The aim of this research is to analyze the need for developing sex education learning media for elementary school children. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The results of the research show that (1) Currently there are not many sex education learning media that suit the characteristics of elementary school children, (2) it is very important to develop sex education learning media for elementary school children, (3) In general, sex education is still It is considered difficult to convey and teach to children. The causal factors include: First, parents' lack of understanding regarding sex education and how to provide information about Sex Education. Second, parents still feel embarrassed and uncomfortable conveying sexual matters to their children. Third, parents have not found the right tools that can be used to help and make it easier for them to introduce this matter.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profit Sharing, Third Party Funds and Non-Performing Financing on Profit Sharing-Based Financing Volume at Islamic Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population used in this study are all Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia that are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and have the financial ratios required in the study sampling technique used was purposive sampling. By taking a sample of 7 banks. Data processing and analysis techniques in this study are using the Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the level of profit sharing and third party funds have a positive and significant effect on the volume of profit-sharing-based financing and non-performing financing has no effect on the volume of profit-sharing-based financing. Then the level of profit sharing, third party funds and non-performing financing simultaneously affect the volume of profit-sharing based financing.

The purpose of this activity is to educate elementary school students about stunting through learning activities with simple practical activities. In this activity, the speaker provided two materials. First, delivering material about stunting and how to prevent it. Second, inviting participants to get to know various foods that contain protein and do simple lab work. The practical activity carried out was a protein test using vinegar acid. The participants gained an understanding of stunting, protein foods, and new learning experiences through practical activities. The results of the response questionnaire showed that all students (100%) were happy with the learning model provided by the speaker. It is hoped that education about stunting through the consumption of protein foods like this can reach all levels of society from an early age.

This study aims to analyze infrastructure development policies in Botto Benteng Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection was done through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis was carried out through several stages; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research found that overall development in Bottobenteng Village has followed existing regulations. However, the implementation of village infrastructure development policies still needs to be improved. Community participation has also not been fully optimized. Regarding supervision and development, the local government has conducted monitoring. However, the supervision carried out by the community is still limited, only covering physical participation without extensive involvement from the planning stage to supervision. Supporting factors include: availability of funds, community participation, and applicable regulations. The inhibiting factors are the lack of optimal supervision from the community, weather and terrain conditions, and fluctuations in material prices. As a recommendation, it can further increase development efforts, especially in the road and bridge infrastructure sector, which is a top priority for the community in Bottobenteng Village, improve the efficiency of village development planning by involving the participation of the Botto Benteng community, and increase community supervision of the use of village government funds to ensure that no misuse of funds occurs.

Basic movement proficiency (FMS) is most successfully acquired during the early school years. This happens at the beginning and after 2.5 years of primary school physical education. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of selected exercises on motor development in first year elementary school students in Jambi City, Indonesia. This research is semi-experimental in nature, carried out in the field and using experimental and control groups. The statistical population includes all first-year elementary school students in Jambi city (7523 students). Fifty-six of them were randomly selected (cluster stage) and then randomly divided into two groups: experiment (N=26, mean age=6.9 ± 0.55) and control (N=28, mean age). average = average = 6.9 ± 0.59). ). The experimental group was given training for eight weeks, 2 sessions per week and each session lasted 45 minutes. To measure motor development, the Test of Gross Motor Development edition 2 (TGMD-2) is used. Statistical analysis was performed using independent t-test and paired t-test. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the control and experimental groups regarding movement skills (8.637, P<0.05). In fact, the integration of basic motion exercises in physical education has an impact on their motor development. By integrating basic movement exercises, it can be used as an appropriate plan to improve the development of movement skills in first-year elementary school students.

Pacific white shrimp (Penaeus vannamei) is one of Indonesia's fishery commodities with high economic value in the domestic and foreign markets. They are applying appropriate technology through small-scale shrimp farming aimed to transfer technology in partner villages from traditional to intensive systems. This program was an effort to improve the welfare of the fishery community in Desa Pengambengan, Jembrana, Bali. This program was carried out in May‒July 2022, and it involved the Mina Jaya Fish Cultivator Group as the target community. The activity program was carried out through several stages, including audience activity, counseling, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. The activity succeeded in increasing the knowledge and skills of the target community regarding vaname shrimp cultivation in detail. Technical assistance for cultivation activities has increased community understanding of small-scale intensive shrimp cultivation, minimizing errors and increasing program success. Monitoring and evaluation are carried out to determine the sustainability of activities in the target community. This community service activity has succeeded in increasing the productivity of Pacific white shrimp cultivation and technology transfer from the traditional system to a small-scale intensive system.

