Abstract

The tourism industry is faced with various challenges, including global crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic, which has significantly disrupted tourism activities. Transforming tourist destinations is the key to overcoming the challenges of this crisis towards the sustainability of the tourism industry. This research aims to analyze tourism destination transformation strategies in facing crisis challenges and promoting the sustainability of the tourism industry. The research method used in this research is qualitative, by conducting a literature review and analysis of various case studies regarding the transformation of tourist destinations. The research results show that the transformation of tourist destinations can successfully overcome crisis challenges by implementing strategies such as tourism product innovation, use of information and communication technology, environmental and cultural heritage preservation, empowerment of local communities, and collaboration between stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effects of the speed of service time, the competence of officers, and facilities and infrastructure on customer satisfaction which was mediated by service quality. The research was conducted at the Technical Services Unit of Jambi Provincial Health Laboratory Center. The populations in this study were customers who used services at the Technical Services Unit of Jambi Provincial Health Laboratory Center. The sample in this study was selected using the accidental sampling method, which were service users of Technical Services Unit of Jambi Provincial Health Laboratory Center whom were met by researchers randomly. In this research, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The research results showed that: speed of service time, and facilities and infrastructure had a direct influence on service quality and customer satisfaction, while officer competency had a direct influence on service quality but has no direct influence on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, speed of service time and officer competency had indirect influence on customer satisfaction which was mediated by service quality, while facilities and infrastructure did not have indirect influence on customer satisfaction which was mediated by service quality.

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan dapat mempengaruhi perilaku manusia dan perilaku manusia mempengaruhi kondisi lingkungan, saat lingkungan memberikan kesempatan bertemunya agen penyebab penyakit dengan manusia maka terjadilah sakit. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Manajemen Kesehatan lingkungan memiliki peran yang cukup besar terhadap kejadian Stunting. Manajemen Kesehatan Lingkungan yang terkait dengan Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) antara lain Buang Air Besar Sembarangan (BABS), Cuci Tangan Pakai Sabun (CTPS), sarana kepemilikan jamban, pengamanan air minum dan makanan rumah tangga, pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga (PS-RT), pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga sarana air bersih dan personal hygiene. Oleh karena itu, dalam rangka memberantas terjadinya Stunting pada balita yaitu diharapkan dengan membudayakan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dimana PHBS dapat mengurangi angka kejadian Stunting pada balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di lakukan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Lokasi penelitian berada pada Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara Kecamatan Bolang Itang Timur, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Hasil penelitian ini menun jukan bahwa Manajemen Kesehatan Lingkungan sangat berperan dalam menurunkan kasus stunting di kecamatan Bolang Itang Timur, dimana mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi yang telah melibatkan masyarakat. Masyarakat diberi peran utama dalam program ini. Implementasi program STBM ini sangat bermanfaat sehingga dapat menurunkan kasus stunting, meningkatkan hygiene personal sanitasi dan lingkungan serta perubahan perilaku untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Strategi dalam penanganan kasus stunting melalui peran manajemen Kesehatan lingkungan yaitu melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat mulai dari perencanaan sampai pada evaluasi. Peranan pemerintah dalam program STBM hanya memfasilitasi yang pada akhirnya sepenuhnya diserahkan pengelolaan pada swadaya masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Kesehatan Lingkungan, Stunting

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas medis, kepuasan pasien dan kunjungan pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Sinar Kasih Tentena Kabupaten Poso. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien di RS Umum Sinar Kasih Tentena Kabupaten Poso yang berjumlah 90 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian analisis deskriptif terhadap kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas medis, kepuasan pasien dan kunjungan pasien dengan penilaian baik menuju sangat baik, masih ditemukan beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperhatikan untuk diperbaiki. Sedangkan hasil penelitian verifikatif, model analisis jalur menunjukkan nilai koefisien jalur variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan pasien bernilai positif dan nilai koefisien jalur pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (48,2%>11,5%), demikian juga variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kunjungan pasien bernilai positif dan nilai koefisien pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar dari pengaruh langsung (11.5%>2.3%) artinya variabel kepuasan pasien sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi variabel kualitas pelayanan maupun variabel fasilitas medis terhadap variabel kunjungan pasien. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,818 menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat antara variabel kualitas pelayanan, variabel fasilitas medis, variabel kepuasan pasien terhadap variabel kunjungan pasien dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 65,0% menunjukan variasi atar variabel cukup besar. Hasil hipotesis statistik untuk uji-t (parsial), variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kunjungan pasien, karena t-hitung > tα (2,966 > 1,99), variabel fasilitas medis berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kunjungan pasien, karena t-hitung > tα (2,200 > 1,99). Untuk uji-F (simultan), variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas medis terhadap kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif karena nilai f-hitung > fα ( 87,769> 3,10). Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan adanya implikasi variabel kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas medis dan variabel kepuasan pasien terhadap kunjungan pasien.Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Medis, Kepuasan Pasien, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kunjungan Pasien

