Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran STEAM dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik, 2) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran STEAM pada pembelajaran tematik, 3) mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran tematik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian, kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan desain penelitian one group pretest postest design.Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, tes soal pilihan ganda dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata hasil belajar (pretest) sebesar 50, 46875 dengan kategori rendah, sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil (posttest) sebesar 81,71875 dengan kategori baik karena mengalami kenaikan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung = 7,735 dan t tabel = 2, 040 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Karena (t hitung 7,735 > t table 2,040) serta adanya peningkatan pada hasil uji gain dengan ketegori sedang sebesar 0,63.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the relationship between: Is the peer tutoring method learning in terms of student learning styles able to improve students' communication skills This research was conducted at MTs Takhassus Al-Qur'an Wonosobo, academic year 2022/2023 with a population of 185 students divided into 5 classes. Samples were taken by random sampling, as research samples were class VII D, which consisted of 33 students and class VII E, which consisted of 31 students. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire technique. The test results are in the form of student learning outcomes, while the questionnaire technique is in the form of a questionnaire score of student learning styles and communication skills using observation. Hypothesis analysis used a two-way ANOVA test, from the first hypothesis it was found that Hoa was accepted F count 0.317 ≤ F table 3.15 so that the use of the peer tutoring method had no effect on communication skills. As for the results of the second hypothesis from the calculation, the result is that Fcount is 4.507 ≤ 4.00, then the Hob is rejected, this shows that there is an influence of student learning styles (visual, auditory and kinesthetic) on communication skills. Furthermore, the results of the third hypothesis are used to test the interaction between the peer tutoring method and student learning styles, the Hoab value is accepted, meaning that there is no interaction between the peer tutoring method and student learning styles with an F count of 3.105 ≤ F table 3.15 To find out more about the differences between the three problems above, a marginal mean table was calculated using the peer tutor method row a1 (peer tutor method) and row a2 (conventional). The mean of peer tutoring method learning in terms of student learning styles is 65,625 While the average student learning outcomes using conventional methods is 56. The implication of this research is that learning Physics using peer tutoring methods in terms of student learning styles can overcome difficulties in student learning so that it can affect student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu bahan ajar Pendidikan Kependudukan dan Lingkungan Hidup (PKLH) untuk meningkatkan perilaku peduli lingkungan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development), melalui tahap desain bahan ajar, tahap validasi ahli, serta uji coba untuk mengetahui keefektifan bahan ajar. Teknik perancangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yaitu analyze, design, develop, implement, dan evaluate. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari instrument kevalidan berupa angket validasi penilaian bahan ajar, instrument kepraktisan angket respon mahasiswa, instrument perilaku peduli lingkungan mahasiswa dengan subjek mahasiswa STKIP Melawi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket. Analisis data yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket yang diberikan pada validator dan hasil kepraktisan serta perilaku peduli lingkungan mahasiswa dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil analisis non parapetrik menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan lebih kecil dari α yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Kriteria tersebut menyatakan bahwa hipotesis alternatif diterima, yaitu bahan ajar PKLH berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan perilaku peduli lingkungan mahasiswa

