Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the use of imperative sentences in Mr. Nadiem Makarim's speech on the Ministry of Education and Culture channel and provide recommendations as teaching materials for language texts.and Culture and provide recommendations as teaching materials for persuasive language texts in secondary schools. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with technology analysis component (BLU). The command statements used include: (1) Smooth command sentences contain several sentence markers: try, please, please. (2) Imperative requests are made with the word please. (3) In imperative invitation sentences, the word markers “come on” and “come on” are used. (4) Imperative sentences are marked with the word “not”.Use subtle imperatives, imperatives of request, imperatives of invitation, imperatives of prohibition, and imperatives of suggestion as well as imperatives that give permission to add imperatives as materials for intermediate level (junior high) persuasive language texts. recommended. Congratulations on the proposal. The conclusion of this study is that Nadiem Makarim's speech contains as many as four command sentences that can be used as material for persuasive speech text recommendations and can be added to the order of permission, command sentences as suggestions, and imperative sentences as. Congratulations in Nadiem Makarim's speech cannot be found.

Abstract

The use of diction on social media, especially on Facebook, plays a very important role in shaping perceptions, influencing opinions, and building personal or collective identities. This article aims to analyze the use of diction in Facebook posts using a qualitative approach. This research uses the discourse analysis method to understand how word choice affects communication in the digital space. In this study, data was collected through a survey. The case of state exemption was purposively selected. The results of the analysis show that the use of diction on Facebook is strongly influenced by individual communication goals, socio-cultural context, and group dynamics involved in digital interactions. The diction used can reflect the values, attitudes, and moods of its users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure of persuasion paragraphs in three fiction novels, namely Laskar Pelangi (Bentang Pustaka), Bumi Manusia (Lentera Dipantara), and Laut Bercerita (Kepustakaan Popular, Gramedia). The method used is qualitative descriptive with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research is focused on identifying variations in persuasion structures which include argumentative structure, problem-solving structure, priority order structure, comparative structure, and chronological structure. The results of the study show that each novel has a different pattern of using the persuasive paragraph structure. In Laskar Pelangi, the problem-solving structure dominates with a percentage of 27.02%, reflecting a strong approach to problem solving. Meanwhile, Bumi Manusia stands out with an argumentative structure (24%), which is relevant to the theme of struggle and education. Laut Bercerita prioritizes a chronological structure (30%), in accordance with a linear time narrative in depicting the struggle of the characters. The implications of this research are very relevant in Indonesian learning. Readers can improve their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills through the analysis of persuasive structures in literary texts. In addition, this analysis also encourages an understanding of the themes, moral messages, and writing styles of the writers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of literacy and appreciation of literary works among readers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan kepalangmerahan di SD IT Ummi Darussalam dengan fokus pada pengenalan dan pelatihan pertolongan pertama, khususnya dalam menangani kasus pingsan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus untuk menggali pemahaman siswa secara mendalam terkait pertolongan pertama. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana siswa mampu mengaplikasikan teori yang telah diajarkan dalam konteks nyata, terutama dalam situasi darurat. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki pemahaman teoritis yang cukup mengenai langkah-langkah dasar pertolongan pertama, seperti memastikan keamanan lingkungan, memeriksa respons korban, serta memberikan posisi pemulihan. Namun, kurangnya pengalaman praktis menjadi hambatan utama dalam implementasi penanganan langsung. Siswa cenderung ragu-ragu dan tidak percaya diri dalam menerapkan keterampilan tersebut ketika dihadapkan pada situasi nyata. Selain itu, keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana seperti alat bantu simulasi menjadi kendala lain yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini. Dari temuan ini, direkomendasikan adanya pelatihan pertolongan pertama berbasis pengetahuan medis dasar yang lebih terstruktur dan berkelanjutan. Pelatihan ini mencakup simulasi kasus pingsan dengan skenario yang mendekati kenyataan agar siswa dapat melatih respons mereka secara langsung. Dengan pendekatan ini, siswa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan praktis, mengurangi risiko kesalahan dalam penanganan darurat, serta mendukung proses penyembuhan korban dengan lebih efektif. Implementasi pelatihan ini juga dapat memperkuat budaya peduli terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan kepalangmerahan yang lebih aplikatif di tingkat sekolah dasar, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi institusi pendidikan lain dalam mengajarkan keterampilan penyelamatan nyawa sejak dini.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of integration of knowledge in the context of Islamic education, focusing on the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy. The main objective of this study is to understand the meaning and relevance of integrating knowledge within the framework of Islamic thought to realize holistic education. This study uses a literature analysis method, exploring the theoretical and practical understanding of integrating knowledge from related primary and secondary sources. The results of this study indicate that integration of knowledge according to the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy is not only about combining curricula but also involves a holistic learning experience that combines spiritual, intellectual, and practical aspects. A deep understanding of Islamic values is integrated into the educational process to form individuals who are not only academically competent but also have good morals and strong spiritual awareness. This study contributes to the literature on Islamic education by providing a deeper understanding of the concept of integration of knowledge and a basis for developing educational strategies that focus on holism and harmony between knowledge and spiritual values in the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran struktur kalimat dalam membentuk makna danmeningkatkan efektivitas pesan dalam komunikasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur yang menganalisis berbagai teori linguistik dan komunikasi terkait konstruksi kalimat dan dampaknya terhadap pemahaman penerima pesan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pilihan strukturkalimat yang tepat, termasuk penggunaan kalimat aktif, padat, dan jelas, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dengan meminimalisir potensi miskomunikasi dan memperkuat makna yang ingin disampaikan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran pertolongan pertama pada anak usia dini berfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menangani kecelakaan. Melalui berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan google form, ditemukan bahwa mayoritas responden menganggap pembelajaran pertolongan pertama sangat penting, dengan 60% menyatakan bahwa pengetahuan ini dapat meningkatkan rasa percaya diri anak dalam menghadapi situasi darurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, melibatkan interaksi langsung antara peneliti dan subjek, serta pengumpulan data melalui angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan pertolongan pertama tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk anak-anak, tetapi juga dapat mengubah pola pikir masyarakat terhadap pentingnya penanganan kecelakaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menekankan perlunya integrasi pembelajaran pertolongan pertama dalam kurikulum pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan generasi muda dalam menghadapi situasi darurat secara efektif.

