Abstract

Province of Central Java is one of the provinces with a 32% high stunting rate. For the Blora Regency itself, is included in the top 10 highest stunting priority districts category. government implemented some efforts to controls that have been done, such as : prevention like raskin and PMT, scouting the grows of the toddlers in the clinic, giving zinc syroup to the stunting baby.This research aims to know the relationship between stunting and the 12-36 months old toddlers, in the working space of the Sambong's clinic, Blora Regency. The methode of this research is observation with crossection design. For the sampling, using Slovin formula with the cluster sampling with a total 56 respondents. The Instrument that was used is KPSP according to the aged of the toddlers. Analysis that was used is Kendall's Tau.The result shows that there is a relationship between stunting and the 12-36 months old toddlers, with the statisctic results using Kendall's Tau was obtained the value of p = 0,003 or <0,005.Total 56 stunted toddlers wirth short and very short classifications appropiate development were only 28,6%, dubious development are 60,7%, and development deviates are 10,7%. The mother of the toddlers is expected to be fulfill the nutrition of their toddlers and check-up routine to the health facilities  for checking the growth and development of the toddlers so that can be scouted as well.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap pola interaksi anak-anak, khususnya melalui platform permainan daring seperti Roblox. Meskipun dirancang sebagai media edukatif dan hiburan, Roblox menyimpan potensi risiko kejahatan siber seperti eksploitasi seksual, cyberbullying, dan child grooming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tanggung jawab hukum orang tua dalam mencegah kejahatan siber terhadap anak di bawah umur melalui aplikasi game daring seperti Roblox, serta menilai efektivitas regulasi nasional dan literasi digital dalam membentuk ekosistem digital yang aman bagi anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan seperti UU Perlindungan Anak, UU ITE, dan PP TUNAS. Teori Routine Activity dari Cohen dan Felson digunakan untuk menekankan peran orang tua sebagai capable guardian dalam mencegah kejahatan daring. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya pembahasan yuridis yang secara spesifik menyoroti peran hukum orang tua dalam pengawasan aplikasi game daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelalaian pengawasan dapat berimplikasi hukum, dan bahwa regulasi belum efektif tanpa dukungan literasi digital yang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penolakan terhadap pembangunan Gereja Toraja di Kelurahan Sungai Keledang, Kota Samarinda, sebagai bentuk pembatasan terhadap hak beragama yang dijamin oleh konstitusi. Meskipun seluruh persyaratan administratif telah dipenuhi oleh jemaat, pembangunan gereja tetap tertunda akibat penolakan dari sebagian masyarakat sekitar. Kondisi ini menunjukkan adanya ketimpangan antara jaminan hukum yang ideal dengan kenyataan di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan studi kasus, dengan sumber utama berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, laporan investigatif, dan dokumen resmi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa negara belum menjalankan perannya secara optimal dalam menjamin hak beragama kelompok minoritas. Penolakan yang tidak didasarkan pada hukum justru dibiarkan berlarut-larut tanpa penyelesaian yang adil. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peninjauan ulang terhadap regulasi yang mengatur pendirian rumah ibadah agar tidak menjadi alat pembatas, melainkan sarana perlindungan. Kajian ini menawarkan sudut pandang hukum yang menempatkan keadilan dan kesetaraan sebagai dasar utama dalam menjawab persoalan kebebasan beragama di tengah masyarakat yang majemuk

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sales forecasting methods in predicting the sales of concrete bricks at UD Budi Ayu Banjarmasin, as well as to identify the issues faced by the company in sales planning. The research problem addressed is the inaccuracy in sales projections that can affect the company's strategic decisions. The research method employed is a quantitative descriptive approach, analyzing historical sales data from 2020 to 2024, and applying three forecasting methods: least squares, moment, and quadratic. Findings indicate that the least squares and moment methods yield higher accuracy in predicting sales of floor concrete bricks, while the quadratic method is more effective for wall concrete brick sales. The implications of this research highlight the importance of selecting the appropriate forecasting method to enhance sales prediction accuracy, which in turn can assist the company in budget planning and making better strategic decisions. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for manufacturing companies in optimizing sales strategies and improving overall business performance.