Abstract

Sektor pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang dapat membantu dalam proses adaptasi dan mitigasi di lingkungan masyarakat. Peserta didik di sekolah merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam mengurangi dampak dari perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pendidikan berbasis perubahan iklim yang ditinjau dari kesadaran guru dan peserta didik yang muncul. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling engan responden terdiri dari 4 guru dan 56 peserta didik di 2 sekolah di Jakarta Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu 22 butir nontes menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara dalam mengukur kesadaran lingkungan peserta didik pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan terkait perubahan iklim baik di kalangan guru maupun peserta didik. Meskipun beberapa guru dan peserta didik memiliki pengetahuan dasar, namun hal ini belum berbanding lurus dengan sikap dan tindakan mereka dalam menjaga lingkungan. Wawancara mengkonfirmasi adanya kesenjangan persepsi antara guru dan peserta didik terkait perubahan iklim. Hanya beberapa mata pelajaran yang menyentuh topik ini, dan itu pun terbatas pada memenuhi tuntutan kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasi agar sekolah membuat program pendidikan berbasis perubahan iklim untuk memperkuat kurikulum yang ada. Harapannya, semakin kuat pendidikan perubahan iklim di sekolah maka semakin tinggi kesadaran lingkungan yang tumbuh dan berkembang di sekolah.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi dan numerasi di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah pertama menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya memperkuat fondasi pendidikan dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas Program Kampus Mengajar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SMP Negeri 5 Watumalang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang melibatkan siswa, guru, dan mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Program Kampus Mengajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi dan numerasi siswa, terutama melalui metode pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual. Selain itu, peran mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator belajar juga memberikan motivasi tambahan bagi siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam kegiatan belajar. Secara keseluruhan, Program Kampus Mengajar dinilai berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 5 Watumalang, meskipun masih terdapat ruang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Educational literacy based on local wisdom still needs to be improved among the children of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Malaysia, specifically at the Sungai Mulia 05 Gombak Kuala Lumpur Learning Studio. Literacy is focused on strengthening national character and belonging to a sense of nationalism in one's country of origin. Based on this background, it is necessary to carry out international community service which is facilitated through the NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) higher education community in Indonesia. Implementation of the service takes 4 months (August-November 2024). Pre-implementation stages of coordination, MoU and MoA for 2 months, activity orientation (1 month) followed by introduction to Indonesian Local Wisdom Education, questions and answers and reflection or follow up on activities (1 month). The method of implementing service is through lectures, demonstrations and direct questions and answers with activity participants. The results obtained increased participants' understanding of local wisdom-based education literacy in Indonesia with the aim of paying attention to learning motivation and being able to strengthen the national character of the country of origin of Indonesia. The participants' responses were very varied, including only a small number of participants who knew iconic areas in Indonesia. The achievement of international service activities was 76.4% very good response. The benchmark for the success of this activity is to familiarize students with carrying out teaching and learning activities more focused and maximally. Applying appropriate learning methods can increase students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. As a follow-up to the activity, the learning studio participants have the enthusiasm to continue their education to junior high school level in Indonesia and strengthen their national character as the successor to the golden generation of 2045. Because the available learning studios are not like formal educational institutions in general, so they must be one of the considerations in evaluation and follow-up regarding the quality of education provision.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Makanan tradisional merupakan ragam budaya lokal dapat diangkat menjadi sumber belajar dalam upaya mengenalkan kearifan lokal setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam pemanfaatan makanan tradisional sebagai sumber belajar berbasis kearifan lokal di RA Masyitoh Singkir, Kabupaten Wonosobo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru di RA Masyitoh Singkir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di RA Masyitoh Singkir memanfaatkan tempe kemul, makanan tradisional khas Wonosobo, sebagai sumber belajar untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai budaya lokal kepada anak usia dini. Pemanfaatan makanan tradisional ini dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang melibatkan pemetaan kearifan lokal dan pemilihan jenis makanan tradisional yaitu tempe kemul ke dalam materi pembelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan waktu dan akses terhadap bahan ajar yang berkaitan dengan budaya lokal lainnya. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan makanan tradisional sebagai sumber belajar dapat memperkenalkan anak-anak pada budaya lokal dan meningkatkan kecintaan mereka terhadap identitas budaya daerah. Kata Kunci: makanan tradisional, kearifan lokal. Abstract Traditional food is a variety of local culture that can be used as a learning resource in an effort to introduce local wisdom. This research aims to describe teachers' efforts to use traditional food as a learning resource based on local wisdom at RA Masyitoh Singkir, Wonosobo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research consisted of school principals and teachers at RA Masyitoh Singkir. The results of the research show that teachers at RA Masyitoh Singkir use tempe kemul, a traditional food typical of Wonosobo, as a learning resource to teach local cultural values ​​to young children. Utilization of traditional food is carried out through planning that involves mapping local wisdom and selecting types of traditional food, namely tempe kemul, into the learning material. Obstacles include limited time and access to open materials related to other local cultures. However, using traditional food as a learning resource can introduce children to local culture and increase their love for their regional cultural. Keywords: traditional food, local wisdom.

