Abstract

Rubber is a cultivated plant that plays an important role in economic activities in Indonesia, which is a source of national income besides oil and gas. Most of the semi-finished natural rubber production in Indonesia is crumb rubber, especially crumb rubber with the SIR 20 standard. Best Management Practice is a standard method or reference in increasing the yield and quality of production of a commodity which also increases product marketing and income of companies or plantations that implement it. The purposes of this research were to: (1) analyze the marketing results before and after the implementation of BMP in PT. Remco Rubber Indonesia and (2) analyzing the crumb rubber marketing strategy implemented by PT. Remco Rubber Indonesia. The research method used is paired t-test analysis and 4P marketing mix strategy analysis. The results of the t-test using SPSS 26 showed that the marketing of crumb rubber at PT. Remco experienced a significant increase after the application of BMP in the crumb rubber processing. For the marketing mix strategy implemented at PT. Remco has been well implemented. This means that the application of BMP in crumb rubber processing has a significant relationship in implementing marketing strategies in increasing marketing.

Abstract

Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that relies on agriculture as a support for the economy and welfare of its people. In 2020, the number of poor people in the Cianjur Regency decreased, allegedly because of increasing financial prosperity. Simultaneously, the number of entrepreneurs in the Cianjur Regency has increased rapidly. This indicates that entrepreneurship is a contributing factor to the rising financial well-being of the residents in Cianjur Regency. The majority of the productive age group, 15-19 years old, currently studying at vocational high schools, represent crucial capital for advancing agriculture in the Cianjur Regency through entrepreneurship. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the agricultural entrepreneurship intentions of Agribusiness Vocational School students in the Cianjur Regency. The sample for this study was selected using purposive sampling. The analysis involved descriptive methods and the application of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that the factors that influence the agricultural entrepreneurship intentions of Agribusiness Vocational School students in the Cianjur Regency are attitudes towards behavior (ATB), subjective norms (SNS), and perceived behavioral control (PCB). This research suggests that collaboration between the government, schools, and universities is needed so that vocational school students can maintain and improve the factors that can influence entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

In order to achieve a more inclusive and robust democracy, it is important to understand the role of digital transformation and how technology can be used as a tool to strengthen public participation, ensure transparency and increase government accountability. By looking at real examples and broader implications of digitalization in the context of democracy, existing opportunities and challenges can be identified, and appropriate policies can be formulated for a better democratic future. This review aimed to describe the digital transformation and its role in improving democracy. Literature search efforts are carried out by searching on search engines using certain keywords. Articles that match the inclusion criteria are reviewed in depth. Digitalization has played an important role in strengthening democracy in an unprecedented way. By expanding public participation, increasing transparency, and strengthening government accountability, digital technology has provided new opportunities for citizens to engage in political processes and effect social change. However, keep in mind that challenges and risks associated with digitization also exist, such as the spread of false information and data privacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan aset dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi mencakup 86 perusahaan dan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software Economic Views (EViews) 12 Student Version Lite. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, pertumbuhan aset dan struktur modal secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The mining sector plays a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, and understanding the factors that influence the value of mining companies is of great importance for investors and policymakers. One such factor is free cash flow, which represents the surplus cash generated by a company after meeting its operating expenses and capital expenditures. Companies with higher free cash flow may have more resources available for investment, debt reduction, or returning value to shareholders, which can potentially enhance their overall value. However, it is essential to investigate whether this relationship holds true specifically for mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2020-2021. This study aimed to assess the impact of free cash flow on the value of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2021. This study is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Secondary data was utilized, and the research focused on a population of 55 mining sector companies listed during that specific period. The sample, consisting of 38 companies, was selected using purposive sampling. The analysis employed descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS version 21 software. The findings revealed that although free cash flow demonstrated a positive relationship with firm value, this relationship was not statistically significant. The regression coefficient for the free cash flow variable was 0.013, indicating a positive effect. However, the partial T test resulted in a t-statistic value of 1.766 for the coefficient of the free cash flow variable, which was lower than the critical t-table value of 1.995. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) was accepted, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) was rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis model project based learning (PjBL) berbantuan alat musik sarone terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis (2) pengaruh model PjBL berbantuan alat musik sarone terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, (3) pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent pretest-posstest control group design. Populasinya adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMAN 1 Lembar tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 dengan jumlah 117 peserta didik. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh kelas X1 MIPA 1 sebanyak 30 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Perangkat pembelajaran di validasi terlebih dahulu oleh 3 validator ahli dan 2 validator praktisi. Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model PjBL berbantuan alat musik sarone sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan model direct instruction. Data diambil menggunakan tes soal uraian untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dan angket untuk mengetahui motivasi berprestasi peserta didik. Hasil tes akhir kemampuan berpikir kritis diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen 67,2 kategori sedang dan kelas kontrol 59,5 kategori rendah. Hipotesis penelitian diuji menggunakan uji ANCOVA satu jalan dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) perangkat pembelajaran layak digunakan, 2) terdapat pengaruh model PjBL berbantuan alat musik sarone terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yaitu 0,002<0,05, 3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik sebesar 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk yang layak untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Perangkat pembelajaran berbantuan alat musik sarone merupakan perangkat yang dikaitkan dengan media alat musik sarone. dan terdiri atas RPP, bahan ajar, LKPD dan instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Penelitian ini meggunakan model 4D yakni define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Instrumen berupa lembar validasi berbentuk penilaian dengan skala likert 1-4. Penilaian ini melibatkan 3 validator ahli pada bidang fisika dan 2 validator praktisi, yakni guru mata pelajaran fisika di SMAN 1 Lembar. Hasil validitas produk menunjukkan persentase dan kategori sebagai berikut: RPP 89,02% (sangat valid); bahan ajar 87,88% (sangat valid); LKPD 91,92% (sangat valid); dan instrumen tes 90,06% (sangat valid) dan untuk nilai reliabilitasnya dengan rata-rata di atas 75%. Abstract

Research to determine the position of the Pancasila IdeologyDevelopment Agency in the state administration system of theRepublic of Indonesia. This agency was formed as a concrete effortby the government to carry out its function as state administrator inresponding to the developing political situation in society, related tothe emergence of several political currents and identity politics whichare closely related to the role of Pancasila as the state ideology.Previously the President had issued Presidential Decree Number 54 of2017 concerning UKP-PIP which was considered to make it difficultfor the agency to coordinate with ministries and state agencies,because the UKP-PIP's authority was still at the level of the Ministry'sDirector General. This research uses normative legal research withstatutory and conceptual approaches. Abstract

Research on the Form and Meaning of Mosque Naming in Mataram City: This Morphosemantic Study aims to describe the form of mosque names morphologically and examine their meaning semantically. This research is a type of research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this research are the names of mosques in Mataram City, while the data sources in this research include mosque administrators, the public, articles and other media. The data collection method in this research uses the Listening method with advanced techniques, the Listening Involvement Cakap technique, the Free Listening Involvement Cakap technique, the Note taking technique and the Recording technique. Apart from that, the Listening method is strengthened by the Interview method with the Cakap Semuka advanced technique. Furthermore, it is also strengthened by the Documentation method. The data analysis methods used include the Intralingual Matching method, the Extra Lingual Matching method and the Distributional method. The method for presenting data analysis in this research uses informal methods. The results of this research include the morphological forms of mosque names which are classified into words and phrases. Based on their meaning, mosque names are divided into lexical meaning and contextual (socio-cultural) meaning.