Abstract

Donor darah adalah aktivitas sukarela yang memberikan manfaat besar bagi kehidupan, baik bagi pendonor maupun penerima. Namun, terdapat kesenjangan dalam evaluasi efektivitas sosialisasi donor darah dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi sosialisasi donor darah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat melalui pendekatan campuran (mix method), yang menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan untuk memahami motivasi dan pengalaman pendonor muda, sementara observasi mengevaluasi efektivitas media kampanye di lingkungan pendidikan. Studi literatur melengkapi informasi mengenai kebutuhan darah nasional dan dampak kampanye. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media cetak dan digital yang komunikatif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat. Wawancara mengungkapkan bahwa media sosial memotivasi pendonor untuk berpartisipasi, sementara observasi menunjukkan bahwa suasana nyaman dan penyampaian informasi yang ramah mengurangi keraguan peserta. Studi literatur mendukung temuan ini, meskipun tidak sepenuhnya dianggap sebagai temuan penelitian. Tantangan seperti rasa takut terhadap jarum dan mitos mengenai donor darah masih perlu diatasi. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi yang efektif dapat mengubah donor darah menjadi kebiasaan sehat yang berkelanjutan. Inovasi seperti pendekatan digital interaktif dan testimoni langsung disarankan untuk memperluas jangkauan kampanye.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that is rich in various languages, especially Malay. The Malay language was the beginning of the formation of the Indonesian language which was ratified at the youth oath event. Seeing this, it is clear that Malay is the first language of the formation of Indonesian as the state language and national language. The purpose of writing this journal is to find out the history and position of the Indonesian language in Indonesia. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method with the type of research library research. The results showed that the formation of the Indonesian language originated from the Malay language which was originally used as the language of inter-ethnic communication. The position of the Indonesian language is inseparable from 4 functions, namely as a language of communication, a unifying language, the language of the state and the national language.

Abstract

The Indonesian language has a long history that began with Old Malay, which served as a trade and interethnic communication language in the Nusantara archipelago since the 7th century AD. During the colonial period, Malay evolved into a formal administrative language, enriched by influences from Arabic, Sanskrit, Portuguese, and Dutch. In the 1928 Youth Pledge, Malay was officially recognized as Indonesian and designated as the language of unity, capable of bridging Indonesia's diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. After independence, Indonesian was established as the national and official language through the 1945 Constitution and various government standardization policies, such as the Enhanced Spelling System (EYD). This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to Analyze changes in the characteristic so Indonesian overtime, along with the social, political, and cultural factors influencing its development. The findings reveal that Indonesian has adapted significantly, especially during the Reform and digital eras, by incorporating foreign vocabulary and adopting a flexible, informal style. In the era of globalization, Indonesian also plays an important role in international diplomacy and the digital economy, strengthening national cultural identity both in the digital realm and within ASEAN.