Abstract

The environmental crisis is characterized by climate change with an increase in the earth's average temperature of 1.50 - 2.00 Celsius. Climate change can increase the risk of hydrometeorological disasters by 80% of the total disasters that occur in Indonesia. Overcoming the impacts of climate change requires a lot of money. One form of funding instrument to overcome the impact of climate change is green sukuk. Research Objective to critically analyze the trend of green sukuk research in Indonesia. This type of research is a literature review using PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) through four (4) stages, namely identification, screening, eligibility and included. The results showed that the green sukuk trend has dominated in the development of SDGs over the past 3 years. The issuance of green sukuk has contributed to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Framework. From the maqāṣid al-sharī`ah framework through the interrelated hierarchy of the system of Islamic law approach, green sukuk used for eligible green projects fall into the urgency of al-ḍarūrīyah, al-ḥājīyah and al-taḥsīnīyah. The benefit created is maqāṣid al-khāṣṣah which is in line with QS. From these two (2) verses, there is a basic objective of sharia, namely hifẓ al-bi`ah. It is necessary to expand uṣūl al-khamsah by adding one component of hifẓ al-bi`ah (becoming uṣūl al-sittah). So that maqāṣid al-sharī`ah can accommodate universal benefits in response to increasingly severe environmental damage. Green sukuk has the scope of hifẓ al-bi`ah within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī`ah including mitigation (al-ḍarūrīyah), adaptation (al-ḍarūrīyah), environment (SDGs) (al-ḥājīyah), social - economic (SDGs) (al-taḥsīnīyah), and governance (al-taḥsīnīyah).

Abstract

Quality management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds is essential for alleviating poverty in Kediri City, where the number of poor residents reached 21,030 in 2023. ZIS distribution programs must align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to support the government's efforts toward sustainable development. This research uses a case study approach at BAZNAS Kediri City. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with leaders, staff, and beneficiaries, and document analysis related to ZIS fund management for poverty alleviation and SDG implementation. Qualitative data analysis was conducted to gain insights into management practices at BAZNAS Kediri. The findings indicate that ZIS fund management at BAZNAS begins with planning through the Annual Work Plan and Budget (RKAT). In 2023, the total distribution reached IDR 2,553,245,369, benefiting 7,292 individuals. This accounts for 34.67% of the poor population in Kediri, with 4 beneficiaries lifted out of poverty through productive business capital assistance. However, BAZNAS’s distribution is mainly consumptive due to insufficient oversight of productive assistance. Additionally, BAZNAS reports its activities periodically for accountability. BAZNAS Kediri has integrated its programs with the SDGs, although three goals clean and affordable energy, marine ecosystems, and terrestrial ecosystems remain unrealized. This is due to prioritizing ZIS fund distribution for programs that enhance the economy, education, health, and outreach. Furthermore, there is a lack of detailed planning regarding the SDGs in the RKAT.

Abstract

This study examines the improvement of students' inquiry skills facilitated through the implementation of a guided inquiry learning strategy accompanied by the use of audiovisual media, and measures the magnitude of the improvement of these skills after the implementation of this strategy. This study adopted a nonequivalent control group design as a type of quasi-experiment. All students in grade VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Garung became the target population. The selected sample subjects were VIII C class as the treatment group, and VIII A class as the comparison group with non-random sample selection method. The instruments utilized in this research are test devices, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that the inquiry skills of students who received a guided inquiry strategy accompanied by audiovisual media had a higher average than those who only received a guided inquiry strategy without audiovisual media. The results of the comparison test of the means of two independent groups with a significance level of 5% resulted in a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so ha is accepted while ho is rejected. Testing with the N-Gain metric showed that the average score of the treatment group was 0.75, which was in the high category, while the average score of the comparison group was 0.68, which was in the medium category. Based on this analysis, it can be seen that the guided inquiry strategy with audiovisual media support is effective in improving students' inquiry skills.
