Abstract

The Indonesian Waqf Board in collaboration with the Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Benten State Islamic University has carried out training and competency certification for the implementation scheme for receiving waqf assets. There were 52 students who participated in the assessment from the sharia economics department. This research method is qualitative with an observation and literature study approach as well as direct participation. Training materials are provided for competency units for the implementation scheme for receiving waqf assets, such as: (1) Managing Wakif Loyalty, (2) Implementing Acceptance of Waqf Assets, (3) Managing Wakif Complaints, (4) Marketing the waqf program, (5) Evaluating receipt of assets waqf objects, (6) Managing reputation risk. The results of the competency test on 52 assessees stated that all of them passed competently. Researchers formulate proposals for improving the competency-based training implementation model for the implementation scheme for receiving waqf assets based on the meaning of Surah Al-Baqarah Verses 246-252. First, the pattern and requirements for recruiting training participants must have criteria such as having sincere intentions, having a trustworthy nature, motivation to carry out Allah SWT's commands, having a strong physique, understanding fundraising strategies and knowledge and the participant's track record must be clear. Second, the curriculum must emphasize aspects of cultivating adab or character, including: having criteria such as consistently carrying out orders, being intelligent and having good knowledge, mastering the problems faced, not being greedy and using one's rights according to one's portion. Third, the curriculum aspect must also emphasize mental formation and strengthening by emphasizing the formation of a disciplined attitude, having good vision and leadership, having a cohesive mentality (one) with colleagues, obeying the regulations that have been set, both formal legal rules and laws and sharia principles.

Abstract

Children’s discipline in some kindergartens is relatively low. It causes difficulties for teachers to prepare children before learning activity or class begin. Currently, most of teachers’s learning tend to be monotonous so the children are easily bored and no passion in doing assignments. Therefore an innovative learning method is needed to improve children's discipline. The objective of this study was to evaluate the project method on increasing of little children’s discipline. The study was conducted at RA Al-Hidayah, Kemang, Bogor Regency, using a number of 44 children as sample. Research method used was experimental design with pretest-posttest control group. Collecting data was performed by observation and documentation. The results of this study showed that discipline of children treated by project method was significantly higher than untreated group. It concluded that the project method can be recommended to apply in kindergarten to increase discipline. Keywords: discipline, early childhood, project method.

Abstract

Mosque in Cigola Village. This study focuses on the problems of teenagers in Cigola Village, namely why these teenagers do not pray in congregation at the Al-Barokah Mosque. In modern times, this is one of the factors that teenagers do not pray in congregation to the mosque, because they are busy surfing in cyberspace (social media), playing games, and so on, causing a feeling of laziness, thus there is a lack of awareness of teenagers to pray in congregation at the mosque. . In this study, we use a qualitative approach that aims to describe the lack of awareness of teenagers to pray together at the Al-Barokah Mosque in Cigola Village. We collected this research data by means of online interviews and observation. As for the results of our research, it is true that there are many teenagers who do not participate in congregational prayers at Majid Al-Barokah, the majority of mosque congregations are filled by parents. This proves that there is indeed a lack of awareness for teenagers to pray in congregation at the mosque.

Abstract

All experts agree that education is important for the progress of a nation and state. The progress of a nation and state can be seen from the quality of education in that country. Planning education is very important for an educational institution, because planning education means planning for success. Student planning is very important to do at the beginning to start an educational plan in schools. In planning students, the first thing to do is planning for the acceptance of new students, by planning for the acceptance of new students, learning activities at school can continue, PPDB is the start that needs to be considered in student planning. Because this is the key to the implementation of the learning process in schools. after planning the next acceptance of new students is planning school curricular and co-curricular activities, planning all activities to be carried out in schools from the learning process to evaluating student learning outcomes, then finally planning student graduation. From all these concepts, the school can be said to be good because it already has good planning too. Management of Student Planning in PAUD Qu'an El-Rahmah is carried out almost the same as other formal institutions, PPDB at Qu'an El-Rahmah PAUD is open from January to June. The mechanism for accepting new students at PAUD Qur'an El-Rahmah is 100 percent from the zoning route, where they live close is the reason parents send their children to PAUD Qur'an El-Rahmah.

Abstract

The background of this research is that Islamic boarding schools as one type of Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, have been empirically proven to be able to develop students from various aspects, including intellectual, emotional, and religious character formation so that the output of Islamic boarding schools is born that has good knowledge and character. The purpose of this study was to examine the Islamic entrepreneurship apprenticeship method in fostering the character of Marhamis in Islamic boarding schools. The method used is the library research method. The method can realize ideas and is used to determine the validity of a study, using various techniques. The results showed that the Islamic entrepreneurship apprenticeship method in fostering the character of Marhamis in Islamic boarding schools through exemplary methods, advice, habituation, stories, motivation, and persuasion. The hope is that students can become people who have an independent spirit, liberate others, are independent, entrepreneurial, empathetic, patient, able to control themselves, work together, and love.

