Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Namun, tingginya turnover dan rendahnya kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kualitas layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan di RS TK IV Cijantung Kesdam Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan rumah sakit tersebut. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi yang efektif, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, kompensasi yang memadai, dan peluang pengembangan karir yang jelas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor ini terbukti meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan dan menurunkan niat untuk keluar (turnover intention). Kesimpulannya, manajemen rumah sakit perlu memperhatikan aspek-aspek tersebut untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan menjaga stabilitas operasional, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada kualitas layanan kesehatan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Etos kerja yang baik ialah pemacu dalam peningkatan keefektifan produktivitas dan efisiensi kinerja di sebuah institusi, termasuk di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut (RSGM) Ladokgi TNI AL. Di lingkungan kerja yang penuh tekanan, seperti rumah sakit militer, upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan dedikasi karyawan sangat diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penghargaan karyawan teladan serta pemberian insentif berpengaruh pada etos kerja karyawan di lingkungan tersebut. Kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ii dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik survei dan kuesioner. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa penghargaan karyawan teladan dan pemberian insentif baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap etos kerja di lingkungan RSGM Ladokgi TNI AL. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya memberi penghargaan dan insentif sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan etos kerja karyawan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas rumah sakit. Institusi diharapkan terus menerapkan strategi ini untuk menciptakan tenaga kerja yang lebih termotivasi, efisien, dan berdedikasi.

Abstract

Abstract fenomena medication safety yang di catat dan dilaporkan beberapa institusi pelayanan kesehatan sebagai kejadian medication error menjadi fokus utama meningkatkan pasien safety.Persoalan tersebut menarik penulis untuk menyajikan analisa terkait Gap dan issue dilapangan dalam kajian ilmiah, Tujuan penelitian : Menganalisis Kompetensi sdm kesehatan dan Mengembangkan konsep upaya peningkatan komitment medication safety. Paradigma penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif,pendekatan yang digunakan dengan studi kasus,bersifat deskriptif eksploratori.Kompetensi sdm medis tercerminkan dalam oprasional pelayanan medis yang berfokus pada pasein safety,gap dan fenomena dilapangan masih banyak dilaporkan variabel kompetensi tidak maksimal berjalan,perihal ini menyebabkan potensi resiko terjadinya medication error,aspek SDM menjadi fokus persoalannya sehingga komitment madication safety terabaikan.Dapat disimpulkan Kompetensi Petugas medis sangat berperan untuk mewujudkan komitment medication safety. Abstract

Community health centers, as first-level health facilities, play a crucial role in providing health services to the community. Quality service products, affordable prices, easily accessible locations, appropriate promotions, and the use of technology in services are important factors contributing to increased patient visits. Based on the results of the literature review, it was found that effective marketing strategies can significantly increase patient visits. This study recommends that the Sekincau Community Health Center continue to improve service quality and implement a targeted and sustainable marketing strategy. The Community Health Center management should focus on service product quality, fair pricing, promotions that directly address community needs, and maximize the use of technology to increase patient satisfaction and visits. Thus, the Sekincau Community Health Center is expected to be able to consistently and sustainably increase patient visits.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of employee job satisfaction as a moderator of the effect of online motivation, motivation and leadership on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a moderator. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, the independent variables in this study are online training, motivation and leadership, while the moderating variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction which moderates online training, motivation and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to help the management of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in knowing the effect of increasing the performance and job satisfaction of BRI Sidoarjo branch employees.

Abstract

This research examines the factors that influence patient satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application at RSU Baros and its impact on perceptions of overall health service quality. Through comprehensive literature analysis, five main factors influencing patient satisfaction were identified: ease of use, security and privacy, quality of information, responsiveness and technical support, and integration with physical health services. The results of the study show that satisfaction with the Mobile JKN application is positively correlated with patient perceptions of the quality of health services at RSU Baros. Key challenges include the digital divide, data security, and systems integration, while opportunities include personalization of services, telemedicine integration, and increased health literacy. This research highlights the importance of a holistic approach in digital health application development, considering not only technical aspects but also user needs and preferences. The implications of this research include recommendations for continuous improvement of the Mobile JKN application, strategies for overcoming implementation challenges, and utilizing technological opportunities to improve the quality of health services in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the service quality factors that influence patient loyalty in Indonesian hospitals. Service quality is a crucial aspect in maintaining and enhancing patient trust and loyalty. This literature review identifies five key dimensions of service quality: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Each dimension plays a significant role in shaping patient loyalty, through consistent service delivery, quick responses, medical staff competence, personal attention, and the quality of physical facilities. Several studies indicate that patient satisfaction also acts as a mediator between service quality and loyalty, good service increases satisfaction, ultimately affecting patient loyalty. Amid the intense competition in healthcare services in Indonesia, optimal service quality is a key factor in patient retention. Therefore, hospital management must focus on each service quality dimension to create a satisfying patient experience. The findings of this review are expected to guide hospitals in developing effective strategies for improving service quality to retain and increase patient loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between job motivation and employee performance at Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company. A quantitative associative technique was used in this study. This study's population consists of all 45 employees of Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company. Then, as tools and procedures for collecting data, observation, interviews, literature reviews, documentation studies, observation guidelines, and questionnaires are used. The results demonstrated that job motivation has a favorable and significant influence on staff performance at Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company. Therefore, Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company has to monitor and evaluate staff performance in order to ensure that corporate goals are met to the fullest and employee welfare is ensured. To guarantee a fair allocation of jobs, encourage collaboration among staff members, and provide opportunities for professional growth, Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company needs to collect accurate data. This is how it is expected that in the future, Bukit Raya Sekawan Mining Company and its employees would collaborate to fulfill their rights, obligations, and aspirations as one single unit.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah menjadi tantangan besar bagi masyarakat, khususnya di wilayah perkotaan dan sekitarnya. Program bank sampah hadir sebagai solusi inovatif dalam pengurangan dan pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga secara berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelaksanaan strategi pengelolaan bank sampah yang dilakukan kepada warga masyarakat di Kecamatan Cileunyi, Kabupaten Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pendekatan partisipatif melalui edukasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan dalam pembentukan serta pengelolaan bank sampah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas, sekaligus peningkatan partisipasi aktif dalam memilah dan mendaur ulang sampah. Bank sampah tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, tetapi juga memberikan nilai ekonomi melalui pengelolaan sampah bernilai jual. Artikel ini merekomendasikan perluasan kegiatan serupa di wilayah lain serta dukungan berkelanjutan dari pihak terkait untuk keberhasilan program

Abstract

Online review becomes more and more crucial in this rapidly evolving era. It is also play a significant role in influencing the decision making in healthcare service field. These online reviews provides a novel insight in how people are able to access, assess, and finally choose which healthcare facility to prefer to use. This study aims to analyze the online reviews and ratings made by the consumers available in Google Maps Review of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) R.A. Basoeni Kabupaten Mojokerto, East Java. This study focuses in assessing the ratings and frequent keywords in the reviews which were made between 2019 and 2024. Rating 1 and 2 represent the negative reviews, 3 represent neutral, and 4 and 5 represent positive reviews. Negative reviews assessment showed the main user’s complaints include queue management, staff attitude, and the inadequate cleanliness of the facilities in RSUD RA. Basoeni. Positive reviews assessment highlighted the fast, friendly and professional services. This study emphasizes the need for hospital management to respond to reviewer complaints by improving the quality of facilities and providing training for staff as a means of increasing user satisfaction.
