Abstract

Schools should introduce environmental conservation and change awareness centered on local issues, encouraging students to share their insights and perspectives. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of applying the problem-based learning model assisted by mind mapping on student learning outcomes in environmental conservation lesson. This study used a quasi-experimental design with the Pretest-Posttest Non-Equivalent Control Group Design consisting of control and experimental classes. The research population was all class X SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh students. Furthermore, purposive sampling produced a sample consisting of four classes with a total of 121 students. The learning outcomes data were obtained from the test instrument using 30 multiple-choice questions. Data analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney test with a significance level 0.05. The data analysis results show that applying the problem-based learning model assisted by mind mapping has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a significance value of p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, applying the problem-based learning model assisted by mind mapping positively affects learning outcomes. The results of this study provide information that problem-based learning assisted by mind mapping can be applied to conservation-based lessons.

Abstract

Colon cancer is one of the degenerative diseases caused of death after lung and breast cancer. One of the food ingredients that potentially inhibites the occurrence of colon cancer is black rice bran. The aim of this study was to found the effect of black rice bran on apoptosis and cell proliferation on BALB/c mice. In this study, BALB/c mice were divided into three groups, they are normal group (K-), AOM/DSS induced tumor group (K+), and feeding black rice bran with induction of AOM/DSS (BRB). At the end of the study, all mice were terminated and the presence of nodule were analysed in colon tissue used imageJ application. The expression of caspase-3, caspase-8, and PCNA were analysed in colon tissue used q-RT PCR. The data obtained by analyzes of variance (ANOVA) and continued by Tukey HD different test at 5% level. Administration of BRB significantly decreased the expression of PCNA in comparison with that of control mice (K+) (0.58 ± 0.09 vs 5.22 ± 0.80). The expression of caspase 3 (0.91 ± 0.20) and caspase 8 (0.36 ± 0.15) of BRB significantly increased comparasion with control mice K+. Our results thus indicated that black rice bran performed to suppresed proliferation and induced apoptosis

Abstract

Penerapan manajemen kesiswaan di SD Negeri 1 Nisam Antara penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini mengkaji perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan pengawasan manajemen Masa Pengenalan Lingkungan Sekolah (MPLS). Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan wali siswa kelas awal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesiswaan di SD Negeri 1 Nisam Antara mencakup empat aspek utama: pertama, perencanaan MPLS disusun oleh kepala sekolah dan guru serta terdokumentasi dengan baik. Kedua, pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk panitia MPLS. Ketiga, pelaksanaan mencakup kegiatan kompleks terkait MPLS, dengan fokus pada persiapan menyambut tahun ajaran baru, sinergi antara sekolah, guru, dan orang tua, serta tanggung jawab penuh dari setiap guru. Keempat, evaluasi dan pengawasan dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa kegiatan MPLS dilaksanakan sesuai rencana dan dioptimalkan dengan dukungan orang tua. Kerja sama yang baik antara warga sekolah, termasuk dukungan orang tua, mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi MPLS dan membantu siswa baru beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the Job Stress, Achievement Motivation, Work Discipline and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. Diponegoro Center. A quantitative study using a saturation sample methodology was conducted on 56 employees, and multiple linear regression analysis and SEM PLS were used for data analysis. The results indicated that both emotional intelligence and job stress have an effect on job satisfaction, partially showing the same results, i.e., emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction and job stress has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Using SEM-PLS produces the same result: emotional intelligence has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Research results can be a company's input to improve performance with variables in research. Research only at PT. MayBank Indonesia Therefore, the data collected is limited to only one company.

Abstract

Moringa oleifera leaves and Lumi-lumi (Harpodon nehereus) contain beneficial nutrients for the human body. The potential utilization of both materials as fortifying agents can improve the nutritional content of snack bars. This research aims to analyze the influence of moringa flour and lumi-lumi fish formulation on the sensory and chemical characteristics of snack bar products. The research design employed an experimental design with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) involving three treatments: P1 (12 g moringa leaves + 30 g lumi-lumi), P2 (21 g + 30 g), and P3 (30 g + 30 g). Each treatment underwent proximate and organoleptic testing with 74 untrained panelists. The results showed significant differences in color and taste indicators between formulations (p-value <0.001 and 0.035), but no significant differences in aroma and texture (p-value 0.210 and 0.118). Formulation P1 was the most preferred by panelists. Its nutritional content includes 17.58% water, 2.78% ash, 22.18% fat, 2.83% protein, and 56.60% carbohydrates. In conclusion, snack bars made with a combination of moringa flour and lumi-lumi may serve as an acceptable alternative for meeting community macronutrient needs and support local food diversification.

