Abstract

The research background is that students have difficulty understanding the material, the learning activities carried out by the teacher do not use learning media. The aim of this research is to develop Plywood Door Jenius Kei learning media in social studies subjects, especially class V elementary school. The model in this research is the development of ADDIE, where there are 5 stages, namely Analyze (Analysis) analyzing the background, concepts and learning resources, Design (Design/Planning) by designing learning media products, Development (Development) namely the stage of developing learning media products through validation of material experts, language experts and media experts, Implementation, namely the application of learning media to students where a model for filling out question questionnaires is also applied. The research results from the material expert validation test results were 89%, the language expert validation test results were 90%, and the media expert validation test results were 89%. Based on the results of the validation test, it is suitable/valid for use. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that this product can be used in the learning process of fifth grade elementary school students.   Keywords: ADDIE model, jenius kei plywood door, learning media

Abstract

The development of learning media based on the Pancasila Mini Encyclopedia aims to facilitateeducators and students in the teaching and learning process in the classroom, especially in Civics learning. The research and development model used is the Rowntree development model. The test subjects in this development research were third grade students at SDN 23 Palembang. The evaluation stage in this study uses Tessmer's formative evaluation which is modified by theRowntree development model. This evaluation includes 4 (four) stages, namely self evaluation,expert review, one-to-one, and small group. The validation of this media product was carried out by involving 3 (three) experts, namely media experts, material experts and linguists. The results of the validation of the experts get an average of 93.66% which is stated in the very valid category.Furthermore, in the one-to-one stage, the media was tested on 5 (five) students and judging by theresults of the questionnaire responses, the results obtained an average of 88% which was categorized as very practical. Then in the small group stage, the media was tested on 10 (ten)students and seen from the results of the questionnaire responses, the results obtained an average of 97% which was categorized as very practical. Based on the results of the validation of the experts, the one-to-one and small group stages, the Pancasila Mini Encyclopedia media is feasible to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effect of using manipulative media on increasing the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Zayyan Palembang. The research method used in this research is qualitative research, the type of research used is true experimental design. The research population was all children of PAUD Zayyan Palembang in class A2. The sampling technique used a random sampling of the selected samples, namely class A2 which was used as the experimental class and A1 as the control class. Methods of data collection using observation and documentation. Based on the calculations obtained for the pretest data, the normality test of the data obtained is 40.61 and the posttest data is 83.53, so it can be said from the two data that the distribution is normal. Then the results of the calculation of the data normality test for t_(count )<t_table or 1.09 < 2.160. The next stage is testing the hypothesis from the results of the t-test calculation obtained t_count = 4.55 and t_table = 1.78. Thus it can be concluded that t_(count )> t_table or 4.55 > 1.78, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then the comparison of pretest data and posttest data can be stated that manipulative media has a significant influence on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Zayyan Palembang.

