Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara 7 dimensi lansia tangguh dengan kualitas hidup lansia di tiga daerah di Indonesia: Jakarta, Jawa Barat, dan Yogyakarta. Tujuh dimensi ketangguhan yang diteliti meliputi dimensi fisik, emosional, sosial, kognitif, spiritual, profesi vokasional dan lingkungan. Apabila 7 dimensi lansia tangguh ini dilaksanakan dengan baik maka dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acidental sampling melibatkan 170 responden lansia, data dikumpulkan secara on-line melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dari 7 dimensi lansia tangguh ada 2 variabel yang berhubungan yaitu dimensi sosial kemasyarakatan pvalue: 0,019, dan dimensi fisik pvalue: 0,026, sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan variabel dimensi spiritual Pvalue 0,204, dimensi emosional pvalue: 0,150, dimensi intelektual pvalue: 0,076, dimensi profesional vokasional pvalue 0,198, dimensi lingkungan pvalue 0,250. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia dengan 7 dimensi lansia tangguh dan memberikan program intervensi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor ketangguhan yang relevan di masing-masing daerah. Abstract

Al Anwar Mosque is located in Sawahan Pendowoharjo Sewon Hamlet, Bantul. Currently, the mosque management is planning to renovate the mosque yard in the form of installing paving blocks as a pavement layer. The courtyard of the mosque is still dusty soil, so that in the rainy season it becomes muddy and disturbs the comfort of people who come to worship in the mosque. Funding and technical assistance are the main problems in the renovation program of the pavement layer of the mosque courtyard. On the basis of these problems, it is necessary to carry out community service in the form of funding and also technical assistance for the renovation of the pavement layer of the mosque courtyard. The results of community service activities increase the safety and comfort of Al Anwar mosque worshippers.

Abstract

This study focuses on the Kenduri tradition in Serang Village, at the foothills of Mount Slamet, Purbalingga, Indonesia, as an effort to strengthen interfaith community solidarity. The research addresses the issue of intolerance and religion-based conflicts that contradict Pancasila's values. The study aims to analyze how the Kenduri tradition contributes to the implementation of Pancasila values in community life. The research employs a qualitative method with a realist ethnographic approach. Data were collected through direct observations of the Kenduri tradition and virtual interviews with residents. Secondary data were sourced from relevant literature. The analysis connects field findings with theories of interreligious engagement (Izak Lattu), social solidarity (Emile Durkheim), and religiosity (John Titaley). The findings reveal that the Kenduri tradition reflects Pancasila values, including divinity through interfaith collective prayers, humanity through equality and empathy, unity through interfaith cooperation, democracy through deliberation, and justice through equitable roles and benefits. This tradition strengthens mechanical solidarity through shared occupations and organic solidarity through the division of labour. In conclusion, the Kenduri tradition effectively enhances interfaith community solidarity in the foothills of Mount Slamet, supporting Pancasila's goal of fostering harmony. The study recommends preserving local traditions as a means to build solidarity within multicultural communities.

Abstract

Nitrogen memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Pemupukan amonium sulfat (ZA) merupakan suatu upaya menyediakan nitrogen bagi tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh dosis pupuk ZA terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga April 2023 di kebun Sabisa Farm IPB, Sindang Barang, Kota Bogor. Perlakuan dosis pupuk terdiri dari enam taraf, yaitu tanpa pemberian pupuk nitrogen (kontrol), 300 kg ha-1 urea, 337.5 kg ha-1 ZA, 506.3 kg ha-1 ZA, 675 kg ha-1 ZA, dan 1,012.5 kg ha-1 ZA. Percobaan menerapkan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak faktor tunggal dengan 4 ulangan sehingga terdapat 24 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis pupuk ZA pada jagung manis berpengaruh nyata meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis dibandingkan kontrol tetapi tidak berbeda nyata dengan urea (nitrogen standar). Pupuk ZA dosis 675 kg ha-1 efektif meningkatkan hasil jagung manis dibandingkan urea berdasarkan nilai Relative Agronomic Effectiveness (RAE) 102.53% dan mengurangi input biaya pupuk hingga 47.5% dibandingkan urea. Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and workload on employee job satisfaction, focusing on security personnel at PT. Kartika Cipta Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), this research analyzes the relationships between leadership style, workload, and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 155 respondents, with measurement reliability assessed through Composite Reliability and Cronbach’s Alpha. The findings indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction (β = 0.459, T = 5.382, P = 0.000), suggesting that effective leadership characterized by support, collaboration, and clear communication enhances employee satisfaction. Conversely, workload negatively affects job satisfaction (β = -0.464, T = 4.723, P = 0.000), implying that excessive job demands contribute to stress, burnout, and reduced work engagement. These results align with previous studies, reinforcing the importance of leadership effectiveness and workload management in organizational settings. The study highlights the need for organizations to foster supportive leadership while implementing strategic workload distribution to maintain a productive and satisfied workforce. Future research should explore the mediating effects of work engagement, psychological resilience, and organizational culture to deepen the understanding of these relationships across different industries. Keywords: Leadership style, workload, job satisfaction, SEM-PLS, security personnel, employee well-being

