Abstract

Dalam mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangga Desa diperlukan informasi mengenai potensi wilayah di desa tersebut. Nagari Guguak yang terletak di Kecamatan 2 x 11 Kayu Tanam, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Sumatera Barat, sebagian besar wilayahnya merupakan hutan suaka alam dengan kemiringan lereng 15% sampai lebih dari 45%. Topografi yang curam tersebut mempunyai potensi keekonomian yang rendah mutu dan kualitas dan merupakan lahan marginal dengan topografi sebagai faktor pembatasnya. Meskipun demikian, nagari Guguak menawarkan keindahan wisata alamnya dan memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi tempat wisata yaitu berupa kolam pemancingan, peternakan, perkebunan durian, rumah makan dan pengelolaan sampah terpadu dengan konsep zero waste dalam pengelolaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi dan pemetaan lahan marginal Ultisol di nagari Guguak sehingga nantinya lahan marginal tersebut dapat dikembangkan untuk mengangkat nilai ekonomi masyarakat di nagari Guguak.

Abstract

PT. East Hope merupakan perusahaan pembibitan ayam petelur yang bertempat di desa Bimo Pakuiran yang baru didirikan pada tahun 2018 dan masih dalam tahap perkembangan. PT East Hope yang bergerak dibidang Peternakan, pada kegiatan afkire masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual dalam penulisan laporan. Proses berjalan lambat dan kesalahan pencatatan laporan mudah terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan prototype UI/UX Laporan kegiatan afkire yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam membuat sebuah laporan tanpa adanya masalah. Pada penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Prototype. Agar lebih memudahkan user untuk memahami desain yang di buat oleh peneliti. Sehingga lebih efisien dan mudah dengan desain sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan perancangan prototype sistem menggunakan software Figma

Abstract

Several things have an important role in life, one of which is water. Water has various kinds that can be used for various daily needs, one of which is springs that produce clean water, in general, it can be used for washing dishes, washing clothes, bathing or used as drinking water if it goes through the cooking process. Groundwater that comes out by itself to the ground surface and is almost not influenced by the seasons, can be called springs. In Bogor Regency, some villages still use springs for daily activities, these springs are used for 32 people. The village is Sinar Harapan Village. To make it easier for residents to get clean water, we are planning a water reservoir. site survey and data collection of water discharge is the first step to start the research. The water discharge data was collected 3 times using a bucket with a volume of 25 liters and then the water discharge value was 0.257 liters/second. The next step is interviews with residents, interviews are conducted to obtain identification data on water usage patterns that are used to determine peak hours of water use, based on the results of the calculation of water usage patterns, a water storage building is planned with a size of 1.5 m x 2.5 m x 0.75 m and a volume of 2.812 m3.

Abstract

The phenomenon of flooding often strikes a watershed area that is unable to accommodate the rainwater that falls because the amount of rainwater exceeds the capacity of the watershed itself. based on the geographic information system, it can be determined which areas require priority watershed management. The method used in this study is to map the level of flood vulnerability with a scoring and weighting technique. The results show that the areas classified as very flood-prone are mostly in the downstream area of the watershed which is located in the lowlands with most of the land use being open and built up, namely around the Bumi Kartika Dramaga housing complex, Ciherang, Bogor City.

Abstract

Trees are plants with wooden trunks with a diameter of 10 cm or more when measured at a height of 1.5 meters above ground level. Trees can also be interpreted as a habitus or plant structure with the ability to photosynthesis so that it can absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. Planting activities include species selection, field preparation, installation of stakes, making planting holes, transporting seeds, planting, replanting as well as work inspection and evaluation of planting. Planting activities have several purposes, including routine planting, enrichment planting, reforestation or greening as well as conservation purposes. Apart from that, planting also aims to obtain healthy stands and have sufficient supplies of plants in the future. This program is implemented using the extension method and is directly applied in the field by inviting RT and several local residents to carry out mahogany tree planting activities in Sukaharja Village. Ciomas sub-district. Greening is an important activity that must be implemented conceptually in dealing with the environmental crisis. It is so important that it has become a national program implemented throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is a disaster for humanity, resulting in the deaths of thousands of people throughout the world, including in Indonesia, where it has had a huge impact on all levels of society, including orphans. The impacts can be direct, resulting in death, or secondary impacts that affect the community's economy. Community activities become limited, the wheels of the economy stagnate, which can reduce people's purchasing power and quality of life. The aim of implementing this KKN is to describe information on the importance of a healthy lifestyle for orphans in Sukaharja Village Rt. 04 RW.02, Ciomas District, Bogor Regency, so that later these orphaned children will be accustomed to clean and healthy living behavior both during the pandemic and during normal situations. The method used in this activity is the action research method (Action Research) with a participatory action program approach (Participatory Action Program) involving the target community group, namely 23 orphans. The educational material provided to orphans includes an introduction to COVID-19 and its symptoms, how to wash hands properly and correctly, how to use a mask correctly, how to physically distance, and how to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle. Mentoring and educational activities are carried out by providing counseling on improving clean and healthy lifestyles in facing the pandemic using lecture methods, questions and answers with prizes, demonstrations and providing compensation. The results of the activities show that orphan children in Sukaharja village, RT. 04 RW. 02 can understand and be able to practice all the material presented.

