Abstract

This study aims to find out the results of evaluations separately and together on context, input, process, product and the constraints that occur in implementing the use of BOS funds at Harapan Christian Private High School Denpasar, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a program evaluation research using the CIPP model. The population in this study were all residents of Harapan Christian Private High School Denpasar. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 39 people consisting of school principals, deputy principals, school treasurers, BOS treasurers, administration, teachers. Context, input, process and product data in this study were collected by questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the use of BOS funds, raw scores were transformed into Z scores and then into T-Scores and then verified into the Glickman Quadrant. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) the implementation of the use of BOS funds in terms of the context component is classified as ineffective, 2) the implementation of the use of BOS funds in terms of the input component is classified as ineffective, 3) the implementation of the use of BOS funds in terms of the process component classified as effective, 4) implementing the use of BOS funds in terms of product components classified as ineffective, 5) evaluation results on the implementation of the use of BOS funds in terms of the context, input, process and product components, the results are less effective (--+-).

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effectiveness of the Personnel Management Information System (Simpeg) for Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency and 2) find out what factors influence the effectiveness of the Personnel Management Information System (Simpeg) for Teachers Has the status of a Civil Servant (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. This research is an evaluation research with CIPP design (Context, Input, Process, Product). The population used in this study were teachers with civil servant status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, totaling 537 teachers ranging from elementary, junior high and DPK teachers. While the sample used in this study used a random sampling technique, the minimum number of samples that must be used in this study was 226. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation method. The data analysis method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of the raw score data transformed into Z-scores then into T-Scores then verified into the Glickman Quadrant. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) for Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, in terms of context, obtained effective results (+), 2) Effectiveness of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) For Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, in terms of input, effective results are obtained (+), 3) Effectiveness of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) for Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Regency Badung in terms of process obtained effective results (+), 4) Effectiveness of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) for Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PNS) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency in terms of product obtained effective results (+), and 5) Results joint evaluation of the Effectiveness of the Personnel Management System (SIMPEG) for Teachers with Civil Servant Status (PN S) in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, seen from the context, input, process and product aspects, effective results were obtained (+ + + +).

Abstract

This study aims to describe what efforts have been made to overcome obstacles related to the provision of elementary education facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of elementary school education at SD Inpress Sarudu IV, West Sulawesi. This research will be designed into qualitative research where research focuses on phenomena that occur in the field. This study uses a case study approach in observing the phenomena found. This study uses snowballing techniques in determining research subjects. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, surveys and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed with Data Reduction, Data Display, Conclusion Drawing, the results of the study showed that the facilities and infrastructure of SD Inpress Sarudu IV West Sulawesi were well available. The facilities and infrastructure at SD Inpress Sarudu IV West Sulawesi are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 of 2007 concerning Standards of Facilities and Infrastructure for Elementary Schools/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (SD/MI), the condition of infrastructure is in good and adequate condition.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the strengthening of character education based on local wisdom for students of SMP Harapan Nusantara Denpasar. This research is ex-post facto research with CIPP design (Context, Input, Process, Product). The population used in this study were students of SMP Harapan Nusantara Denpasar class VII–IX with 346 students. While the sample used in this study was 186 students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan metode pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) terhadap prestasi akademik siswa kelas III di sekolah dasar dengan fokus pada tema Praja Muda Karana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-eksperimental dengan desain Non-Equivalent Post-test Only Control Group. Populasi studi meliputi semua siswa kelas III di gugus VI kecamatan Sawan Kabupaten Buleleng pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Populasi ini terdiri dari 6 rombongan belajar di 4 sekolah, dengan total siswa sebanyak 177 orang. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik Random sampling, di mana kelas dipilih secara acak dan dianggap sebagai kelompok eksperimen. SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan dipilih sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel 27 siswa, sedangkan SD Negeri 4 Sangsit dipilih sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah sampel 25 siswa. Pengumpulan data prestasi belajar tema dilakukan melalui metode tes, khususnya tes esai/uraian yang terdiri dari 10 butir soal. Data hasil tes dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan t hitung sebesar 22,68, sedangkan t tabel sebesar 1,68. Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian, terbukti bahwa t hitung lebih tinggi daripada t tabel. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa penerapan model Creative Problem Solving (CPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas III di Sekolah Dasar dengan tema Praja Muda Karana.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memastikan bagaimana penerapan alat peraga ADE (Alat Peragaan Ejaan) mempengaruhi kemampuan membaca awal siswa kelas satu di SD Negeri 2 Sesetan. Eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design posttest only merupakan metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Dua kelompok dijadikan sampel: kelompok kontrol yang tidak menggunakan alat peraga, dan kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan alat peraga ADE. Temuan studi ini memperlihatkan alat bantu pengajaran ADE berdampak signifikan dan positif terhadap perkembangan membaca siswa. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t, rata-rata kemampuan membaca kedua kelompok bervariasi secara signifikan, dengan angka t statistik sebesar 2,506 dan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,015 (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa dapat ditingkatkan secara nyata dengan penggunaan alat bantu pengajaran ADE. Hal ini menyoroti betapa pentingnya menggunakan sumber belajar yang menarik dan dinamis untuk membantu siswa meningkatkan kemampuan dasar membaca mereka.