Abstract

In the current digital era, Institut Teknologi Kalimantan (ITK) encounters challenges in delivering academic information that is fast, accurate, and easily accessible to students, lecturers, and academic staff. Access to important information such as administrative procedures, report writing guidelines, and academic policies remains largely reliant on manual systems and static handbooks. To address this issue, this study investigates a chatbot system utilizing the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) framework through LLaMA model. The chatbot combines semantic retrieval and natural language generation to provide relevant and accurate answers based on existing academic documents. Evaluation was conducted on two lightweight LlaMA models: 1.5 and 3B parameters. Furthermore, different embedding vector also evaluated along with Indo-Sentence-BERT as well as the chunking size. The most optimal configuration was achieved using LLaMA 3B as the generative model and Indo-Sentence-BERT as the retriever, with a chunk size of 200 tokens and an overlap of 10 tokens. This setup achieved a RAGAS score of approximately 0.9, a competitive MRR of 0.5, and response latency under 1 second. Although LLaMA 1B recorded a higher MRR (0.6), its low RAGAS score made it less favorable. Overall, the LLaMA 3B and Indo-Sentence-BERT configuration is recommended to enhance the efficiency of academic information retrieval at ITK.

Abstract

Poultry farming plays a crucial role in supporting rural community welfare; however, many farmers face challenges in financial record-keeping and cost management, which hampers their ability to assess profitability. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of poultry farmers in Gandaria Village in managing costs and preparing simple financial reports. The program was conducted in several stages: preparation, pre-test, material delivery, mentoring, post-test, and financial reporting. Methods included collecting baseline financial data, providing interactive training on identifying fixed and variable costs, budgeting, systematic financial recording, and applying income statements as evaluation tools. The results indicated an improvement in the farmers' understanding, as reflected in their ability to prepare a simple financial report that accurately illustrates the real financial condition of the poultry business. The post-test showed that the farmer could identify cost components, calculate revenues, and compile an income statement, although the report still indicated a loss due to inefficient feed management. The primary outputs of this program were a straightforward income statement and a financial reporting template, designed for continuous use in future recording and evaluation. Overall, the program demonstrates that structured training and mentoring can enhance financial literacy, provide practical tools for monitoring profitability, and support better decision-making, thereby contributing to the sustainability of poultry farming in Gandaria Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam mendukung manajemen sarana dan prasarana melalui pelatihan guru di SDN Sungai Kitano 1. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan literasi digital dan kemampuan teknis sebagian guru dalam menggunakan aplikasi digital untuk administrasi sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan kepala sekolah dan guru sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan digital yang mencakup literasi digital dan pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan memberikan manfaat praktis bagi guru, terutama dalam pengelolaan dokumen, pengarsipan digital, pembuatan media pembelajaran, inventarisasi sarana dan prasarana, serta pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas secara lebih cepat dan sistematis. Namun demikian, ditemukan perbedaan kemampuan digital antar guru yang memengaruhi tingkat optimalisasi pemanfaatan teknologi, di mana sebagian guru membutuhkan pendampingan lanjutan agar penerapan teknologi dapat berjalan merata. Kendala lain yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan perangkat dan ketidakstabilan jaringan internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan guru berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas digitalisasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Keberlanjutan program pelatihan, penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, serta pendampingan berjenjang menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan transformasi digital sekolah dapat berjalan secara optimal dan berkelanjutan. Digitalization of School Management: Utilizing Technology in Teacher Training to Optimize Facilities and Infrastructure at SDN Sungai Kitano 1 Abstract This study aims to describe the use of digital technology in supporting the management of school facilities and infrastructure through teacher training at SDN Sungai Kitano 1. The study is motivated by limited digital literacy and technical skills among some teachers in using digital applications for facilities and infrastructure administration. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed, involving the principal and teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that digital training, including digital literacy and the use of artificial intelligence, provides practical benefits for teachers, particularly in document management, digital archiving, learning media development, facilities and infrastructure inventory, and faster and more systematic reporting of facility damage. However, variations in teachers’ digital competencies were identified, which affected the level of technology utilization, as some teachers required continued assistance to ensure more equitable implementation. Other challenges included limited devices and unstable internet connectivity. This study concludes that teacher training plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the digitalization of school facilities and infrastructure management. The sustainability of training programs, strengthening of technological infrastructure, and tiered mentoring are key factors in ensuring that school digital transformation can be implemented optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran landasan psikologis dalam pengembangan budaya kolaborasi guru di SMPN 3 Cintapuri Darussalam, Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif terhadap kegiatan kolaboratif, serta analisis dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa aman psikologis, kepercayaan, efikasi (self-efficacy) yang menguat melalui dukungan sejawat, dan motivasi profesional menjadi fondasi penting yang mendorong guru lebih terbuka berbagi ide, menerima umpan balik, dan terlibat dalam refleksi bersama. Pemenuhan kondisi psikologis tersebut secara langsung meningkatkan kualitas proses kolaborasi—dari koordinasi administratif menuju pembelajaran profesional—yang tercermin pada penguatan perencanaan pembelajaran dan keputusan pedagogis. Meskipun demikian, kolaborasi masih menghadapi hambatan berupa keterbatasan waktu, beban administrasi, fluktuasi kehadiran, dan perbedaan gaya komunikasi yang dapat menurunkan kontinuitas forum serta kedalaman refleksi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penguatan aspek psikologis perlu disertai dukungan struktural dan kepemimpinan yang suportif, termasuk penjadwalan waktu kolaborasi yang terproteksi dan pengembangan kapasitas komunikasi profesional, agar praktik kolaboratif berkelanjutan dan berdampak pada mutu pembelajaran. Psychological Foundations as a Basis for Developing a Collaborative Teacher Culture: a Case Study at SMPN 3 Cintapuri Darussalam Abstract This study examines the role of psychological foundations in developing a culture of teacher collaboration at SMPN 3 Cintapuri Darussalam, Banjar Regency. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations of collaborative activities, and analysis of relevant school documents. The findings indicate that psychological safety, trust, strengthened self-efficacy through peer support, and professional motivation are key foundations that encourage teachers to share ideas openly, engage in constructive feedback, and participate in reflective discussions. When these psychological conditions are met, collaboration becomes more productive—shifting from administrative coordination toward professional learning—resulting in improved lesson planning and pedagogical decision-making. However, collaboration remains constrained by limited time, administrative workload, fluctuating attendance, and differing communication styles, which can reduce continuity and the depth of reflection. The study underscores that strengthening psychological foundations must be accompanied by structural support and supportive leadership, including protected collaborative time and enhanced professional communication capacity, to sustain collaborative practices and improve instructional quality.

