A signature is a sign or symbol that is a miniature version of its owner. A signature is also a biometric feature that can be used to verify a person's identity. The signature used as a personal identification as well as the presence of a signature in a document states that the party who signed, knows and approves or as ratification of the entire contents of the document and becomes legal evidence. Signature recognition is done using an artificial neural network with backpropagation algorithm. In the backpropagation algorithm, signatures are trained to recognize a person's signature with some data such as target data, training data and test data. Then the network is tested for networking. The results of the application are used to recognize signature recognition using the backpropagation method obtained with different accuracy according to the original data obtained from feature extraction. Where the lowest accuracy is 30% and the highest accuracy is 100%

Indonesia is the second largest country that has Cocos nucifera coconut trees, coconut wood has a strength that is not inferior to existing forest wood, other building elements and for mabel and building construction materials. Coconut wood also has unique fibers, so it has a high aesthetic value. The quality of coconut wood, namely strength and durability, is determined by many factors, one of which is the pattern of fiber density in coconut wood. How to find out the density of coconut wood digitally by detecting the outer patch of coconut wood using a computer so that it can make it easier and help determine the image of quality coconut wood. To determine the quality of coconut wood by looking at the fiber density by reducing noise before calculating the edge detection so that more edges are produced. By checking the numbers if the value of the number >= 128 then the binary value given is 1, if the value of the number < 128 then the binary value given is 0, then the binary value given for the numbers 12,12,10 is 0,0,0. And By checking the numbers if the value of the number >= 128 then the binary value given is 1, if the value of the number < 128 then the binary value given is 0, then the binary value given for the numbers 12,29,-28 is ,0,0, 0.

The heart is one of the important organs owned by humans that functions to pump blood throughout the body and accommodate it again after cleaning the lungs. Heart rate beats per minute (bpm) is a parameter to indicate the condition of the heart, and the way to know the condition of the heart is to know the frequency of the heart rate. This heart rate monitoring tool is designed based on the NodeMCU ESP8266 and pulse sensor to detect heart rate. This study aims to make it easier to find out the heart rate in real time. The NodeMCU ESP8266-based heart rate monitoring tool has been designed with a pulse sensor to detect heart rate. The heart rate data from the monitoring tool will then be sent via a wifi network connection and displayed on the Smartphone.

MP3 audio files are often used in a variety of fields, but they are prone to security risks such as eavesdropping and illegal access. This study proposes a super encryption method by combining the algorithms of Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) and ElGamal to improve the protection of audio data. RSA was chosen for its efficiency and ease of implementation, while ElGamal offers a high level of security through discrete logarithmic complexity. The combination of the two is expected to address the weaknesses of each algorithm and strengthen file security. The system is developed using the Python programming language with the Visual Studio Code environment. The encryption process is done in layers: MP3 files are first encrypted with RSA, and then the results are encrypted again with ElGamal. The decryption is done in reverse order. Tests are conducted with various MP3 file sizes to measure the effectiveness and performance of the system. The results show that this method is able to secure audio files so that they cannot be accessed without the private keys of both algorithms. Although processing times are increased compared to single encryption, the level of security obtained is much higher. This approach can be an effective solution for protecting digital audio data, particularly MP3 format, and could potentially be applied to a wide range of other data types that require a high level of security.

This pre-research was conducted with the aim of building a research hypothesis using a descriptive method. In knowing the variables that affect Employee Engagement and Job Performance, a review of previous research is carried out. The preparation of this article for the authors is intended to build hypotheses in seeking influence among several variables that can be used as objects of further research. The results of writing this article show that: 1) Interpersonal Communication has an influence on Employee Engagement; 2) Interpersonal Communication influences Job Performance; 3) Organizational Trust affects Employee Engagement; 4) Organizational Trust has an influence on Job Performance; 5) Employee Engagement has an influence on Job Performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh determinasi diri, dukungan keluarga, dan konformitas teman sebaya terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran SMK Negeri 51 Jakarta dengan jumlah 214 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 139 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial determinasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir. Dukungan keluarga juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir. Selain itu, konformitas teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir. Secara simultan, determinasi diri, dukungan keluarga, dan konformitas teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengambilan keputusan karir siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal yang saling berkaitan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran aktif sekolah dan keluarga dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan determinasi diri serta menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang positif agar siswa mampu menentukan arah karir secara lebih matang dan terencana.

