding Anyar secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-learning berbasis web yang interaktif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), khususnya materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) kelas V di UPT SDN 060932 Medan Amplas. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya efektivitas pembelajaran PAI akibat dominasi metode konvensional dan keterbatasan media pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa website edukatif berisi materi SKI tentang Khulafaur Rasyidin, disertai video pembelajaran, kuis interaktif, dan evaluasi online. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan materi sebesar 81% dan desain media sebesar 100%. Uji kepraktisan oleh guru dan siswa menunjukkan skor antara 86% hingga 100%. Uji efektivitas melalui pretest dan posttest menghasilkan N-Gain sebesar 0,44 (kategori sedang), yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menyediakan alternatif media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital, serta dapat direplikasi untuk pengembangan mata pelajaran lainnya.

Abstract

The research on "Analysis of Comparative and Competitive Advantages of Solok Rice (Case Study in Solok City)" is aimed to analyze the competitiveness of Solok rice based on comparative and competitive advantages and looking at the impact of rice policy in Solok City. The method used in this research is the case study method. The analytical tool used is the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that rice farming in Solok City had comparative and competitive advantages, because a private profit of Rp. 6,454,307.44 and social benefits of Rp. 2,698,042,60. The results of the analysis obtained the value of PCR <1 (0.45) and DRCR <1 (0.66), which means that financially Solok rice farming is efficient and has the potential to trade in the free market. Solok rice farming is also effective to carry out even though there are output and input policies, because the EPC value> 1. The implementation of the protection policy applied by the government still provides incentives to farmers producing rice Solok because the value of NT> 0 and PC> 1. Farmer income will increase 31% if there is no market distortion carried out by the government because the SRP value obtained is 0.31.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the implementation of BLT-DD in Padang Binjai Village, Tetap District, Kaur Regency, reviewed from the policy and budget aspects. To analyze the factors that influence the implementation of the BLT-DD Program in Padang Binjai Village, Tetap District, Kaur Regency. To answer these problems, researchers use qualitative research methods. The results of the study indicate that in the context evaluation process, the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) service has been completely good. Based on the results of the study Evaluation of the Sustainability of the Direct Cash Assistance Program in Poverty Alleviation Efforts, a Review of Policy and Budget Aspects, an evaluation was carried out using the CIPP model evaluation which includes context evaluation, Inpt evaluation, Process evaluation, product evaluation: 1. Context Evaluation: BLT-DD services have met the criteria even though some who received this assistance were assisted by their relatives who work at the village office. 2. Input Evaluation: all residents in Padang Binjai Village who received BLT-DD have used the assistance well according to their needs. 3. Process Evaluation: Not all recipients of Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) are from lower-income families, but they take advantage of their relatives who work at the Village Office to gain access to assistance. 4. Product Evaluation: In the future, village officials will be more transparent regarding data on BLT-DD recipients and who is eligible to receive it to avoid social jealousy among those who do not receive it.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of a digital-based Basic Training module (Latihan Kader I) to support the regeneration process of the Langkat Branch of HMI. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, pre- and post-tests, and documentation, then analysed descriptively using paired t-statistical tests. The validation results showed that the module met the "outstanding" category, with scores of 92.5% (subject matter experts), 90% (design experts), 93.3%–94.2% (instructors), and 90.5%–95.6% (participants). Effectiveness testing on 20 participants showed a significant increase in the average score from 61.75 (pre-test) to 87.75 (post-test), t(19) = 17.09, p < 0.000001, with Cohen's d = 3.82 (huge effect). The module's effectiveness was supported by applying the principles of the Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, which integrates text, visuals, and interactive exercises to reduce cognitive load and enhance retention. Despite the positive findings, limitations of the study include the absence of a control group, small sample size, potential novelty effect, and limited generalizability. This module has the potential for broader adoption with replication in different contexts, implementing follow-up tests, and measuring skills and attitudes. Further research is recommended to identify the most influential components of the module, assess user acceptance through TAM or UTAUT, and evaluate the impact on organisational performance.