Abstract

This study explores the impact of hedonic shopping motivation and trust on purchasing decisions among Shopee PayLater users in Kolaka Regency. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS), data were gathered from respondents through both hard-copy and online questionnaires. The findings reveal that both hedonic shopping motivation and trust significantly influence purchasing decisions, with trust playing a more dominant role. Consumers who shop for emotional gratification, excitement, and impulse buying tendencies are more likely to make purchases using Shopee PayLater. Additionally, trust in the platform’s reliability, transparency, and security strongly affects consumer decisions, reinforcing the importance of credibility in digital transactions. While these two factors explain a substantial portion of purchasing behavior, other external variables such as price, product quality, promotions, and financial literacy also contribute. These results provide valuable insights for e-commerce platforms, financial institutions, and policymakers in optimizing digital payment systems and promoting responsible consumer spending. Future research should incorporate additional factors to develop a more comprehensive understanding of consumer decision-making in buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) services and e-commerce environments.

Abstract

Turnover resulted in several losses for the company. Such as costs that must be borne andtime spent on recruitment, selection and training in order to get employees who have thesame quality as those who leave the company. The research was conducted with the aim ofknowing whether commitment, compensation and conflict simultaneously affect employeeturnover intention at PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. The research method used isa quantitative method. Data collection used a questionnaire which was distributed to 38research samples. Testing the data using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSSapplication. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a negative and insignificanteffect of commitment on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The research results show that the hypothesis test has a negative and insignificanteffect of compensation on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola MetroCity. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is a positive and significant conflicteffect on employee turnover intention at PT Indo Metro Surya Andola Metro City. Abstract

Human resources who work in an organization or company have the ability to improve thequality of their performance, so that every employee who works in an organization mustreally be able to carry out factors that can help employees get the title with good qualityperformance. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City. The research design is aquantitative research method used in this study is a survey and questionnaire. The populationand sample of this research are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City with apopulation of 70 and a sample of 56 employees. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire. The analytical tool used is Regression Analysis. Abstract

The distribution of carbohydrates across different plant organs, or carbohydrate partitioning, is a vital indicator of nitrogen use efficiency and resource allocation in plants. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of varying nitrogen fertilization rates on carbohydrate partitioning in cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz). A randomized block design was used with six nitrogen dose treatments (0, 45, 90, 135, 180, 225 kg.ha-1) and four replications. Parameters observed included dry weight and carbohydrate distribution in roots, stems, leaves, root tubers, and petioles over eight months after planting (MAP). Results indicated that nitrogen fertilization significantly influenced cassava plants’ dry weight and carbohydrate partitioning, with optimal nitrogen doses varying by plant organ and growth stage. Nitrogen application enhanced carbohydrate allocation to root tubers, particularly from 3 to 8 MAP.

Abstract

Character education in elementary schools is crucial in shaping a generation with integrity. However, weak implementation, bullying, and gadget addiction hinder these efforts early on. These challenges highlight the need to integrate character values into learning through effective and engaging methods. This study aims to examine three main aspects: (1) describe the character education values in the short story collection Cahaya-Cahaya Kecil by Hasta Indriyana, (2) describe their relevance to the dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, and (3) formulate short story-based learning strategies for elementary schools. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literary sociology approach. The analysis technique used is content analysis to identify character values in short stories and dialectical analysis to connect them with social reality. Data were analyzed using the Miles & Huberman model, which includes data collection, reduction, and presentation. Validation was conducted through source triangulation by comparing various primary data and confirming them with relevant theories and method triangulation by using various analysis techniques to ensure consistency of findings. The results show that this short story contains various character education values. These values have relevance to the Pancasila Student Profile because they reflect moral and social principles that are aligned with national education goals. This research also formulates short story-based learning strategies that include group discussions, creative projects, reflection, and authentic assessment. The findings confirm that short stories are an effective medium in character education and have the potential to be applied in learning to optimally support the Pancasila Student Profile.