Evaluating Socio-Economic and Safety Impacts of Grade-Separated Railway Crossings in Indonesia Ilham

This study analyzes grade-separated rail infrastructure development's socio-economic and safety impacts at railway crossings in Indonesia through Structural Equation Modeling—Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research examines relationships between safety enhancement, congestion reduction, property values, local business effects, and community support. Data collection involved 450 respondents across six major crossing sites through stratified random sampling using a validated questionnaire (Cronbach's α = 0.89). Results demonstrate significant correlations between safety enhancement and community support (β = 0.678, p < 0.001), traffic congestion reduction (β = 0.623, p < 0.001), and property values (β = 0.589, p < 0.001). The measurement model confirms robust construct reliability (CR > 0.84) and validity (AVE > 0.65), with community support showing strong predictive power (R² = 0.762). Findings indicate that grade-separated crossings reduce accidents while positively impacting property values and business activities. The study contributes to transportation infrastructure theory and provides evidence-based policy recommendations for sustainable development in Indonesia, emphasizing integrated safety measures with socio-economic considerations in infrastructure planning.

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a health problem whose incidence continues to show an increase. Increased blood pressure can be influenced by several factors, including those related to psychological disorders such as anxiety, stress and depression. Uncontrolled hypertension can cause complications and risk damage to the heart and blood vessels in large organs such as the brain and kidneys. In order to prevent complications that might occur in people with hypertension, community service is carried out in the form of health education as a promotional d question and answer methods. Participants in this community service activity were 20 people with hypertension. This activity activities was carried out at Banjar that working area of Tanjung Karang Public Health Center. The result of implementing this community service activity was a positive and enthusiastic response from all participants. Keywords: Anxiety, hypertension, hypertension patient ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang angka kejadiannya terus menunjukan peningkatan. Peningkatan tekanan darah dapat dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaraya berkaitan dengan gangguan psikologis seperti kecemasan, stress dan depresi.Hiperteni yang tidak terkontrol dapat menyebabkan terjadinya komplikasi dan risiko terjadinya kerusakan pada jantung dan pembuluh darah pada organ besar seperti otak dan ginjal. Guna mencegah komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi pada penderita hipertensi tersebut, maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan kesehatan sebagai upaya promotif melalui metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penderita hipertensi sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan Banjar Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Karang Mataram. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya tanggapan positif dan antusias dari semua peserta. Kata kunci :Kecemasan, hipertensi, penderita hipertensi

This research is entitled "Application of Group Guidance Using Cognitive Restructuring Techniques in Overcoming Academic Procrastination of Palembang Islamic Boarding School Students". This study aims to find out the description of students' academic procrastination and to find out the application of cognitive restructuring techniques in overcoming procrastination at the Ar Rahman Islamic boarding school. This type of research is field research, with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were "K" clients, "FW" clients, "NP" clients, "A" clients, and "AKT" clients. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions. The results of this study indicate that, the picture of procrastination seen from the aspect of not managing time, four subjects are not managing time, only the "FW" client can manage time. From the low self-confidence aspect, four subjects had low self-confidence, only the "FW" client had high self-confidence. From the aspect of considering themselves too busy, four subjects considered themselves too busy, only the "NP" client did not consider himself too busy. From the aspect of stubbornness, the five subjects have stubbornness. From the aspect of manipulating other people's behavior, the five subjects manipulated the behavior of other people. From the aspect of delay as a means of protection for themselves, the five subjects postpone something as a protection for themselves. From the aspect of feeling themselves as victims, the five subjects felt that they were the only ones who were unable to do something. The application of group guidance with cognitive restructuring techniques uses four stages, namely the formation stage, the transition stage, the activity stage, and the termination stage, so that results are obtained, the five clients have experienced a lot of changes, where the five clients can manage time, have higher self-confidence, do not consider self is too busy, not stubborn, does not manipulate the behavior of others, does not use procrastination as a protection to avoid pressure, and does not feel like a victim.

Toko Robani merupakan salah satu jenis toko kelontong yang memperjualkan aneka jenis perlengkapan kebutuhan sehari-hari. Setiap UMKM pasti mendapatkan banyak resiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemungkinan resiko yang terjadi pada Toko Robani dengan menggunakan Framework ISO 31000. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan metode Case Study Research melalui beberapa tahapan yang sesuai dengan framework ISO 31000. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara secara langsung pada Toko Robani. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 8 kemungkinan risiko yang sewaktu-waktu dapat mengganggu proses bisnis pada Toko Robani. Dari 8 risiko, 1 diantaranya memiliki tingkat risiko yang tergolong High Risk, yaitu baramg tidak laku. Lalu, ditemukan 6 risiko dengan Medium Level yang mencakup Hujan deras angin, Kebakaran, Pencurian barang, Barang kadaluarsa, Harga kulak barang semakin mahal dan Uang palsu. Serta terdapat 1 risiko dengan tingkatan Low Risk, yaitu Kelalaian karyawan (human error).