Abstract

Ground-dwelling insects play an important role in the decomposition of soil organic matter and serve as bioindicators of environmental degradation, which is reflected by the decline in insect diversity. This study aimed to determine the similarity and diversity levels of ground-dwelling insects and to produce an identification book across different habitat types in Lembah Sabil, Aceh Barat Daya. An exploratory survey method with purposive sampling was applied. The research subjects were all ground-dwelling insects inhabiting various habitats, with observations conducted at four sites in Lembah Sabil. Data were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that insect similarity was 59% between coffee plantations and secondary forests, 29% between coastal forests and nutmeg plantations, 36% between coastal forests and coffee plantations, 29% between coastal forests and secondary forests, 42% between coffee and nutmeg plantations, and 48% between nutmeg plantations and secondary forests. Diversity levels were categorized as moderate, with index values of 2.69 in coastal forests, 2.54 in coffee plantations, 2.25 in nutmeg plantations, and 2.43 in secondary forests. The feasibility test of the identification book yielded a score of 76%, indicating it is suitable for use. In conclusion, the similarity of ground-dwelling insects in coastal forests was low, while coffee plantations, nutmeg plantations, and secondary forests exhibited higher similarity. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan media Word Wall. Media Word Wall digunakan sebagai sarana visual interaktif yang menampilkan kosakata, konsep, dan nilai-nilai keislaman untuk membantu peserta didik memahami materi secara lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian guru PAI dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media Word Wall dalam pembelajaran PAI mampu meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik, memperkuat pemahaman konsep keagamaan, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini juga berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya motivasi belajar, partisipasi kelas, dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dengan demikian, media Word Wall dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran inovatif dalam pembelajaran PAI untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Ikan endemik Lumi-lumi (Harpodon nehereus) mengandung zat gizi makro dan mikro mineral yang berpotensi memperbaiki kandungan gizi mie. Fortifikasi aneka flavor alami bertujuan memperkaya kandungan mineral dan fungsional mie.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi formulasi terpilih mie basah Lumi-lumi yang difortifikasi aneka flavor alami berdasarkan mutu fisik  dan daya terima, serta mengidentifikasi kandungan gizi, mineral Fe, dan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi pada perlakuan terbaik.Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yaitu fortifikasi aneka flavor labu kuning, wortel, brokoli dan bit pada mie basah Lumi-lumi. Penentuan produk terpilih berdasarkan uji mutu fisik dan sensori tertinggi, selanjutnya identifikasi kandungan gizi, mineral Fe dan aktivitas antioksidan produk terbaik. Data mutu fisik dianalisis menggunakan uji One way ANOVA, data sensori menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis, data kandungan gizi, mineral Fe dan aktivitas antioksidan menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-test. Hasil: Hasil uji mutu fisik dan sensori produk terpilih yaitu pada mie basah Lumi-lumi yang difortifikasi ekstrak wortel dan bit. Hasil identifikasi kandungan protein, serat kasar, mineral Fe, dan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan fortifikasi ekstrak bit, berturut-turut yakni 14,47%, 16,04%, 4.46 mg/100 g, dan 42,90%.Kesimpulan: Formulasi produk terbaik diperoleh pada perlakuan mie basah Lumi-lumi yang difortifikasi ekstrak bit dengan perolehan nilai kandungan protein, serat kasar, mineral Fe, dan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi. Fortification of various natural flavours aims to enrich noodles' mineral and functional content.Objective: This study aims to identify selected formulations of Lumi-lumi fresh noodles fortified with various natural flavours based on physical quality and acceptability, as well as identify the highest nutritional content, Fe mineral, and antioxidant activity in the best treatment.Method: This experimental study uses a single factor Complete Randomized Design (CAD), fortifying various flavours of yellow pumpkin, carrots, broccoli, and beets in Lumi-lumi fresh noodles. Determination of selected products based on the highest physical and sensory quality tests, then identification of nutritional content, Fe mineral, and antioxidant activity on the best product. Physical quality data were analyzed using the ANOVA test, sensory data using the Kruskal Wallis test, and data on nutrient content, Fe mineral, and antioxidant activity using the Independent Sample T-test. Results: The results of physical and sensory quality tests of selected products are on Lumi-lumi fresh noodles fortified with carrot and beet extract. The results of the identification of the highest protein, crude fiber, Fe mineral, and antioxidant activity were obtained in the fortification treatment of beet extract, including 14.47%, 16.04%, 4.46 mg/100 g, and 42.90%.Conclusion: The best product formulation was obtained in treating fresh noodles Lumi-lumi fortified with beet extract with the highest protein, crude fiber, Fe mineral, and antioxidant activity. Abstract