Abstract

The growing disparity between executive compensation (EXECOMP) and employee wages, along with increasing concerns over the effectiveness of incentive structures, highlights the urgency of understanding how executive pay influences firm performance (FP). This study investigates whether well-aligned compensation schemes can effectively motivate executives and enhance firm value, particularly under conditions of public scrutiny and regulatory pressure. Grounded in agency theory, the study analyzes 264 observations from manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2022. Using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis, the results reveal a statistically significant positive relationship between EXECOMP and FP. These findings underscore the importance of performance-based incentives in driving executive behavior and improving financial outcomes. The study contributes to the literature by offering updated empirical evidence from an emerging market context, reinforcing the strategic role of EXECOMP in promoting sustainable corporate growth.

Abstract

The Pesantren scout handbook application in Aceh was developed to strengthen santri character learning. However, its implementation still faces obstacles in the form of limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy of scout leaders, and challenges of integration with the traditional pesantren curriculum. This study aims to develop a scout pocket book application as a medium for learning the character of students, as well as testing its feasibility and effectiveness in the pesantren environment. The method used is Research and Development research with stages of data collection, design, product development, and evaluation based on literature review and previous research findings. The results show that this application is able to present scouting material and character values interactively through text, videos, and quizzes, and allows real-time monitoring of santri development. The app is considered feasible and potential as a systematic, flexible, and technology-based character learning instrument. The implication is that funding support and collaboration with the government and private sector are important to encourage digital literacy in pesantren and strengthen character education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan akta kematian di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Palembang, khususnya pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ketika pelayanan dilakukan secara daring melalui aplikasi WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode campuran kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, serta analisis dokumen dan data statistik. Analisis kualitas pelayanan mengacu pada lima dimensi model SERVQUAL menurut Parasuraman dkk., yaitu: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan pembuatan akta kematian di Disdukcapil Kota Palembang secara umum berada pada kategori baik di seluruh dimensi. Fasilitas fisik, kesiapan personil, kompetensi dan profesionalisme petugas, kecepatan dan ketepatan pelayanan, aksesibilitas, daya tanggap terhadap aspirasi dan kebutuhan masyarakat, jaminan penyelesaian masalah, keamanan dan kerahasiaan data, serta sikap sopan, ramah, dan empatik dari petugas dinilai memadai oleh masyarakat pengguna layanan. Penerapan layanan daring selama pandemi juga berjalan efektif tanpa mengurangi mutu pelayanan. Disdukcapil Palembang telah membentuk Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di sembilan kecamatan untuk memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan responsivitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan pelayanan publik sangat bergantung pada kualitas sumber daya manusia, ketersediaan sarana prasarana, serta manajemen komplain yang responsif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik, khususnya di bidang administrasi kependudukan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Learning Cycle 5E (LC5E) instructional model supported by Augmented Reality (AR)-based Student Worksheets (LKS) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SMP PAB 19 Manunggal, Deli Serdang Regency. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation, and were analyzed using NVIVO 12 Plus software. This approach demonstrates significant potential in enhancing the quality of PAI learning that is responsive to technological developments and the needs of the digital generation. The findings reveal that the integration of AR in each phase of the 5E model enhances student engagement, reinforces understanding of religious concepts, and facilitates more interactive and meaningful learning experiences. Thematic analysis identified the key benefits of AR, including improved visualization of abstract concepts, increased learning motivation, and ease in practicing religious rituals. However, challenges such as limited device availability and the need for teacher training were also identified. The results of this study indicate that the average religious communication ability of the class using Learning Cycle 5E is 80, while the average class using PBL practice is 72. Statistically, the average religious communication ability of students in learning practice is higher than students in PBL. Students' religious communication skills in Learning Cycle 5E using LKS assisted by Augmented Reality achieved classical completeness with a completeness level of 91%.