Abstract

Analisis kemampuan shooting dalam permaianan sepak bola pada atlet club persatuan sepak bola Meranjat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kemampuan shooting dalam permainan sepak bola, melalui tes kemampuan shooting dalam permaianan sepak bola pada atlet club persatuan sepak bola Meranjat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet club persatuan sepak bola Meranjat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, sehingga subjek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 16 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan shooting. Skor yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Berdasarkan data hasil penelitian, analisis dan pembahasan yang dilakukan tentang tingkat kemampuan dasar permainan sepak bola khususnya shooting atlet club persatuan sepak bola Meranjat, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa data hasil penelitian shooting pada atlet club persatuan sepak bola Meranjat di atas terlihat  bahwa 1 atlet (6,25%) mempunyai kemampuan shooting nilai baik sekali, 5 atlet (31,25%) mempunyai kemampuan shooting nilai baik, 6 atlet (37,5%) mempunyai kemampuan shooting nilai cukup, 4 atlet (25%) mempunyai kemampuan shooting nilai kurang, dan 0 atlet (0%) mempunyai kemampuan shooting kategori kurang sekali. Berdasar tes kemampuan shooting terlihat memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Sebagian besar kemampuan shooting yang dimiliki oleh atlet yang mengikuti kegiatan latihan sepak bola di club PSM dominan pada nilai cukup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media PARITAN (Flip Mengenal NKRI dengan Pertanyaan atau Tantangan) pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila materi makna NKRI kelas IV SD Negeri 144 Palembang yang memiliki hasil valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini yaitu 1 validator ahli bahasa, 1 validator ahli media, 1 validator ahli materi, dan siswa kelas IV pada uji coba one to one sebanyak 4 siswa dan small group sebanyak 10 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi oleh validator, lembar angket respon siswa dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 90,9% ahli media, sebesar 90% ahli materi, sebesar 90% ahli bahasa dengan kategori sangat valid, dan hasil angket respon siswa yaitu one to one sebesar 90,19% dan small group sebesar 90,17% dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze in depth the principal’s policies in improving teacher performance at public junior high schools (SMP Negeri) in Keluang District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The principal plays a strategic role as an educational leader who is responsible for directing, guiding, and developing human resources—particularly teachers—so that they can perform professionally in accordance with the demands of the Merdeka Curriculum. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. The research subjects include principals, teachers, and school supervisors. The findings reveal that the principal’s policies to improve teacher performance are implemented through four main strategies. First, enhancing teacher competence through training, workshops, academic supervision, and continuous professional development activities. Second, implementing reward and sanction systems to foster motivation and discipline among teachers. Third, building a collaborative work culture through subject teacher discussions (MGMP), regular meetings, and reflective teaching activities. Fourth, strengthening participatory leadership by involving teachers in school planning and evaluation processes. These policies have proven effective in improving teachers’ sense of responsibility, creativity, and instructional innovation. Thus, the principal’s role as a transformational leader is crucial in creating a conducive work environment and fostering efforts to improve the quality of education at the junior secondary school level.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahui tingkat motivasi yang dimiliki siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepak bola pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Talang Ubi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survey. Sampel adalah ekstrakurikuler sepak bola berjumlah 26 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Berdasarkan temuan hasil peneltian dan analisis data pada bab 4 di atas, penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa: a) Bahwa motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dikarenakan kedua faktor yaitu internal dan eksternal. b) Tingkat motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti esktrakurikuler sepak bola pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Pali adalah 61,5 dengan kategori sedang atau cukup tinggi.

Abstract

This study reviews the application of various innovative learning models in the context of 21st century education in Indonesia, with a focus on the application of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and other cooperative learning methods. This study refers to the latest research (2020-2024) which examines the effectiveness of implementing TPACK in the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) program, Classroom Action Research (PTK) training oriented towards 21st century learning, as well as the use of creative digital learning media. like a webtoon comic. The method used in this research is a literature review study, by collecting and analyzing scientific articles related to the implementation of PTK in elementary schools. The data collection technique used is analysis, which will later function to collect relevant data and sources in this research. The type of data used is qualitative, chosen because the method applied is a literature study. The results of this study show that the application of TPACK and other innovative learning methods has a positive impact in increasing teacher competence, student interest and involvement, as well as student learning outcomes. Technology-based learning models such as TPACK and Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategies combined with the Talking Stick method, have been proven to be able to improve students' critical thinking skills and activity in learning. This study concludes that collaboration between technology and pedagogy in learning has an important role in building an education system that is responsive to the demands and challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru di SMK Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan beberapa guru di SMK Negeri 3 Kayu Agung untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang menguraikan temuan-temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah memberikan motivasi kepada guru-guru di SMK Negeri 3 Kayu Agung. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru. Kepala sekolah memotivasi guru untuk menyusun Rencana Perangkat Pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai jadwal, mengevaluasi hasil belajar, serta menindaklanjuti proses pembelajaran, baik melalui remedial maupun pengayaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dari profesionalisme guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kayu Agung, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 91 guru ASN. Teknik pengumpulan data utama menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Untuk analisis data, digunakan uji-t untuk analisis regresi sederhana dan uji-F untuk analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Profesionalisme guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Kayu Agung dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,6%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung = 7,663 > ttabel = 3,897; 2) Motivasi kerja guru juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Kayu Agung dengan kontribusi sebesar 21,8%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan thitung = 6,968 > ttabel = 2,043; 3) Secara bersama-sama, profesionalisme guru dan motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri Kayu Agung dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,4%, sedangkan 66,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan Fhitung = 37,042 > Ftabel = 2,887.