This study explores the influence of Government Employee with Work Agreement (P3K) employment status on the independence, loyalty, and accountability of state apparatus in Indonesia. In the context of public reform administration, the presence of P3K personnel—who differ fundamentally from permanent civil servants (PNS) in terms of employment tenure, legal protection, and career development pathways—raises critical questions regarding their behavioral orientation and institutional commitment. This research aims to analyze whether the contractual nature of P3K employment affects the integrity of public service delivery, particularly in terms of the independence of decision-making, the depth of loyalty to the state and government institutions, and the degree of personal and institutional accountability. Using a mixed-methods approach, this study combines quantitative data from structured questionnaires distributed to P3K and PNS personnel across various government agencies with qualitative interviews involving supervisors and policy makers. The findings reveal that while P3K employees tend to demonstrate high task performance due to probationary pressures and evaluation-based renewals, there are measurable concerns about their independence, especially when faced with politically sensitive decisions. Loyalty patterns among P3K employees appear to be more transactional and career-driven compared to PNS, who show stronger affective and normative commitment. In terms of accountability, the contractual framework of P3K employment creates a paradox: while performance metrics are closely monitored, a sense of moral responsibility and long-term institutional attachment may be weak. This paper concludes that the integration of P3K personnel into the bureaucratic system necessitates a reconsideration of employment policy frameworks to balance efficiency, flexibility, and the core values ​​of public service. Strengthening institutional culture and ethical training may help mitigate the limitations associated with non-permanent employment status.

Abstract

Masa depan suatu bangsa tergantung pada keberhasilan anak dalam mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan secara optimal.. Masa pertumbuhan merupakan masa esensial bagi anak-anak untuk mendapatkan asupan nutrisi dan gizi yang cukup. Namun, sekitar 2,9 juta anak di Indonesia masih mengalami gizi buruk. Pemantauan pertumbuhan merupakan salah satu kegiatan utama program perbaikan gizi yang menitikberatkan pada upaya pencegahan dan peningkatan keadaan gizi balita. Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) atau suplementasi gizi khususnya bagi balita merupakan salah satu strategi peningkatan akses pangan bergizi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan balita dalam mengatasi masalah gizi. Secara teknis, sering ditemui kesalahan menggunakan timbangan yang tidak layak dan tidak dikalibrasi serta kesalahan dalam pemasangan timbangan dan pembacaan hasil. kader posyandu sangat berperan penting dalam upaya kesehatan masyarakat. Kader posyandu sebagai garda terdepan dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat melalui posyandu. Kegiatan pembinaan yang di lakukan yaitu memberikan penyuluhan terkait pemberian makanan tambahan dan peningkatan kompetisi dasar kader posyandu dalam pengukuran antropometri di desa kuta padang. Metode pelaksanaan mulai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi semua sudah terlaksana sesuai rencana. Hasil yang dicapai, publikasi artikel pada jurnal pengabdian Masyarakat serta kader posyandu dan masyrakat sudah mampu menerima penjelasan dan dapat mengaplikasikannya. Keywords : Pemberian Makanan Tambahan, AntropometriThe future of a nation depends on the success of children in achieving optimal growth and development. The growth period is an essential period for children to get adequate nutrition and nutritional intake. However, around 2.9 million children in Indonesia are still malnourished. Growth monitoring is one of the main activities of the nutrition improvement program, which focuses on preventing and improving the nutritional status of children under five. Providing additional food (PMT) or nutritional supplementation, especially for toddlers, is one of the strategies to increase access to nutritious food to meet the needs of toddlers in overcoming nutritional problems. Technically, there are often errors using inappropriate and uncalibrated scales as well as errors in installing scales and reading results. posyandu cadres play an important role in public health efforts. Posyandu cadres are at the forefront of services to the community through posyandu. The coaching activities carried out are providing counseling related to supplementary feeding and increasing the basic competition of posyandu cadres in anthropometric measurements in kuta padang village. The method of implementation starting from preparation, implementation, evaluation have all been carried out according to plan.