This study aims to examine the impact of 21st-century learning environment, digital competence, and learning motivation on student academic achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. Education plays a crucial role in shaping academic performance, especially in the face of the challenges of the digital era, where students are required to possess skills that are relevant to the needs of the 21st century. Therefore, it is essential to investigate how factors such as learning environment, digital competence, and learning motivation influence students' academic performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) data analysis technique. The population in this study consists of all students in grades X and XI in the Office Management and Business Services program at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor, totaling 281 students. A selected sample of 167 students was chosen using proportionate sampling based on the Slovin formula. The independent variables in this study include the 21st-century learning environment, digital competence, and learning motivation. The 21st-century learning environment consists of the family, school, and community environments, which play an important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. Digital competence refers to students' ability to use technology for learning, communication, and assessment. Meanwhile, learning motivation includes both internal and external factors that encourage students to achieve optimal learning outcomes. The results of the analysis show that all three variables—21st-century learning environment, digital competence, and learning motivation—have a positive and significant effect on students' academic achievement. This indicates that improvements in these three variables can contribute to enhancing students' academic performance at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor, ultimately helping them succeed in the globalized world.

The process of accepting new students generates a lot of data in the form of profiles of students who register. From year to year there is an increase in the number of prospective new students who come from several areas in Binjai City, Langkat Regency and surrounding areas, so the location of the socialization of new student admissions promotions every year is increasing and wider. And from several schools that have been visited and are expected to provide new prospective students, in fact, it is not proportional to the final number of prospective students who register. In this study, applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm using 3 variables namely, region, school origin, major. In determining the location of new student admissions promotions, the promotion team first identifies what factors will influence the determination of promotional locations ranging from region, school origin and majors that are considered to be set as promotional locations. Based on the results of grouping new student admission data of STMIK Kaputama Binjai using the K-means Clustering method from 20 data that has been processed, 3 clusters and 3 iterations are produced where cluster 1 has 9 data, cluster 2 has 2 data and cluster 3 has 9 data.

Materi jenis dan karakteristik baja merupakan materi yang berhubungan dengan bahan bangunan. Materi tersebut membutuhkan pemahaman yang baik dan proses pembelajaran yang menarik sehingga siswa dapat belajar lebih maksimal. Dibutuhkan suatu media yang dan mampu menyajikan video animasi untuk membantu memperjelas materi dan meningkatkan respon siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui kelayakan e-book sebagai media pembelajaran, (2) mengetahui respon siswa terhadap e-book sebagai media pembelajaran, (3) mengetahui ketuntasan belajar klasikal dengan diterapkannya e-book sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model pengembangan 4D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate) namun dibatasi hanya sampai tahap develop. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi e-book, lembar respon siswa, dan tes hasil belajar. Setelah menghasilkan e-book yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi kemudian diujicobakan pada siswa. Uji coba dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil respon siswa dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal dengan diterapkannya e-book sebagai media pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kelayakan e-book berdasarkan ahli media dan ahli materi sebesar 79,78 yang termasuk dalam kategori layak sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. (2) Hasil respon siswa terhadap e-book sebesar 90,20% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. (3) Ketuntasan belajar klasikal yang dicapai sebesar 94,10% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci: E-book, Jenis dan karakteristik bahan baja. A kind and characteristic of the steel material is related to the construction material. The material need a good understanding and interesting learning process until maked the students has maximum studied. Needed a media and can showing video animation to help explaining the material and increase the students response. The purpose of the study is: (1) to knowing the feasibility of e-book as learning media. (2) to knowing the students response of e-book as learning media. (3) to knowing the learning result of students after using e-book as learning media. This research refers to the 4D model of development (define, design, develop, dan disseminate) but the study was limited only to develop stage. The subjects of this research are students of class X TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mojokerto. The instrument used was a validation sheet of e-book, a students response sheet of e-book, and achievement test. After produce e-book that has been validatied by the expert of media and the expert of material then tested on students. Test conducted to determine students response and learning result of students after using e-book as learning media. The result showed that: (1) review of the feasibility of e-book based on the expert of media and the expert of material at 79,78 which is included in the decent category so it can be used. (2) the students response of e-book at 90,20% which is included in the very good category. (3) the complete classical learning results achieved at 94,10% which is included in the very good category.