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit X belum maksimal mencapai target mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana gaya pengikut dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui Motivasi Kerja dan Keseimbangan kehidupan Kerja. Paradigma penelitiannya adalah positivistik. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian di RS X Jakarta. Waktu penelitian adalah tahun 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan instrumen kuesioner ordinal dalam hal ini Skala Likert 1-5. Populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai medis dan penunjang medis, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah purposive sampling. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis SEM-PLS dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Pengikut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi Kerja berperan memediasi pengaruh Gaya Pengikut terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Begitu pula dengan Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja yang memediasi pengaruh Follower Style terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge on attitudes and their implications for maternal participation behavior in bringing toddlers to Posyandu in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency. This effort is crucial as part of a national program to reduce stunting rates by enhancing community participation in monitoring child growth and development. The study was conducted quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with 97 respondents, utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that the quality of Posyandu services, maternal knowledge, attitudes, and maternal participation behavior are all categorized as good. Specifically, the quality of Posyandu services significantly affects maternal attitudes but does not have a significant impact on maternal participation behavior. Conversely, maternal knowledge positively influences both attitudes and participation behavior. Additionally, maternal attitudes have a direct relationship with participation behavior. Simultaneously, the quality of Posyandu services and maternal knowledge exert a moderate influence on attitudes and a strong influence on maternal participation behavior. In indirect analysis, it was found that the quality of Posyandu services does not affect participation behavior through maternal attitudes, while maternal knowledge has a significant impact through these attitudes. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing maternal knowledge as a primary strategy to encourage active participation in Posyandu. Furthermore, improvements in Posyandu service quality, particularly regarding physical and operational aspects, are necessary to maintain and enhance community trust. The recommendations from this study are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in designing more effective interventions aimed at reducing stunting rates.

Abstract

This study examines budget absorption and its implications for managerial performance, focusing on the case of the Tea and Cinchona Research Center (PPTK) Gambung, Bandung Regency, West Java. The research was motivated by the issue of low budget absorption at PPTK, which has impacted operational efficiency and managerial performance outcomes. The independent variables analyzed include sales volume, labor, and raw material costs. Budget absorption is an intervening variable, while managerial performance is the dependent variable. The study employed a quantitative method with descriptive and verificative approaches. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to PPTK managers, and secondary data were obtained from financial and budget reports from 2018 to 2022. Statistical analysis was applied to assess the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that sales volume, labor, and raw material costs significantly influence budget absorption. Additionally, effective budget absorption positively affects managerial performance. However, challenges such as declining budget absorption percentages and sales volumes in the last two years were identified, indicating room for improvement in budget management. This research recommends adopting more realistic and efficient budget planning, optimizing production processes, and enhancing monitoring mechanisms to improve budget utilization. These measures are expected to strengthen managerial performance and support the organization’s sustainability.

Abstract

Penerapan manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), khususnya budaya K3 berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018, sangat penting dalam memastikan praktik kerja yang aman dalam industri manufaktur pestisida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan fenomena efektivitas implementasi Budaya K3 dan Kepemimpinan implikasinya terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Manufaktur “X”. Metode penelitian ini peneliti dilapangan menggunakan instrumen wawancara dan survey kuesioner kepada beberapa responden diantaranya sebagai 1). Owner dan Direksi di perusahaan X, 2). Manager / Head Department, 3). Tim P2K3 dan 4). Karyawan dimana jumlah informan adalah 7 orang dan responden survey kuesioner berjumlah 17 orang. Proses analisis hasil data dilapangan, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu Software NVivo 12 Plus yang mempunyai kemampuan coding dalam pengolahan data penelitian kualitatif, dimana analisis data mencakup parameter Budaya K3, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya K3 berdampak besar pada Kepemimpinan dimana komitmen pimpinan menjadi tolak ukur terbentuknya budaya K3, Budaya K3 juga berdampak besar bagi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Perspektif budaya K3 dan Kepemimpinan, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya sosialisasi kebijakan K3 kepada seluruh karyawan dimana pimpinan atas komitmennya juga sebagai teladan penerapan budaya K3, pentingnya pembuatan program K3 disetiap departemen dan pemberian apresiasi dalam rangka peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk meningkatkan efektivitas budaya K3, perusahaan perlu memperbaiki komunikasi antar departemen, meningkatkan keterlibatan pimpinan dalam program K3, serta memberikan apresiasi yang lebih baik kepada karyawan. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip yang terdapat dalam ISO 45001:2018, yang menekankan pentingnya kepemimpinan dan partisipasi pekerja dalam pengelolaan K3.
