Abstract

Pemerintah menerapkan program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan mendukung operasional sekolah secara efektif, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti penggunaan dana yang tidak sesuai dengan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Sekolah (RKAS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian campuran, dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas, guru mata pelajaran, guru pendamping, dan orang tua siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari tiga metode utama, yaitu angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana BOS tergolong efektif berdasarkan keempat variabel utama: konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, program ini berhasil meningkatkan fasilitas pendidikan, kompetensi guru, dan kualitas pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perencanaan yang matang, pelatihan intensif bagi pengelola dana BOS, serta koordinasi yang lebih baik antara kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dan guru untuk memastikan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan dana. Penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan terkait fleksibilitas penggunaan dana yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mendesak di sekolah.

Abstract

Rendahnya prestasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dikarenakan siswa kurangnya motivasi dan tidak memiliki semangat dalam belajar, siswa tidak paham arti belajar dalam dirinya sendiri, rendahnya kesadaran dan tanggung jawab peserta didik dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bimbingan guru, motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa kuliner di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas XI kuliner dan siswa kelas XII kuliner SMK berjumlah 465 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel proposinate simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan mendapatkan sampel per angkatan kelas XI Kuliner 34 sampel dan XII Kuliner 48 sampel dengan jumlah kedua angkatan yaitu 82 siswa yang digunakan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dianalisis dengan regresi ganda dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan bimbingan guru dengan prestasi belajar siswa kuliner dengan sumbangan efektif 20.77%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kuliner dengan sumbangan efektif 21.43%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kuliner dengan sumbangan efektif 34.05%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan secara bersama-sama bimbingan guru, motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa dengan sumbangan efektif  76.30%. Simpulan penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan bimbingan guru, motivasi belajar, disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa kuliner di SMK.

Abstract

Low student independence in learning is indicated by student dependence on teachers to understand the material and the lack of use of learning media that support independent learning. The purpose of this study is to develop interactive project-based learning video media to improve student independence in the material of economic activities in grade IV elementary schools. The development model used is ADDIE, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study involved two material experts and two media experts as validators, as well as teachers and students for practicality trials. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a rating scale instrument. The techniques used in analyzing the data were qualitative descriptive analysis, quantitative statistics, and inferential. The results of the study showed a score of 0.97 from material experts and 0.93 from media experts with very relevant criteria. The practicality test showed a level of practicality of 100% from teachers and 90% from students, with a very practical category. The effectiveness test showed a significant difference between the level of student independence before and after using this learning media. It was concluded that interactive project-based learning video media increased student independence. This study implies that interactive project-based learning videos on economic activity material are developed in the form of digital media. Digital learning media in the form of learning videos can increase students' enthusiasm and passion and can train independence in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SD Negeri 3 Banyuning dengan menekankan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam proses tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana kepala sekolah mengimplementasikan MBS melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis dan transformasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Subjek penelitian melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite sekolah. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berhasil mengombinasikan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis (dengan melibatkan guru dan komite dalam pengambilan keputusan) dan transformasional (membangun visi bersama) dalam pengelolaan kurikulum, administrasi, dan kegiatan siswa secara partisipatif. Meskipun terdapat tantangan berupa miskomunikasi dan beban kerja berlebih, kepala sekolah berhasil mengatasinya melalui delegasi tugas dan rapat koordinasi rutin. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan implementasi MBS, namun masih memerlukan penguatan sistem pendukung yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang berpihak pada murid akan lebih optimal apabila guru mampu memilih dan menerapkan model pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal Manggarai untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru serta kualitas pembelajaran di SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian melibatkan tokoh adat, guru, kepala sekolah, pengawas, dan pakar pendidikan. Metode pengumpulan data mencakup Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observasi, wawancara, dan validasi ahli, sementara analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima sintaks model pembelajaran berbasis budaya Manggarai yakni Toing, Toming, Tatang, Teing, dan Titong yang mampu memberikan struktur sistematis pada proses pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran berbasis budaya Manggarai yang dikembangkan ini sudah divalidasi oleh para pakar dan dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal Manggarai efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini model ini mampu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif siswa, relevansi pembelajaran, serta pemahaman guru dalam penerapan metode inovatif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan praktik pendidikan berbasis budaya, sekaligus menjadi panduan inovatif bagi guru dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berkualitas.

