Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Terhadap Minat Beli Insektisida Virtako 300 SC Dengan Citra Merek Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 52 orang atau konsumen toko Hikmah Tani yang telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kousioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisi data terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji signifikasi parsial, uji sobel (kriteria dari mediasi). Variabel promosi (X) memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap minat beli (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji analisis jalur yang dimana promosi memiliki point sebesar 0,592 dan didukung dengan point yang tinggi di kuesioner sebanyak 236 point dan berada pada range sangat baik. variabel citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli insektisida virtako 300 SC. Namun, variabel citra merek hanya memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kecil, dikarenakan nilai standardized beta yang diperoleh hanya sebesar 0,419 atau 41,9%. Variabel promosi dengan citra merek secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat beli hal ini dikarenakan nilai probabilitas (sig) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian, nilai adjusted R square atau koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,451 atau 45,1 persen yang berarti bahwa kemampuan variabel promosi dengan citra merek dalam menjelaskan minat beli adalah sebesar 38,5 persen, sedangkan sisanya 61,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Despite its popularity, the discovery learning model is not always successful in improving learning outcomes, especially in populations of students with large ability disparities. The group of high achieving students is too dominant and the low achieving group tends to participate less, so they don't get optimal results. Therefore, alternative learning models are needed to encourage class participation. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model using student worksheet on the results of learning chemistry on salt hydrolysis in class XI MIPA students. This research uses a non-equivalent control group design. The application of the jigsaw type cooperative model and discovery learning are used as independent variable and learning outcomes are designated as dependent variable. Samples were taken through the non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. Classes XI MIPA 1 and XI MIPA 2 are the experimental class and the control class in this study, respectively. Data collection using pre-test and post-test on the sample class with multiple choice test instruments. Hypothesis testing with the t-test to produce  3.48 and with a value of 2.01. This data shows that the jigsaw type cooperative model using student worksheet has a significant impact on student learning outcomes as indicated by  Tcount which is  greater than TTable  .

Abstract

The fluctuation of rice production in Indonesia over the last 5 years shows a downward trend due to a decrease in land area and increase risks. A government's effort to overcome the risks of rice farming is to establish rice farming insurance (AUTP). This research aims to analyze the factors that influence farmers' decisions to join rice farming insurance (AUTP) and how the impact of rice farming insurance on farming income in Indonesia. The data used was secondary data from the survey results from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2018. The number of samples was 470 farmers, consisting of 122 farmers who joined rice farming insurance and 358 farmers who did not take rice farming insurance. Data were analyzed using logistic regression and propensity score matching (PSM) methods. The results show that the variables of education level, participation in socialization, perceptions of decreased production, and production significantly influenced farmers' decisions to join rice farming insurance. The impact of insurance on farm income shows that the average farm income of farmers who follow rice farming insurance is higher than farmers who did not join rice farming insurance. Therefore, the government continued to encourage the implementation of the rice farming insurance program to increase the level of farmer participation and sustainability of the AUTP program. Abstract

Salt is one of the strategic commodities as a component of human nourishment and raw material for sustainable industries. Like other agriculture and food business, developing entrepreneurial skills and behavior among salt producers is very important. This study aims to describe the characteristics of salt producers and examine the effects of entrepreneurial behavior on salt business performance. This study used a primary data of 120 salt producers in Jeneponto regency. The data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that salt farmers in Jeneponto Regency had entrepreneurial characteristics seen from their experience and motivation in doing business. Entrepreneurial behavior had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the salt business. In addition, individual characteristics also have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, but the environment has no significant effect on salt entrepreneurial behavior in Jeneponto Regency. This study implies that improving entrepreneurial behavior of salt produces in Jeneponto Regency will increase their salt business performance. Nangsri Village is a government agency engaged in community services experiencing problems in the system of introducing organizational structures, activities, locations, which are currently only known by the surrounding community. With the development of this Information Technology, it encourages the author to design a Website Profile of Jambu Village with the creation of this website, it is hoped that it will run well and can be felt the benefits, it will make it easier to introduce the potentials, activities, that exist in Jambu Village and the community can find out the developments that have occurred. occurred in Jambu Village, especially the community around Jambu Village and more broadly it can be known by all people in the world. The purpose of this service is to build a Website Profile of Jambu Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency. The benefit of this service is that in addition to what is listed above, it is hoped that the existence of a Website in Jambu Village can optimize in conveying information about the potential organizational structure in Jambu Village. The method of this research is data collection, data analysis, design, programming, testing and implementation. With the construction of the Jambu Village profile website, it is easier to market products in Jambu Village so that it can be known by the wider community, especially the Jambu Village community, they don't have to come directly to Jambu Village, just look through the website to find out the information in the Jambu Village.