Abstract

The success of education in a country automatically also shows the progress of a country. In essence, education itself is a conscious effort to develop personality and within oneself. School is a place where education is held for the purpose of national education. However, not all schools can achieve the expected goals. Like a school that has priority on certain subjects. One of them is Madrasah Tsanawiyah which dominates subjects with religion. So the importance of this study aims to determine the differences and the relationship between the interests and skills of students in learning mathematics with flat side space material. This study uses quantitative methods with associative and comparative types. The sampling technique used in this study used simple random sampling. From the results of the T test and the correlation obtained, it was found that there were differences in the process skills and interests of students with regard to the material build flat side space. This is evidenced by the value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. So can be concluded that student interest affects the process skills of students at MTsN (Madrasah Tsanawiyah) and there is a significant relationship between students' interest and process skills in mathematics with flat-sided geometry. There are limitations in this study where this study only measures students' skills, interests have not been tested with other variables such as attitudes, motivation and others.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in the learning process is the low student learning outcomes. One of the efforts that can be done to overcome these problems is to apply an innovative learning model. One of the learning models that can be implemented in the learning process is the cooperative learning model. This study aims to analyze student responses to the process skills of the jigsaw and STAD learning models in mathematics. This study is research with a quantitative approach and uses a comparative method. The data collection process was carried out using the observation method, with 144 elementary school students as respondents. The data analysis process was carried out descriptively using the SPSS 25.0 application. The results showed that the student's response to the process skills of the learning model in mathematics learning was quite good, judging from the comparison of each student's data between the jigsaw and STAD learning models. So, it can be concluded that there is a relationship and comparison of the two learning models applied in schools. The results of this study are expected to contribute ideas for knowledge and education as well as provide an overview of the learning model and teaching process skills in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist objects and tourits visits on the economic income of the people of Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This research was conducted at Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik Selo Tirto Giri (Setigi) tourism. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of primary data by distributing quistionnaries to the surrounding community as respondents. The method used in this research is to use simple liniar analysis. The result of the data analysis show that the setigi tourism object variable has a significant effect while the tourist visits variable has no significant effect on the income of the setigi tourism economy community. This is because the number of tourist visits to tourist attractions in Setigi has not maximized the economic income of local community.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the decision-making process behind dividend distribution and share buybacks, focusing on how companies balance short-term financial goals with long-term shareholder value maximization. The research addresses how internal factors, such as cash flow stability and profitability, and external factors, such as market conditions and investor expectations, influence these financial strategies. Research Design and Methodology: This study uses a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) to synthesize findings from recent studies on corporate financial strategies. The research consolidates insights into the underlying mechanisms, strategic motivations, and implications of dividend and buyback policies by reviewing and analyzing relevant literature from reputable academic sources. Findings and Discussion: The findings reveal that dividend distribution fosters investor trust by providing consistent returns, signaling financial stability, and enhancing corporate reputation. Conversely, share buybacks offer companies greater flexibility, particularly in volatile markets, by reducing the number of outstanding shares and signaling stock undervaluation. The discussion highlights that both strategies serve as mechanisms to mitigate agency conflicts, aligning management actions with shareholder expectations. However, buybacks must be transparent to avoid negative perceptions of financial manipulation. Implications: The study underscores the practical importance of aligning capital return policies with investor preferences and corporate growth objectives. Managers are encouraged to communicate transparently and adopt balanced financial policies supporting shareholder returns and sustainable reinvestment. Policymakers may also benefit from understanding how regulatory changes impact corporate payout decisions, providing a basis for more effective corporate governance frameworks.