Abstract

Bani Ădam adalah makhluk yang memiliki kelebihan dan keistimewaan dibandingkan dengan makhluk lain, meliputi fithrah keagamaan, peradaban, dan kemampuan memanfaatkan alam. Yang berada dalam relasi (hablum) dengan Tuhan (hablum min Allah), relasi dengan sesama manusia (hablum min an-nâs), dan relasi dengan alam (hablum min al-‘âlam). Agar terwujud dengan baik sebagai manusia dalam posisi basyar, an-nâs, al-insân, dan bani Ădam, yang diberikan potensi fithrah aqal, nafs, qalbu, dan rûh, maka manusia harus mengacu kepada karakter Nabi Ibrâhîm as yang diabadikan dalam Al-Qurân. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tafsir maudhu’i/tematik. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan baru dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan pernyataan kurang sejalan dengan teori Thomas Lickona yang mengajukan 10 karakter kebajikan utama, untuk memperbaiki manusia tidaklah cukup, melainkan harus mengikuti karakter utama Nabi Ibrâhîm as yang diabadikan dalam Al-Qur’ân._______________________________*   Dosen Pascasarjana Institut PTIQ Jakarta   Yaitu waffâ/menyempurnakan janji, halîm/kesabaran dan murah hati, awwâh/banyak memohon rahmat/kasih sayang, munîb/bertaubat dan kembali kepada Allah swt, muhsinîn/orang yang merasakan kehadiran dan kebersamaan dengan Allah swt, mu’minîn/orang yang stabil keimanannya, ummah/pemimpin yang sangat perlu diteladani, qânitan Lillâh/orang yang taat kepada Allah swt, hanîfâ/yang selalu cenderung kepada kebenaran, lam yaku min al-Musyrikîn/tidak pernah menyekutukan Allah swt, syâkiran lian’umih/senantiasa mensyukuri nikmat Allah swt, istighfar/memohon ampunan, tabarra’/berlepas diri dari kekafiran dan kemusyrikan,  aslam wajhah Lillah/menyerahkan diri sepenuhnya kepada Allah swt, muhsin/mawas diri dan merasakan kehadiran Allah swt, khalîlâ/kesayangan Allah swt, al-Mûqinîn/sangat mantap keyakinannya, keyakinan terhadap akhirat, ketenangan hati, tawakkal/berserah diri kepada Allah swt, shiddiq/jujur, tabligh/menyampaikan, amanah/dapat dipercaya, fathanah/cerdas, kokoh pendirian, pemberani dan gigih, rasional, peduli dan tanggung jawab, monoteisme, dermawan, murah hati, ramah tamah, istiqamah, komitmen, ikhlas, kerja sama dan tolong menolong, sabar, menghormati tamu, menebarkan salam,  sebagai pijakan untuk memperoleh kebahagiaan hidup di dunia dan akhirat.

Abstract

Materi cerita memiliki peranan penting dalam pembentukan karakter seseorang, terlebih bagi seorang anak. Oleh karena itu, pemilihan materi cerita yang tepat akan membantu perkembangan kepribadian seorang anak.Di dalam al-Qur’an, terdapat materi cerita yang dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi seorang pendidik. Materi tersebut bervariasi, mulai dari materi mengenai manusia, alam, hewan dan sejenisnya. Karakteristik materi cerita dalam al-Qur’an senantiasa menyiratkan pelajaran dan memiliki bukti sejarah yang akurat, sehingga anak didik tidak diajar dengan kebohongan.Materi cerita tersebut dapat efektif jika disandingkan dengan faktor pendorong efektivitas cerita, yaitu dikemas dalam judul yang menarik, memiliki intensitas penyampaian, tepat waktu  (saat anak relaks dan berada pada gelombang alfa 7-8 sampai 13 Hz), gaya bahasa sederhana dan memakai media yang tepat. Adapun faktor yang akan menjadi penghambat efektivitas materi cerita adalah gaya penyampaian bersifat formal, kaku, kering ide, disampaikan secara doktrinasi, durasi tidak tepat, disampaikan pada waktu yang tidak tepat (ketika anak dalam kondisi  otak  gelombang  beta), memakai gaya bahasa menjemukan dan tidak sesuai tahapan perkembangan tingkat intelektual, sosial dan emosional anak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sinergitas antara materi cerita dengan faktor pendorong efektivitasnya, sehingga penyampaian materi cerita dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan.