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan, Teknologi, dan Seni (IPTEKS) tentu saja memunculkan berbagai inovasi di berbagai sektor salah satunya sektor pendidikan. Salah  satu  penerapan  teknologi  di  bidang  pendidikan  adalah penggunaan  Aplikasi pengelolaan nilai peserta didik untuk meningkatkan  efisiensi  dan  akurasi  dalam  pengelolaan data.  Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis mendalam mengenai implementasi aplikasi digital dalam pengelolaan data hasil belajar peserta didik di SD Negeri 2 Mentaos. Tujuannya adalah mengevaluasi proses digitalisasi administrasi penilaian melalui Implementasi Aplikasi Pengelolaan Nilai Peserta Didik di SD Negeri 2 Mentaos, dengan fokus efektivitas efesiensi dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan 1) Aplikasi Pengelolaan Nilai Peserta Didik (APNPD) yang telah di gunakan mempermudah guru dalam mengelola nilai hasil belajar peserta didik. 2) Dalam proses penginputan nilai peserta didik berjalan dengan baik. 90% guru SD Negeri 2 mentaos menyatakan aplikasi ini sudah bisa di gunakan dengan baik dan 10% menyatakan cukup, sebanyak 75% guru mahir menggunakan setelah 2x pelatihan dan 25% masih perlu pendampingan operator dan tim pengembang aplikasi. Penginputan nilai dilakukan secara memanfaatkan teknologi online based dengan dukungan basis data relasional untuk mendukung integrasi antar data-data penilaian peserta didik berhasil menyajikan rapor peserta didik yang rapi dan cepat jadi kepada orang tua wali murid tanpa adanya kesalahan teknis namun juga secara otomatis yang siap untuk dibagikan. Aplikasi ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi hingga 72%, menurunkan kesalahan input hingga 90%, dan mempercepat pelaporan hasil belajar rata-rata 2 hari lebih cepat dibandingkan sistem manual. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya memastikan pengelolaan data yang lebih akurat dan efisien, tetapi juga mendukung manajerial sekolah dalam melakukan penilaian yang lebih akurat. Digitalization of Assessment Administration: Implementation of the Student Grade Management Application at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos Abstract The development of Science, Technology, and Arts (IPTEKS) has certainly given rise to various innovations in various sectors, one of which is the education sector. One application of technology in the field of education is the use of student grade management applications to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management. This study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the implementation of digital applications in managing student learning outcome data at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos. The aim is to evaluate the digitalization process of assessment administration through the Implementation of Student Grade Management Applications at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos, with a focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and ease of use of the application. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study research type. Data collection is carried out through source triangulation, including observation, interviews, and documentation analysis.The results of the study show 1) The Student Grade Management Application (APNPD) that has been used makes it easier for teachers to manage student learning outcomes. 2) The process of inputting student grades is running well. , 90% of teachers at SD Negeri 2 Mentaos stated that this application can be used well and 10% stated that it is sufficient, as many as 75% of teachers are proficient in using it after 2x training and 25% still need assistance from operators and application development teams. Inputting grades is done by utilizing online-based technology with the support of a relational database to support integration between student assessment data, successfully presenting neat and fast student report cards to parents without any technical errors but also automatically ready to be shared. This application has increased administrative efficiency by up to 72%, reduced input errors by up to 90%, and accelerated reporting of learning outcomes by an average of 2 days faster than manual systems. This application not only ensures more accurate and efficient data management, but also supports school management in conducting more accurate assessments.

Abstract

UTILIZATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE LEARNING AND STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AT SMK NEGERI 1 SIMPANG EMPATThe integration of digital technology within the Merdeka Belajar policy has become an essential component in enhancing the effectiveness and interactivity of learning, particularly in vocational education. In the context of vocational high schools (SMK), the use of technology not only supports visual presentation of material but also strengthens student engagement in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology and its contribution to learning effectiveness and student activeness at SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Empat, Banjar Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach involving the principal, productive and normative subject teachers, as well as students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, and verification of findings. The results show that digital technologies such as Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Google Classroom, and interactive digital media have been utilized in learning with varying levels of intensity across subjects. The use of IFP supports the visualization of practical procedures, while digital platforms facilitate task management, communication, and feedback. The use of technology has been proven to improve learning effectiveness by providing more flexible access to materials and clearer instructional delivery. Student activeness also increases through digital discussions, collaboration, and more responsive participation in learning activities. Challenges encountered include unstable internet connectivity, variation in digital literacy skills, and limited access to devices among students. The study concludes that digital technology contributes positively to learning effectiveness and student activeness. Further optimization requires strengthening teachers’ digital pedagogical competence, improving network infrastructure, and providing student support to enhance digital literacy.