Abstract

Objective: A high-quality education requires a high teachers' teaching commitment. The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of teacher teaching commitment on the academic performance in Indonesian language subject among the state junior high school students in Merauke, Indonesia. Methods: The data on teacher teaching commitment were obtained from 309 junior high school students, while the data on the state junior high school students' academic performance were obtained from the surveyed students’ academic records. The data were analyzed statistically using SPSS version 21. Findings: Statistical analysis revealed that teacher teaching commitment has a positive influence on the academic performance in Indonesian language subject among the state junior high school students in Merauke, Indonesia, as the R2 coefficient value was found to be .727 and the Sig. F Change value was .000. Conclusion: Based on the result of statistical analysis, the study gives a deeper knowledge of the impact of teachers’ commitment to teaching on the academic performance in Indonesia language subject among the state junior high school students in Merauke, Indonesia.Keywords: academic performance, students, teachers, teaching commitment.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v12.i2.202234

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kekhawatiran terhadap kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang budaya lokal di era digital serta kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital yang bijak dan berbudaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi integrasi kearifan lokal Bali dalam pembelajaran literasi digital dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan generasi digital yang bijak dan berbudaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian melibatkan siswa, guru, dan kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran literasi digital tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang budaya Bali dan kemampuan literasi digital, tetapi juga meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa. Implikasinya, integrasi ini berpotensi memberikan dampak positif bagi komunitas sekolah secara keseluruhan dan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan pendidikan literasi digital yang kontekstual dan berbudaya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Pembelajaran Berbasis Literasi (PBL) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa Sekolah Dasar di SDN 1 Padangbulia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan analisis, evaluasi informasi, penyusunan argumen logis, identifikasi bias, dan penarikan kesimpulan siswa. Selain itu, PBL juga berdampak positif pada pengetahuan literasi, minat baca, keterampilan menulis, dan keterampilan berkomunikasi siswa. Kesimpulannya, PBL efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan literasi di kalangan siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to understand the condition of students' reading and writing literacy at SD Negeri 3 Kalianget and the impact of the interventions carried out. Reading and writing literacy is becoming increasingly vital in the era of globalization and digitalization. This research evaluates the effectiveness of interventions at SD Negeri 3 Kalianget to improve student literacy. By empowering libraries and open spaces, this effort aims to increase students' interest in reading, literacy skills and learning behavior. Data from observations, interviews and documentation were analyzed qualitatively. Challenges such as resources and teacher training were also identified. It is hoped that consistent support and implementation will improve students' literacy holistically, preparing them for a complex future.
