This study aims to determine how the implementation of work discipline at the Bogor District Court, how the attendance system to support employee discipline and how the Bogor District Court strategy in maintaining work discipline. This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Bogor City District Court. Data collection techniques are obtained from primary data derived from observation, interviews and documentation while secondary data through literature sources. The data that has been collected is analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and, conclusions. The results showed that 1. SIKEP / IKA digital attendance which is carried out online as a form of implementing work discipline makes Bogor District Court employees more diligent to come to the office on time and return from the office after office hours. 2. SIKEP / IKA is a real time attendance system where Bogor District Court employees must download the SIKEP / IKA application on each employee's cellphone and must be filled in the office area because the attendance system can only receive absences when the employee's location is in the Bogor District Court area. 3. SIKEP / IKA is a strategy of the Bogor District Court in maintaining the work discipline of Bogor District Court employees. If there are employees who forget to fill in the SIKEP / IKA or are late filling in the SIKEP / IKA application. The risk of such actions is the deduction of remuneration and the obligation to make an official report. The recommendation that we provide from this research is that the Bogor District Court must provide an adequate internet connection to prevent server interruptions on employees' cellphones so that there are duplicate connections from the Bogor District Court office wifi.

An ever-growing business organization is everyone's dream. Therefore, human resources are a vital element for a company. The purpose of this research is to determine the work discipline attitudes of employees at PT XYZ, which includes employee attendance discipline practice and disciplinary indicators applied to employees. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by identifying and analyzing the problems encountered. While the primary data for this research was obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the discipline of PT employees is relatively low, even though they can assure their responsibility to consumers; This is also considered good because employees show directly to consumers that they can be trusted to serve consumer mobility. Although it is still relatively low, it is expected from this research that company management always tries to create rules that will ensure that employees are more disciplined at work.

This research aims to comprehensively understand the work discipline system at PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. This research aims to find out how companies manage employee work discipline using a qualitative case study approach for one month in 2023. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation from four HR informants. These findings highlight the need to improve work discipline, especially regarding employee tardiness. Companies already have regulations and sanctions, but enforcement is still difficult. In this research, it was found that PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. has work policies and regulations that cover various aspects of work discipline, including provisions related to tardiness, working hours and dress codes. However, there are still obstacles in implementing work discipline, especially related to late arrival of employees.

Recruitment and Selection is one of the tasks of human resource management. Recruitment is the process of searching, finding and obtaining applicants to fill positions in a company. selection is the process of selecting a group of qualified candidates or individuals for available positions in a company. This research aims to analyze and describe the recruitment and selection process carried out at PT Voksel Electric Tbk, as well as evaluating its impact on labor recruitment and employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as secondary data from various trusted sources. The samples in this research were several employees of PT Voksel Electric Tbk. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. From the results of this research, it can be seen that an optimal recruitment and selection process simultaneously contributes significantly to the company's competitive advantage. This research concludes that an effective recruitment and selection strategy will have a positive impact on company productivity, while implementation that does not meet the qualifications can have a negative impact on employee performance. The recruitment process is also proven to be the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, and therefore, special attention is needed to improve the recruitment process to ensure companies get employees who meet the company's needs and standards. Thus, this research provides important recommendations for companies to improve the recruitment and selection process in order to improve employee performance and strengthen the company's position in the market.

This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance within a company. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach involving respondents from various hierarchical levels working in companies located in East Jakarta. There were 100 respondents involved, enabling the measurement of compensation levels, motivation, work environment, and employee performance. The data analysis technique employed in this research was SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares), performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis methods encompassed measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing of direct influences. The results of the data analysis indicate that employee compensation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Motivation also exhibits a significant positive impact on employee performance. A positive and significant effect on improving employee performance is observed with a favorable work environment. Additionally, the compensation variable was found to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings hold crucial implications for organizational practitioners in designing policies and programs related to the development of compensation, motivation, and work environments to encourage employees to deliver maximum performance for the company.

etiap tahunnya, tingkat pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi terus meningkat. Kondisi ini menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon profesional untuk mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin. Pengalaman magang dan penguasaan soft skill menjadi faktor krusial agar mereka dapat bersaing dan menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu Pengalaman Magang dan Soft Skill dengan variabel dependen yaitu kesiapan kerja. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebesar 150 responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi S1 Manajemen dan D4 Pemasaran Digital, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS), dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengalaman Magang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir. (2) Soft Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka universitas diharapkan dapat menyediakan program magang yang lebih terstruktur dan memberikan program pengembangan untuk mendukung peningkatan soft skill. Universitas dapat menyediakan salah satu program Internship Exchange yang dimana mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan pengalaman global, dan dapat menyediakan pelatihan intensif yang mengajarkan mahasiswa dalam mengembangankan kemampuan soft skill.

Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi (OCB) diperlukan dalam suatu organisasi terlepas dari orientasinya, baik mencari keuntungan atau di bidang sosial, karena memungkinkan perusahaan untuk tumbuh lebih cepat dan melampaui pesaingnya. OCB menunjukkan kesediaan karyawan untuk bekerja di luar tanggung jawab mereka. Jika hal ini ada dan berkembang, maka perusahaan akan mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga tujuan tersebut akan tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pertama, untuk mengkaji tentang keterlibatan pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi. Kedua, mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara keterlibatan pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap OCB yang dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Item kuesioner didistribusikan secara online melalui formulir Microsoft dengan pertanyaan terstruktur. Jumlah responden yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 77 orang. Data tersebut diolah menggunakan software SPSS 24, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan pekerjaan, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berdampak positif terhadap OCB. Selain itu, komitmen organisasi memiliki peran mediasi antara keterlibatan pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja di OCB.

The purpose of this study was to determine the organizational commitment of junior and senior high school teachers in the Labschool environment both located in Rawamangun and Kebayoran. The research method used in this research is descriptive and explanatory research. The population of this study were all 240 teachers of the Labschool environment with a sample taken as many as 186 people. The data that has been obtained will be processed and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and LISREL software. The results found that Organizational Support and Resilience directly have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. In addition, Organizational Support, Resilience, and Job satisfaction directly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Finally, Organizational Support and Resilience indirectly have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction.

Karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan aset penting perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional perusahaan sehingga perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. Mengidentifikasi dan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan kerja menjadi hal yang krusial untuk dilakukan oleh organisasi agar menciptakan produktivitas yang optimal. Beberapa karyawan menilai tingkat kepuasan kerja berdasarkan hubungan pribadi di tempat kerja, budaya kerja, beban kerja, stabilitas pekerjaan, atau pengakuan atas prestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada salah satu kementerian di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 81 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil ini memberikan bukti nyata bahwa beban kerja dan budaya organisasi berperan dalam konteks kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia pada instansi yang dijadikan objek peneletian.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The aim of this research is to determine the maintenance of office infrastructure at the CV Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas which includes maintenance scheduling, storage, as well as obstacles and solutions in maintaining office infrastructure. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the CV Kolaborasi Pemuda Cerdas office has carried out routine and periodic maintenance, but for the storage of facilities and infrastructure it does not yet have a neat storage system. This can be seen from the lack of special storage warehouses available. Currently, for storing office infrastructure, there is a room in the form of a room which is designed to be a storage room for office equipment.