Abstract

This article reports a correlation study of principals’managerial skills, school climate, andteachers’work morale with teachers’performance. The study is aimed to know: (a) correlation betweenprincipals’managerial skills and school climate; (b) correlation between principals’managerial skillsand teachers’work morale; (c) correlation between principals’magerial skills and teachers’performance;(d) correlation between school climate and teachers’work morale; (e) correlation between school climateand teachers’performance; and (f) teachers’work morale and teachers’perfeormance. The study usedquantitative approach with descriptive-correlational design. The population included 90 teachers at StateSenior High Schools in Merauke city. Krecjie table was used to select the sample, that is, 71 teachers,82,56% of the population. The instrument was the form of questionnaires. This correlation study used pathmodel as the main data analysis. The results indicate that: (a) there is a positive and significant correlationbetween principals’managerial skills and school climate; (b) there is a positive and significant correlationbetween principals’managerial skills and teachers’work morale; (c) there is a positive and significantcorrelation between principals’managerial skills and teachers’performance; (d) there is a positive butnon-significant correlation between school climate and teachers’work morale; (e) there is a positive andsignificant correlation between school climate and teachers’performance; and (f) there is a positive andsignificant correlation between teachers’work morale and teachers’performance. Based on the results ofthe study, some suggestions should be taken into mind: (a) it is suggested that the government of Meraukeregency should take some strategic policies to facilitate principals, and the candidate of principals as well,to enhance their managerial skills; and (b) the principals should be recruited and selected from teacherswho are best in moral and personality.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of elementary school students in Indonesian language subjects remain a persistent issue, primarily due to the continued use of conventional teaching methods that emphasize rote learning and teacher-centered instruction. This approach limits students' active participation, inhibits critical thinking development, and reduces their motivation for independent learning. To address this challenge, this study investigates the effectiveness of the problem-based learning (PBL) model assisted by interactive PowerPoint media in enhancing students’ cognitive understanding. This study employs a quasi-experimental design with a Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample consists of 55 fifth-grade students, divided into an experimental group taught using PBL assisted by interactive PowerPoint media and a control group taught using conventional methods. Data were collected using multiple-choice objective tests and analyzed through descriptive statistics and t-tests to compare learning outcomes between the two groups. The results reveal a statistically significant improvement in students' cognitive knowledge competence in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings demonstrate that integrating PBL with interactive power point media is an effective strategy to enhance students’ cognitive understanding and learning motivation. The study underscores the importance of adopting innovative and student-centered teaching models to improve cognitive learning outcomes in Indonesian language education at the elementary level.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low reading skills of elementary school students, especially in understanding narrative texts. The purpose of this study is to develop a Big Book learning media based on Indonesian narrative text literacy that is effective in improving the reading skills of fourth grade elementary school students. The development model used is the ADDIE model ((analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation). The subjects of the study were 25 fourth grade students. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and reading skills tests. The instruments used are expert validation questionnaire sheets, and reading evaluation questions. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed tcount (24.59) > ttable (1.711) so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that literacy-based big book learning media is effective to be applied to Indonesian narrative texts to improve reading comprehension skills in fourth grade elementary school students. The implications of this study show the importance of using contextual and attractive visual media to support literacy learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

In the process of learning science in elementary schools, teachers often have difficulty in delivering learning materials due to the lack of availability of supporting learning media. As a result, during the learning process, students become bored, unfocused, and do not understand the contents of the material. This has an impact on student learning outcomes that are not optimal. The purpose of this study is to create interactive video learning media based on contextual science subjects that are valid and practical. The type of research used is development research with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility test of media and material experts obtained very feasible criteria with an average value of 95%. The results of the teacher's practicality test obtained a score of 99.09% with a very practical qualification. The results of this study obtained a tcount of 15.169 with a significance level of 5% is 1.703, so that tcount> ttable. Based on the research that has been conducted, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of Contextual-Based Interactive Learning Video Media on the science learning outcomes of grade VI Elementary School students.

Abstract

The low level of students' understanding of Social Studies material has a direct impact on their poor learning outcomes. One contributing factor is the limited use of engaging and contextual learning media to support the learning process. This study aims to examine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the Card Match Circle (CMC) media assisted by 3D models in improving students' learning outcomes on the topic of Indonesian Kingdoms. This is a development research employing the ADDIE model, involving 2 material experts, 2 media experts, 1 teacher, and 14 fourth-grade students as research subjects. Data were collected using validation questionnaires, response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The data were analyzed quantitatively using a correlated t-test. The results showed that the CMC media assisted by 3D models had a very high validity level, with validation scores of 0.98 from material experts and 0.93 from media experts. The practicality of the media based on teacher responses reached 97.5% and student responses 86.1%, both categorized as very practical. Furthermore, the correlated t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the media was effective in improving students' learning outcomes. The implication of this research highlights that integrating CMC media with 3D models offers an innovative alternative for active and interactive Social Studies learning to support students' competency achievement.