Abstract

The enactment of new laws related to the minimum age limit to be able to carry out marriages does not always work effectively in various regions in Indonesia. This study intends to identify factors of ineffectiveness of Law No.16 of 2019 concerning the minimum age of marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs (District (South Jayapura District, Abepura and Heram) of Jayapura City in the period 2019-2021. This qualitative study is normative-empirical legal research. Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness became the theory of subject matter analysis. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study conclude that the lack of effectiveness of the implementation of the new law on the marriage age limit in Jayapura City is caused by a variety of factors that cause there are still many cases of marriage dispensation, such as the lack of knowledge and awareness of public attitudes towards the implementation of the law, the lack of legal culture, and the lack of socialization of legal enforcement. The theoretical implications of this study show that synergy of supporting factors is needed in realizing the effectiveness of the law of the minimum age of marriage, both juridical, sociological and anthropological supporting factors. The limitations of this study have not examined the concrete role of religious (Islamic) leaders in various districts of Jayapura in the succession to the effectiveness of the implementation of new laws related to the minimum age of marriage.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out on 15 students of MI NW 2 Kembang Kerang which consists of 6 women and 9 men. This study aims the SKI Learning Objectives Improvement on Sunan Maulana Malik Ibrahim material by using the audio-visual media. The result of learning shows that cycle 1 of learning objectives which obtained by students who achieve learning mastery individually as many as 7 people or 46.66% while 8 people or 53.33% have not reached completeness of study. The average result obtained by students is 69.80 which does not complete the KKM determined by MI NW 2 Kembang Kerang is 70 in SKI lessons. In cycle 2 the results of the final student test showed only 15 students achieved completeness individually, namely 100%. In accordance with the mastery of classical learning, Schools are declared complete when 80% of students complete individually. This shows that students in class VI MI NW 2 Kembang Kerang have been able to solve the questions given by the teacher to SKI lessons and show improvement Thus learning using audio media visuals can improve learning outcomes, activeness, and motivation, the material delivered by the teacher understandable, the responsibility of students towards the task is quite high, and helps students to be actively involved in learning activities.

Abstract

Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah is an Islamic community organization that was born on November 30, 1930 in Medan, North Sumatra. This study aims to explore the management strategy of Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah's charitable business. This research is classified as field research. That way the object of research is an object in the field that is able to provide information about research studies. This research shows that, on the one hand, Al-Washliyah's charitable om88 efforts already exist in carrying out their functions in the organization. On the other hand, the Al-Washliyah organization has not been able to fully overcome the problems of managing its business charity. The main finding produced in this study, is that the organization has not been able to enforce regulations according to the demands of AD/ART AW, as a result, Al-Washliyah's charitable efforts have not been able to fully regulate organization, assets and administrative order.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of Hybrid Learning at STAIN Majene in learning Indonesian Language. Hybrid Learning is developed for contemporary education. The learning problem in Covid-19 Pandemic Period are the environment and the learning media that have turned to virtual classes. The environment understood by students is a learning environment that presents lecturers in class, studying along with groups in the room. This contemporary education period present a learning with an independent concept and it is free to learn anywhere and anytime. The research approach was quantitative. The Research design was quasi-experimental. The research population was all the students who are in PAI 4 and PAI 6 semester I (odd) academic year 2020/2021. The data analysis techniques were used the SPSS24 application. The result of research showed that the learning outcomes of students in PAI 4 class following the learning process through Hybrid Learning as much as 89.70% succeed to achieve the average score of the minimum completeness criteria. The learning outcomes of students in PAI 6 as much as 91.68% succeed to achieve the average minimum completeness criteria. The use of Hybrid Learning effectively used in Indonesian language learning at STAIN Majene can be seen from the value of sig.(2-tailed)> 0.05 or 0.000>0.05, meaning that hypothesis 1 (H1) which states that Hybrid Learning is effectively used in learning at the Higher Lecturer level, especially in STAIN Majene. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Makassar City National Land Agency (BPN) as many as 63 people. And the sample in this study is the entire population, namely 63 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents at BPN Makassar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment variable (X1) with a significance of 0.005 and Compensation (X2) with a significance of 0.000 on Employee Performance (Y).
